The article presents various links between business and ethics. The idea of responsibility, used to describe legal, economic and ethical aspects, forms the main, unifying thread. The author employs it to analyze three spheres of human activity. The first sphere, the subjective one, concerns self-responsibility, when individuals are striving to satisfy their own needs and to achieve happiness. The second, the encounter with the Other, embraces two meanings: responsibility for and towards the Other. The third sphere, the social one, extends the idea of responsibility onto the historical community we belong to. The concept of co-responsibility is not confined to our life span, but it embraces the future generations as well. The author pinpoints an important element in creating the foundations of a given community, i.e., regulations that form its basis, especially the principle of justice, encompassing the distribution of goods. Many contemporary authors underline this ethical, political and economic aspect (Rawls, communitarians, Ricoeur, Habermas). The main thesis the author would like to substantiate is as follows: in business activities, the ethical conduct of an individual is not sufficient. It needs to be broadened to encompass other perspectives since contemporary societies are based on the multidimensional idea of co-responsibility.

The main thesis of the presented article implies that one of the possible and, simultaneously, immensely important responses to the question: “Why philosophy?,” is to indicate the necessity of a philosophical diagnosis regarding the current condition of communicative rationality. This diagnosis—obtained on the basis of the analyses and decisions of transcendental-pragmatic communication philosophy—ultimately obliges philosophy to construct the theoretical framework for the project of new paideia. The primary features of this project stem from the recognition of the megamedia character of today’s communication space and fundamental threats that are conditioned by the specificity of this space. The postulated paideia project must be based on the ethical principle of co-responsibility and its goal: shaping towards discursive rationality.

CEL NAUKOWY: Celem rozważań jest zaprezentowanie i możliwie wieloaspektowe omówienie zjawiska uczniowskiej „niewidoczności” w czasach, gdy nauka systemowa po raz pierwszy została realizowana w formie distance teaching. PROBLEM I METODY BADAWCZE: Głównym problemem publikacji jest ujęcie i w konsekwencji zaprezentowanie wieloaspektowości zjawiska uczniowskiej „niewidoczności” w czasach zdalnego nauczania. Czynnikiem inicjującym prezentowane rozważania było doświadczenie autorki zanurzonej w konkretnym wycinku rzeczywistości edukacyjnej. Zastosowana została strategia poszukiwawcza (bazująca na analizie) wobec omawianego zagadnienia, pytań o jego istotę, specyfikę i strukturę oraz wobec odczytywania sensu i znaczenia obserwowanych zjawisk. PROCES WYWODU: We wprowadzeniu opisany został sposób komunikowania się podczas działań e‑learningowych, dzięki czemu możliwe stało się ukazanie zagadnienia komunikacyjnej nieprzejrzystości i wiążącej się z nią uczniowskiej niewidoczności. W kolejnych częściach niewidoczność ukazana została jako potrzeba, niebezpieczeństwo oraz bezprecedensowy test współczesnej edukacji, która nierzadko wypiera istnienie świadomie współodpowiedzialnego podejścia do uczenia się i nauczania. WYNIKI ANALIZY NAUKOWEJ: Finalna analiza omawianego zjawiska dość nieoczekiwanie przekierowuje odbiorcę ze zjawiska niewidoczności na problem braku uczniowskiej i nauczycielskiej współodpowiedzialności. Ten specyficzny deficyt odczuwania i poczuwania się do współodpowiedzialności przedstawiony zostaje jako główna przyczyna „niskiej noty” za zdalne nauczanie. WNIOSKI, INNOWACJE, REKOMENDACJE: Niniejsza publikacja wskazuje na konieczność pielęgnowania poczucia dydaktyczno‑wychowawczej współodpowiedzialności, której występowanie w czasach zdalnego nauczania mogłoby stać się równoważne z rozwiązaniem problemu niepożądanego zjawiska niewidoczności w czasach zdalnego nauczania.
RESEARCH OBJECTIVE: The aim of this paper is to present and discuss multifaceted issues of the phenomenon of pupil “invisibility” at the time when system teaching was first implemented in the form of distance teaching. THE RESEARCH PROBLEM AND METHODS: The main problem of the publication is to capture and consequently present the multifaceted nature of the phenomenon of student “invisibility” in the era of distance teaching. The factor initiating the presented considerations was the author’s experience immersed in a specific fragment of the educational reality. An exploratory strategy (based on analysis) was applied to the discussed issue questions about its essence, specificity and struc‑ ture, and to reading the sense and meaning of the observed phenomena. THE PROCESS OF ARGUMENTATION: In the introduction, the mode of communication during e‑learning activities was described, thanks to which it became possible to show the issue of com‑ municative opacity and the related student invisibility. In the following sections, invisibility is shown as a need, danger, and an unprecedented test of contemporary education, which often supersedes the existence of a consciously co‑responsible approach to learning and teaching. RESEARCH RESULTS: The final analysis of the discussed phenomenon quite unexpectedly redi‑ rects the recipient from the phenomenon of invisibility to the problem of lack of student and teacher co‑responsibility. This specific deficit of feeling co‑responsibility is presented as a main reason for the “low score” for distance teaching. CONCLUSIONS, INNOVATIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS: This publication points to the need to cultivate a sense of didactic and upbringing co‑responsibility, the occurrence of which in the era of distance teaching could become equal to solving the undesirable phenomenon of invisibility in the era of distance teaching.

Celem opracowania jest wskazanie i omówienie relacji materii i ducha w perspektywie odpowiedzialnego dialogu człowieka – techniki i środowiska w świetle ostatniej encykliki papieża Franciszka. Na marginesie wywodu toczy się dyskusja o zależnościach antropocentryzmu, ekocentryzmu i biocentryzmu. Franciszek, podejmując temat kondycji osoby ludzkiej, swoje ustalenia opiera na diagnozie współczesności, nawiązując zarówno do troski wyrażanej przez poprzednich papieży, Magisterium Kościoła, ale również sięga do prac badaczy spoza kręgów kościelnych. Wszystkich łączy troska o człowieka i przyszłe pokolenia. Różnice powstają w ocenie determinantów tego obrazu, działań niezbędnych do podjęcia celem poprawy sytuacji oraz roli i miejsca człowieka w tym planie.
The aim of the study is to identify and discuss the relationship of matter and spirit in the perspective of a responsible human dialogue – technology and environment in the light of the recent encyclical of Pope Francis. On the margins of an argument there is a discussion on dependences of anthropocentrism, eco-centrism and biocentrism. Francis taking on the condition of the human person, bases his findings on the diagnosis of modernity, referring both to the concern expressed by previous popes, Magisterium of the Church, but also analyses findings of researchers from outside ecclesial circles. All share the common concern for man and future generations. The differences arise in the evaluation of the determinants of this image, actions needed to improve the situation and the role and place of man in this plan.

Specyfika procesów komunikacyjnych – wyznaczana przede wszystkim przez charakterystyczną dla nich jedność performatywno-propozycjonalną oraz przez warunkujące ich możliwość normy i roszczenia ważnościowe – decyduje ostatecznie o szczególnym charakterze i wyjątkowym znaczeniu projektu etycznego fundowanego na zasadzie współodpowiedzialności.
The article, indicating – in the spirit of transcendental pragmatics – co-responsibility as the supreme ethic principle, and at the same time suggesting an extended definition of social communication, defends the thesis that the universal and categorical character of the co-responsibility principle results directly from the structure of communication processes as a cooperation that is shaped jointly with the same intention. The character of communication processes is formed mainly by the specific performative and propositional unity and by norms and importance claims that condition their possibility. It finally determines the special character and the unique meaning of the ethical project founded on the principle of co-responsibility.

Opis:
Building learner autonomy requires effective communication and cooperation between teachers and students with regard to teaching/learning goals and methods. In addition, critical reflection on the progress being made is needed. This paper aims to represent the voices on one side of this dialogue, by investigating the perceptions that Business English students at the University of Economics in Katowice have of the roles which ESP teachers should take. This study into learner autonomy sees the co-responsibility of learners for the outcomes of the teaching/learning process as a significant determinant of the development of autonomy. Besides providing an interesting insight into the needs and expectations of Business English students, the results may contribute to the discussion on the benefits of and problems related to the development of autonomy among young adults in tertiary education.

In the communio Ecclesiae reality, of a unitarian, charismatic, and institutiona structure, the crucial concepts of participation and co-responsibility are firmly anchored in the juridical and canonical discourse. This is the way in which the horizon of the subject matter reveals itself, the study of which — from the point of view of the title triad: synodality — participation — co-responsibility — will never lose its relevance. What is, at the same time, important is the idea of “synodality,” which is adequately recognized as the sacra potestas of a sacramental origin (ontological aspect), which gains the dynamism of libertas sacra (existential and dynamic aspect) through the charisms of the Holy Spirit, thus leading to the inseparability of its personal and synodal aspects. Therefore, in the attempt to illuminate the determinant of the aggiornamento of the Church law in this study, it was appropriate, on the one hand, to consistently refer to the essence of the idea of the communio hierarchica, according to which Christ makes selected servants participate in his authority by means of an office, the exercise of which always remains a diaconia in the community of faith. On the other hand, in reference to the contemporary understanding of communio fidelium, the axis of scientific reflection was to be the communion-creative phenomenon of charisms — gifts of the Holy Spirit that awaken in the People of God synodal co-responsibility for the good of the entire Church community. In both cases — without losing sight of the obvious truth that, in the sacramental structure of the Church (communio), both hierarchical and charismatic gifts converge in the service of the bishop, who updates — according to the logic of the Vaticanum II aggiormamento and the ecclesiological principles of the Council: collegiality, the title synodality and subsidiarity — the fullness of Christ’s service: as Prophet, Priest, and King.
Nella realtà della communio Ecclesiae, che si caratterizza per una struttura carismatica e istituzionale unitaria, i concetti di partecipazione e di responsabilità condivisa — essenziali nel discorso giuridico e canonico, sono fortemente ancorati. Si svela così l’orizzonte della questione, il cui studio — nei termini della triade apparsa nel titolo: sinodalità — partecipazione — responsabilità condivisa — non perderà mai la sua rilevanza. È importante sottolineare che l’idea di “sinodalità” — adeguatamente riconosciuta come sacra potestas di origine sacramentale (aspetto ontologico), guadagnando il dinamismo di libertas sacra grazie ai carismi dello Spirito Santo (aspetto esistenziale e dinamico) —conduce all’inseparabilità dei suoi aspetti: personale e sinodale. Pertanto, nel tentativo compiuto in questo studio di illuminare le determinanti dell’ “aggiornamento” del diritto ecclesiastico, è stato opportuno, da un lato, riferirsi sistematicamente all’essenza dell’idea di communio hierarchica, secondo la quale Cristo rende i servi eletti partecipi del suo potere mediante un ufficio il cui adempimento resta sempre una diaconia nella comunità di fede; d’altra parte, in riferimento alla concezione contemporanea di communio fidelium — asse della riflessione scientifica dovrebbe essere il fenomeno dei carismi collegato con la comunione e la creazione — questi doni dello Spirito Santo, suscitando la responsabilità condivisa e sinodale per il bene dell’intera comunità ecclesiale nel popolo sacerdotale. In entrambi i casi — senza perdere di vista l’ovvia verità che nella struttura sacramentale della Chiesa (communio) sia i doni gerarchici che quelli carismatici coincidono nel ministero del vescovo che attua — secondo la logica dell’aggiormamento esposta dal Vaticano II e dei principi ecclesiologici conciliari: la collegialità, la sinodalità e la sussidiarietà — la pienezza del ministero di Cristo: Profeta, Sacerdote e Re.

This research aims to analyze the current landscape of Corporate social responsibility (CSR) research. Using the Scopus database, the study employed the PRISMA sampling technique and analyzed 3679 articles using the VOSviewer program. The results show the emergence of CSR research in 1989, with a notable focus on topics such as corporate performance, corporate governance, family business, and socially responsible investment. We also find no evidence of a relationship between the number of an author's articles and the number of citations. Moreover, CSR research is largely monopolized by developed countries, leaving developing economies in the dark. Our study provides valuable insights into the past, present, and future trajectories of CSR research.

Przedmiotem artykułu są pojawiające się na rynku tendencje do określania i znakowania produktów jako zrównoważone, głównie w celach marketingowych, z pominięciem formalnego systemu certyfikacji na produkcję zgodną z wymogami ekologicznymi oraz uznanymi systemami ekoznakowania. Zjawiska te dotyczą przede wszystkim branży spożywczej i są podejmowane przez dużych producentów. Niektóre przedsiębiorstwa dążą do wykorzystania braku formalno-prawnej definicji produkcji zrównoważonej i zrównoważonego produktu, stąd definiują je zgodnie z partykularnymi interesami. Stanowi to zagrożenie dla rynkowej wiarygodności produktów znakowanych jako ekologiczne i prowadzi do zaburzenia uczciwej konkurencji pod względem ekologicznych charakterystyk produktów.
This paper examines the emerging trend to label non-sustainable products as sustainable ones, mainly for marketing reasons, bypassing the formal certification system consistent with ecological standards (eco-labelling). This primarily concerns major food companies. They take advantage of the absence of formal legal definitions of sustainable products and sustainable production, and make up their own definitions that align with their particular interests. Such behaviour proves to be a serious threat to the credibility of products labelled as sustainable (eco-labelled), and to fair competition among manufacturers of ecological products.

Opis:
The definition of leadership and the role of leadership in generating and maintaining effective organizational change has been widely studied for a long time. Leadership is often defined in terms of the influence, emotional manipulation, classical top-down approach. We must learn to build leadership concept on a foundation of ethical reasoning, rather than pretending that leadership and ethics are separate. The search for leadership and the search for ethics amount to the same thing, and both have to be connected to our concept of corporate identity. As a practical example of such an attitude the typology of different leadership paradigms is analysed. We suggest here that organic paradigm, or co-leadership, is the most adaptive to the challenges of corporate social responsibility transformation. Good leadership, in moral and technical sense, means participative leadership which can create conditions within organizations for employee and stakeholder empowerment. In this ongoing process values become an integral part of the practice of daily management, the means by which the responsible company acts.

Opis:
One of the main conditions for the effectiveness of each conscious and purposeful action, especially long-term and complex one, is the ability of programming. Whoever takes into consideration catechetical programming decides for a certain process requiring consideration and organisation of actions with reference to particular people and situations. In contemporary catechetical programming, an important premise is the revalorisation of diagnostic elaborations prepared with the participation of specialists in human arts and theology. Reliable assessment of reality leads to the indication of key issues with which the contemporarily catechised deal in Church and in the world. To solve them, detailed programmes which indicate the most vital decisions concerning means, methods and time of activity are necessary. The effectiveness of catechetical programming considerably depends on the ability to work as a team. Therefore, catechetical programming requires commitment of various groups and units, both educational and church ones. Participation and joint responsibility in Church do not only arise from good organisation indications. Most of all, they are the expression of the existence and activity of Church as a community.

Opis:
Catechesis is intrinsically geared towards the salvific process which goes on between God and man. This process has the structure of an interpersonal dialogue. The task of catechesis is to help young people to engage in a dialogue with God. In the structure of catechesis, pride of place goes to personal contact. It consists in the sharing of the experience of faith and human values which takes place as part of a common search for the will of God. Catechetical dialogue should be characterized by a pursuit of truth; clarity of expression; respect for the other person; transcending one’s thought patterns in order to find new possibilities for understanding and constructive cooperation through a shared quest; and the ability to remain silent and open up to the other person to understand their viewpoint from the inside.

Autor podejmuje analizę genezy pojęcia „współodpowiedzialność” w duszpasterstwie francuskim. Dynamiczność i zakres podejmowania tego zagadnienia we wszystkich francuskich środowiskach kościelnych wiąże się z tematem jesiennej sesji plenarnej episkopatu francuskiego z 1973 roku, zatytułowanej „Wszyscy odpowiedzialni w Kościele? Posługa prezbiteratu w całym Kościele służebnym”. Nasze poszukiwanie dotyczące użycia pojęcia „współodpowiedzialność” w refleksji biskupów francuskich należy odnieść do czasu przygotowania wspomnianego posiedzenia. Analiza zawarta w tym artykule ogranicza się zatem do okresu od grudnia 1972 roku do września 1973 roku. To właśnie wtedy teolodzy, a wśród nich bp R. Bouchex, wysunęli tezę o potrzebie współodpowiedzialności wszystkich wiernych w misji Kościoła wskazując wyrażenie to jako jeden z fundamentalnych elementów przejścia do duszpasterstwa odnowionej wizji Kościoła, bardziej otwartej na zaangażowanie wiernych świeckich w Kościele.
This study proposes an analysis of the genesis of the term ‘co-responsibility’ in French pastoral care. The dynamics and extent of the realization of this expression in all French ecclesial circles is related to the subject of the plenary session of the French Episcopate of 1973: All responsible in the Church? The presbyteral ministry in the whole ‘ministerial’ Church. Our search here for the first use of the expression ‘co-responsibility’ in the reflection of the French bishops must be linked to the period of preparation of this assembly. The analysis of this article is then addressed to the period between December 1972 and September 1973. It is in this period when theologians, and among them Bp. R. Bouchex, proposed the thesis of the need for ‘co-responsibility’ of all the faithful in the mission of the Church, indicating this expression as one of the fundamental elements of the passage to the pastoral of the vision of the renewed Church, more open to the commitment of the layperson faithful in the Church.
