    Autorka artykułu pokazuje, z jakimi problemami musi zetknąć się uczestnik komunikacji językowej, jeśli respektuje zasady inkluzywności i chce pozostać w zgodzie z normą językową. Językowa inkluzywność dotyczy osób i grup społecznych dyskryminowanych ze względu na cechy, na które nie mają one wpływu, m.in. płeć, rasę, kolor skóry, orientację seksualną, przynależność do mniejszości narodowej, sprawność fizyczną, kondycję psychiczną. Problemy normatywne związane z mówieniem i pisaniem o tych grupach są rozpatrywane na różnych poziomach organizacji tekstu: semantyczno-pragmatycznej, leksykalnej, fleksyjnej, składniowej.
    The author of the article describes problems a participant in a language communication must encounter if he/she obeys the principles of inclusiveness and wishes to act in accordance with the linguistic norm. Linguistic inclusiveness refers to individuals and social groups discriminated against for features beyond their control, including sex, race, skin colour, sexual orientation, national minority membership, physical fitness, mental condition. Normative problems connected with talking and writing about these groups are considered at various levels of the text organization: semantic-pragmatic, lexical, inflectional, and syntactic.

    Opis:
    Observed demographic changes mean that we are becoming a ‘greying society.’ This makes it necessary to introduce new curriculum content in the vocational training of speech therapists and creates a need for specialists in the area of therapy and functional assistance of seniors. At the same time, this indicates the need for conducting extensive studies in the field of gerontological linguistics, concerning the particularities of speech related to age as well as the specific features of communication with the elderly. In this speech the authors would like to discuss one of the directions of research on language phenomena related to old age, i.e. research on the particular manner of communication of those in the senior’s close environment (family, doctors, therapists, among others) with the senior. The style of communication with a person of senior age, being a result of social stereotypes of elderly people, may increase their discomfort and indicate paternalistic and condescending treatment of those in the highest age group. This may even be a sign of ageism, i.e. social discrimination based on people’s age.

    Kompetencja komunikacyjna to umiejętność stosownego użycia języka w każdej sytuacji komunikacyjnej. Poza kompetencją językową, dzięki której użytkownik potrafi tworzyć poprawne gramatycznie i słownikowo wypowiedzi, obejmuje również wiedzę kulturową odnoszącą się do realiów kręgu cywilizacyjnego, w którym używa się określonego języka. Wysoka kompetencja komunikacyjna jest ważnym składnikiem prezentacji nadawcy komunikatu, wzbogaca i ułatwia kontakty interpersonalne oraz pozwala na pełniejsze korzystanie z wiedzy zgromadzonej w języku przez daną wspólnotę kulturową. W artykule podjęto próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, czym jest kompetencja komunikacyjna oraz przedstawiono przykłady praktyki edukacyjnej, które w wątpliwość podają wspierającą rolę szkoły w rozwijaniu umiejętności językowych dzieci.
    Communicative competence is the ability to use language adequately in each communicative situation. Apart from linguistic competence, which allows the user to build grammatically and semantically correct utterances, it also includes cultural knowledge relating to the social context, in which language is used. A high level of communicative competence is an important element of the presentation of the message sender, which enhances and facilitates interpersonal contacts and enables a more extensive use of the knowledge accumulated in the language by the cultural community. The purpose of this article is to define communicative competence and to provide examples of educational practice which question the supportive role of schools in developing children’s language skills.

    Zaprezentowany artykuł został poświęcony studium przypadku osiemdziesięcioletniej pacjentki z afazją sensoryczno‑motoryczną. Głównymi celami rozważań były: przedstawienie szczegółowych wyników jakościowych badań dotyczących komunikacji językowej, postawienie diagnozy logopedycznej oraz propozycja przykładowych ćwiczeń przydatnych w terapii pacjentki. Niniejszy tekst składa się z części teoretycznej, w której autorka dokonała opisu zaburzenia będącego przedmiotem badań, oraz części metodologicznej, prezentującej metodę, techniki oraz narzędzia badawcze. Podczas badań posłużono się autorskimi kwestionariuszami wywiadu i obserwacji oraz częścią testu diagnostycznego badania afazji Jadwigi Szumskiej (1980). Następnie zaprezentowano szczegółowy opis przeprowadzonego badania oraz postawioną diagnozę logopedyczną. Biorąc pod uwagę możliwości komunikacyjne oraz pole zainteresowań pacjentki, zaproponowano odpowiedni program terapeutyczny.
    This article is devoted to the case study of a 80‑year‑old patient with sensory‑motor aphasia. The main objectives of the discussion were: presentation of detailed results of qualitative research on linguistic communication, diagnosis of speech disorders and proposing examples of exercises useful for patient therapy. This text consists of a theoretical part in which the author describes the disorder that is the subject of the study and the methodological part presenting the method, technique, and research tools. During the study, authors used questionnaires for interview and observation as well as part of diagnostic test of Jadwiga Szumska’s aphasia study (1980). A detailed description of the study was then presented and a speech diagnosis was made. Considering the communication possibilities and personal interests, an appropriate therapeutic program was proposed.

    Celem artykułu jest wskazanie na istotę utrzymywania kontaktówze społecznością osób, posługujących się językiem migowym, w procesie uczenia siętego języka. W oparciu o własne badania etnograficzne, autor przedstawia znaczeniepojęcia [ŚWIAT-GŁUCHY], które jest odniesieniem w języku migowym do kwestiikulturowej odrębności osób głuchych. Nauczanie języka migowego powinnobyć związane z wchodzeniem w [ŚWIAT-GŁUCHY]. Dopiero wtedy możliwe jestuczestniczenie we wspólnych działaniach, które stanowią nieodzowne tło każdegoaktu komunikacyjnego.
    This paper aims to indicate the essence of maintaining contacts withthe community of sign language users in the process of learning sign language. Usingoriginal ethnographic research, the author presents the meaning of the notion[WORLD-A DEAF] which in the sign language is as a reference to the issue of culturaldistinctness of deaf persons. Sing language teaching ought to involve enteringthe [WORLD-A DEAF] notion. Only then is it possible for learners to participatein collaborative actions that constitute the indispensable background of all acts ofcommunication.

    Opis:
    Democratization of social life in Poland after political transformation of 1989 meant that people with disabilities, including the deaf began to participate in social life actively and demand the ability to use full rights of citizenship. Active presence in the public space requires a constant, uninterrupted communication. In order to improve communication it is necessary to teach the hearing ways to communicate they use to encourage the deaf and the hearing to acquire these skills. First of all, the so-called linguistic-sign system (SJM), which uses visual-spatial channel to communicate, is used for communication. Polish Sign Language (PJM) became an innovation in search for better communication between the hearing and the deaf since the first years of the 21st century. Dissemination of the Polish Sign Language (PJM) and teaching this language to the hearing gives more opportunities to communicate the deaf with the hearing. Skills of using Polish sign language are essential in everyday public life interactions in institutions of public administration and health services or places of culture.

    W artykule dokonano charakterystyki trudności w zakresie komunikacji językowej u osób z chorobą Alzheimera (w umiarkowanym stadium otępienia), biorąc za podstawę wyniki badań empirycznych odnoszących się do opisu jako formy wypowiedzi mówionej, zrealizowanych w grupie 60 osób w ramach projektu badawczego pt. „Narracja i jej zaburzenia w przebiegu choroby Alzheimera. Skala sprawności narracyjnych jako technika diagnostyczna w otępieniu alzheimerowskim” (kierownik projektu: A. Domagała; 39 konkurs projektów badawczych Ministerstwa Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego, NN104 155339). W stosunku do ustaleń prezentowanych w całościowym opracowaniu monograficznym poświęconym problematyce narracji (Domagała 2015) w niniejszym artykule porównano możliwości pacjentów z odniesieniem do różnych rodzajów opisu (postaci, wnętrza, sytuacji) w aspekcie makro- i superstruktury tekstu. W aspekcie superstrukturalnym wykazano największe trudności w przypadku opisu miejsca. Jednocześnie w przypadku opisu miejsca badani mieli mniejsze trudności ze wskazaniem tematu wypowiedzi, dokonaniem generalizacji niż w przypadku opisu osób oraz opisu sytuacji.
    The paper presents difficulties in linguistic communication in Alzheimer’s patients (in the moderate stage dementia) on the basis of empirical studies concerning description as a form of spoken utterance, conducted in a 60-person group as part of the research project ‘Narrative and Its Disorders in the Course of Alzheimer’s Disease. The Scale of Narrative Skills as a Diagnostic Technique in Alzheimer’s Dementia’ (project manager: Dr Aneta Domagała; the 39th Competition of Ministry of Science and Higher Education for research projects NN104 155339). In relation to the findings presented in the comprehensive monograph on the problems of narrative (Domagała, 2015), the present paper compares the abilities of patients with regard to different kinds of description (of persons, interiors, situations) from the angle of the macro- and superstructure of text. From the superstructural perspective the greatest difficulties were shown in the case of describing a place. At the same time, when describing a place the subjects had lesser difficulties with indicating the theme of an utterance and making generalizations than in the case of descriptions of persons and descriptions of situations.

    The paper discusses the perspectives of intercultural linguistics as a new paradigm of German philology. Concepts of cultural standards are critizised and deficits of cultural contrastive analysis are demonstrated as shown by the example of code mixing. It is argued that interculturality is more than cultural contrastivity and more than transculturality and furthermore that for intercultural research the analysis of language is of utmost importance. Finally the paper demonstrates that in the central subject of intercultural communication it is worth while not only looking at misunderstandings but also at the different modes of linguistic politeness.

    The paper discusses the ethical concept of the literary communication seen from the linguistic point of view. It attempts to identify assumptions that are necessary to validate the ethical assessment of the literary communication and that constitute theoretical fundamentals of this concept. Some ethical rules for an author, a recipient and other persons involved in the literary communication have been also proposed in the article.

    Opis:
    The article is an overview of problems concerning nonverbal communication and its importance in identifying the symptoms of social maladjustment among young people. Different nonverbal codes were analyzed using the classification devised by Bożydar Kaczmarek (1998) and pointing out their characteristic manifestations among young people with socialization difficulties. Specificity of these behaviors that may indicate the attitude of rejection of adult norms was shown. The study emphasized the importance of nonverbal codes in compensating for deficiencies in linguistic communication because maladjusted youth commonly use a restricted code.
    Artykuł zawiera przegląd zagadnień dotyczących komunikacji niewerbalnej i jej znaczenia w rozpoznawaniu symptomów nieprzystosowania społecznego u młodzieży. Dokonano analizy poszczególnych kodów niewerbalnych, posługując się klasyfikacją B. Kaczmarka (1998) i zwracając uwagę na ich specyficzne przejawy u młodzieży z trudnościami w socjalizacji. Wskazano na specyfikę tych zachowań, które mogą wskazywać na postawę odrzucenia norm osób dorosłych. Podkreślono rangę KNW w kompensowaniu niedostatków komunikacji językowej ze względu na powszechność posługiwania się przez młodzież nieprzystosowaną kodem ograniczonym.

    The present article deals with Easy-to-read Polish, a language variety which has been created for target groups with difficulties in reading and understanding written standard text. It is systematically simplified in both syntax and vocabulary. In order to describe Easy-to-read Polish, this article consults findings made in the last few years in examinations of Easy-to-read German. The analysis is based on texts in Easy-to-read Polish which were published by the organization “Inclusion Europe” on their homepage. With the help of these texts, characteristic features of the Easy-to-read language on various linguistic levels such as the system of symbols, morphology, syntax, vocabulary, semantics, and text are being worked out and illustrated by examples. It turns out that findings on Easy-to-read German are definitely helpful and inspiring for the elaboration of this language variety in Polish. Yet, in many cases more detailed language specific research is required

    Early implantation and hearing and speech rehabilitation provide much wider opportunities to develop linguistic and communication skills for children with hearing impairment. The article presents own research, the aim of which was to determine the level of language competence of children with prelingual hearing deafness, which were implanted with a cochlear implant until the second year of life. The study involved a group of 169 children with prelingual hearing deafness. The tests used 6 Ling’s sounds, the MAIS scale, the MUSS scale and the TAPS test.

    The aim of the present study is to investigate communication strategies used by twenty upper-primary school students in two types of interactions in Spanish. In the first phase of the study, students were paired with level and aged matched peers. Their task was to describe how to get to the particular place of the city on the basis of the map. During the second part of the study, they conducted short interviews with Spanish native speakers. Those two types of interactions were recorded and then transcribed in order to find out what communication strategies were the most commonly used by participants. The results clearly show that, even though participants were beginner learners of Spanish, they managed to successfully convey the message with the help of a wide array of communication strategies. Depending on the dyad students worked in, they used a variety of methods that enabled them to interact in those pairs. The most conspicuous differences were observed in terms of appeals of help and switches to English (L2) and Polish (L1).

    W artykule został przybliżony problemu używania wulgaryzmów przez młodzież, która znajduje się pod opieką Ochotniczych Hufców Pracy (OHP), w ośrodkach szkolenia i wychowania należących do tej instytucji. Obserwacji poddano praktyki dyskursywne, które zachodzą w kontekście interakcyjnym i ich szczególną formę – rozmowę. Materiał badawczy niezbędny do wyciągnięcia wniosków zebrano w Ośrodku Szkolenia i Wychowania w Tczewie (2017 r.). Posłużono się badaniem jakościowym, w tym niejawną obserwacją uczestniczącą w badaniach terenowych. Zwrócono uwagę na potrzebę podjęcia szerszych działań wychowawczych uświadamiających podopiecznym – uczestnikom konieczności przestrzegania norm w zakresie komunikacji werbalnej, rezygnacji z używania wulgaryzmów. Współczesny rynek pracy wymaga od młodych ludzi profesjonalnych zachowań, również w zakresie komunikowania językowego. Grzeczność językowa wzmacnia pozytywny obraz nadawców, którzy się nią posługują w miejscu pracy i w ogóle w codziennych interakcjach. Przygotowanie podopiecznych OHP do sprostania wyzwaniom współczesnego rynku pracy, do funkcjonowania w życiu zawodowym i w zgodzie z obowiązującymi normami społecznymi, również w zakresie relacji interpersonalnych, to ważne zadanie, przed którym stoi kadra pedagogiczna tej instytucji. Ma ona decydujące znaczenie w procesie socjalizowania młodzieży, w tym na przykład do roli pracownika.
    In the article he was brought near the problem of the usage of vulgarisms by the youth which is found in the custody of Voluntary Detachments of the Work (OHP), in centres of the training and the upbringing belonging to this institution. With the observation one included discursive practices which happen in the interactive context and their special form – the conversation. Exploratory necessary material extractible conclusions one collected in the Centre of the Training and the Upbringing in Tczew (2017). One used with the qualitative investigation, in this with the secret observation participating in fieldwork. One paid attention on the need for the collection of wider educational actions informing to charges – to participants of the necessity of the compliance of standards within the range the verbal communication, the resignation from the usage of vulgarisms. The modern labour market requires from young people of professional preservations, also within the range the lingual communication. The lingual politeness strengthens the positive image of senders who use her in the workplace and at all in daily interactions. The preparation of charges OHP to equalling to challenges of the modern labour market, to the kelter in the professional life and in concert with binding social standards, also within the range interpersonal relations, this important task before which stands the pedagogic cadre of this institution. She has a decisive meaning in the process of socializing of the youth, in this for example to the part of the worker.

    This paper presents how organisational communication, being an important component of organisational behaviour, can be researched from a linguistic perspective with the help of communication audits. Putting the linguistic viewpoint at the forefront means that apart from using established methods such as interviews and questionnaires, the communication auditor collects and analyses real-life oral and written texts produced by auditees. The paper showcases the results of linguistic research into the communication audit, such as the communication audit model and procedures additional to the linguistic form sheet. Following this the paper presents how these research findings may be utilised in teaching practice in order to familiarise students of linguistics with both organisational communication and organisational behaviour.

The sources of aggressive language in political life, the specificity of political invective and linguistic means for insulting political opponent were presented. There were described the social and ethical consequences of using aggressive linguistic means against a political opponent. Verbal fencing, and often brutal battle of words have been written in the ritual of governance, which involves a more or less excited listeners, readers, viewers, because for them the language games are organized.

    The subject of this article is the manner of addressing strangers in Polish. In order to verify the current use of the language in this regard, two research methods were used: a survey method and an analysis of comments on a website aimed at the business community. As the respondents of the survey indicated, the contemporary Polish language speakers recognise the importance of the traditional border of officiality when choosing the appropriate forms of address. However, a problem in communication arises when the conceptual opposition of the official / unofficial intersects with the opposition of ours / others. This problem is sometimes observed in a business conversation, in which a recruiter addresses a job candidate using Polish ty form from the first contact and treats them as a person on the “our” side. The analysis of the comments from the internet showed that the relationship between the recruiter and the candidate basically remains between strangers and it is better to avoid the use of unofficial forms, especially those which use the addressee's first name.

    This páper reports on the dynamics of the anthropocentrism principle which has deter- mined three development stages o f linguistic pragmatics - communicative, cognitive and discursive ones.In the first (communicative) slage the anthropocentrism principle in the pragmatics involves emphasis on speech acts of one communicant. The second (cognitive) stage is characterized by applying to mental States o f the communicant and aims to explain the relationship language - mind ~ speec h , on the one hand, and involvement of interdisciplinary relations, on the other hand. In the third (discursive) stage, the anthropocentrism principle expands to cognitive and speech interaction o f communicants and their groups within discourses of different types signifying the leading role o f linguistic pragmatics in the evolvemenl o f discourse linguistics. An overview of discourse interpretations is given which include: research materiał (discourse is a text, an excerpt of a text or a complex of texts), object (discourse is a process) and subject (discourse is a unity o f communication process and text).

    Pośród czynników zakłócających codzienne porozumiewanie się można wskazać te związane z oceną stopnia poprawności posługiwania się polszczyzną przez uczestników aktu komunikacji. Polegają one na wskazaniu dostrzeżonego błędu w wypowiedzi (np. podczas rozmowy lub w trakcie wpisywania komentarzy na forum internetowym). Niezależnie od stopnia kompetencji językowej uczestnicy aktu skupiają niejednokrotnie uwagę na aspekcie metajęzykowym wypowiedzi. Wiąże się on z przekonaniem, że komunikat powinien być nie tylko zrozumiały, ale także poprawny pod względem językowym. Przedmiotem zainteresowania w artykule będą zatem te sytuacje, w których dostrzeżenie przez któregoś z uczestników aktu komunikacji błędu językowego w wypowiedzi powoduje zmianę treści z aktualnej na nową, związaną z zauważoną usterką. Takie uwagi i komentarze mogą skutkować zakłóceniami różnego typu. W skrajnym wypadku dochodzi do całkowitego przerwania procesu komunikowania się.
    Factors that disturb everyday communication include those connected with the assessment of the level of correctness of using the Polish language by interlocutors. They consist in indicating a noticed error of speech (e.g. during conversation or while writing comments on an Internet forum). Independently from the level of linguistic competence, the interlocutors often focus on the metalinguistic aspect of utterance. It is connected with the conviction that the message should not only be comprehensible but also linguistically correct. The main area of interest in the article are situations when the noticing of a linguistic error in the utterance by one of the interlocutors causes a change of content from the current one to the new one, connected with the noticed defect. Such remarks and comments may result in various interferences. In extreme cases a total discontinuation of the communication process may occur.

    Communication in an unequal relationship (lecturer – student) is conditioned by an official communicative situation. The interchange of information in such a communicative space (situation, place and time) requires the sender and the addressee of a message to use a definite code and to observe, among others, the rules of linguistic etiquette and verbal aesthetics. In unequal relationships, it is the lecturers who in their e-mails observe the rules of linguistic etiquette and aesthetics. Students, in turn, not always can adjust their utterances to a communicative situation and consequently their linguistic behaviours are considered as unsuitable and inadequate with regard to the addressee, the situation and the act of communication. A characteristic feature of students’ letters is the use of linguistic strategies characteristic for the spoken Polish (language) in unofficial situations, and also combining the norms of linguistic polite behaviours typical for an unequal relationship as well as equal relationship.

    The status of the father in today's world is quite complicated. Still, the overall public perception of fathers is very positive. The way today's society perceives the mother is not very different from her stereotypical image created over the centuries. The image of the fictitious multi-generation family from Grabina featured in the M jak miłość show addresses the expectations of its fans and becomes an unattainable dream model for many. With its indispensable elements such as a front porch overgrown with vine and ivy or the smell of home-made cake and apples, the Mostowiaks' home resembles the traditional Polish household like the one depicted in Adam Mickiewicz's Pan Tadeusz or On the Banks of the Neman by Eliza Orzeszkowa. On a personal level, the TV series allows the viewers to see the Mostowiak family through the lens of their own experiences and expectations, bringing back memories of their own homes or providing a substitute for a family nest they never had. Such transfer is impossible in the case of the other analysed shows: Klan and Barwy szczęścia.

    Dwelling is one of the practices that builds the lifestyle of an individual who selects convenient, usually consistent elements from the entire range of communication offers. Analysis shows how living space is organised and presented in new development investments. The aim of the analysis was to reconstruct images of modern housing based on the marketing communication which is presented on development companies’ websites. It was possible to distinguish repetitive narratives about flats and estates considered as spaces that perform functions and serve specific purposes. The concept of JOS (Linguistic Image of the World) was used for the analysis and facilitated the discovery of the representation of the perception of reality contained in language. The research was based on the vocabulary, phraseology and semantics of the texts. The analysis made it possible to perceive and describe five highlights in communication dimensions of living (location, design adaptation, safety, community and comfort). Capturing the relationship between linguistic and social elements and their meaning, significant from the point of view of creating meanings, has led to the conclusion that buying an apartment from a developer equals buying a specific lifestyle. Developers using communication based on social norms and aspirations offer the individual a coherent vision of a “better” future and an ideal life. Despite the slight differences between various estate investments, the picture of residence presented in the marketing communications is universal—it refers to a small catalogue of values.

    This paper presents the phenomenon of anticipation which is one of the manifestations of linguistic maturity and language user rationality. Anticipation, taking place essentially in implicit structures and based on evolutionary old intuition, improves speech comprehension and increases the efficiency of cognitive processes. The phenomenon in question is presented on the example of foreign language communication, because it is there that the mechanisms governing the formulation of accurate hypotheses about form and content are particularly evident. The first part of the article discusses speech perception, and with it the categorization and selection of an appropriate cognitive schema conditioning accurate anticipation. The second part presents factors that facilitate and hinder the right hypothesis. Finally, conclusions and directions for future research on anticipation are formulated.

    Opis:
    Teaching foreign language for professional purposes is subjected to constant alterations, following changes in the standards of language teaching and new teaching techniques focused on taking linguistic actions. In the past decades, it has evolved from lexically-oriented didactics of specialist texts to open forms of teaching, taking into account actual communicative and action needs resulting from the execution of specific professional tasks. More and more frequent consideration of requirements stated in competence profiles for specific occupations in course programmes influences even broader integration of knowledge and technical competence with linguistic actions taken in the social context. The article provides an overview of the development of glottodidactic discussion in the field of professional language didactics. It also deals with selected results of research on linguistic needs, conducted as part of the project JASNE-Alles klar! in more than 330 companies of Central Europe, and presents language competence profiles for designated occupational groups compiled on the basis of aforementioned research.
    Nauczanie języków obcych dla potrzeb zawodowych podlega ciągłym przemianom, podążając za zmieniającymi się standardami kształcenia językowego i nowymi technikami nauczania ukierunkowanymi na podejmowanie działań językowych. W ciągu ostatnich dziesięcioleci przeszło ewolucję od zorientowanej leksykalnie dydaktyki tekstów specjalistycznych do otwartych form nauczania, uwzględniających realne potrzeby komunikacyjne i działaniowe wynikające z realizacji konkretnych zadań zawodowych. Coraz częstsze uwzględnianie w programach kursów wymagań określonych w profilach kompetencyjnych dla poszczególnych zawodów wpływa na jeszcze szerszą integrację wiedzy i kompetencji merytorycznych z podejmowaniem działań językowych w kontekście społecznym. Artykuł stanowi przegląd rozwoju myśli glottodydaktycznej na polu dydaktyki języków zawodowych. Omawia także wybrane wyniki badań potrzeb językowych, przeprowadzonych w ramach europejskiego projektu JASNE-Alles klar! w ponad 330 firmach regionu środkowoeuropejskiego oraz prezentuje opracowane na ich podstawie profile kompetencji językowych dla wybranych grup zawodowych.

    Der Beitrag zielt darauf ab, die Formen der Entschuldigung in der deutschen Sprachkultur zu analysieren. Es werden Definitionen der Entschuldigung in deutscher Sprache geprüft. Wir untersuchen die sprachlichen Eigenschaften der Entschuldigung und geben ihr Diapason. Die am häufigsten verwendeten Beispiele für Entschuldigungen werden in der Studie angegeben. Die Nutzungsstatik von Entschuldigung und Verzeihung wird dort zur Verfügung gestellt; überdies wird die Verwendung der Entschuldigung in der deutschen Sprachkultur erklärt.
    The article aims at learning the apology in the German linguoculture. The definitions of the apology in the German language are examined there. We study the linguistic properties of the apology and give their diapason. The commonly used examples of apologies are given in the article. The usage static of Entschuldigung and Verzeihung is provided there; the usage of the apology in the German linguoculture is explained in the article.

    The main purpose of this paper is to shed some light on language use in the Algerian healthcare settings where a multilingual situation is prevailing. It reports on communication and linguistic barriers that both patients and doctors encounter during medical visits. The Algerian physicians are taught and trained exclusively in French. Thus, they feel more comfortable when they use French as it enables them to be more informative when they speak about symptoms, diagnosis and treatments. Consequently, when they talk to their patients they inevitably use much French and medical terms which are likely to be unintelligible mainly when they address patients who are not bilinguals or have little or no health literacy in the French language. Thus, we suppose that communication problems arise as a result of linguistic barriers which are due to issues related to proficiency levels in some language varieties, mainly French, as it predominates over Modern Standard Arabic (MSA), Algerian Arabic (AA) and the other Algerian local varieties in the Algerian healthcare settings.

    The article discusses the challenges posed in the 21st century in terms of linguistic and communication education in terms of teaching Polish as the mother tongue. The author posited that socialisation cannot replace education, which is why one of the major goals of linguistic education in terms of the mother tongue is to satisfy the linguistic and communication needs of pupils resulting from the cultural transformations happening in the modern world. The new tasks which Polish teachers face include the development of the so-called new communicational competence, which enables communication in a world dominated by the media, including digital media, and to counter the process of lowering the standards of verbal communication, including verbal aggression and language primitivism.
    W artykule mowa jest o wyzwaniach, jakie stawia XXI wiek przed edukacją językowo-komunikacyjną w zakresie języka polskiego jako ojczystego. Autorka wyraża przekonanie, że socjalizacja nie może wyręczać edukacji, stąd jednym z najważniejszych celów kształcenia językowego w zakresie języka ojczystego staje się zaspokojenie potrzeb językowo-komunikacyjnych uczniów, wynikających z przeobrażeń kulturowych dokonujących się we współczesnych świecie. Nowe zadania, z którymi powinien zmierzyć się nauczyciel polonista, to rozwijanie tzw. nowej kompetencji komunikacyjnej, umożliwiającej komunikowanie się w świecie zdominowanym przez media, w tym media cyfrowe, oraz przeciwdziałanie procesowi obniżania się standardów werbalnego komunikowania się, w tym agresji werbalnej oraz prymitywizmowi języka.

    Artykuł dotyczy świadomości językowej i komunikacyjnej młodego pokolenia Polaków w zakresie językowej etykiety. Autorki analizują wyniki badania ankietowego przeprowadzonego wśród 100 studentów filologii polskiej. Okazuje się, że doceniają oni wagę grzeczności językowej. Razi ich zarówno jej brak, jak i nadmiar. Zwracają też uwagę na niewłaściwą leksykę w komunikacji językowej, czyli słownictwo nieadekwatne do sytuacji oraz wulgaryzmy i przekleństwa. Brak grzeczności zauważają w różnych sytuacjach – codziennych oraz oficjalnych (w mediach), nie tylko u rówieśników, ale i u osób starszych.
    This article applies to language and communication awareness of the young generation of Poles in the field of linguistic label. The authors analyze the results of a survey conducted among 100 students of Polish philology. It turns out that they appreciate the importance of linguistic politeness. Irritates them both lack and excess of it. They also point out the wrong vocabulary in language communication, i.e. vocabulary inadequate to the situation and the vulgarisms and curses. Lack of politeness they notice in different situations – everyday and formal (in the media), not only in their peers, but also in the elderly.

    Contemporary cosmopolitan European cities have been recently undergoing considerable social changes. Although most of them can be described as multicultural, the character of their public space should be redefined due to the intensified influx of immigrants mainly from the Middle East and North Africa and the socio-cultural background they bring along. This social and cultural process has a significant influence on the internal and external image and the identity of the city. These notions can be discussed in reference to Meffert’s (1989) concept of the city’s identity and the image of a city, hence in reference to the system of visual identification, communication system and the city culture. A particular attention should be drawn to the language in the public space (linguistic landscape LL), ritualized public space and the overall image of the city. These naturally have to be considered in the context of the socio-cultural transformation of the European cities. It should also be pointed out that Meffert’s theory may need to be slightly redefined in order to reflect the present-day urban cultural and linguistic reality.

    The article draws closer the notion of a commercial letter as a means o f specialist communication, while the starting point for consideration is a proposal o f presenting a degree of expertness of various texts on a scale beginning from the most common, as for instance a conversation (cf. Boniecka 2009:151), through the whole spectre o f genres of greater and greater degree o f professional competence up to for example strictly expert discussion of two engineers of the building industry on the subject o f specificity of steel constructions. The concept of the scale (cf. Kalverkamper 1990) allows maintaining fluency in attributing to texts greater and greater degree o f professional competence, thus it does not force fixed divisions between particular genres because of the level of their expertness. While performing the very charactei i sties of the commercial letters, a pragmatic dimension comes to the fore, finding more and more supporters in the contemporary linguistics o f the text, particularly taking into consideration its situational and functional aspect (cf. Ga jda 2009: 139). The final part of the article constitutes a short outline concerning the condition o f research over the commercial letter as the specialist text mainly in the German, as well as in the Polish linguistics of the text.

    This paper deals with communication processes taking place in the museum, collectively referred to as museum communication, from the point of view of contemporary linguistics. Based on previous research, museum communication is defined as a kind of interplay of multiple communicative practices multimodally organised within a museum and activated in communication with the museum’s external partners. Linguistics has so far looked at museum communication mainly in terms of language use, including other semiotic systems, with particular attention to the related communicative strategies and practices, genres of texts, and their functions, both in internal and external communication. However, the paper argues that the scope of tools used to study museum communication should be broadened. The key determinants of museum communication include multimodality, multisensoriality, hybridity, and digitality. The paper provides a review of linguistic models of analysis with a variety of tools and solutions that have been developed for the study of multimodal texts with similar attributes in different communicative fields. The review is thenused to develop a catalogue of linguistic analytical categories that can be applied to detailed analyses of particular aspects of museum communication.

Such determined frames of a given space have an invariable influence on the kind and type of communication, and the space itself influences the functions of texts that are in it.     In dem Beitrag wird auf die Grundlagen der sich seit einiger Zeit etablierten linguistischen Disziplin – Raumlinguistik eingegangen. Es werden mögliche Vorgehensweisen bei der sprachlichen Raumbetrachtung und Betextung des Raumes diskutiert.     This article describes contribution of the Kharkiv linguistic school to the formation of theory of non-verbal communication (NVC) and indicates the periods of its development in Ukrainian linguistics: from the psycholinguistic research of Oleksandr Potebnia (the late nineteenth century) to modern pragmalinguistic studies. The article aims to familiarise the European scholarly community with theoretical achievements of world-class Ukrainian linguists: Oleksandr Potebnia, Leonid Bulakhovs′kyĭ, Iuriĭ Shevel′ov (Iuriĭ Sherekh, George Shevelov), who directly or indirectly formed a theory of non-verbal communication (its methodological postulates, typology of non-verbal parameters, terminology), as well as with achievements of their followers, representatives of the pragmalinguistic branch of the Kharkiv linguistic school, exploring issues of NVC theory in the framework of discourse theory. Modern Ukrainian linguists actively develop non-verbal communication theory in relation to discourse practice (theoretical, terminological, stylistic, ethnocultural, idiolectic, gender and lexicographic aspects) and declare to have worked out a methodology for a comprehensive analysis of the non-verbal communication system on the basis of oral and written Ukrainian material. However, the article draws attention to the lack of a national Ukrainian theoretical platform, uniform NVC metalanguage and research methods, and identifies this issue as the most pressing research challenge. Based on the presented conceptualisations, the article identifies five periods of the formation and development of the Ukrainian theory of NVC, as reflected in the achievements of the most well-known and the strongest school in Ukrainian linguistics: (1) the initial period: late 19th – early 20th centuries; (2) the avant-garde period: 1920s–1930s; (3) the Soviet period: 1930s–1960s; (4a) the (“post-Soviet”) diaspora period (1970s); (4b) the post-Soviet period (1990s); (5) the current period: since the early 2000s. The article also outlines research prospects in this study area.  
    Niniejszy artykuł opisuje wkład charkowskiej szkoły językoznawczej w powstanie i rozwój teorii komunikacji niewerbalnej oraz nakreśla etapy rozwoju tej teorii w ukraińskim językoznawstwie, począwszy od psycholingwistycznych badań Ołeksandra Potebni pod koniec XIX wieku aż po współczesne badania pragmalingwistyczne. Artykuł ma na celu zapoznanie europejskich badaczy z teoretycznymi osiągnięciami ukraińskich językoznawców światowej klasy: Ołeksandra Potebni, Leonida Bułachowskiego, Jurija Szewelowa (Jurija Szerecha, George’a Shevelova), którzy bezpośrednio lub pośrednio przyczynili się do sformułowania teorii komunikacji niewerbalnej (jej postulatów metodologicznych, typologii parametrów niewerbalnych, terminologii), jak również z osiągnięciami ich następców, przedstawicieli nurtu pragmalingwistycznego charkowskiej szkoły językoznawczej, badających zagadnienia teorii komunikacji niewerbalnej w ramach teorii dyskursu. Dzisiejsi językoznawcy ukraińscy aktywnie rozwijają teorię komunikacji niewerbalnej w odniesieniu do praktyki dyskursu (w aspekcie teoretycznym, terminologicznym, stylistycznym, etnokulturowym, idiolektalnym, genderowym i leksykograficznym) i deklarują stosowanie opracowanej na bazie ukraińskiego materiału ustnego i pisemnego metodologii wszechstronnej analizy systemu komunikacji niewerbalnej. Artykuł zwraca jednak uwagę na brak ogólnokrajowej platformy teoretycznej, jednolitego metajęzyka i metod badawczych, wskazując przy tym, że jej stworzenie stanowi najpilniejsze zadanie stojące przed badaczami. Na podstawie przedstawionych konceptualizacji artykuł wyróżnia pięć okresów rozwoju ukraińskiej teorii komunikacji niewerbalnej w odniesieniu do osiągnięć charkowskiej szkoły językoznawczej, najbardziej znanej i najlepszej szkoły ukraińskiego językoznawstwa: 1) okres początkowy (schyłek XIX i początek XX wieku); 2) okres awangardy (lata 20. i 30. XX wieku); 3) okres radziecki (od lat 30. do 60. XX wieku); 4a) okres „postradzieckiej” diaspory (lata 70. XX wieku); 4b) okres postradziecki (lata 90. XX wieku); 5) okres współczesny (od początku XXI wieku). Artykuł przedstawia również perspektywy badawcze na tym polu.

    Agresja językowa została wpisana w rytuał sprawowania władzy, w którym uczestniczą też – mniej lub bardziej – zaangażowani widzowie, obserwujący walkę polityczną. W dyskursie politycznym coraz częściej pojawiają się ataki słowne i wypowiedzi obraźliwe, konstruowane w różnych sposób i z użyciem różnych elementów. Artykuł jest wynikiem analizy wypowiedzi politycznych Pawła Kukiza z lat 2014– 2017. Były to wywiady, komentarze, debaty oraz posty zamieszczone na portalu społecznościowym Facebook. Język przewodniczącego ugrupowania Kukiz’15 odznacza się dużą ekspresywnością, zarówno na poziomie leksykalnym, jak i pragmatycznym. Paweł Kukiz w walce politycznej łamie tabu językowe i przekracza granice konwencji etycznych. Naruszanie normy językowej polityk traktuje jako swój znak rozpoznawczy. Zastosowanie takich strategii nie tylko akcentuje oryginalność i kreatywność polityka, lecz jest także jego sposobem na osiągniecie sukcesu.
    A linguistic aggression was integrated into the ritual of government, in which participate more or less concerned spectators, who are the recipients of political struggle. The way of interaction in public life is in large part dependent on cultural, social and historical factors, and mostly ruling political system and methods of wielding authority. Nowadays, chiefly mass media create politicians’ image. Paweł Kukiz is a good example of this. He owes his artistic and political position to mass media. The article is the result of Paweł Kukiz’s political statements analysis from 2015-2017 (the time of presidential and parliamentary campaign in Poland and also the time when Paweł Kukiz was elected to a parliament). This is the research of interviews, comments, debates and also posts written at his Facebook page. The analysis showed that Kukiz’15 chairman’s language is characterised by high expressivity, both in lexical and pragmatic level. In the political struggle, Paweł Kukiz breaks down linguistic taboo and exceeds boundaries of the ethical conventions. He considers breaching of linguistic norm as his identification. This type of strategies not only emphasize politic’s originality and creativity, but also determine his political success. The tested instances show that incisive language in political discourse is the symbol of specific person. This strategy is effective to appear in the political world.

    This article presents a linguistic, stylistic and functional analysis of almost 200 compliments which Henryk Sienkiewicz paid to his closest family members in his letters. The study indicates that complimenting, although not very frequent, is an important act of linguistic courtesy in epistolary conversation. As discussed, the principal function of compliments was to make family relationships more enjoyable as well as to express positive emotions towards loved ones. The writer’s compliments are most often complex and characterised by variety in terms of lexis, and they have a great artistic value.
    Artykuł zawiera analizę językowo-stylistyczną i funkcjonalną blisko 200 komplementów Sienkiewicza dedykowanych najbliższym członkom rodziny. Badania pokazały, że komplementowanie, choć niezbyt częste, jest ważnym dla konwersacji listowej aktem grzeczności językowej. Podstawową funkcją komplementów było uprzyjemnianie relacji rodzinnych i chęć okazania bliskim pozytywnych uczuć. Sienkiewiczowskie komplementy najczęściej mają rozbudowaną postać i charakteryzują się zróżnicowaniem warstwy leksykalnej oraz dużymi walorami artystycznymi.

    The article presents flyers informing about a cultural event as a written form of communication between the organizer of the event and the potential audience. The aim of the flyer is just to inform about cultural events and encourage the potential audience to come to see it. It represents various branches of culture, such as theatre, music, film and art, reflecting the cultural life of a big city. The process of communication is realized with a number of linguistic means, which are the subject of presented analysis. Precise research shows that a cultural flyer apart from its pure informative function has a strong emotional impact as it contains a lot of linguistic means that create certain units with strong emotional function. The author chose examples out of 500 cultural events advertised in flyers from Munich to show lexical means typical for a cultural flyer and its possible future development. The research helped to discover an emotional function of the flyer. This has been achieved by the use of certain linguistic means. The detailed analysis of this form of communication can deepen our knowledge of other cultures and their senses.

    Neuroscience is the scientific study of the nervous system and the brain, with the aim to unravel their function. Although the importance of this discipline in the social sciences has been widely discussed (Adolphs, 2009), there are no studies that use this potential for environmental sustainability-related applications. To the author knowledge investigations on environmental problems communication from the linguistic perspective in the context of neuroscience have been scarcely examined. The purpose of this article is to shed light on this gap, indicate the potential of neuroscience in communication campaigns, and highlight the role of linguistics elements as factors enforcing change in human proenvironmental behavior. The author hypostatizes that the future of sustainability efforts must increasingly be seen in a systemic and holistic way and neuroscience should be seen as an alternative remedy for environmental problems. Moreover, the author examines a potential of neuroscience based on linguistic model of communication that could facilitate behavior change in the context of environmental problems and sheds light on relationship between two disciplines: linguistics and the field that investigates unconscious variables that determine human’s behavior – neuroscience. This article is a call for action to incorporate findings made in the field of neuroscience in mass communication message design to promote environmental sustainability more effective.
    Neuronauka jest dyscypliną naukową zajmującą się badaniem systemu nerwowego i mózgu, która ma na celu zgłębienie zasad funkcjonowania tych organów. Pomimo faktu, że znaczenie tej dziedziny w naukach społecznych było już szeroko dyskutowane (Adolphs, 2009), kwestia wykorzystania potencjału neuronauki w kontekście ochrony środowiska nie została jeszcze poddana dogłębnej analizie. Zgodnie z wiedzą autorki, kwestia komunikacji o problemach zanieczyszczenia środowiska z perspektywy lingwistycznej w kontekście neuronauki nie została jak dotąd w szerokim zakresie zbadana. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi na te lukę w badaniach, wskazanie na potencjał neuronauki jako aspektu wpływającego na efektywność kampanii komunikacyjnych i podkreślenie roli lingwistycznych aspektów jako czynników determinujących zmianę w zachowaniu człowieka w kontekście ochrony środowiska. Autorka niniejszego opracowania wysuwa hipotezę, że przyszłe starania zmierzające do osiągniecia zrównoważonego rozwoju powinny mieć charakter systematyczny i holistyczny, a neuronauka powinna być postrzegana jako alternatywne rozwiązanie problemów środowiskowych. Ponadto, w niniejszym artykule autorka bada potencjał neuronauki w oparciu o lingwistyczny model komunikacji, który mógłby w pozytywny sposobów wpłynąć na zmianę zachowania w odniesieniu do problemów środowiskowych, oraz podkreśla związek między dwoma dyscyplinami: lingwistyką i neuronauką – dyscypliną, która zajmuje się nieświadomymi czynnikami determinującymi zachowanie ludzkie. Niniejszy artykuł jest wezwaniem do uwzględnienia wyników badań z dziedziny neuronauki w koncepcie przekazu komunikacji masowej w celu efektywniejszej promocji ochrony środowiska.

    CEL NAUKOWY: Celem artykułu jest analiza porad psychologicznych umieszczonych na portalu edukacyjnym Librus Rodzina z perspektywy językoznawczej. PROBLEM I METODY BADAWCZE: Problemem badawczym jest określenie zakresu tematycznego internetowych porad psychologicznych, analiza ich struktury formalnej, zastosowanych strategii nadawczo‑odbiorczych oraz mechanizmów językowych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem zjawisk leksykalnych i składniowych. Wykorzystano metody badań stylistycznych, krytycznej analizy dyskursu oraz genologii lingwistycznej. PROCES WYWODU: W artykule wskazano wzrastającą rolę mediów elektronicznych w procesie wychowania, przedstawiono przyczyny i skutki tego zjawiska. W części analitycznej skoncentrowano się na omówieniu wewnętrznej architektury tekstów porad internetowych ze wskazaniem charakterystycznych dla nich mechanizmów językowych. WYNIKI ANALIZY NAUKOWEJ: W wyniku analiz stwierdzono, że zakres tematyczny internetowych porad psychologicznych dotyczy istotnych problemów nurtujących rodziców (depresje, fobie szkolne, zaburzenia mowy, emocje dziecka). Na wewnętrzną strukturę porady internetowej składa się siedem elementów składowych, a językowe ukształtowanie wypowiedzi jest typowe dla stylu popularnonaukowego, co znacząco ułatwia percepcję specjalistycznych treści przez rodziców. WNIOSKI, INNOWACJE, REKOMENDACJE: Profesjonalne porady psychologiczne umieszczane na ogólnodostępnym portalu edukacyjnym są ważnym wsparciem dla rodziców i mogą służyć doskonaleniu ich kompetencji rodzicielskich. Stanowią też uzupełnienie dotychczasowej pomocy, jaką oferują tradycyjne placówki oświatowe.
    RESEARCH OBJECTIVE: The aim of this paper is to analyze the psychological counseling posted on the educational portal Librus Family from a linguistic perspective. THE RESEARCH PROBLEM AND METHODS: The research problem is to define the thematic scope of online psychological counselling: analyze its formal structure, the applied transmission‑reception strategies and linguistic mechanisms, with particular emphasis put on lexical and syn‑ tactic phenomena. The methods used for research included stylistic research, critical discourse analysis and linguistic genology. THE PROCESS OF ARGUMENTATION: The article indicates the increasing role of electronic media in the process of upbringing, presents the causes and consequences of this phenomenon. The analytical part focuses on the discussion of the internal architecture of Internet counselling texts with the indication of the linguistic mechanisms characteristic for them. RESEARCH RESULTS: As a result of the analyses, it was found that the thematic scope of online psychological counseling relates to important problems troubling parents (depression, school phobias, speech disorders, child emotions). The internal structure of the online advice consists of seven components, the linguistic formulation of statements is typical for the popular science style, which significantly facilitates the perception of specialized content by parents. CONCLUSIONS, INNOVATIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Professional psychological counselling on a public educational portal is an important support for parents and can improve their parenting skills. It also completes the existing support offered by traditional educational institutions.

    Celem artykułu jest ukazanie silnego poczucia wspólnoty pomiędzy biegaczami. O życzliwych relacjach świadczą akty grzecznościowe, które występują w komunikacji osób uprawiających ten sport. Analizowany materiał pochodzi z portalu społecznościowego Facebook, za pośrednictwem którego biegacze przekazują sobie informacje dotyczące zawodów sportowych czy też wspólnych treningów. W artykule zostały zanalizowane wybrane wpisy będące przykładami aktów grzecznościowych, takich jak: powitania i pożegnania, zaproszenia, deklarowanie pomocy, odmowy, prośby i rady, wspieranie i gratulowanie oraz życzenia.
    The aim of the article is to show a strong sense of community between runners. About kindly relationships witness acts of politeness, that occur in the communication of people practicing this sport. The analyzed material comes from the social networking site Facebook, through which runners inform about competitions or trainings. The article analyzed posts include examples of acts of politeness, such as: greetings and farewells, invitations, declaring the help, refusal, requests and advice, declaring to aid, congratulations and wishes.

    The article reviews specific features of the Georgian linguistic world image shaped during the long period of its existence. The analysis covers the cultural concepts and language markers that reflect the national characteristics. Being a special kind of cross-cultural communication, translation is a process of overcoming the linguistic and cultural barriers, and includes transcoding of language code as well as the cultural one. On the one hand, it uncovers the discrepancies between the key concepts in different cultures, and on the other hand, it demonstrates existence of the similar language markers of the ‘global cultural space’ that is being formed.

    Children entering institutional education can activate the linguistic and non-linguistic norms they bring from home. These norms, however, are very diverse in their nature and children from the same age-group remain at different levels in terms of language-acquisition. In our paper we seek to identify where and what sort of problems may arise in acquiring the mother-tongue, what factors may hinder the acquisition of the first language, what are the symptoms of backwardness in the field of linguistic–communication and which areas measuring tests tend to focus upon. Finally by presenting an indication system we would like to show what opportunities observation may have in purposeful development.

    The article concerns Neuro-Linguistic Programming. It presents the history of NLP and the opportunities that this technique provides. It describes the way the human brain receives and processes information. It also presents the fundamentals of effective communication and on the basis of the author’s survey it shows the impact of the application of NLP on customer satisfaction with a service and, consequently, the opinion about the service provider.

    This paper focuses on Neuro-Linguistic Programming and its main presuppositions and concepts which could be used in the field of education. The basis of NLP method is based on human neurobiology and relates to the function of its brain. Neuro-linguistic programming refers to effective communication methods which are based on the change of people's perception and thinking. It consists of many techniques that improve communication. It also provides simple tools to work with emotions and to manage stress, strategies for encouraging creativity, time management, problem solving, motivation and learning. Thus, although NLP originates from psychotherapy, its techniques and tools were rapidly transferred to other areas of life. Education is one of the fields where NLP can be applied. Research indicates that using it in teaching and learning process can be beneficial both for students and teachers.
    Niniejszy artykuł koncentruje się na Programowaniu Neurolingwistycznym oraz jego głównych założeniach i koncepcjach, które można wykorzystać w dziedzinie edukacji. Podstawa metody NLP opiera się na neurobiologii człowieka i dotyczy funkcji jego mózgu. Programowanie neurolingwistyczne odnosi się do skutecznych metod komunikacji, opierających się na zmianie percepcji i myślenia ludzi. Składa się z wielu technik usprawniających komunikację i zapewnia proste narzędzia do pracy z emocjami i radzenia sobie ze stresem, strategie zachęcania do kreatywności, zarządzania czasem, rozwiązywania problemów, motywowania i uczenia się. Tak więc, chociaż NLP wywodzi się z psychoterapii, jej techniki i narzędzia zostały przeniesione do innych dziedzin życia. Badania wskazują, że wykorzystanie NLP w procesie nauczania i uczenia się może być korzystne zarówno dla uczniów, jak i nauczycieli.

    The article describes the antinomy of communicative activity and communication. The behavioral essence of (non-) verbal communication, its uniqueness and creative nature are proved; dominant continuum characteristics of verbal negotiation and conditions for their implementation are described. Impersonal nature of communication is opposed to the egocentric properties of communicative activity. Ethological essence of communication is postulated – its connection with linguistic ethos. The most important ethological characteristics of verbal communication are considered: motivation, appellativeness, reasonableness, relevance, arbitrality, devotion.

    This article focuses studying of examples of linguistic creativity in political discourse on Twitter, as well as showing the purpose of using linguistic tricks. Subject of analysis covers Twitter posts of two German, two American and two Polish politicians during election. Purpose of this collation is to show differences between creative role of tweets of people that are actively participating in political life in Poland, Germany and USA.
    Artykuł poświęcony jest zbadaniu wszelkich przejawów kreatywności językowej występującej w dyskursie politycznym na Twitterze oraz wskazaniu funkcji stosowanych zabiegów. Przedmiotem analizy są posty polityków polskich, niemieckich i amerykańskich publikowane na Twitterze w okresie kampanii wyborczych. Celem przedstawionego w artykule zestawienia jest wykazanie różnic, jakie występują między kreatywną rolą tweetów osób czynnie angażujących się w politykę w Polsce, Niemczech i USA.

    Opis:
    Some “traditional” issues in language emergence and development are viewed through the prism of the interaction of autonomous robots with their environment and through their communicative skills based on the signaling system which emerges as a result of the robots’ own evolution. The main goal of the paper is to present initial conditions necessary for the emergence of communication in a group of robots. First, the paper discusses, in relation to the general faculty of language, the change that has taken place within cognitive science, particularly within computational modelling and Artificial Intelligence. Then a number of basic, individual cognitive mechanisms (pre-adaptations) are suggested, including the robots’ ability to distinguish signals, associate them with particular situations and imitate signaling behavior. These basic individual abilities may develop in the context of a community of interacting agents as well as in the changing communicative environment. In order to practice and develop the cognitive capacities, robotic agents are expected to engage in a number of activities ('language games'), including the imitation of actions, the negotiation of reference and the use of signals in the absence of referents. Inquiries into the emergence of communication in natural and artificial systems can help isolate the possible stages of the development of the robots’ communicative abilities.
    Niektóre „tradycyjne” kwestie związane z wyłanianiem się i rozwojem języka mogą być rozpatrywane w perspektywnie autonomicznych robotów, ich interakcji ze środowiskiem oraz ich zdolności komunikacyjnych opartych na systemie sygnałów, wyłaniającym się w toku ewolucji robotów. Głównym celem artykułu jest przedstawienie podstawowych, minimalnych zdolności niezbędnych do wyłonienia się komunikacji w grupie robotów. Na początku zarysowana została zmiana, jaka zaszła w podejściu do modelowania języka w kognitywistyce i w szczególności w kognitywistycznych badaniach nad sztuczną inteligencją. W dalszej części zaprezentowano przypuszczalne podstawowe mechanizmy poznawcze, w jakie powinien być wyposażony indywidualny robot, mianowicie: zdolność do rozróżniania sygnałów, do kojarzenia ich z konkretnymi sytuacjami oraz do naśladowania zachowań sygnalizacyjnych. Te podstawowe indywidualne zdolności mogą się rozwijać w ramach grupy współdziałających robotów osadzonych w zmieniającym się środowisku. By przećwiczyć te zdolności i je rozwinąć, roboty biorą udział w serii narzuconych przez eksperymentatora zadań („gier językowych”), takich jak: naśladowanie działań, negocjacje odniesienia, używanie sygnałów przy braku referenta tych sygnałów. Badania nad wyłanianiem się komunikacji w społecznościach naturalnych i sztucznych systemów mogą pomóc w identyfikacji etapów rozwoju zdolności komunikacyjnych.

    Artykuł stanowi prezentację narzędzia badawczego służącego analizie zawartości tekstów pod kątem etyczności. W kluczu kodowym zebrano wyznaczniki etyki komunikacyjnej wyselekcjonowane na podstawie przeglądu badań dot. etyki słowa, dzięki czemu wskazane narzędzie może stanowić podstawę do analizy poszczególnych aspektów etyczności w komunikacji. Ze względu na istotną rolę kontekstu w tego typu badaniach, zaprezentowane kategorie można dostosować do specyfiki badanej grupy tekstów – np. mimo że omawiany klucz kodowy bierze pod uwagę cechy szczególne komunikacji w internecie, z powodzeniem może być też wykorzystany do badań tekstów w innego rodzaju mediach. Dzięki przedstawionemu kluczowi kodowemu jakościowe analizy tekstów mogą zostać usystematyzowane za pomocą jasnego wskazania na grupy zachowań mieszczących się w granicach językowych norm etycznych i wychodzących poza nie. Daje to podstawy do łatwiejszej weryfikacji badań oraz wzbogacenia ich o aspekt ilościowy. Dzięki wykorzystaniu w badaniach narzędzia, którym jest klucz kodowy, refleksję nad etycznością w języku można uczynić kompleksową i bardziej obiektywną.
    The aim of the article is to present key code as a research tool for analysing the content of texts in terms of ethics. The key code contains determinants of communication ethics, selected on the basis of a review of research on ethics of words, thanks to which the indicated tool can be the basis for the analysis of individual aspects of ethics in communication. Using the presented key code can make qualitative text analysis more systematic by clearly indicating groups of behaviours that meet linguistic ethical standards and those that break them. The tool gives grounds for easier verification of research and its enrichment with a quantitative aspect. Reflection on ethics in language can be made comprehensive and more objective by using the presented key code.

    Artykuł stanowi przegląd badań na temat społeczno-kulturowego obrazu psa. Autorka odnosząc się do nich, przedstawia różne sposoby postrzegania tego zwierzęcia zależne od czasów i rodzaju tekstu. W artykule uwzględniono opracowania dotyczące występowania psa w literaturze, filmie oraz tekstach użytkowych. Jak pokazała przeprowadzona przez autorkę analiza, istotny materiał w badaniach nad postrzeganiem tego zwierzęcia wyekscerpowano ze słowników zawierających katalog utrwalonych kulturowo związków frazeologicznych. Wartościowe okazały się także nowsze źródła, zwłaszcza internetowe. Prześledzenie różnorodnych opracowań na temat psa w wybranych tekstach pozwoliło na pokazanie, jak zmieniał się jego obraz, oraz wskazanie głównych czynników wpływających na te zmiany, a także sformułowanie prognoz dotyczących dalszych przeobrażeń w jego postrzeganiu.
    This article is a review of research on the socio-cultural image of the dog. The author presents different systems of perceiving this animal depending on the time and type of text. The article considers studies on the occurrence of the dog in literature, film and applied texts. Important material in the study of the perception of dogs was extracted from dictionaries containing a catalogue of culturally fixed phraseological compounds. Newer sources, especially online, also proved valuable. Tracing the various studies of dogs in selected texts made it possible to show how the image of the dog has changed and to identify the main factors influencing these changes, as well as to formulate forecasts for further transformations in how it is perceived.

Autorka scharakteryzowała kulturowe i społeczne uwarunkowania honoryfikatywności i wyróżniła jej leksykalne wykładniki. Dodatkowo porównała polskie i koreańskie formy adresatywne oraz zbadała wpływ sytuacji komunikacyjnej na ich zastosowanie.
    The article discusses the honorific forms of Polish and Korean languages based on dialogues from Polish and South Korean series and entertainment programs broadcast on popular TV channels in 2020. Cultural and social conditions of honorific usage is characterized and distinguished with a view to its lexical exponents. Additionally, Polish and Korean address forms are compared, and the influence of the communicative situation on their use is investigated.

    The aim of the article has been to bring attention to the instability of the Polish pattern of electronic correspondence by using a distinct comparative background, i.e., the practice of teaching the Polish language to foreigners outside the territory of Poland (in this particular case – the Italians). The efficiency of the modern didactic methods in combination with a high degree of conventionality of the rules of language etiquette are conducive for a quick mastery of correct (expected) linguistic behaviours by the students of the Polish language learning it outside Poland. It turns out, however, that in the Internet reality, the standards of linguistic politeness – generally accepted by a given language community – undergo negative reevaluation due to which the native users of both the Polish language as well as other languages, encounter problems with a dynamic and chaotically changing formula of contacting by means of e-mail.

    One of the conditions for the effectiveness of guarantees attributed to peoples by international environmental law is their proper communication aimed at enabling these peoples to participate in the management of public affairs. The essence of communication with indigenous peoples is to obtain their consent to undertake operations that may carry a risk of harm to the environment. Communication with the EU nations takes place, on the other hand, by means of the EU secondary legislation. Although the subject in each of these cases is the peoples, and the purpose – conservation of the environment, different conceptual tools and methods of action apply. It is therefore reasonable to answer the question as to how these tools and methods enrich or limit the realization of claims in the linguistic aspect. The purpose of the paper is to reconstruct the assumptions about how to communicate with the peoples and to explore the conceptual framework that determines the concept of linguistic justice in international environmental law.

    Effective communication is one of the basic pillars of activities for which cooperation of people is inevitable. At the same time, it is also a significant issue discussed in the context of managerial work, entrepreneurship, business, services, and many other areas of economic environment. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a significant attribute of improving the quality and effectiveness of communication. The NLP concept explains seemingly autonomous behaviour as constructed behaviour created by the series of consecutive stages which we often perceive as one action. By accepting the fact, that what we experience comes from programmed sequences of thinking and behaviour, NLP provides us with the knowledge and tools for discovering the structure of these programmes. Based on the identification of the attributes of neurolinguistics programming structure with the focus on communication and techniques of their implementation in managerial work, the aim of the paper is to verify the methods, which enable to specify the factors of assessing NLP in managerial work. The research was carried out on the sample of 124 managers, out of which 58 were women and 66 men. Based on the research results, two original NLP methods were verified: NLPC - Neuro linguistic programming communication and NLPT - Neuro linguistic programming techniques. By the means of a factor analysis, the factors of Representational systems and Rapport were extracted within the first methodology. Within the second methodology, the factors of Leading and Pacing were extracted. In the paper, the researchers present the basic psychometric parameters of both methodologies - eigenvalues, the percentage of explained variance, Cronbach’s alphas, intercorrelations of factors. Both methodologies contribute to the operationalization of the NLP issue. These methodologies can be used in managerial practice mainly in the area of education and training of managers.
    Skuteczna komunikacja jest jednym z podstawowych filarów działań, dla których współpraca ludzi jest nieunikniona. Jednocześnie jest to również istotna kwestia poruszana w kontekście pracy menedżerskiej, przedsiębiorczości, biznesu, usług i wielu innych obszarów środowiska gospodarczego. Programowanie neurolingwistyczne (NLP) jest istotnym atrybutem poprawy jakości i skuteczności komunikacji. Koncepcja NLP tłumaczy pozornie autonomiczne zachowanie jako skonstruowane zachowanie stworzone przez serię kolejnych etapów, które często postrzegamy jako jedno działanie. Akceptując fakt, że to, czego doświadczamy, pochodzi z zaprogramowanych sekwencji myślenia i zachowania, NLP dostarcza nam wiedzy i narzędzi do odkrywania struktury tych programów. W oparciu o identyfikację cech struktury programowania neurolingwistyki z naciskiem na komunikację i techniki ich wdrażania w pracy menedżerskiej, celem pracy jest weryfikacja metod, które pozwalają określić czynniki oceny NLP w pracy menedżerskiej. Badania przeprowadzono na próbie 124 menedżerów, z których 58 stanowiły kobiety a 66 mężczyźni. Na podstawie wyników badań zweryfikowano dwie oryginalne metody NLP: NLPC - Neurolingwistyczna komunikacja programistyczna i NLPT - Neurolingwistyczne techniki programowania. Za pomocą analizy czynnikowej, zostały wyodrębnione czynniki systemów reprezentacyjnych i dobrych stosunków w ramach pierwszej metodologii. W ramach drugiej metodologii wyodrębniono czynniki Wiodący i Stymulujący. W pracy przedstawiono podstawowe parametry psychometryczne obu metodologii - wartości własne, procent wyjaśnionej wariancji, alfa Cronbacha, interkorelacje czynników. Obie metodologie przyczyniają się do operacjonalizacji problemu NLP. Metodologie te mogą być stosowane w praktyce zarządczej, głównie w obszarze edukacji i szkolenia menedżerów.

    This paper focuses on the emergency communication of German paramedics who are learning Polish as a foreign language. This is to be tested in a role play, in which speech acts occur. Can the recorded speech acts or certain pragmatic phenomena be used in foreign language teaching of emergency communication? The study shows that the majority of patients’ responses are understood by the paramedics, but they respond to them inappropriately. Therefore, it is concluded that language courses for paramedics should focus much more on fixed phrases in Polish. The analysis of the recordings shows that this would enable them to formulate their answers in Polish, and not in German or English. In addition, code-switching sequences were used as means to identify the areas where there is a need for a modification of the programme and exercises during the lessons. The emphasis should lie on non-medical answers to the patient’s linguistic actions as well.

    W artykule, na przykładzie wyborów samorządowych przeprowadzonych w 2020 r., w Obwodzie Lwowskim, przeprowadzono analizę lingwistyczną komunikacji wyborczej Partii Sługa Narodu. Badanie zrealizowano w oparciu o metodologię stosowaną przez lingwistykę polityczną. Przeprowadzona analiza pozwala na stwierdzenie, że w czasie komunikacji wyborczej omawiania w tekście partia skorzystała z szerokiej gamy technik i zasobów języka politycznego. W czasie komunikacji wyborczej zastosowano, w większości przypadków, strategie: konsolidacji (taktyki integracji narodu ukraińskiego, polityka z narodem); autoprezentacji (taktyki demonstrowania profesjonalizmu, patriotyzmu, odpowiedzialności), argumentacji (taktyki uzasadniania tezy, dialogiczności, kompromisu).

    The goal of this paper is to analyze the relationship between the communication competencies (in foreign languages) and the chosen phenomena of the mobile society. A number of social researchers claims, that the “mobility” becomes one of the crucial values of contemporary society and the communication in foreign languages is among the key (esential) competences of citizens. This applies also to higher education system – internationalization of universities, participation in educational exchange programmes. The article aims to discuss the meaning of communication competencies in foreign language as a challenge for international educational mobility of youth. The issue is analyzed on the basis of author’s pilot research into the educational mobility (Erasmus+ program) of university students of the Faculty of Educational Studies of Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań (N = 92). A following research thesis was put forward: the approach to foreing educational mobility will be ambivalent. The vast majority of respondents considered the participation in the class at a foreign language and improving the proficiency in foreign language as the advantages of the involvement in the Erasmus+ program. Simultaneously, the lack of foreign language ability to participate in learning process is perceived as the essential threat associated with the foreign mobility.
    W artykule analizie poddano relacje między kompetencjami językowymi a wybranymi zjawiskami i procesami typowymi dla społeczeństwa mobilnego. Na podstawie diagnoz stawianych przez badaczy współczesnych społeczeństw i ich kultur można uznać, że mobilność stanowi jedną z podstawowych wartości, a kompetencje w zakresie porozumiewania się w językach obcych są jednymi z kluczowych dla osiągania dobrostanu obywateli. Dotyczy to także szkolnictwa wyższego, czego wyrazem jest wzrost internacjonalizacji, w tym zagranicznej mobilności edukacyjnej studentek i studentów. Celem tekstu jest analiza znaczenia kompetencji w zakresie komunikowania się w językach obcych jako potencjalnego wyzwania dla mobilności edukacyjnej. Empiryczną egzemplifikację stanowią tu rezultaty badań pilotażowych (N = 92) nad postawami młodzieży akademickiej wobec uczestnictwa (wymiany studenckiej) w programie Erasmus+. Badania przeprowadzono w 2017 roku na Wydziale Studiów Edukacyjnych UAM w Poznaniu. Postawiono w nich tezę o ambiwalencji w ustosunkowaniu do zagranicznej mobilności edukacyjnej. Uczestnictwo w zajęciach w języku obcym oraz polepszenie jego znajomości są przez zdecydowaną większość badanych postrzegane jako korzyści z uczestnictwa w programie Erasmus+. Jednocześnie brak kompetencji językowych do uczestnictwa w zajęciach jest uznawany za istotne zagrożenie związane z mobilnością zagraniczną.

    Demographic changes point to the need to pay attention to the characteristics, needs and opportunities of people at old age. The article presents changes in verbal communication taking place as a result of physiological aging. It is written the transformation of speech due to changes in the structural and functional characteristics of this stage of life.     Opis:
    Linguists consider insults/swear words as interjections carrying an expressive, cathartic, function, through which the enunciator manifests emotions. We provide a contrastive study of insults/swear words, investigating whether there are specific morphological/syntactic structures pertaining to insults/swear words and discuss the cross-cultural similarities/differences in the pragmatic use of this kind of language, focusing on the perspective of politeness. To do so, we analyse examples drawn from Hergé’s TinTin and their translation into Greek and English, this comic being rich in insults /swear words due to the particularities of the genre of discourse and Captain Haddock’s expressive character. The question is whether the implicit pragmatic/cultural values are the same in all the texts or there are important differences, which can be traced, deriving from the particularities of each of the languages of study. It emerged that the Greek chosen utterances reflect all the parameters influencing the original: phonological, semantic, pragmatic, stylistic. The English version seems to be more distant on all levels of analysis. The (non)preservation of the parameters depends on the peculiarities of the Greek, French and English languages and on the collective images of the recipients. Our conclusions match previous researches, proving Greek as positive politeness oriented, opposed to English (see also Romero 2000; Sifianou 2001). 
    W opinii wielu językoznawców zniewagi i przekleństwa uważane są za wtrącenia transmitujące funkcję ekspresywną wypowiedzi, poprzez którą osoba wypowiadająca je manifestuje swoje emocje (Guiraud 1975; Rouayrenc 1998). Ich użycie ma więc charakter oczyszczający. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przeprowadzenie kontrastywnej analizy językowej w odniesieniu do zniewag i przekleństw. Autorka bada czy istnieją specyficzne struktury morfologiczne i syntaktyczne, które odnoszą się do zniewag i przekleństw, jak również omawia, z punktu widzenia uprzejmości, międzykulturowe podobieństwa i różnice w pragmatycznym użyciu tego rodzaju języka. Aby osiągnąć zamierzone cele, autorka zestawia przykłady zaczerpnięte z komiksu TinTin Hergé’a i ich tłumaczenia na grecki i angielski, a to z uwagi na fakt, że komiks ów, ze względu na specyficznym typ dyskursu obecnego w nim i ekspresywny charakter Kapitana Haddoka, obfituje w zniewagi i przekleństwa, co z kolei jest źródłem oralności i hiperboliczności. Należy zadać pytanie: czy pragmatyka wyrażona implicite i wartości kulturowe są takie same we wszystkich analizowanych tu tekstach, czy też można zaobserwować znaczące różnice? Okazuje się, że wersja grecka preferuje powiązane ze sobą wyrazy złożone, a wybrane wypowiedzi stanowią odzwierciedlenie wszystkich parametrów zamieszczonych w oryginale, tj. fonologicznych, semantycznych, pragmatycznych i stylistycznych. W odróżnieniu od powyższego, wersja angielska wydaje się być bardziej oddalona na każdym poziomie analizy. Jednocześnie (nie) utrzymywanie parametrów zależy od specyficznych cech języka greckiego, francuskiego i angielskiego, jak również od wspólnych wyobrażeń odbiorców tekstu. Uzyskane wyniki są spójne z wcześniejszymi wnioskami i potwierdzają, że język grecki, w przeciwieństwie do angielskiego, jest raczej zorientowany na pozytywne formy uprzejmość (zob. Romero 2000; Sifianou 2001).

    The paper deals with professionalisation of teacher training with a focus on future mother-tongue teachers, i.e. teachers of the Czech language and literature, with a view to the new National Curriculum and its sections, namely the subject group Language and Linguistic Communication. The authors also stress comprehensiveness and inseparability of language teaching and language education and point to the communicative approach based on the dialogic nature of effective teaching communication. The interconnection of teacher – content of education – pupil is seen through the naturalness of speech contact, respecting the aim of mother-tongue teaching defined as cultivation of the linguistic code in pupils with a teacher characterized as a model for speech.

    Kłamstwo to zjawisko, które dotyczy każdego bez względu na płeć, pochodzenie, zawód, pozycję społeczną, zainteresowania czy status. Jest analizowane z różnych perspektyw badawczych i każda z nich zwraca uwagę na inne jego aspekty. Badania pokazują, że codziennie kłamiemy i jesteśmy okłamywani. Autorka niniejszego artykułu postawiła sobie za cel przyjrzenie się różnym teoriom dotyczącym kłamstwa tak, by stały się one inspiracją do stworzenia materiałów na zajęcia języka polskiego jako obcego. Analizuje więc wybrane definicje kłamstwa, omawia różnice w zakresach semantycznych wyrazów opisujących kłamstwo i kłamanie w językach polskim i angielskim. Wnioskuje, że znaczące rozbieżności w tej kwestii mogą wpływać na odmienne pojmowanie kłamstwa w różnych kulturach. Następnie, posługując się klasycznym, częściowo uproszczonym, modelem komunikacji interpersonalnej opisuje kłamstwo z perspektywy nadawcy, komunikatu i odbiorcy. Spostrzeżenia wpisane w te kategorie pozwalają na przyjrzenie się szerszemu kontekstowi, a mianowicie oznakom kłamstwa i sposobom jego wykrywania. Szczególnie interesujące ze względu na cel tego artykułu są tutaj symptomy wygłaszania fałszywych komunikatów uwidaczniające się na płaszczyźnie językowej. Autorka przedstawia także wybrane różnice kulturowe dotyczące kłamstwa. Dodatkowo proponuje zadania, które można wykorzystać podczas zajęć językowych z cudzoziemcami.
    Lying is a phenomenon that affects everyone, regardless of gender, origin, occupation, social status or interests. It has been investigated from a wide range of research perspectives, and each of them pays attention to different aspects of lying. Studies show that we lie and are lied to every day. The author of this article has set the goal of investigating various theories about lying in order to use them as an inspiration for creating materials for foreigners learning Polish. Therefore, she analyses selected definitions of lies and discusses the differences in the semantic ranges of the words that describe lies and lying in both Polish and English. She concludes that significant divergences on this issue may result in a plurality of opinions and perceptions regarding the significance of lying in different cultures. Then, using the classic, partially simplified model of interpersonal communication, she describes the lie from the perspective of the sender, message and receiver. The insights inscribed in these categories allow a broader view of the context, namely the signs of deception and how to detect lies. The linguistic symptoms of uttering false messages are of particular interest due to the purpose of this article. The author also presents selected cultural differences concerning lies. In addition, she suggests tasks that can be used during language classes with foreigners.

    Celem pracy jest przedstawienie i opisanie ogólnodydaktycznych aspektów kształcenia etyki komunikacji na poziomie akademickim. Autor dąży do tego celu, opierając swoje rozważania o teorię moralności komunikacyjnej oraz teorię kształcenia ogólnego. Określa specyfikę nauczania zagadnień etycznojęzykowych, wyodrębnia dwa jego wymiary: rzeczowy i osobowościowy, z których można wyprowadzać cele edukacyjne, wskazuje również na dwa sposoby przekazu wartości: intelektualny i emocjonalny. Autor ustala ponadto, że zarówno dydaktyczny, jak iwychowawczy charakter zadań wykładowcy etyki komunikacji cechuje ten sam stopień ważności oraz opisuje najistotniejsze, jego zdaniem, metody edukacyjne. Odnosi się również do kilku typowych sytuacji dydaktycznych, próbując na ich tle wyjaśnić złożoność określonych dylematów kształcenia, a także wskazać możliwe drogi ich rozstrzygania.
    The aim of this work is to present and describe the general didactic aspects of education in the field of ethics of communication at the academic level. The author pursues this goal by anchoring his deliberations in the theory of communicative morality and the theory of general education. He defines the specificity of teaching ethical language issues and distinguishes its two dimensions: material and personal. These dimensions serve as sources for educational goals. The author also points to two ways of conveying values: intellectual and emotional. In addition, he states that both the didactic and pedagogical character of the tasks of a lecturer of communication ethics is characterized by the same degree of importance. He describes educational methods which he personally finds the most significant. The author refers as well to some typical didactic situations, and using them as a background, he tries to explain the complexity of specific educational dilemmas, and then he indicates possible ways of resolving them.

    Istnieje błędny pogląd, że mózg może pokonać przepaść między mówcą a słuchaczem poprzez rozwój konceptualnej struktury, którą można odtworzyć jako łańcuch fonetyczny. Okazuje się, że należy pokonać co najmniej osiem warstw opracowania informacji, aby móc zdefiniować zdanie czy wyrażenie. Niektóre z tych warstw postrzega się niesłusznie jako usytuowane poza procesem mowy. Podczas opracowania i strukturyzacji wypowiedzi językowych, takich jak „Janie, czy możesz mi, proszę, podać masło”, mózg funkcjonuje na następujących płaszczyznach: 1) struktura ramowa, 2) orientacja, 3) kontakt osobisty, 4) wizualizacja, 5) konceptualizacja, 6) przesłanie, 7) werbalizacja, 8) realizacja. Zwroty językowe jak zdania czy teksty rozwijają się więc w mózgu na podstawie ścisłej współpracy między sferą kognitywną a komunikatywną.
