    This paper presents the analysis of the possibility of using Electronic Data Interchange system to support the realization of the production order process by the ERP system. This paper describes the essence of EDI systems with advantages and disadvantages arising from their use and briefly characterizes the essence of ERP systems. It also presents a general model of production order realization with the use of EDI, which consists of six phases - Order acceptance, Creating documentation, MRP, Production, Goods dispatch and Payment receipt. On this basis, it was found that EDI messages are a perfect complement to the ERP system in the realization of the production order process.

    In this paper the efficiency of the System of Production Order Verification in application to service of customer is examined. Its aim is to find out whether a given work order can be accepted to be processed in an enterprise and satisfy the customer’s requirements within constraints imposed by the enterprise configuration and the process of manufacturing of other products. The presented system is illustrated on an example.

    W artykule przedstawiono model zlecenia produkcyjnego stanowiącego podstawę integracji systemów Proedims i KbRS w zakresie harmonogramowania produkcji dyskretnej. Model zlecenia umożliwia planowanie produkcji złożonych wyrobów posiadających wielopoziomowe struktury procesów technologicznych zarówno w systemach o konfiguracji przepływowej jak i gniazdowej z maszynami równoległymi. W przyjętym modelu systemu produkcyjnego oraz zlecenia wyszczególniono etapy decyzyjne wymagane przy budowie harmonogramu. Opisano sposób współpracy przy wymianie danych pomiędzy omawianymi systemami.
    The paper presents the model of a production order, which is the basis of Proedims and KbRS software systems integration, used in scheduling of discrete manufacturing systems. The model enables planning of production orders for complex products with multi-level structure of the processes in flow shop and job shop production system configuration with parallel machines. Required decision-making stages for schedule construction of the given model of the production system and production order were presented. Principles of cooperation in exchanging data between Proedims and KbRS were discussed.

    Opis:
    Since the production is aimed at fulfilling specific needs of demanding customers and not at filling warehouses, the production volume should reflect the volume of orders. In times of fight for the client every order has to be performed on time. What is more, in times of fight for shortening the delivery cycle, meeting safe deadlines, that is distant in time, is not enough. Companies are forced to meet short deadlines with keeping the product price competitiveness condition. It is hardly possible without a advanced planning support system. Currently, advanced planning systems are coming into use, however their cost exceeds the possibilities of small and medium enterprises and algorithms used often require great customization to industries’ needs and conditions of unit and small-batch production. Such conditions lead to a need for simplified methods. The methods used so far are not capable of finding the global optimum of such big data ranges. For this reason computer tools for applying to the industrial scale are needed. The above method basis on the data so far collected in ERP system.

    W artykule zaprezentowano trzy przykłady, rozwiązań logistycznych dostaw towarów (dostaw konstrukcji stolarki i ślusarki budowlanej oraz dostaw szyb) produkowanych na indywidualne zamówienie; w relacji z procesami produkcyjnymi. W przykładzie I – przedstawiono prostą relację dostaw, gotowych wymiarowo i rodzajowo, szyb zespolonych; pomiędzy dostawcą – zakładem produkcji szyb (zps) i odbiorcą – zakładem produkcji stolarki budowlanej (zpsb). W przykładzie II – przedstawiono łańcuch logistyczny dostaw – produkowanych na gotowo – konstrukcji aluminiowych segmentów elewacyjnych; produkowanych jednocześnie przez trzy różne zpsb, zlokalizowane w trzech różnych miastach Polski; na jeden plac budowy, mieszczący się w jeszcze innym – czwartym mieście w Polsce. Przedsięwzięcie logistyczne transportowo-produkcyjne było realizowane przez okres ok. 6-cu miesięcy. W przykładzie III – przedstawiono działania, uwarunkowania i rozwiązania logistyczne – mające miejsce w zpsb, w którym podjęto decyzję zmiany polityki i organizacji dostaw i transportu z załadunku samochodów gotowymi konstrukcjami stolarki budowlanej „luzem” – na wyłącznie – dostawy samochodami konstrukcji stolarki (ślusarki) budowlanej na specjalistycznych stojakach; tj. na zwrotnych jednostkach transportowych.
    Herein presented three examples of logistic’s solutions of delivery of the goods (delivery of windows, doors, and glasses), which are produced to individual order in connection of production’s process. In example I – presented simply relation of deliveries, ready (sizes and types) of glass units; between supplier – a glass producer factory and recipient – a windows and doors producer factory. In example II – presented logistic’s chain of delivery – produced to order – ready aluminum construction of elevation’s segments; which are produce at the same time by three different factories, localized in three different towns in Poland; to one place of build – localized in fourth different town in Poland. Logistic action of production-transportation was realize during about six month. In example III – presented action, determinants and solutions of logistics; which are placed in windows and doors production factory, where decided for a new organization of transport and delivery – it’s mean transport and delivery on the lorries, but only on the returnable special stands – returnable transportation units.

    The results of social-and-economic order analysis in the context of formation and representing organizational interaction between managing subjects of production management are considered in the article. It was proved that social-and-economic order, as a type of social order, is acting as the determinative prerequisite of formation efficient organizational interaction in any system of present-day management. It was well-grounded that social-and-economic order of organizational interactions is caused by economic requirements and economic interests of production subjects has a relevant legal content, and its determinative element stands for ordering ownership relations, i.e., order between people as far as owning and managing means of production are concerned. The author’s models of representing organizational interaction in the systems of production management depending on forms and methods of division relations of ownership for means of production are presented in the article.

    This paper studies multi-product production manufacturing systems with in-line quality control. Quality control is carried at inspection stations located within a production line. Quality control has an impact on performance of the system: throughput decreases and resource utilization increases. Production lines are modeled as a multi-product Open Jackson Network, where stochastic character of routing is a result of quality control operations. Quality inspection can result in feedback to a work station of the manufacturing system. The approach developed allows for comparing different inspection allocations using three principal indices: overall cost, lead-time and equipment utilization.

    The article describes an example of using a database application to manage customer data in an organization producing products to individual customer orders. The research were carried out in the department of production engineering at the Poznan University of Technology, who conducts research regarding the creation of individual prostheses and ortheses for patients with limb disfunctions. The developed database application with its functionality is included in the area of crm it solutions. The application is an extension of the automedprint system, which is used for fast, automatic designing and manufacturing of prostheses and orthetizes by 3d printing. In automedprint, data concerning clients, products and production orders are saved in different folders, which makes the management of these data very hard. Reason for this, a solution which enables accelerating editing, searching, sorting of data, and therefore providing in a short time information on the status of implementation of individual orders, has been developed.

    Artykuł prezentuje wybrane zagadnienia związane z badaniem cyklu realizacji zamówienia klienta w produkcji jednostkowej. Na początku przedstawione zostały tendencje i perspektywy w produkcji jednostkowej oraz podstawy sformułowania obszarów badawczych. Główna część artykułu obejmuje charakterystykę wyodrębnionych trzech obszarów badawczych. Należą do nich: analiza kluczowych czynników obsługi klienta w produkcji jednostkowej, badania czasu realizacji zamówienia klienta oraz badania powiązań między ogniwami łańcucha. Charakterystyka każdego z obszarów badawczych obejmuje sformułowanie celu badań, opis wykorzystywanych metod i technik badawczych oraz krótką prezentację wyników prowadzonych badań. Artykuł kończą wnioski, wynikające z prowadzonych badań. Prezentowane w artykule zagadnienia są częścią szerszego opracowania, obejmującego stworzenie procedury realizacji zamówienia klienta w produkcji jednostkowej.
    The article presents selected aspects related to the cycle's research of the customer order fulfillment in unit production. Trends and perspectives in discreet manufacturing and grounds for formulations of research areas were explained at the beginning. The main part of the study includes characterization of three separate research areas. These are: analyses of the key factors of customer service in the unit production, testing lead time of order process and studies on relationships between the chain links. The characteristics of each of the areas of research include: the formulation of the main objective, a description of used methods and techniques, and a brief presentation of research results. The conclusions of the research ends the article. Aspects presented in the paper are part of a broaden elaboration, involving creating a procedure of customer order fulfillment in discreet manufacturing.

    The purpose of the article is to estimate the number of municipalities (gminas) that should apply for the exclusion of agricultural land from agricultural production due to the entry into force of the proposed amended Law on Planning and Spatial Development. In Poland, this problem is significant due to the oversupply of construction land, which contributes to the dispersion of settlements and spatial chaos. Analyses were conducted in 2175 rural and urban-rural municipalities. Several variant estimates of the number of municipalities were made, using data on municipal studies and local plans. It was estimated that the number of municipalities that could apply to exclude agricultural land from agricultural production ranged from 321 to 1343 (14.8%–61.7% of non-urban municipalities). This means that the scale of expected land exclusions could be very large and occur in up to every second non-urban municipality. This indicates the need for prudent formulation of regulations to serve rational and efficient land use and spatial organisation.
