    Let \(\mathrm{T}\) be the family of all typically real functions, i.e. functions that are analytic in the unit disk \(\Delta := \{ z \in \mathbb{C} : |z|<1 \}\), normalized by \(f(0)=f'(0)-1=0\) and such that Im \(z\) Im \(f(z)\) \(\geq 0\) for \(z \in \Delta\). Moreover, let us denote: \(\mathrm{T}^{(2)}:=  \{f \in \mathrm{T}: f(z)=-f(-z) \text{ for } z \in \Delta \}\) and \(\mathrm{T}^{M,g} :=  \{ f \in \mathrm{T}: f \prec Mg \text{ in } \Delta \}\), where \(M>1\), \(g \in \mathrm{T} \cap \mathrm{S}\) and \(\mathrm{S}\) consists of all analytic functions, normalized and univalent in \(\Delta\).We investigate  classes in which the subordination is replaced with the majorization and the function \(g\) is typically real but does not necessarily univalent, i.e. classes \(\{ f \in \mathrm{T}: f \ll Mg \text{ in } \Delta \}\), where \(M>1\), \(g \in \mathrm{T}\), which we denote by \(\mathrm{T}_{M,g}\). Furthermore, we broaden the class \(\mathrm{T}_{M,g}\) for the case \(M \in (0,1)\) in the following  way:\(\mathrm{T}_{M,g} = \left\{ f \in \mathrm{T} : |f(z)| \geq M |g(z)| \text{ for } z \in \Delta \right\}\), \(g \in \mathrm{T}\).

    Monotonicity of functions were of great interest of many mathematicians. Starting from the well known theorem of monotonicity of a differentiable function one can get quite sophisticated results. We give a survey of results when thesis of them is continuous and monotone function. Someone can ask why it should be continuous. Even a differentiable functions but not at the only point of its domain with positive derivative need not be non-decreasing. That is why we want to look for theorems for continuous functions.

    Two-parameters extension of the family of typically-real functions is studied. The definition is obtained by the Stjeltjes integral formula. The kernel function in this definition serves as a generating function for some family of orthogonal polynomials generalizing Chebyshev polynomials of the second kind. The results of this paper concern the exact region of local univalence, bounds for the radius of univalence, the coefficient problems within the considered family as well as the basic properties of obtained orthogonal polynomials.

    Let X be a finite dimensional real Banach space. We show that if the contingent of the curve Γ : (a, b) → X fulfils some conditions then each parametrization of that curve is V BG * . Stanisław Saks proved that each V BG * function is differentiable at a set of full Lebesgue measure. The result of this paper is a partial converse of that theorem.

    Let D be a bounded strictly pseudoconvex domain of $ℂ^n$ with smooth boundary. We consider the weighted mixed-norm spaces $A_{δ,k}^{p,q}(D)$ of holomorphic functions with norm $∥f∥_{p,q,δ,k} = (sum_{|α|≤k} \int_{0}^{r_0} (\int_{∂D_{r}} |D^{α} f|^p dσ_{r})^{q//p} r^{δq//p-1} dr)^{1//q}$. We prove that these spaces can be obtained by real interpolation between Bergman-Sobolev spaces $A_{δ,k}^{p}(D)$ and we give results about real and complex interpolation between them. We apply these results to prove that $A_{δ,k}^{p,q}(D)$ is the intersection of a Besov space $B_{s}^{p,q}(D)$ with the space of holomorphic functions on D. Further, we obtain several properties of the mixed-norm spaces.

    Identification of working fluids and development of their mathematical models should always precede construction of a proper model of the analysed thermodynamic system. This paper presents method of development of a mathematical model of working fluids in a gas turbine system and its implementation in Python programming environment. Among the thermodynamic parameters of the quantitative analysis of systems, the following were selected: specific volume, specific isobaric and isochoric heat capacity and their ratio, specific enthalpy and specific entropy. The development of the model began with implementation of dependencies describing the semi-ideal gas. The model was then extended to the real gas model using correction factors reflecting the impact of pressure. The real gas equations of state were chosen, namely due to Redlich–Kwong, Peng–Robinson, Soave– Redlich–Kwong, and Lee–Kesler. All the correction functions were derived analytically from the mentioned equations of real gas behaviour. The philosophy of construction of computational algorithms was presented and relevant calculation and numerical algorithms were discussed. Created software allowed to obtain results which were analysed and partially validated.

    Opis:
    In the spirit of our earlier articles on $q-\omega$ special functions, the purpose of this article is to present many new \(q\)-number systems, which are based on the \(q\)-addition, which was introduced in our previous articles and books. First, we repeat the concept biring, in order to prepare for the introduction of the \(q\)-integers, which extend the \(q\)-natural numbers from our previous book. We formally introduce a \(q\)-logarithm for the \(q\)-exponential function for later use. In order to find \(q\)-analogues of the corresponding formulas for the generating functions and \(q\)-trigonometric functions, we also introduce \(q\)-rational numbers. Then the so-called \(q\)-real numbers \(\mathbb{R}_{\oplus_{q}}\), with a norm, a \(q\)-deformed real line, and with three inequalities, are defined. The purpose of the more general \(q\)-real numbers \(\mathbb{R}_{q}\) is to allow the other \(q\)-addition too. The closely related JHC \(q\)-real numbers \(\mathbb{R}_{\boxplus_{q}}\) have applications to several \(q\)-Euler integrals. This brings us to a vector version of the \(q\)-binomial theorem from a previous paper, which is associated with a special case of the \(q\)-Lauricella function. New \(q\)-trigonometric function formulas are given to show the application of this umbral calculus. Then, some equalities between \(q\)-trigonometric zeros and extreme values are proved. Finally, formulas and graphs for \(q\)-hyperbolic functions are shown.

    Dzieci w wieku poniemowlęcym i przedszkolnym oraz ich opiekunowie tworzą w Polsce i na świecie potężną grupę konsumentów mediów oraz powiązanych z nimi produktów (np. gadżety, zabawki, produkty spożywcze, kosmetyki pielęgnacyjne, farmaceutyki, ubranka, książeczki i rysowanki, audiobooki, filmy na DVD). Jednocześnie adresowana do nich oferta przekazów audiowizualnych często nie jest dostosowana do ich możliwości poznawczych oraz kompetencji społecznych, choć jest reklamowana jako pełniąca funkcje edukacyjne. Na podstawie reklamy jawnej i ukrytej opiekunowie dzieci podejmują decyzję o zakupie określonych produktów i usług, kierując się także w swoich działania dowodem społecznej słuszności oraz własną wygodą. Telewizja i ekrany różnych technologii od przeszło 50 lat, z roku na rok, z większą intensywnością towarzyszą rozwojowi dziecka, w ostatnich 15 latach – także w formie zminiaturyzowanej, mobilnej, a w ostatnich 5 – również taktylnej oraz interaktywnej i wyposażonej w symulatory mowy. Analiza konkretnych przekazów pod względem ich formy i zawartości pozwala określić, jakie kompetencje audiowizualne wpisane są w projekt odbiorcy idealnego, postulowanego przez przekaz. Na tej podstawie można, w dalszej kolejności stwierdzić, jakich funkcji poznawczych wymaga jego rozumienie i interpretacja oraz, w jakim stosunku pozostaje figura odbiorcy idealnego w relacji do realnego widza. Badania tego rodzaju mają więc konkretne znaczenie praktyczne, ponieważ pozwalają skutecznie walczyć z podwójną dezinformacją: w odniesieniu do opiekunów i w stosunku do ich podopiecznych. Pierwsza grupa żywi często naiwne przekonanie, że dzieci mają kontakt z przekazami dostosowanymi do ich wieku, drudzy – w efekcie nieprzemyślanych decyzji i działań dorosłych – mają często takie doświadczenia w kontakcie z mediami, które wcale nie służą ich optymalnemu rozwojowi poznawczemu, społecznemu, emocjonalnemu, językowo-komunikacyjnemu, a wręcz skutkują dla niego negatywnie. Artykuł odnosi się do pierwszego etapu badania rozumienia przekazów audiowizualnych przez dzieci na wskazanym etapie rozwoju. Autorka wykorzystuje analizy: literatury zastanej i cząstkowych badań własnych dedykowanych temu zagadnieniu.
    Children in toddlers and pre-school ages create a powerful group of media consumers and related media products in Poland and around the world (eg gadgets, toys, food products). At the same time, the audiovisual broadcast offer addressed to them is often not adapted to their cognitive abilities and social competences, although it is advertised as performing educational functions. On the basis of public and hidden advertising, children’s guardians make decisions about the purchase of specific products and services, also guided by their proof of social equity and their own convenience. Television and screens of various technologies for more than 30 years, from year to year, with greater intensity accompany the development of the child, also in the form of miniaturized and mobile. The analysis of specific messages in terms of their form and content allows to determine what audiovisual competencies are included in the ideal recipient’s project, postulated by the message. On this basis, it can be further determined which cognitive functions its understanding and interpretation requires, and in what relation the figure of the ideal recipient remains in relation to the real viewer. Research of this kind has a specific practical meaning, because it allows to effectively fight with double disinformation: in relation to carers and their charges. The first group is convinced that children have contact with messages tailored to their age, others often have such experiences in contact with the media, which do not at all serve their optimal cognitive, social, emotional and even negative results. The article refers to the first stage of the study of the understanding of audiovisual communications by children at the indicated stage of development and refers to the analysis of existing literature and partial own research.
