Relationships with customers - Opis:
- The aim of the paper was to present the possibility of using information technologies in the processing of knowledge about customers on electronic market. General description of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system functionality was made. Subsequently, the strategic customer-centric analysis, performed by analytical CRM supporting knowledge about customers on electronic market were described. The obtained results may be useful for improving the processing of knowledge about customers with using of analytical CRM system.
