Opis:
The adoption of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) underlines the status of inclusion as a human right. In this context, inclusion means being involved in society, and people being acknowledged whatever their abilities and needs. The article gives an insight into the international debate on inclusion, and the discussion and state of implementation in Germany. It advocates a relational concept of inclusion making use of an “agency-vulnerability nexus”. Just like the human rights understanding of inclusion, relational theories of agency and vulnerability examine the processes in social environments which enable or hinder agency. They focus on professional practice, the organisational structures of social services, political conditions and social discourse (for example on disability or refugeeism) and how they are relevant to subjective scopes of action. A perspective of this kind has inherent potential with regard to social criticism, and this is indispensable for a debate which understands inclusion as a task to be tackled by society as a whole.

The article presents and analyzes selected basic problems coinciding with the issues of the inclusion and integration of population into the domain of social security, and it answers the research question: what is the proper, complete and exact meaning of the notions of security, social security, and social welfare? Critical semantical analysis of many works and statements, from classical to modern to newest ones, is the principal research method. According to the central conclusion, the most proper definition of social security identifies it with care, protection and control and not mainly with the absence of threats. The author underscores that leading publications identify social security with protecting the existential foundations of human lives and assuring the fulfillment of individual needs (material and spiritual) and aspirations through the creation of conditions facilitating work and education, and through healthcare and pension guarantees. Part One of the article focuses on the etymology of the definition of security, and on the conventional understanding of security. Part Two is devoted to the natural definition of security, especially social security. Part Three provides information on the topic of social security, considered from the angle of protection and control of people’s living standards.

The key question addressed in this article is social inclusion, as an opposite concept of social exclusion. The author provides a historical of social inclusion/exclusion terminology. Further, some of the principles of social inclusion are presented. A brief review of the literature provides key views and theories of social inclusion. In particular, the author brings to attention that the included/excluded dualism apparent in the writings of social inclusion and exclusion cannot be taken at face value. In line with global debate on social inclusion and exclusion, the author brings the way this debate has now pervaded both the official and development policy discourse in Albania.Social inclusion is considered as one of the priorities of the current government, with poverty reduction as its main focus, which will be ensured not only through economic development. In the end, the article focuses on the role of education as a very important and useful tool for ensuring social inclusion.Social inclusion through education, in particular through vocational education, considered by the author as the only way towards sustainable development of Albanian society.

This article will discuss one of the main topics on the educational and social agendas in Israel. Integrating children and adults with special needs into schools and the community is a worldwide issue. Many researchers have tried to find and evaluate the most effective integration methods, to assist people with special needs and enable them high quality of life and equality. In this article, we will look at the process of integrating students with special needs and the transition that took place during the last few decades regarding the idea of “inclusion”, which is now a top priority for the Ministry of Education’s directors. Based on recent studies, we will examine whether school teaching staff and student teachers are ready to implement inclusive programs in schools as required. We will then propose ways to optimize the training of the educational staff, towards the implementation of the inclusive programs.

The article is devoted to the study of the mechanisms of intercultural interaction and topological configuration of transition from the home world to the world of another culture. Intercultural communication is regarded as a complex of communicative ties with cultural environment, contextual phenomena that influences the change in the content and boundaries of communicative interaction. It challenges meeting with unfamiliar cultural behaviors, manifestations of the Other. Рurpose. Creation of a topological scheme for the exclusion/inclusion of a migrant-communicant from/to a new cultural environment, based on the experience of internal immigrants in Ukraine. Methods. The main method of obtaining data for an article is the method of collecting and analyzing information from open sources, including reports from all-Ukrainian sociological surveys, materials of research on world migration, intercultural experience. The material has also been collected through the inclusive observations of the author beeing a representative of the internal immigrants social group, a teacher of the university, who was evacuated from the conflict zone, a direct witness of events. Results. It has been established that the traumatism of the socio-cultural transition affects communicant relations with the new environment. The introduction of a communicant to another cultural environment can take place in several topological variants: public inclusion, inclusion in the home world of the diaspora, integration into the host community, differentiated positive or negative inclusion, exclusion from the world of a new culture. Conclusions. The topology of inclusion/exclusion leads to defining and understanding of complex configuration of the intersection and mixing of the variants of the interaction of the migrant with the domestic and new cultures during the period of acculturation. The research has confirmed the hypothesis that the most desirable for the settlers of the Donbas is the integration strategy. For the majority of communicants-settlers a high degree of adaptive inclination is a characteristic, which is explained by the commonality of civic identity with the inhabitants of the regions of arrival, the influence of the value choice on the decision to resettlement, the knowledge of the Ukrainian language, readiness for professional and everyday integration.
Статтю присвячено дослідженню механізмів міжкультурної взаємодії і топологічної конфігурації переходу з простору домашнього світу у світ іншої культури. Міжкультурна комунікація розглядається як комплекс зв’язків комунікантів з культурним оточенням, контекстними феноменами, що впливають на зміну змісту і меж комунікативної взаємодії. Вона проблематизує зустріч з незнайомою культурною поведінкою, проявами Іншого. Мета. Створення топологічної схеми виключення/включення мігранта-комуніканта з/до нового культурного середовища на прикладі досвіду внутрішніх переселенців в Україні. Методи дослідження. Основним методом отримання даних для статті є метод збору і аналізу інформації з відкритих джерел, у тому числі, зі звітів всеукраїнських соціологічних опитувань, матеріалів досліджень світового міграційного міжкультурного досвіду. Матеріал збирався також шляхом включеного спостереження авторки як представника соціальної групи внутрішньо переміщених осіб, викладача вузу, який евакуювався з зони конфлікту, безпосереднього очевидця подій. Результати. Встановлено, що травматизм соціокультурного переходу впливає на стосунки комуніканта з новим оточенням. Входження комуніканта до іншого культурного середовища може відбуватися у декількох топологічних варіантах: публічне включення, включення в домашній світ діаспори, інтеграція до приймаючої громади, диференційоване позитивне або негативне включення, виключення зі світу нової культури. Висновки. Топологія включення/виключення веде до окреслення та розуміння складної конфігурації перетину і перемішування варіантів взаємодії мігранта з домашньою та новою культурами протягом періоду акультурації. Дослідження підтвердило гіпотезу про те, що найбільш бажаною для переселенців Донбасу є стратегія інтеграції. Для більшої частини комунікантів-переселенців характерна висока ступінь адаптивної схильності, що пояснюється спільністю громадянської ідентичності з мешканцями регіонів прибуття, впливом ціннісного вибору на прийняття рішення про переселення, знанням української мови, готовністю до професійної і побутової інтеграції.

A moduli perturbation method is to used to construct the solution for the contact stiffness in the inclusion problem of a composite laminate under a state of torsional deformation. The inclusion is considered to be embedded at the interface of the laminate. The following solutions have been obtained: (i) the exact solution for the inclusion in a medium consisting of two layers and two half- spaces, (ii) a first-order accurate solution for a layered medium consisting of (n+m) constituents, (iii) an approximative solution for a physically inhomogeneous medium as the limiting case of the layered medium.
Zagadnienia miedzypowierzchniowej inkluzji w ośrodkach warstwowych. Za pomocą metody perturbacji modułów znaleziono rozwiązania określające kontaktową sztywność w zagadnieniach inkluzji umieszczonej na powierzchni "sklejenia" warstwowego kompozytu będącego w stanie skrętnej deformacji. Otrzymano następujące rozwiązania: (i) dokładne rozwiązanie dla inkluzji w ośrodku składającym się z dwóch warstw i dwóch półprzestrzeni, (ii) rozwiązanie o dokładności pierwszego rzędu dla ośrodka (n+m)- warstwowego, (iii) przybliżone rozwiązanie dla ośrodka fizycznie niejednorodnego z modułami ścinania zmieniającymi się w sposób ciągły, otrzymane jako przejście graniczne w rozwiązaniu dla ośrodka warstwowego.

This study examines the use of online humour in a subversive local community Facebook group set up in 2017 by disgruntled members banned from a similar group “in opposition to [the original group’s] arbitrarily-applied rules, [its] enforced happiness, and [its] suppression of any post that isn't about giving away lemons or asking to borrow small appliances”. The dissatisfaction with the guidelines and the administration of the original Facebook group provides rich material for humorous posts in the new group, many with varying degrees of aggression directed at the founder and certain members of the “Dark Side”, as the original group is frequently referred to.  This article will demonstrate how the use of humour in this new rival Facebook group is used for the purposes of inclusion and exclusion, and how it contributes to a sense of belonging in this online community of practice (Lave & Wenger 1991) created by a small group of self-declared dissidents. It will be shown how the humour shapes the identity of the group through the members’ shared ideologies and beliefs (Tanskanen 2018), and how the humorous messages intended to denigrate and belittle the “Dark Side” reinforce unity among the group members, since the feeling of superiority over those being ridiculed coexists with a feeling of belonging (Billig 2005). Fifteen single comments or multi-post threads were chosen for analysis. These appeared during the first twenty months of this rival group’s existence, and included primarily affiliative and/or aggressive humour (Meyer 2015) directed at the original group. The analysis was carried out using elements of computer-mediated discourse analysis (Herring 2004), and an insider participant-observer online ethnographic approach. The examples chosen illustrate how the humour is used to unite the members of this subversive group by dividing them from the original one, to create the joking culture (Fine and de Soucey 2005) of the new group, and in so doing, creates and sustains the members’ shared identity as irreverent breakaway troublemakers.

Financial inclusion has been one of the key pillars of Colombia’s development strategy for a number of years. Financial inclusion policies have aimed at channeling microcredit to poor, spreading formal banking system usage, fostering electronic payment acceptance, and making financial services more affordable. Using simulations from a general equilibrium model it is possible to identify the most binding financial sector frictions that preclude financial inclusion of enterprises, and study the effects on growth and inequality of efforts to remove these frictions. The study finds that lowering contraints on collateral promises higher growth while inequality is better tackled through measures that lower the financial participation cost

Increased migration to Poland and at the same time an increase in anti-immigrant attitudes cause that social pedagoguesface a new challenge related to the integration andinclusion of migrants. In the article I focus on a transformation of social pedagogues roles due to the mentioned above social changes and new challenges – the discourse the introduces symbolic violence, learned helplessness and lack of agency of migrants, and the insufficient number of social pedagogues with intercultural and andragogicalcompetence. Based on these difficulties faced by social pedagogues I describe what could be their role in the process of integration of migrants and the host society.

Z perspektywy współczesnej pedagogiki dowartościowanie każdego człowieka, a w konsekwencji inkluzja z nim, winny stanowić pryncypium nie tyle teorii, ile praktyki kształcenia. Koncepcje zorientowane na podmiot kierują uwagę m.in. na kwestię realizacji idei włączającej edukacji. Teorie inkluzyjnego kształcenia domagają się bowiem odważnej pedagogicznej konkretyzacji. Inkluzja nie jest jedynie hasłową ideą kształcenia, lecz szeregiem działań, począwszy od postaw społecznych wobec osób z niepełnosprawnością, poprzez konstrukcję zindywidualizowanego procesu dydaktycznego do specjalistycznego wsparcia ucznia. Treść artykułu prezentuje idee inkluzji w edukacji, w konfrontacji z rzeczywistością współczesnej szkoły. Celem nadrzędnym stała się popularyzacja wiedzy dotyczącej modelu kształcenia ucznia z niepełnosprawnością w publicznej szkole, z wdrożeniem idei już na etapie planowania, a następnie odpowiedzialnego niesienia pomocy specjalistycznej oraz realizacji zindywidualizowanego procesu nauczania-uczenia się.
From the perspective of modern pedagogy, the appreciation of each person and, consequently, the inclusion with him, should constitute a principality not so much of theory as of teaching practice. Entity-oriented concepts direct attention among others on the issue of implementation of the idea of inclusive education. The theories of inclusive education demand bold pedagogical concretization. Inclusion is not just a slogan idea of education, but a series of activities, ranging from social attitudes towards people with disabilities, through the construction of an individualized teaching process to specialist student support. The article presents the ideas of inclusions in education, in confrontation with the reality of modern school. The overarching goal became to popularize knowledge about the model of education of a student with disabilities in a public school, with the implementation of the idea already at the planning stage, and then responsible specialist assistance and the implementation of an individualized teaching-learning process.

The paper addresses the situation of sign language users (mostly deaf people) in the context of inclusion as a political goal. For several reasons, there is often still some confusion with the terms of deaf and hearing impaired. In order to overcome this confusion, a survey is given over the needs of people who have a sign language as their preferred language as well as the needs of people who decide on preferring spoken language (mostly hard-of-hearing people). One should also doubt that the whole target group of people with disabilities in the hearing area consists of two separate groups only. Starting from the right of self-determination, the better solution seems to be the individual right of a person to choose any offers which are useful for her/him. As for other groups of people with special needs, ICT is seen as a big chance for improving their situation in terms of life and job chances. Several projects and experiences are reported.

Financial inclusion refers to a state in which all working age adults have effective access to credit, savings, payments, and insurance from formal service providers. The aim of this paper is to introduce several indicators that show the level of financial inclusion in Poland. The indicators are calculated on the base of the data collected and compiled by the payment system statistics of the National Bank of Poland. We will also compare the value of the indicators for Poland to those of the other countries in database.
Integracja finansowa to stan, w którym wszyscy dorośli w wieku produkcyjnym mają dostęp do szerokiego zestawu usług sektora finansowego, takich jak: kredyty, oszczędności, opłaty oraz ubezpieczenia za pomocą pośredników świadczących usługi na tym rynku. Artykuł został poświęcony omówieniu dostępnych wskaźników integracji finansowej dla Polski. I to zarówno wskaźników indywidualnych, jak i syntetycznych. Dane do ich wyznaczenia są pobierane z systemów statystycznych banku centralnego; systemu płatniczego oraz bilansu płatniczego. Wartości wskaźnika służą do międzynarodowych porównań Polski pod względem dostępu do infrastruktury finansowej.

The following paper investigates the values building the axiological paradigm of social inclusion intensification using the legal doctrine. The analysis is set within the Polish legal system,  which is part of the international and EU law established for the maintenance of social cohesion. On the one hand, the Polish solutions not only stem from the European civilization heritage, but also create and reinforce it. The individual sections of the paper provide an analysis of such inclusive values as dignity, freedom, equality, common good and social solidarity which are assumed to be the basis for all inclusive actions performed within civil societies in democratic states based on the rule of law. The analysis also considers a possible hierarchy of those values and how they affect each other. While the inclusive values themselves appear to be universal, their relations and influence on each other (possibly: hierarchy) is strictly dependent on the national legislation. The research has shown the way in which the investigated values/principles coexist. Human dignity has been found to be the fundamental and supreme value of the Polish legal system, while social solidarity supports social cohesion. It is not possible to artificially separate those values – only when they intertwine, complete and enhance each other can the inclusive actions be designed and executed in the most advantageous manner. Therefore, values and rules which bear them form a praxeological system; they must be interpreted only within the context of their coexistence, relations and the influence they have on one another. Each of the discussed values takes part in the establishment of the resources shared by a democratic state and by the internal structures of the civil society existing within this state’s bounds. Only by taking them all into consideration can we provide an adequate and comprehensive understanding of inclusivity and achieve its desired model.

In my article, I will give a short historical overview of inclusion-research. The focus lies on relation between moral and inclusion. I will introduce three branches of inclusion research and deduce my definition of inclusion from it. Inclusion can be understood as a dynamic process of realizing of equal participation on the one hand and of entitlement to diversity on the other hand. That means, inclusion lives from the solution of its immanent conflict- the conflict between equality and diversity. Therefore, I assume that “the ability to solve problems and conflicts on the basis of universal moral principles by means of deliberation and discussion, instead of using violence, deceit and coercion, or more specifically… the ability to judge arguments in regard to their moral quality instead of their opinion-agreement” (Lind 2016) is urgently needed. This ability is an important precondition for realizing inclusion. Following educational theory of morality by Lind and others, it’s not necessary to change the moral attitudes (moral orientation) in persons that are involved in the process of inclusion. It’s more important to improve their inclusive ability and their inclusive behavior. Inclusive behavior means a behavior with which shows recognition of both: of diversity of all as well as of the dignity of each individual. On this theoretical basis, I furthermore want to introduce a little research project carried out by the author in Vocational School Centre. The aim of this project was to improve the inclusive behavior by using the Konstanz Method of Dilemma Discussion®.

Exclusion and inclusion in the culturally, economically, and politically deter- mined educational space are one aspect of social life and its many micro-, meso-, eco-, macro-, and chronosystems. This issue is often addressed from theoretical, cognitive, practical, and research angles, which is reflected in scholarly and popular-science pub- lications as well as literary fiction. It is not bound to any particular time or place and it is relevant at all stages of a person’s life, from conception to death. It can therefore be assumed that, to a greater or lesser extent, it governs the integral, holistic develop- ment of a human being, and, by the same token, the development of civilization. Moreover, one could argue that as the biological, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual (religious) exclusion of the human being is more and more mitigated by his/ her participation in creating a living environment in the local, regional, national, and international spaces, we can observe an increasingly higher quality of the functioning of education systems. This is particularly a challenge for schools, which perform the basic functions-educational and preventative, didactic and protective-as defined by the educational law in Poland.

The second is characteristic of the critical pedagogy and sociology – concerns people and social groups who are culturally and socially excluded and marginalised, both overtly and covertly.

In the paper, we consider an equilibrium problem for a 2D elastic body with a thin elastic inclusion crossing an external boundary. The elastic body has a defect which is characterized by a positive damage parameter. The presence of a defect means that the problem is formulated in a non-smooth domain. Non-linear boundary conditions at the defect faces are imposed to prevent the mutual penetration between the faces. Both variational and differential problem formulations are proposed, and existence of solutions is established. We study an asymptotics of solutions with respect to the damage parameter as well as with respect to a rigidity parameter of the inclusion. Identification problems for finding the damage parameter are investigated. To this end, existence of solutions of optimal control problems is proven.

Aim/purpose – Financial inclusion is a catalyst for achieving sustainable development. This study attempts to evaluate impact of financial inclusion on sustainable development. Design/methodology/approach – Both Error Correction Model (ECM) and Fully Modified Ordinary Least Square (FMOLS) were used to ascertain the short-run and long-run relationship respectively among the variables which covers the period from 2001 to 2016, as data for HDI (Human Development Index) were available for Nigeria from 2001 through 2016 only. Findings – The result of the analysis indicated that in the short-run there is short-run causality running from a number of commercial bank branches, demand deposit from the rural areas, loan to rural areas to HDI. The long-run result revealed that the explanatory variables consisting of loan to rural areas, number of commercial bank branches and demand deposit from the rural areas all have positive significant impact on HDI in Nigeria. The overall result revealed that financial inclusion has impact on sustainable development in Nigeria. Research implications/limitations – The study recommends that banks and monetary authorities should develop new product and services that will attract savings from the rural dwellers because of the level of significance of their deposit to the development of the country. All the more so as commercial banks should also ensure that the rural dwellers are provided with more bank branches, most especially, in areas where there are few or no banks. Credit facilities should also be provided to the people at an affordable rate as this will uplift the level of inclusion and reduce the level of exclusion in the country which will improve the sustainable development in the country. Originality/value/contribution – Empirically, the study attempted to investigate the impact of financial inclusion on sustainable development in Nigeria. The results of the study suggest that government should continue its effort in the area of poverty alleviation by embracing financial inclusion via a vis financial institutions introducing new financial product and services at lower cost that will cater for the disadvantaged group in the society.

This paper presents a potential function method for solving threedimensional interface inclusion problem of a two-layered periodic space, treated within the framework of linear elasticity with microlocal parameters. By constructing the appropriate harmonic functions, the resulting boundary-value problems involving a thin rigid interface inclusion are reduced to classical mixed problems of potential theory. Further, an integral equation formulation for an arbitrary shaped inclusion is given to be used in numerical techniques.
W niniejszej pracy przedstawia się metodę potencjałów zastosowaną do rozwiązywania trójwymiarowych zagadnień inkluzji międzywarstwowej w periodycznie dwuwarstwowej przestrzeni, w ramach liniowej teorii sprężystości z parametrami mikrolokalnymi. Dobierając odpowiednie funkcje harmoniczne, zagadnienia brzegowe stawiane dla cienkiej (lamelkowej) inkluzji sprowadzają się do klasycznych mieszanych zagadnień teorii potwncjału. Dla inkluzji o dowolnym kształcie podaje się następnie sformułowanie w postaci równań całkowych, możliwe do wykorzystania w obliczeniach numerycznych.

The article is focused on the civic practices that fall into the category of social art. Applying sociological perspective, in particular closure theory (as introduced by Max Weber, and developed by Frank Parkin), and referring to the modern concept of cultural democracy, the authoress compares three artistic projects: "Universal" (led by Grzegorz Drozd), "Guma" (Paweł Althamer), and "Import/ Export" (Michał Stankiewicz), in order to assess the capability of social art to transform the processes of social closure. The three projects not only differ in terms of artistic means (mural, sculpture, theatre), but also present varied strategies of “usurpation”, that is of affecting the rules of social inclusion (incorporation) and exclusion (marginalisation): from disturbance of the society’s symbolic order, through articulation of local collective identity, to intercultural (and, at the same time, interpersonal) encounter. The cases, which reveal both possibilities, and limits (or traps) of social art, have been selected so as to create points of critical reference for a more reflective and self-conscious social practice. Hence, at the end, the authoress provides a list of practical recommendations to be used by artists, activists and educators who are willing to resort to social art as a means of social inclusion.

The recent flow of immigrants to Italy and France, two countries that are the principal destinations after crossing the Mediterranean Sea, has turned out to be a complex and multidimensional problem to manage. Both France and Italy organised a complex method for welcoming and distributing the migrants around their territory as much as possible, hosting them in structures adapted or created for this purpose.On the Italian side, two main issues might be identified and analysed: on the one hand the humanitarian emergency of the reception of the migrants, on the other hand, the difficult processes of social integration/inclusion which were put in place. On the French side, these issues are linked to the managing of the risk of radicalisation, in a context in which the memory of the recent terrorist attacks remains vivid.In dealing with the management of the process of social integration/inclusion, sport has proven to be an important (although controversial) opportunity for social inclusion of young immigrants. Micro participatory action-research has highlighted the potential given by a shared cultural framework, such as that provided by the practice of sport. On the Italian side, these practices have not yet been institutionalised, while on the French side there is a more organic strategy, based on a longer standing tradition of using sport as a means of social inclusion.Starting from this premise about the situation of the two countries, we will propose a descriptive and theoretical comparison based on some case studies that we consider significant in terms of the French and Italian approach to social inclusion through sports.

Inclusive education is one of the available forms of education for students with disabilities in Poland. Inclusion classrooms have fewer student and an additional teacher assistant. The schools in which this type of education takes place should meet a number of requirements. They start with the infrastructure and available teaching aids, and end with the teacher training and the availability of specialists. However, these are only prerequisites. In addition to them, the attitude of teachers and their training, the atmosphere prevailing in the school and the relations between students are important. All these elements are components on which success depends. The article presents the opinions of parents whose children attend such classes. Their voice is consistent with the results obtained by other researchers and the reports of the Supreme Audit Office (NIK)- there are no teaching aids, it isnot always possible to talk to specialists (staff shortages), the individualization used in working with students is insufficient, and the relations in classes are only seemingly good.

Celem niniejszego opracowania jest ukazanie problematyki starości w wybranych kontekstach. Został tutaj omówiony jej wymiar terminologiczny, teoretyczny, jednostkowy, demograficzny oraz inkluzyjno-ekskluzywny. W tym ujęciu prezentowany tekst porusza zarówno problematykę sposobu interpretacji pojęcia starości i starzenia się, wskazuje na różnice w klasyfikacji wieku starości, prezentuje wieloaspektowość ujęć teorii starzenia się. Podkreśla również, że konsekwencje wynikające ze starzenia się społeczeństw należy rozpatrywać w odniesieniu do samych seniorów, ale również w odniesieniu do funkcjonowania społeczeństwa pod względem mentalnym, ekonomicznym, a także polityki społecznej państwa. Zatem namysł nad starością uzasadnia potrzebę ograniczania stereotypów i tworzenia narzędzi oraz klimatu przeciwdziałającemu społecznemu wykluczeniu osób starszych.
The purpose of this paper is to show the problems of old age in some contexts. In this paper there were discussed the terminological, theoretical, demographic and inclusive- exclusive context. The text addresses both the problems of how to interpret the concept of old age and aging, points to differences in the classification of old age and presents a multi aspects theory approaches of aging. It also emphasizes that not only the consequences of an aging population must be considered in relation to the very elderly, but also in relation to the functioning of society in terms of mental, economic, and social policy of the state. Therefore reflection on old age justifies the need of reducing stereotypes and creating special tools to prevent from social exclusion of older people.

Contrary to the huge involvement of various social groups, implementation of numerous aid programmes, social exclusion, discrimination, marginalisation are still present in various social groups all over the world, and various strategies of social inclusion, including administrative and legal tools for its practical implementation, prove to be ineffective. The aim of this article is to indicate mutual dependencies and conditions as well as social contexts determining the illusory nature of inclusion activities undertaken, first of all, in relation to people with disabilities, but also people excluded from reasons other than disability.
Wbrew ogromnemu zaangażowaniu różnych gremiów społecznych, realizowaniu licznych programów pomocowych wykluczenie społeczne, dyskryminacja, marginalizacja wciąż są udziałem różnych grup społecznych na całym świecie, a wykorzystywane, różnorodne strategie inkluzji społecznej, także administracyjnoprawne narzędzia, służące praktycznemu jej wdrażaniu, okazują się mało skuteczne. Celem tego artykułu uczyniono wskazanie wzajemnych zależności i uwarunkowań oraz społecznych kontekstów przesądzających o iluzoryczności podejmowanych działań inkluzyjnych, przede wszystkim w odniesieniu do osób z niepełnosprawnościami, ale także osób wykluczonych z innych niż niepełnosprawność przyczyn.
