Opis:: At present a technical area records a very fast progress. Capture it in the school premises is very difficult. There should put high demands for training of teachers. However, the technical development of the human personality is the most important in the school premises. There currently has human opportunity to obtain an overview of the possibilities of technical specialization. Pupil can get an overview, in which it arouses interest in the technical area. And that pupils’ interest there plays an important role in the further development of technical areas. It is certain that this area will require in the future more and more qualified professionals. Therefore there is most important not to discourage young people already at this age from the technical area. This requires the use of all educational resources and tools. The article deals with an overview of modern teaching aids.

Opis:: An important function of education is to teach primary school students the skills and abilities to apply knowledge in life situations, preparing them for the challenges that await outside of school. In connection with the strategy, teachers acquire the mastery of innovative forms, methods, techniques and teaching in primary school. There is no traditional urgency of this problem, at the present stage it is undeniable relevance and novelty. The article is devoted to the analysis, systematization and generalization of the problem of introduction of modern teaching aids in the lessons of the natural cycle in primary school from the point of view of practice. The focus is on the formation of research and development skills in primary school students in project activities; acquaintance with scientific articles during modeling. Ability to analyze, specify and systematize information by compiling Logical Reference Schemes. The priority is given to the use of computers in modern lessons, software as an urgent and necessary requirement of the time. During the educational process, students learn to master knowledge, evaluate their own progress, put forward hypotheses, prove them, simplify, listen and hear the opinions of others. The creative, exploratory approach of primary school teachers to the choice of modern teaching aids should become an organic part of students’ learning. Methodical instructions, the algorithm of the conducted classes, types of activity are concretized by examples on which the author emphasizes practicality of the outlined means. The author provides recommendations for improving the educational process according to the current legal framework of primary school. The practical material is promising for its use by primary school teachers in the face of changes in education, provides a solid basis for the author’s search, gaining their own experience, evaluation of activities in the context of educational innovations.
Важливою функцією освіти є набуття учнями початкових класів вмінь і навичок застосування знань в життєвих ситуаціях, підготовка їх до викликів, які чекають за межами школи. У зв’язку з цим пріоритетного значення набуває оволодіння вчителями інноваційними формами, методами, прийомами та стратегіями викладання в початковій школі. Незважаючи на традиційну актуальність зазначеної проблеми, на сучасному етапі вона набуває незаперечної актуальності та новизни. Стаття присвячена аналізу, систематизації та узагальненню проблеми упровадження сучасних засобів навчання на уроках природничого циклу в початковій школі з точки зору практики. Концентрується увага на формуванні в учнів початкових класів дослідницько-пошукових вмінь і навичок у проєктній діяльності; знайомство з науковими статтями під час моделювання. Вміння аналізувати, конкретизувати та систематизувати інформацію за допомогою складання ЛОСів (логічно опорних схем). Розкривається пріоритет використання комп’ютерів на сучасному уроці, програмного забезпечення, як актуальна і необхідна вимога часу. Під час освітнього процесу учні вчаться самостійно опановувати знаннями, оцінювати власні поступи, висувати гіпотези, доводити їх, спрощувати, слухати й чути думки інших. Творчий, пошуковий підхід вчителя початкових класів щодо вибору сучасних засобів навчання є органічною частиною навчання учнів. Методичні настанови, алгоритм проведених занять, види діяльності конкретизовано прикладами, на яких автор підкреслює практичність окреслених засобів. Надає рекомендації щодо удосконалення освітнього процесу відповідно до чинної нормативно-правової бази початкової школи. Практичний матеріал є перспективним для його використання вчителями початкових класів в умовах змін в освіті, забезпечує надійне підґрунтя для авторського пошуку, набуття власного досвіду, оцінки діяльності в контексті освітніх інновацій.

Opis:: The article is one of several articles summarizing research carried out with a group of foreign students who come to Poland to participate in the Erasmus+ program. Method and research group: Research has been taking place since 2016 and is conducted using an interactive Google survey. The study group consists of 128 people aged 18 to 25 years. The respondents chose Poland, specifically the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, in order to complete a semester or an academic year. This article will also present structured interviews that were conducted with foreign students. Aim of the study: To learn about the attitude of foreign students towards modern teaching methods (e-learning). An additional goal was to verify the knowledge regarding this method of education and to compare Poland with the respondents’ home countries. Results: The respondents come from European countries such as Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, as well as, Braziland India. Most of them appreciate the possibilities of e-learning (87%). Over half of the respondents (62%) say that in Poland distance learning was rather not implemented until 2020. What changed this situation was the coronavirus outbreak. In social sciences, they also appreciate the possibility of classes in the traditional form due to the possibility of participating in workshops and specialist training, or giving presentations.

Opis:: Recommendations made by policy makers, increasing competitive pressure and growing popularity of digital media among participants of teaching processes contribute to their increasingly extensive use at Polish universities. The fact that the teaching processes has entered the new, digital dimension reveals the need for information concerning the relevance of use of electronic media, especially from the perspective of achieving learning outcomes. Given the above, the purpose of this paper is to present results of research on opinions of both students and academics on the need and significanceof the application of digital media in the learning processes.For the purposes of the article, a quantitative research was conducted among 86 students and 66 teachers from University of Economics in Katowice. The data was collected in April 2015 using an online surveying technique and analyzed using statistical description.In the light of our results, the application of electronic media seems to not only be imposed by macro- and micro-environmental conditions, but also to be expected by the main participants of educational processes taking place at university level. The results show that both groups of respondents consider the use of digital media at least as advisable for the achievement of learning outcomes (71.8% of responses covered labels: advisable, recommended or required). However, the level of necessity is slightly higher when digital tools are used by students (80.7%) than by teachers (70.3%). In general, multimedia presentations have been identifiedas the most required form of digital media application in teaching at the university.

In the realization of technical training skills can come with the help of modern teaching aids, and among this group from the point discussed topic -complexity (interactive) simulation programs. The paper presents the results of the research project implemented within the framework of classes on developing the scheme of alarm system, real model and its implementation in a virtual environment.

The authors of the article present the results of didactic European projects that are carried out at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology (WIL PW). These projects are related to the preparation of teaching materials and training in improving the safety of construction works and are addressed to managers and construction engineers, construction students, production workers direct in construction, but also to young people from construction technicians and employees of small and medium-sized enterprises in the construction environment. Teaching materials and training use modern augmented reality and immersive design tools that are increasingly appearing in didactics.

Opis:: In this article, I present partial results of my research, conducted as part of the project entitled Introducing students aged 12-17 to solving computer-based tasks. Research shows that the vast majority of teachers are merely pretending to conduct modern teaching when making use of computer-based tasks during mathematics lessons. In reality, their lessons are typical and conservative, dominated by frontal work and methods based on knowledge transfer. Most often, lessons feature selected-response questions used to verify the student's knowledge, rarely implementing tasks which require the student to experiment by making use of a computer screen. This situation is caused by multiple factors, including: teachers' views on the place and role of using IT resources for teaching mathematics, insufficient number of computers, tablets, and smartphones in schools, not enough computer-based mathematical tasks with a significant didactic value, insufficient competence of teachers, outdated external exam system, incorrect teacher evaluation system.
W artykule przedstawiam częściowe wyniki badań, prowadzonych w ramach projektu pt. Wdrażanie uczniów w wieku 12-17 lat do rozwiązywania zadań w wersji komputerowej. Badania pokazują, że zdecydowana większość nauczycieli, stosując na lekcjach matematyki zadania w wersji elektronicznej, tylko pozoruje nowoczesne nauczanie. W rzeczywistości prowadzą typowe, konserwatywne lekcje, na których dominuje praca frontalna i metody oparte na przekazie wiedzy. Relatywnie najczęściej na lekcjach pojawiają się zadania w formie zamkniętej, służące do kontroli wiedzy ucznia, sporadycznie zaś takie, które wymagają od ucznia eksperymentowania na ekranie komputera. Na taką sytuację wpływ ma wiele czynników, wśród których należy wymienić: poglądy nauczycieli na temat miejsca i roli środków IT w nauczaniu matematyki, niedostateczne wyposażenie szkół w komputery, tablety i smartfony, zbyt skromną ofertę zadań matematycznych w wersji eletronicznej, mających dużą wartość dydaktyczną, niewystarczające kompetencje nauczycieli, skostniały i przestarzały system egzaminów zewnętrznych, niewłaściwy system oceniania nauczycieli.

Opis:: Today, the school should evolve from an educational institution that serves students with a collective and highly unified model of education into a rich and diverse direction in its content and capabilities of the learning environment, which is a valuable instrumentation of the learning process. The paper focuses on selected areas of some aspects of the new culture of learning: constructive, self-regulation, situated and collaboration that prepare the student for smooth functioning in the world marked by change. The implementation of a new approach to education requires the creation of appropriate conditions in the form of rich incentives and stimulating physical and social environment that generates learning situations conducive to learning.
W dzisiejszych czasach szkoła powinna przeistoczyć się z instytucji edukacyjnej, która przedstawia uczniom ujednolicony model wiedzy, w kierunek edukacyjny oferujący bogactwo i wszechstronność informacji, których prezentacja jest dostosowana do zróżnicowanych zdolności uczniów. Jak powszechnie wiadomo, sposób prezentacji materiału jest istotnym narzędziem w procesie zdobywania nowej wiedzy. Artykuł opisuje wybrane aspekty kultury uczenia się, takie jak: konstruktywność, samoregulacja i umiejętność współpracy z innymi, przygotowująca uczniów do bezproblemowego funkcjonowania w ciągle zmieniającym się świecie. Wdrożenie nowego podejścia do edukacji wymaga stworzenia odpowiednich warunków do nauki w otoczeniu, w którym uczniowie mają zdobywać wiedzę. Otoczenie stymulujące uczniów fizycznie i społecznie, np. urozmaiconymi bodźcami, sprzyja nabywaniu nowej wiedzy.

Opis:: Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to explore why and how generational changes and modern ICT have contributed to the development of didactic methods used by academic teachers in the field of teaching information and communication technologies (ICT). Design/methodology/approach: In-depth interviews were conducted with academic teachers who have been working at a university for 10 to 20 years. They do classes for full-time and part-time students, teaching mainly science subjects. Findings: This article clarifies why and how generational changes and modern ICT have contributed to the development of educational methods used by academic teachers. The article describes three generations of students: X, Y, Z, which are currently undertaking intramural and extramural studies. The report contains an analysis of the results of research concerning the work of contemporary academic teachers in terms of educational methods, teaching materials, methods of communication with students, evaluation, and control methods. The conclusions provided answers to the research questions. Research limitations/implications: The article presents the results of qualitative research, which allowed us to initially determine the characteristics of the phenomenon of generational changes and its influence on the methods of teaching used. In the next stage of the research, the authors intend to conduct surveys among academic teachers and students to explore this topic from the point of view of quantitative analysis. Originality/value: This study indicated that generational changes had transformed the teaching and working methods of academic teachers. However, this transformation does not mean the complete abandonment of previously used teaching methods, but their enrichment with new techniques related to ICT and social media.
