The historical-comparative study presents research findings concerning the development of creativity measured by the KREATOS test in pupils of the 5th to 9th grades at the lower secondary education level (N = 386). The aim was to create the creativity development curve of contemporary pupils in the 5th to 9th grades of elementary school, where pupils achieved the highest level of creativity in the sixth (p ≤ 0.001) and then in the ninth grades. Our aim was to compare the current creativity development curve with elementary school pupils’ creativity development curves of 1979 and 1985, created by E. Sollarová (1979, 1985) using also the KREATOS test. Our findings indicated a significantly higher level of creativity (p ≤ 0.001) in pupils in the years 1979 and 1985 as compared to the creativity level in pupils in 2013.

The article discusses the problem of the validity of teachers’ nominations of students’ creativity. Teachers from higher and lower ranked Polish high schools evaluated student creativity using 7-point Likert scale. Additionally, students’ school results and behavioural grades were assessed. Every student completed Urban and Jellen TCT-DP and Popek Questionnaire of Creative Behaviour CANH assessed level of creative and uncreative attitudes. A correlation analysis as well as regression showed that the main predictor of the nomination of a student as creative is a school grade, students with higher academic achievements were perceived as more creative than students without such achievements. Creative abilities measured by TCT-DP or creative attitudes were only marginally important for teachers’ nominations and just in one of two schools. Implications of the results are discussed.

It is a conceptual article. It can, however, contribute to the development of research within the creative influences (the creative impact of interactions) on the shape and quality of life of a pupil/student – cross-sectional studies, stretched in time, the research of a phenomenological nature and for the establishment of a category of reciprocity and its verification. Incontrology concepts seem to coincide with the idea of pedagogy of creativity, which emphasises the balanced, interdisciplinary progress of the pupil. The pedagogy of creative output is particularly focused on the possibilities of the development and education of the creative dispositions of the pupil, as well as forming the creative posture, creative lifestyle, a transgressive, innovative man, who is willing to undertake creative tasks within the individual, social and global dimensions. Incontrology as a theory of meeting, for example, of a human being with another human being, a tutor with a pupil, seems to have a precise view on the creative pedagogy vision, including the creativity education and relations functioning within it. It also allows identification of some shortcomings within the pedagogy of creativity and its practice. The value of this article is the analysis of selected coinciding ideas of incontrology and pedagogy of creativity and showing the shortcomings of creativity education.

The aim of this study was to examine the relationship, including its nature, between creativity and perfectionism in secondary school students. Its research section is focused on quantitative research analysing relationships between figurative and verbal creativity on the one hand and perfectionism and perfectionist thoughts on the other hand. Our findings indicate that there is a weak positive relationship between figurative creativity and perfectionism and also a moderate positive relationship between verbal creativity and perfectionism.

Creative specialists are highly demanded in the tourism labour market. This fact is highlighted in the significance of the study on how creativity is fostered in tourism higher education. The objective of this study is to develop a tool for creativity evaluation. In order to attain this objective a  literature review to identify underlying variables used to measure creativity has been done. The most significant models and tools have been analysed. The empirical part of the research provides an analysis of the evaluation of creativity needs of Latvian tourism students. This report analyses the findings of the second stage of the research  – a  questionnaire survey conducted in a well-acknowledged higher education institution in Latvia providing internationally accredited tourism programs. For this stage of the research questionnaires were randomly distributed among local and international students of tourism programs. The results of the study enabled identification of the most significant factors in evaluating creativity.

The authors deal with an extension and modification of construction kits in order to create a simple tool for assessing the level of creativity according to the products made by pupils. The article describes a modified construction set – a creative set, divided into system and non-system parts. In the context of the product design, the use of non-system parts indicates the pupil‟s creativity performance. The creative set was tested out on a sample of 62 elementary school pupils. Subsequently, the authors put the products to analyse.

The figure of Dariya Vikonska (Karolina Ivanna Fedorovych-Malytska, 1893–1945) is little known and is one of the least studied in contemporary literary and art studies. Today, her forgotten research and literary heritage is coming back into Ukrainian cultural society. The artist can fully and deeply experience the fullness of human existence and transfer these experiences to the canvas, express it in music, or put it in the “clothes of the word” – in literature. National tradition and the sense of national belonging are very important for the artist. Hence, the vision of creativity as a process is deeply national. This national orientation of the artist is directly related to creativity as a national phenomenon rooted not in the borrowed and universally dismantled ideas and images but in the space of the national psyche. Dariya Vikonska was constantly interested in the psychology of creativity of the artist (writer, painter, composer). Her epistolary inheritance, as well as her literary studies and art studies, create a special ideological system of the vision of mental processes associated with creativity. This interest in the psychology of creativity requires the vision of art and literature as a national phenomenon inextricably linked with the mental features of the creative process seen as directly connected with the national ethnopsychology. Dariya Vikonska’s ideological, cultural, historical, and aesthetic ideas about literature, literary work, and art were surprisingly innovative, extremely relevant, and expressed the most recent ideas of the development of Ukrainian culture in the context of European culture.

The aim of the article is to indicate the need to develop the culture of creativity in schools in order to enable the participants of educational dialogue to fulfil their personal creativity that will help them reach their potential and improve the common good in their community. The article defines the culture of creativity, describes creativity as a personal quality and indicates its importance in the functioning of students and teachers, as well as in the work of school as an organisation. Emphasis is placed on the need to personalise the processes of education, i.e., to accept the innate abilities, creative potential and multiple intelligences of learners, and to enable them to pursue their interests and develop their strengths. The article indicates the need for creating the environment which supports learners’ natural ability to learn and building learning power, which is based on the notion of helping young people to become better learners, cultivating attitudes that enable them to cope with difficulties calmly, confidently and creatively, as well as helping them to build up the mental, emotional, social and strategic resources. Furthermore, the article presents the assumptions of everyday creativity theory, which constitute the fundament of author’s creative life orientations concept. The importance of creative life orientations of teachers and students is shown as necessary for building the culture of creativity in school. The range, character and generalised results of the study on preferences for creative life orientations among teachers are briefly presented, indicating a low level of acceptance for this type of orientation and the dominance of preference for conservative and ambivalent orientations. The role of the teacher’s pedagogical creativity is emphasised as necessary for creating conditions for learner’s creativity and building the culture of creativity in school. Additionally, the article puts emphasis on the need for social acceptance for everyday creativity and acknowledging personal creativity as a value, appreciating it in public sphere, demonstrating its emancipatory value and emphasising its axiological dimension.

The aim of the current study is showing the personality predictors for the literary creativity in early adulthood. The material from 357 participants was analyzed. About 50% of them undertook the literary creativity, they write poems, stories, novels. Two personality questionnaires (ACL, KANHIII) were used to assess personality traits potentially associated with creative personality. Logistic regression was used to find the personality predictors. The dependent variable was binary coded: literary activity vs lack of literary activity; the independent variables were Potency, Assertiveness, Sociability, Individuality (ACL) and Conformity-Non conformity (KANH). Results showed that the significant predictors for the literary creativity in women are Non-conformity and Individuality, low level of Potency, low level of Assertiveness. The significant predictors for the literary creativity in men are high level of Conformity and high level of Assertiveness.
Celem niniejszej pracy jest odnalezienie osobowościowych predyktorów podejmowania twórczości literackiej w okresie wczesnej dorosłości. Do analizy włączono wyniki łącznie 357 osób. Około połowa z nich podejmuje aktywność literacką, czyli pisze wiersze, opowiadania, powieści. Do pomiaru cech osobowości potencjalnie związanych z osobowością twórczą wykorzystano dwa kwestionariusze osobowości (ACL, KANH-III). Aby odnaleźć osobowościowe predyktory podejmowania twórczości literackiej przeprowadzono regresję logistyczną. Zmienna zależna miała charakter binarny: aktywność literacka vs brak aktywności literackiej; zmiennymi niezależnymi były: Siła, Asertywność, Towarzyskość, Indywidualizm (ACL) oraz konformizm-nonkonformizm (KANH). Wyniki pokazały, że istotnymi predyktorami podejmowania twórczości literackiej przez kobiety jest wysoki poziom Nonkonformizmu oraz Indywidualizmu a także niski poziom Siły i Asertywności. Istotnymi predyktorami podejmowania twórczości literackiej przez mężczyzn jest wysoki poziom Konformizmu oraz wysoki poziom Asertywności.

The increasingly rich and diverse literature on creativity has its core in psychology, but spans the cognitive sciences from artificial intelligence to philosophy and borrows from the wider humanities. Perhaps because of this immense breadth, there remains considerable disagreement with respect to the identity of the object of research. How to define creativity? According to the “standard definition,” creativity consists of “effectiveness and originality.” This definition is (relatively) consensual and therefore appears to capture something common to academic concepts of creativity. I conduct a conceptual analysis of the definition; thereby, I isolate and describe two ambiguities. Firstly, the definition leaves open the choice of the context and norms against which to measure originality and effectiveness. Secondly, it does not discuss the possible role of a subjective judge. My goal is not to propose yet another model of creativity, but to clearly identify the possible meanings of the word creativity in academic research. The existence of different interpretations does not necessarily reflect a fundamental disagreement about reality, but rather a failure to achieve consensus on a shared technical language. Therefore, simply recognizing and acknowledging the competition between diverse interpretations can form the basis for successful communication and for a complementary division of labor; it could improve the viability of interdisciplinary collaborations and prevent unnecessary fragmentation of the field.

The current article explores the potential innovativeness of Involuntary Musical Imagery and presents the current state of InMI researches. There is a lack of precise definition of the term, as well as related terms (such as earworm or musical imagery). InMI is often equated to earworms which does not do justice to its creative potential. Several authors suggest that InMI can be a source of new melodies useful for composers in their composition process. The article proposes that InMI can consist of new melodies and appear as a single event. Composers use their working memory and musical abilities to volitionaly loop the tune in their head, then transcribe it into external realm (notation, recording). Composers can later use it in their creative process. The use of InMI in composing is a matter of individual differences between composers.

Although considerable research has focused on creativity in organizations, far less research has examined how to design computer systems supporting organizational creativity. Doing a systematic review of creativity theories, author address this void by developing three main principles for design of organizational creativity support systems. Theories and models of creativity are characterized by large diversity. Systematic review presented in this article takes into account only those which relate directly to the organizational creativity and have their roots in the creative activity of the company's employees. Characterized principles for the design of organizational creativity support systems are a good starting point to build measurement tool to assess functionality of information technology used in the organization supporting organizational creativity. The details of these principles extend and deepen our understanding of information technology role in enhancing companies' creativity.

Twórczość już od dawna nie jest postrzegana jedynie jako domena poetów i artystów, a możliwość rozważania jej natury nie jest zarezerwowana tylko dla estetyki. W swoich analizach chciałabym pokazać tę wielokierunkowość badań nad fenomenem creatio, który współcześnie coraz częściej łączony jest z opisywaną przez psychologów uniwersalną ludzką kreatywnością. Tekst niniejszy, wprowadzając w podstawowe rozważania nad definiowaniem i wyjaśnianiem twórczości dawniej i dzisiaj, ma jednocześnie ułatwić podjęcie kwestii bardziej szczegółowych i specyficznych dla współczesnych analiz (kwestie te podejmuję w artykule „O głównych dylematach filozofii twórczości. Ujęcie syntetyczne z uwzględnieniem badań współczesnych”, który stanowi niejako przedłużenie przedstawionych tu treści). Niniejsze wprowadzenie do dziedziny filozofii twórczości zostało wykonane w trzech krokach: (1) poprzez przywołanie rozważań dokonanych już wcześniej przez filozofów; (2) przez opisanie tradycyjnych i współczesnych sposobów definiowania pojęcia twórczości (i kreatywności) oraz (3) poprzez przedstawienie wybranych popularnych psychologicznych teorii procesu twórczego.
It has been a long time since the ability to create is not percieved only as the domain of poets and artists, and the eventuality of deliberating over its nature is not restricted only to aesthetics. In the present analyses I would like to show this modern and postmodern variety of the studies on the creatio phenomenon, which today is often to be comprehended as the universal human creativity (described mainly by psychologists and educators). By introducing the fundamental considerations over the traditional and non-traditional definitions and explanations of creativity, this article has to facilitate at the same time the task of raising more specific and detailed issues (which I partly describe in the article “On the main dilemmas of the philosophy of creativity: A synthetic view of the contemporary research” in this volume of Roczniki Filozoficzne). The present introduction to the philosophy of creativity field will be made in three main steps: (1) by evoking some previous philosophical analyses, (2) by describing the traditional and modern ways of defining the concept and (3) through showing the selected psychological theories of the process of creating the new, valuable and original artifact.

There is a class of programs that generate solutions to complex problems in a indeterministic way (quantitative progress), while unsatisfying the requirements of creativity beyond the structural boundaries of algorithm (the qualitative leap.) Only this class (qualitative progress) can be regarded as simulating the human creativity. I would assume, that a conceptual blending theory could be tool we need to reach that qualitative level of creativity.

Rozwój twórczego myślenia jest istotny na każdej płaszczyźnie - a jak rozwijać twórczość dziecka w zakresie edukacji polonistycznej? Niniejszy artykuł ma na celu przedstawienie, jak zachęcać uczniów klas I-III do własnej twórczości literackiej. Obejmuje także zakres ćwiczeń, podzielonych tematycznie, mających na celu wspomóc kreatywność literacką uczniów, a także, jak nie pominąć celowości tworzenia i realizować zajęcia opierając się o techniki C. Freineta. W pracy podjęta jest również analiza przypadku - dziecka literackiego i jego twórczości od najmłodszych lat.
The development of creative thinking is important at every level - and how do we develop a child's creativity in the field of Polish language education? This article aims to show how to encourage students in grades I-III to create their own literary works. It also includes a range of exercises, divided by topic, designed to aid students' literary creativity. And also, how not to overlook the purposefulness of creation and implement activities based on C. Freinet's techniques. The paper also undertakes a case study - the literary child and his work from an early age.

Creativity is vital in process engineering innovation. The research can reveal with certainty on tests of creativity whether in universities, in cycles (bachelor, master and doctoral school), creativity is present and what are its dimensions prevail. Our study was focused on creativity tests analysis of two European universities, the AGH University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Drilling Oil &Gas, PL and “Lucian Blaga” University from Sibiu, RO for two cycles of study, master and doctoral school. We aim to find existing links between creativity and engineering skills of master's programs offered and the level of creativity existing in doctoral schools of the two universities. Knowing and understanding the characteristics of the group of students, teachers surgery offers the opportunity to get a successful learning and professional development. Then, these findings can be used to optimize learning, performance and perfection engineering training. Not least research highlights the first noticeable effects of the Bologna cycles studies on the generation “Z” (milliennials) students, in terms of creativity existence.

Technical education allows teachers to provide a wide range of possibilities for the application of creative elements. A work with the modelling material is incorporated in the framework education programme even for the nursery school and also for primary schools. The modelling material is incorporated there for the purpose of the output (managing the hand and eye coordination, managing the fine motor skills). The character of the material, incorporation of a working process, aids and tools for modelling is important in the primary school. Many studies have investigated the relationship between mindfulness and creativity; however, there are a limited number of studies on the neurological basis of this therapeutic approach using electroencephalogram (EEG). This study aimed at evaluating the effect of mindfulness on improving the creativity of healthy individuals. In this study, 7 healthy subjects (1 male and 6 females) with a mean age of 40.37 years and a standard deviation of 14.52 years received group mindfulness training for 8 weeks. They had no experience of mindfulness training up to that time. Before and after mindfulness training, EEG signal was recorded from all participants in eyes-closed and eyes-open conditions on Fz, C3, C4, and Pz electrodes. After data preprocessing, wavelet coefficients were extracted from each frequency band of EEG signal and evaluated using paired sample t-test and correlation methods. The gamma-band on C3 (t = 2.89, p=0.03) and Pz (t= 2.54, P = 0.04) significantly increased as a result of mindfulness training. Also, significant correlations were found between the anxiety and the gamma band in Pz (r = 0.76, P = 0.04) and Fz (r = 0.75, P = 0.04) channels and between arousal and the gamma band in the Fz channel (r=0.88, P = 0.008). Mindfulness training to promote creativity leads to the increase of gamma bands in the central and parietal regions.

This text is a short version of a research process that is part of preparation for a doctorate thesis at the Wroclaw University Pedagogic Institute. In her article the author points out the need for a scientific analysis of the ways of development and efficiency of initiation, developing, and support of creativity in academic education. According to her, one of the most innovative strategies of developing creativity strategies is creativity training. Therefore she made Wroclaw University conversational courses on creative action and thinking the object of her investigation. The main aim of the investigation is to show the practical use of this educational form in academic education and to attempt to asses it. Another investigation goal of the author is to test a popular in the world, but rarely used in Polish pedagogy, empirical research model called action research. In the work presented the author gives her reasons for her choice of the subject, presents the aim and object of the research, the main thesis and she points to predictable, realistic results of the undertaken study.

Artykuł nawiązuje do koncepcji i badań twórczości dziecięcej, przedstawionych w książce Twórcze działanie dziecka w sytuacji zabawowo-zadaniowej (Kubicka, 2003). W tej pracy opisano opartą na projekcyjnym Scenoteście metodę badania twórczych strategii w działaniach dziecka podczas zabawy konstrukcyjno-symbolicznej. W 1997 roku przebadano tą metodą 120 dzieci w wieku od 3 do 6 lat. Po 12 latach skonstruowano drugą wersję tej metody i przebadano nią 18 uczniów, którzy podczas pierwszego badania uzyskali najwyższe i najniższe wyniki. Z tymi uczniami przeprowadzono też pogłębione rozmowy na temat czynników, które mogły mieć znaczenie dla ich twórczego rozwoju, zarówno w dzieciństwie, jak i w okresie dorastania. Uzyskane rezultaty wskazują, że wartość prognostyczna pomiaru twórczości zależy od wielu czynników, i przestrzegają przed prognozowaniem twórczości dziecka na podstawie prostych wskaźników testowych. Wyniki te świadczą zarazem o potrzebie bardziej dynamicznego, kompleksowego, rozwojowego podejścia do diagnostyki twórczości dzieci.
The article discusses the topic of children’s creativity and its research presented in the book Creative Action in Preschool Children (Kubicka, 2003). The book describes the projective method of measuring creative strategies in symbolic-constructive play. In a 1997 sample, 120 children aged 3 to 6 were tested. 12 years later a second version of the method was worked out, and a group of 18 of both the most and the least creative of the original sample was tested again. The pupils were also interviewed for all facts and questions important for the development of creativity both at preschool age and in adolescence. The results show many determinants of the prognostic value of the proposed method and warn against making conclusions about child’s creativity on the basis of simple paper and pencil tests. At the same time the fi ndings suggest the need for more dynamic complex developmental approach to diagnosis of creativity in children in order to uncover the mechanisms of self-development of these functions.

Opis:

Logopedics and pedagogy of creativity are the disciplines whose areas of research interests are different. Some may say that they have nothing in common. The main tasks and goals undertaken by the speech therapists are different from those by creativity educators. Speech therapists’ work is directly connected with prevention and therapy of speech disorders. Creativity educator supports, enhances and develops creative abilities, creative attitude of children, adolescents and adults. However, the goals of creativity education may become a part of the speech therapy practice. This article is an attempt to illustrate the possible relations between pedagogy of creativity and logopedics, and to show the practical ways in which the practice of speech therapy may become an opportunity to develop children’s creativity.

The history of the concept of creativity contains a certain semantic dualism, depending on which aspect of creativity the criterion is being applied to. Either the criterion of creativity is seen in subjective experience, the creator’s state of consciousness as expressed in introspection, or it is a social assessment – a value bestowed on the results of creative activity by others. These two types of criteria have accompanied reflections on creativity from Plato to contemporary philosophy of postmodernism, and carry with them a whole host of consequences. One of them is the question of whether creative activity can be rationalised sufficiently for it to be taught. What criterion of creativity would such a view have to assume?
Historia pojęcia twórczości zawiera w sobie pewien semantyczny dualizm, zależny od tego, do jakich aspektów twórczości stosuje się jej kryterium. Albo za kryterium twórczości uzna się subiektywne przeżycie, stan świadomości twórcy, ujmowany w introspekcji, albo ocenę społeczną – wartość nadawaną przez innych efektom twórczego działania. Te dwa rodzaje kryteriów towarzyszą refleksji nad twórczością od Platona po współczesną filozofię postmodernizmu i pociągają za sobą szereg konsekwencji. Jedną z nich jest pytanie o to, czy twórczą aktywność można zracjonalizować na tyle, aby móc jej nauczać. Jakie kryterium twórczości taki pogląd musiałby zakładać?

The article presents the characteristics of various trends (approaches) in creativity research, which together form creatology – an integrated resource of knowledge about creativity and creative man. The author discusses in turn the trends in psychology of creativity, pedagogy, management and marketing theory, geography and philosophy, pointing to their main research problems and achievements, and postulating the direction of future research. These trends are demonstrated in a concise manner in Table 1, and the author presents his own approach at the end, listing 10 theoretical and research assumptions of the Lodz School of Pedagogy of Creativity.
W artykule przedstawiono charakterystykę różnorodnych nurtów badań nad twórczością, które wspólnie tworzą kreatologię – zintegrowany zasób wiedzy o twórczości i człowieku twórczym. Autor kolejno omawia nurt badań psychologii twórczości, pedagogiki, teorii zarządzania i marketingu, geografii oraz filozofii, wskazując na ich główne problemy badawcze i dokonania oraz postulując kierunki przyszłych badań. Nurty te w zwięzły sposób przedstawia tabela 1, a stanowisko własne autor prezentuje w zakończeniu, wymieniając 10 założeń teoretyczno-badawczych Łódzkiej Szkoły Pedagogiki Twórczości.

The aim of this paper is to present selected theories of creativity in the context of managing creative project. Among numerous theories explaining phenomenon of creativity tree theories were chosen: componential theory of creativity, interactionist theory of organizational creativity and investment theory of creativity. In the first part of the paper, in a very concise way, the most important assumptions of these theories were demonstrated. Next, the essential conclusions resulting from each theory and important for researchers and practitioners of creative projects were discussed.

This article presents the assessment of the creative culture and the level of innovativeness in selected manufacture enterprises. The theoretical part of the article discusses the space for creativity in the company and the microfoundations of the pyramid of needs related to creative culture. The pyramid consists of different microfoundations, which were used to create a questionnaire to assess the level of creative culture. This study assessed creative culture according to a model of the hierarchy of needs, developed by the author of this study based on Maslow’s pyramid of needs. The assessment used an innovation questionnaire and a creative culture questionnaire. This article presents a sample analysis of the results obtained from two of the companies that participated in the study. Furthermore, the article summarizes the results obtained from all participating companies and gives recommendations related to establishing creative culture based on these results. Every company should implement appropriate standards to help it develop a creative working environment. The goal of assessing creative culture in a company is to assist managers in building a workplace that fosters creativity, since such a workplace is a significant factor affecting the emergence of innovation. The analysis of the creative culture of the companies revealed their weaknesses and strengths in this respect. The developed methodology will undoubtedly influence an increase of awareness and knowledge of enterprises in the field of creating a pro-creative company culture. Such actions will contribute to the increase of company’s innovation, thus influencing its development.

Because I represent interactional theory of creativity, and I want to explore and talk about creativity (in the full sense of the word) personality traits are taken into account, the creative process, the properties of creative work and lifestyle. When I take into account only one of the aspects I talk about subjective creativity. For these reasons, this text focuses on the verbal subjective creativity of students class I–III, which is an integral sphere of their lives. They create their own language, as soon as they hear what others say to him or her. In natural situations, verbal subjective creativity of the child can be seen in two ways: as a creative language learning and as its creative use. In the first case emphasizes that the child ran onto a language not just by imitation. In the process of learn-ing a language student creates it at the same time, so the overlap are two ways of acquiring it: creation and imitation. Mastering the language and using it in social situations and cognition are inseparable from creative activity. Language is a tool for a child with which the child communicates with the environment, material for artistic activity and object recognition. The more variety of situations requiring the usage of language encounters the child, the more you have the op-portunity to shape in the belief that language is a very variable, flexible „creation” which gives many opportunities to express the same content in a different way.
Ponieważ reprezentuję interakcyjną teorię twórczości, to chcąc ba-dać twórczość i mówić o niej (w pełnym tego słowa znaczeniu), uwzględniam cechy osobowości, proces twórczy, właściwości dzieła twórczego oraz styl życia. Gdy zaś biorę pod uwagę tylko jeden z powyższych aspektów, mówię o kreatyw-ności. Z tych względów w tym tekście koncentruję się na kreatywności werbalnej uczniów klas I–III, która jest nierozłączną dziedziną ich życia. Oni tworzą swój język, w miarę jak słyszą, co do nich mówią inni. W naturalnych sytuacjach kreatywność werbalna dziecka rozpatrywać więc można dwojako: jako twórcze uczenie się języka oraz jako jego twórcze używanie. W pierwszym przypadku podkreśla się, iż dziecko nie opanowuje języka przez samo tylko naśladowanie. W procesie uczenia się języka uczeń tworzy go zarazem, a więc nakładają się tu dwa sposoby przyswajania go: kreacja i naśladownictwo. Opanowanie języka i używanie go w sytuacjach społecznych i poznawczych łączą się nierozerwalnie z aktywnością twórczą. Język jest dla dziecka narzędziem porozumiewania się z otoczeniem, tworzywem dla działalności artystycznej oraz obiektem pozna-nia. Im więcej różnorodnych sytuacji wymagających używania języka napotyka dziecko, tym więcej ma okazji do ukształtowania w sobie przekonania, iż język to „twór” bardzo zmienny, elastyczny, dający wiele możliwości wyrażania tej samej treści w odmienny sposób.

The aim of this study was to examine the level of creativity among trainers of soft skills. Creativity is one of the key competence in the profession of trainers. 80 participants response on the Polish adaptation of Test for Creative Thinking - Drawing Production, (TCT-DP) by Klaus K. Urban & Hans G. Jellen. This study shows that psychological education and graduation of professional school for trainers coexist with high score in creativity. Gender is not related with the score in the creativity test. They also confirm results of few prior metanalisys which reveal the lack of differences in creativity between genders. These studies are an important factor in the discussion about the relevance of creating the qualification framework in the profession of trainers.

This paper primarily aims to present, both theoretically and empirically, the art of children at the early education stage. In the first part of the paper I present theoretical foundations and exemplary studies of the creativity of children aged 4–9. In the empirical part I present results of the study of plastic and literary art of third-graders (age 9–10), undertaken under infl uence of music. In the study the method of observation and analysis of products were applied. The results show that children’s creativity bears features of an intellectual activity and it is saturated with children’s experiences, which is demonstrated by the adequate titles of their literary and plastic art works as well as by the descriptions of the music flow.

Opis:

The paper presents the results of research on identification of creative preschoolers via observation of their overt behavior in two settings: at home and in the kindergarten. A model of preschoolers’ creative activity as well as two original observational sheets were prepared on the basis of the knowledge of the subject. The data were collected form a sample of parents and teachers of 235 preschoolers. The main categories of creative activity at home were: humour, autonomy, self-expression, persistence, fantasy/imagination, stubbornness; in the kindergarten they were: exploration, control/autonomy, engagement. The results show that the relationship between the parents’ and teachers’ ratings was very weak. The children exhibited a wide range of creative behaviors across the main categories rather than a full pattern (syndrome) of creative behavior. These findings support the existence of a large and at the same time dispersed creative potential of preschoolers, very diversified patterns of creative behaviors, and small developmental changes within this range.

In recent years there has been development of methods and techniques to stimulate creative thinking. Developing students creative activity largely depends on creative teachers and the methods they use to stimulate students creativity. This article has been signaled by some threads of creativity, creative activity and its development.

Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie najważniejszych założeń leżących u podstaw koncepcji komputerowego wspomagania twórczości organizacyjnej. Struktura opracowania oraz zastosowane metody badawcze zostały podporządkowane wyznaczo¬nemu celowi, a zatem, w pierwszej kolejności, dokonano przeglądu literatury przedmio¬tu na temat twórczości organizacyjnej oraz metodologii budowy systemów informatycz¬nych. Następnie zaproponowano nową, wyłaniającą się koncepcję - komputerowego wspomagania twórczości organizacyjnej. Opisano najważniejsze założenie, cele oraz funkcje systemu do wspomagania twórczości organizacyjne. W zakończeniu, wskazano prace wymagające, prowadzenia dalszych badań teoretycznych oraz praktycznych z za-kresu komputerowego wspomagania twórczości organizacyjnej.
The aim of this paper is to provide the main assumptions of IT-based organi¬zational creativity support. The structure of the paper and the used research methods we¬re organized as follows. In first section the background of the subject literature (concer¬ning organizational creativity and design research methodologies) has been conducted. Then, new, emerging framework of IT-based organizational creativity support was pro¬posed and described. The main assumptions, goals and functions of organizational cre¬ativity system were presented. Finally, some further studies on IT-based organizational creativity were indicated.

Despite the lack of documented differences in the intensity of creative abilities between women and men, the observed disproportion between men and women in terms of creative achievements may result from different socialization and education paths of boys and girls. The purpose of the article is to compare teachers’ beliefs about the characteristics of a creative boy and a creative girl. 128 experienced kindergarten and elementary school teachers were involved in the study. The research results showed a significant diversity of teachers’ beliefs about the characteristics of girls and boys in terms of creativity. While the surveyed teachers did not notice differences in the ingenuity and originality of boys and girls (t = 0.96; p > 0.05; d = 0.08), in their opinion, a creative girl was perceived as significantly more conscientious (t = 7.03; p < 0.05; d = 0.62) and subordinated to the expectations of other people (t = 4.34; p < 0.05; d = 0.38) than a creative boy. The revealed differences were analyzed theoretically (theories of creativity, socio-cultural concepts of gender).
Obserwowana dysproporcja mężczyzn nad kobietami w zakresie osiągnięć twórczych, mimo udokumentowanego braku różnic w zakresie nasilenia zdolności twórczych między kobietami i mężczyznami, może wynikać z różnych ścieżek socjalizacji i edukacji chłopców i dziewcząt. Celem tekstu uczyniono porównanie przekonań nauczycieli na temat charakterystyki kreatywnego chłopca oraz kreatywnej dziewczynki. W badaniu wzięło udział 128 doświadczonych nauczycieli przedszkoli oraz szkół podstawowych. Wyniki badań wykazały znaczne zróżnicowanie przekonań nauczycieli na temat charakterystyki dziewcząt i chłopców w zakresie kreatywności. O ile badani nauczyciele nie dostrzegali różnic w zakresie pomysłowości i oryginalności chłopców i dziewcząt (t = 0, 96; p > 0, 05; d = 0, 08), to w ich przekonaniu kreatywna dziewczynka była postrzegana jako istotnie bardziej sumienna (t = 7, 03; p < 0, 05; d = 0, 62) oraz podporządkowana oczekiwaniom innych osób (t = 4, 34; p < 0, 05; d = 0, 38) niż kreatywny chłopiec. Ujawnione różnice analizowano teoretycznie (teorie twórczości, społeczno-kulturowe koncepcje płci).
