    Opis:
    Raising, caring and rehabilitation of children with disabilities and developmental disorders is a serious challenge for their parents, because everyday situations associated with fulfilling parental duties generate a lot of various stress factors. Hence, receiving various kinds of social support seems to be an important factor affecting the well-being of parents. Thanks to this form of aid, it is possible to deal with a difficult situation and to reduce the disorder in family life. Moreover, the received support can significantly affect the parent-child relationship. This is particularly important in the context of reducing unfavourable behaviour and to intensify constructive parenting behaviour. The main aim of the study was to recognise the type of aid provided to parents of disabled children and to determine the relationship between the support received by parents and the development of the parent-child relationship. The research group consisted of 66 parents of preschool children with disabilities and 40 parents of children without disabilities. The tools used in the research were: the Parent Behavior Inventory by M.C. Lovejoy, R. Weis, E. O’Hare & E.C. Rubin, the Parent Cognition Scale by J.D. Snarr, A.M.S. Slep & V.P. Grande and the Parents’ Questionnaire by Agnieszka Dłużniewska. The study was conducted according to the correlation model.

    The relationships between maternal parenting attitudes and preschoolers’ hot and cool executive functions (EF) were examined. Forty-eight children aged 3 to 4 years and their mothers took part in the study. Self-report questionnaire concerning parenting attitudes was obtained from the mothers of children who performed a set of EF tasks. Additionally, both maternal and child verbal ability were controlled. It was found that maternal parenting attitudes were related only to child cool EF. Protecting attitude was positively related to child inhibitory control and autonomy support was negatively related to child set-shifting ability. Further analyses revealed that maternal autonomy support accounted for unique variance in child set-shifting, above and beyond the child’s age. On the other hand, protecting attitude accounted for unique variance in child inhibitory control, above and beyond child verbal ability. The findings provide further evidence for the importance of mother-child relationships in children’s EF development.

    The global economic crisis has not only shaken up the economy, but also family functioning, in which the most vulnerable groups took the hardest hit – children and adolescents. The goal of this scientific paper is to examine the role of an adverse socioeconomic family environment and the perception of material deprivation of children in forming an experience of parental acceptance, rejection and control. 610 participants from primary schools of Croatia were involved in the research (51.6% girls and 44.8% boys, not all respondents provided the information about their sex), with average age being 13.88 years (SD = 0.73). Along with the Questionnaires of general data and SES questionnaire, the research included the Scale of material deprivation of students and Scale of perception of parental behaviour – SPRP (Macuka, 2008). The results of regression analysis indicate that the bigger the material deprivation of children, the smaller the amount of acceptance, and the larger the rejection of both parents and mother’s control. In the case of anticipating the control of the father, it does not have any predictive power. It was indicated that material deprivation of children is a more significant predictor of parental behaviour (acceptance, rejection and control) than the socioeconomic status. The conclusion points out the need for creating a family empowerment program and the importance of caring parental behaviour, along with the devastating effects of inadequate parental actions.
    Globalny kryzys ekonomiczny nie tylko zachwiał gospodarką, ale także funkcjonowaniem rodziny, w której najbardziej narażonymi grupami stały się dzieci i młodzież. Celem tej pracy jest zbadanie roli niekorzystnego społeczno-ekonomicznego środowiska rodzinnego i niedostatku materialnego dzieci w kształtowaniu doświadczenia rodzicielskiej akceptacji, odrzucenia i kontroli. W badaniu wzięło udział 610 uczniów szkół podstawowych w Chorwacji (51,6% dziewcząt i 44,8% chłopców; nie wszyscy respondenci podali płeć) ze średnią wieku 13,88 (SD = 0,73). Wraz z kwestionariuszami Questionnaires of general data oraz SES questionnaire, w badaniach zastosowano skale Scale of material deprivation of students i Scale of perception of parental behaviour – SPRP (Macuka, 2008). Wyniki analizy regresji oznaczają, że im wyższy niedostatek materialny dzieci, tym mniejsza doza akceptacji i większe odrzucenie obu rodziców i kontrola matki. W przypadku przewidywania kontroli ojca nie ma żadnej mocy przewidywalnej. Wskazano, że niedostatek materialny dzieci jest bardziej znaczącym czynnikiem prognostycznym zachowania rodziców (akceptacja, odrzucenie i kontrola) niż status społeczno-ekonomiczny. Wnioski wskazują na potrzebę utworzenia programu upełnomocnienia rodziny oraz wagę troskliwego zachowania rodzicielskiego, wraz z druzgocącymi skutkami nieadekwatnych działań rodzicielskich.

    Representationsabout future family are systemic element of the children’s picture of the world and serve as a basis for regulatory activity and predicting future prospects at the teenager in a situation of family living arrangement. Set the specific content of representationsabout future family in adolescents in foster and biological families. In general, adolescents see their future family wealthy, happy; in their family are presentchildren, mutual respect, kindness and beauty. But the content of representations of teenagers from families with unfavorable parent-child relationship in the past reflects their personal experience of working with parents. Children growing up in foster care, focusing on pragmatic, rational approach to the image of the future of the family, are sure to indicate the presence and love of children in the family. These features allow you to use the results of preventive and corrective psychological care for adolescents in order to increase the flexibility of the family system in foster care, as well as to the formation of future positive family units in adolescents and the formation of psychological preparedness for marriage.
    W artykule przedstawiono rezultaty analizy pojęcia o przyszłej rodzinie nastolatków adoptowanych i wychowujących się w rodzinach biologicznych. Pomysły dotyczące przyszłej rodziny są ogólnym elementem obrazu świata każdego dziecka. Autorka pokazuje specyfikę konkretnej treści wyobrażeń o przyszłości rodziny u młodzieży w rodzinach zastępczych i biologicznych. Wyniki badań pokazują, że młodzież widzi przyszłość swojej rodziny jako rodzinę szczęśliwą, w której obecne są dzieci, wzajemny szacunek, życzliwość i piękno. Wypowiedzi reprezentacji młodzieży z rodzin z niekorzystnej relacji rodzic – dziecko w przeszłości, odzwierciedlają ich osobiste doświadczenie w pracy z rodzicami. Dzieci dorastające w rodzinach zastępczych, koncentrując się na pragmatycznym, racjonalnym podejściu do obrazu rodziny w przyszłości, pamiętają, aby wskazać na obecność w rodzinie miłości do dzieci. Funkcje te pozwalają na wykorzystanie wyników zapobiegawczych i naprawczych opieki psychologicznej dla młodzieży w celu zwiększenia elastyczności systemu rodzinnego w rodzinie zastępczej, a także do tworzenia przyszłych pozytywnych obrazów rodziny u młodzieży i tworzenia psychologicznego przygotowania do małżeństwa.

    RESEARCH OBJECTIVE: The aim of the study is to analyze the special role of the family in the development of a child, its humanity and its development needs, taking into account human rights, including the child’s rights, as well as theories and philosophies of law. THE RESEARCH PROBLEM AND METHODS: The research problem is a special role in the process of human development. In terms of the adopted methodology, the assumptions of the personalistic philosophy, the philosophy of dialogue, human rights and the philosophy of responsibility, as well as analysis and criticism of the literature were used. THE PROCESS OF ARGUMENTATION: The study draws attention to the difficulties appearing in the proper upbringing of children that arise in connection with the developing media, the lack of responsibility and maturity to fulfill the parental roles. RESEARCH RESULTS: The research undertaken indicates the need to improve parental knowledge, competences and skills, both in parents and in those who intend to become parents, with respect for the subjectivity and personal dignity of the child. CONCLUSIONS, INNOVATIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS: It is proposed to educate parents and future parents in the field of correct parental attitudes, building a personal relationship with the child in order to shape its humanity.

    W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki badań realizowanych w ramach pracy magisterskiej. Badano w niej transakcje między personelem przedszkola a opiekunami dzieci w aspekcie analizy transakcyjnej. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na stany Ja poszczególnych uczestników transakcji oraz podjęto próbę określenia relacji, jakie występują między nimi. Ponadto zaprezentowano sposób na osiągnięcie sukcesu w pracy zawodowej, powołując się na duchowość ignacjańską (św. Ignacego z Loyoli) oraz analizę transakcyjną.
    The article presents the results of a research conducted for a master’s thesis. The research concerned transactions between a kindergarten staff and children’s caretakers and was carried out within the framework of transactional analysis. A particular focus was put on ego states of the transaction participants. Additionally, an attempt to estimate relationships between them was undertaken. Moreover, the articles shows in an interesting way an approach to achieving success at work, relating to St. Ignacius of Loyola’s spirituality and transactional analysis.

W zakresie przyjętej metodologii zastosowano założenia filozofii antropologicznej, filozofii personalistycznej, filozofii dialogu, praw człowieka i filozofii odpowiedzialności, a także metodę dogmatyczno-prawną oraz metodę analizy i krytyki piśmiennictwa. PROCES WYWODU: Opracowanie rozpoczyna zwrócenie uwagi na problem relacji osobistej dziecka z rodzicami po ich rozstaniu. Następnie dokonano analizy art. 113 § 1 Kodeksu rodzinnego i opiekuńczego w kontekście prawidłowości ujmowania relacji z rodzicem jako obowiązku dziecka, a także prawidłowości ograniczenia regulacji sfery stosunków z rodzicami po ich rozstaniu do kontaktów. Wskazano także na sposób, w jaki regulacje międzynarodowe określają relacje dziecka z rodzicami żyjącymi w separacji. WYNIKI ANALIZY NAUKOWEJ: Podjęte badania wskazują na konieczność dostosowania polskich regulacji do standardów międzynarodowych i pełniejsze uwzględnienie podmiotowości i godności osobowej dziecka. WNIOSKI, INNOWACJE, REKOMENDACJE: Postuluje się zmianę regulacji art. 113 § 1 Kodeksu rodzinnego i opiekuńczego poprzez usunięcie kategorii obowiązku dziecka do kontaktu z rodzicem oraz zmianę pojęcia kontakt na szerszą definicję osobistych relacji.
    RESEARCH OBJECTIVE: The aim of the study is to analyze the situation of the child in the personal relationship with a parent during the crisis in the family, which is the separation of the parents, taking into account Polish law. THE RESEARCH PROBLEM AND METHODS: The research problem forms of a question: do the current regulations properly define the right to the personal relationships between a child and separated parents? The methodology is concerned, systematical analyze has been applied with elements of anthropological philosophy, personalistic philosophy, philosophy of dialogue, human rights and philosophy of responsibility. THE PROCESS OF ARGUMENTATION: The study begins with drawing an attention to the problem of the child’s personal relationship with separated parents. Then Art. 113 § 1 of the Family and Guardianship Code has been analyzed in the context of the correctness of treating the relationship with the parent as a child’s duty, as well as the correctness of limiting the regulation of the sphere of relations with separated parents to contacts. It also indicated the way in which international regulations define the child’s relationship with separated parents. RESEARCH RESULTS: The analyze has led to a conclusion, that it is the necessity to adjust Polish regulations to international standards and to take fuller account of the subjectivity and personal dignity of the child more fully. CONCLUSIONS, INNOVATIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS: It is postulated to change the regulation of Art. 113 § 1 of the Family and Guardianship Code by removing the category of the child’s duty to contact the parent and changing the concept of contact to a broader definition of personal relationships.
