Pracę dotyczącą samoleczenia betonu podzielono na dwie części. W części pierwszej opisano metody naturalne i chemiczne oraz przeprowadzono analizę ich efektywności. Efektywność metod naturalnych samoleczenia betonu zależy od składu jego matrycy, który determinuje możliwości wystąpienia reakcji chemicznych w chwili tworzenia się rys oraz od obecności wody i dwutlenku węgla. Efektywność metod chemicznych zależy przede wszystkim od rodzaju czynnika leczącego, liczby nośników (kapsułek, rurek, układu sieci naczyń), stopnia ich rozproszenia w betonie, ich średnicy. Nośniki czynnika leczącego powinny być wykonane z materiałów niereaktywnych z betonem i czynnikiem leczącym i nie mogą ulec uszkodzeniu podczas mieszania. Stosowanie rurek i sieci naczyń możliwe jest tylko w przypadku elementów prefabrykowanych, ponieważ wymagane jest ręczne wprowadzenie ich do formy przed wypełnieniem jej betonem.
This work is divided into two parts. In the first one, natural and chemical methods are described and the analysis of their effectiveness is presented. The effectiveness of natural methods of self-healing concrete depends on the composition of matrix, which determines the possibility of occurrence of chemical reactions at the moment of cracks formation, and also depends on the presence of water and carbon dioxide. The effectiveness of chemical methods depends primarily on a type of healing agent, number of carriers (capsules, tubes, vascular networks), degree of dispersion of carriers in concrete and their diameter. The carriers of healing agent should be made of materials which are nonreactive with concrete and healing agent. The carriers also cannot be damaged during mixing. The application of tubes and vascular networks is only possible for prefabricated elements, because it is required to manually introduce them to a form before filling it with concrete. - Źródło:
