    W poniższym artykule zaprezentowano obszary i formy współpracy z rodzicami, które są niezbędne do stworzenia optymalnych warunków rozwoju dziecka. Realizacja tychże form, pozwoli na zrealizowanie w pełni wymagania stawianego placówce przez ustawodawcę, tak, by rodzice stali się partnerami placówki, współdecydowali w jej sprawach i uczestniczyli w podejmowanych działaniach, na rzecz rozwoju dzieci, a placówka by pozyskiwała i wykorzystywała opinie rodziców do swojej pracy.
    The following article presents the forms of cooperation with parents that are necessary to create optimal conditions for a child's development. The implementation of these forms will allow the legislator to fully meet the requirements set for the educational establishment, so that the parents become partners of the establishment, they co-decide on its matters and participated in the activities undertaken for the development of children, and the institution will acquires and uses their opinions for its work.

    Opis:
    The article is an explication of the concept of evaluation as a key element of consensual humanistic education. The evaluation is defined as a systematic recognition of the process of changes – at the individual and group level – and a key element of the decision-making process. The functions of the evaluation are: improvement of ongoing activities, promotion of social competences and strengthening of positive relations in the group, building a sense of security, consolidating the effects of cooperation, indicating the usefulness of the acquired knowledge. Next, the author briefly discusses the successive stages of the consensual decision-making process and the evaluation questions that are relevant to them. She presents the so-called “evaluation matrix”, taking into account – in addition to the already mentioned elements – evaluation criteria (adequacy, safety, level of participation, durability of knowledge, skills and attitudes, affective work), key for each stage of the question, satisfaction indicators and examples of tools to achieve the goal. The text closes a detailed description of these evaluation tools.
    Artykuł stanowi eksplikację koncepcji ewaluacji jako kluczowego elementu konsensualnego kształcenia humanistycznego. Została ona zdefiniowana jako systematyczne rozpoznawanie procesu zmian zachodzących na poziomie jednostki i grupy oraz kluczowy element procesu decyzyjnego. Funkcje tak rozumianej ewaluacji to: usprawnianie aktualnie trwających działań, promowanie kompetencji społecznych i wzmacnianie pozytywnych relacji w grupie, budowanie poczucia bezpieczeństwa, utrwalanie efektów współpracy, wskazywanie na użyteczność przyswajanej wiedzy. W sposób skrótowy zostały omówione kolejne etapy procesu konsensualnego podejmowania decyzji oraz adekwatne dla nich pytania ewaluacyjne. Zaprezentowano tzw. matrycę ewaluacji, uwzględniającą – oprócz wspomnianych już elementów – kryteria ewaluacji (adekwatność, bezpieczeństwo, poziom partycypacji, trwałość wiedzy, umiejętności i postaw, pracę afektywną), kluczowe dla każdego etapu pytania, wskaźniki satysfakcji oraz przykładowe narzędzia służące do realizacji celu. Tekst zamyka szczegółowy opis wspomnianych narzędzi ewaluacyjnych.

    Opis:
    The article aims at presenting the public communication programme based on civic participation model, which deals with shale gas exploration and extraction, "Together about shale gas". The programme was prepared on the initiative of the Marshal of the Pomorskie Voivodeship and is going to be implemented on the area of three voivodeships of northern Poland. As stated in the article, the programme constitutes an innovative and pioneer undertaking on the Polish ground, which pertains to the issue of public communication and decision-making when implementing controversial infrastructure investments. The first part of the article outlines the challenges that the communication measures will have to face in the area of Pomorskie voivodeship and key actions implemented so far. The next chapter constitutes a sociological diagnosis ofthe situation related to the public reactions to shale gas exploration. Further on the article lists the main assumptions and solutions within the scope of public communication and public conflict management, which form grounds for the "Together about shale gas" programme. The key part of the text presents the most important elements of the programme and how they were implemented.
