    Every man expects something more from his life than just satisfying its basic needs. As soon as the opportunity comes to justify his existence in the world, a man looks for existence and seeks happiness. The article takes the theme of human fulfillment in life. Attempting to meet the definition based on a quotation from the work of Edith Stein. Considering the correlation between the concepts of fulfillment and happiness its referring to the classical understanding of happiness of three great philosophers: Socrates, Aristotle and St. Thomas. Then examines the role of the designation of purpose in life to achieve fulfillment. At the end attempting to answer the question whether the achievement will be met today or ever.
    Każdy człowiek oczekuje od swojego życia czegoś więcej niż tylko zaspokojenia jego podstawowych potrzeb. Gdy tylko ma możliwość, szuka uzasadnienia swojego istnienia w świecie, celu swojego istnienia, szczęścia. Artykuł omawia temat spełnienia w życiu człowieka. Podejmuje próbę definicji spełnienia w oparciu o cytat z dzieła Edyty Stein. Rozważa korelację między pojęciami „spełnienie” i „szczęście”, odnosząc się do klasycznego rozumienia szczęścia u trzech wielkich filozofów: Sokratesa, Arystotelesa i św. Tomasza. Następnie analizuje rolę wyznaczenia celu w życiu w osiągnięciu spełnienia. Na koniec podejmuje próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy osiągniecie spełnienia w dzisiejszych czasach w ogóle jest możliwe.

    Niniejszy artykuł opisuje zagadnienie usługi fulfillmentu będącej złożonym i innowacyjnym rozwiązaniem logistycznym dla sektora e-commerce. Celem artykułu jest ukazanie znaczenia usług fulfillmentu na podstawie źródeł wtórnych oraz ilustracja praktycznych aspektów tego typu usług. Jednocześnie artykuł wyjaśnia genezę i ewolucję usługi fulfillmentu w kontekście rozwoju złożonych rozwiązań logistycznych, które doprowadziły do pojawienia się na rynku tzw. koncepcji 3PL (third party logistics). W takim ujęciu usługa fulfillmentu stanowi – w różnych jej konfiguracjach wykonawczych – próbę zaoferowania podmiotom z sektora e-commerce rozwiązania pozwalającego na „wyręczenie” ich w utrzymywaniu i wykonywaniu niekluczowych elementów funkcji logistycznej. Na tym tle fulfillment może jawić się w świetle przeanalizowanej literatury jako etap przejściowy rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa logistycznego na drodze jego ewolucji w kierunku oferowania kompleksowych rozwiązań 3PL. Empiryczna analiza polegająca na obserwacji takiej możliwej zależności przyczynowo-skutkowej w rozwoju ofert usług logistycznych została wykonana na przykładzie przedsiębiorstwa InPost.

    The natural environment of a human being consists of natural ground (where one can find food) and a society (in which one lives). Additionally, the person constitutes his or her own environments. This article explains the process of shaping ecological awareness during the Second Republic of Poland (1918 – 1939) in the pages of the yearbook “Wierchy” printed in Lviv since 1923. “Wierchy” replaced the journal “Pamiętniki” (which had been published by the Polish Tatra Association until 1920). It was devoted to the issue of the problems of the mountains and its territory and culture – as an organ of the Polish Tatra Association (published by the General Management together with the Lviv branch of the Association). The editorial committee consisted of prof. dr Jan Gwalbert Pawlikowski (editor–in-chief), prof. dr Adolf Chybiński, prof. dr Walery Goetel, dr Roman Kordys, and Major Bronisław Romaniszyn. The yearbook included numerous scientific articles explaining the significance of the idea and practices for the protection of flora and fauna in the Tatra Mountains. The urgent need for the protection of the Tatra environment was described in the journal as was the cultural determinants of human relationships with nature using examples from scholarly, poetic and musical works which form Polish cultural heritage.

    Background: The logistics service of e-commerce is usually limited in the literature to the issue of product delivery to customers. However, before goods are sent to the customer, the vendor has to order them from the supplier. Next, they are taken into the warehouse and stored, and after the order has been placed, they are packaged and sent to the customer. These processes are defined in e-commerce as fulfillment. Due to their complexity and time and cost pressure of e-customers, they are more and more often conducted by external operators. Despite the dynamic development of the fulfillment service in e-commerce practice, this still remains a relatively unknown issue in management theory. The aim of this paper is to present and analyze the fulfillment service in e-commerce logistics. The author has made an attempt to indicate and define the main models of logistics processes connected with the fulfillment service in ecommerce logistics, their strengths and weaknesses. An additional aim of this paper was to recognize development directions of the market of fulfillment services. Methods: For the needs of the paper research was conducted using the methods of direct observation and analysis of primary and secondary sources. The primary materials included data obtained from companies providing fulfillment services in Poland and abroad, and the secondary ones - reports, studies and Internet sources. In addition, in-depthinterviews were performed with representatives of companies that offer fulfillment services or those which are potential bidders. Results: The article characterizes the details of the fulfillment service, whose importance has been increasing in ecommerce logistics. The author has described the division and characteristics of the fulfillment service models and discussed the potential trends in the fulfillment service market. Conclusions: The presented review and characteristics of various implementations of fulfillment services allows to evaluate to what extent logistic processes should and could be delegated to specialized companies in order to focus on the core competencies only. The usage of fulfillment service is useful especially at the phase of the rapid growth of the ecompany. It involves, however, also some disadvantages, such as relatively high fees, a lack of physical contact with the goods, a partial loss of control over the process.
    Wstęp: Opisywana w literaturze logistyczna obsługa handlu elektronicznego sprowadza się najczęściej do problematyki dostaw produktów do klientów. Zanim jednak towar trafi do klienta, to wcześniej sprzedawca musi go zamówić u swojego dostawcy. Następnie jest on przyjmowany do magazynu i składowany, a po złożeniu zamówienia – kompletowany, pakowany i wysyłany do klienta. Te procesy określa się w e-handlu jako fulfillment. Z uwagi na ich złożoność i presję czasową oraz kosztową e-klientów są one coraz częściej wykonywane przez zewnętrznych operatorów. Mimo dynamicznego rozwoju usługi fulfillment w praktyce e-handlu jest to jeszcze stosunkowo mało rozpoznane zagadnienie w teorii zarządzania. Celem pracy było zaprezentowanie oraz przeanalizowanie usługi fulfillment w obszarze e-logistyki. Autor podjął próbę wskazania i zdefiniowania głównych modeli procesów logistycznych związanych z usługa fulfillment w tym obszarze, ich słabe i mocne strony. Dodatkowych celem pracy było określenie kierunków rozwojowych rynku usług typu fulfillment. Metody: Na potrzeby opracowania przeprowadzono badania metodami obserwacji bezpośredniej i analizy źródeł pierwotnych oraz wtórnych. Do materiałów pierwotnych należały dane uzyskane od firm zajmujących się usługami fulfillment w Polsce i zagranicą, a do wtórnych - raporty, opracowania i źródła internetowe. Dodatkowo wykonano pogłębione wywiady z przedstawicielami firm, które oferują usługi fulfillment lub, które są potencjalnymi oferentami. Wyniki: W artykule szczegółowo opisano usługę fulfillment, która ma coraz większe znaczenie w logistyce e-handlu. Przedstawiono autorski podział i charakterystykę modeli usług fulfillment oraz omówiono potencjalne trendy na rynku usług fulfillment. Wnioski: Przedstawiona prezentacja oraz charakterystyka modeli usług typu fulfillment umożliwia ocenę zakresu oddelegowania procesów logistycznych do specjalistycznych firm zewnętrznych w celu większego skupienia się na działalności podstawowej e-przedsiębiorstwa. Takie podejście, związane z oddelegowaniem części procesów logistycznych na zewnątrz jest szczególnie korzystne w przypadku dynamicznego rozwoju e-przedsiębiorstwa. Wiąże się to jednak z pewnymi wadami, takimi jak: stosunkowo duże opłaty, brak fizycznego kontaktu z towarem, częściowa utrata kontroli na realizowanym procesem.

    Tematyka artykułu odnosi się do satysfakcji pracowników wynikającej ze świadczenia pracy na rzecz pracobiorcy. W części teoretycznej zdefiniowano pojęcie satysfakcji z pracy i przywołano badania nad nią. W części empirycznej artykułu zaprezentowano wyniki badania zależności między wybranymi czynnikami satysfakcji z pracy a cechami socjodemograficznymi respondentów. Do czynników oddziałujących na satysfakcję z pracy zaliczono: samorealizację, relacje z przełożonymi i ze współpracownikami, posiadanie pracy (pewność pracy), organizację pracy oraz osiągnięcia zawodowe. Do cech socjodemograficznych następujące charakterystyki indywidualne jednostki: wiek, płeć, miejsce zamieszkania, wykształcenie, stanowisko pracy, staż pracy zawodowej ogólny i aktualny staż pracy w badanym przedsiębiorstwie. Wykorzystane w publikacji metody badawcze obejmują analizę literatury oraz technikę ankiety. Do opisania wyników badań posłużono się programami: Excel oraz Statistica. Końcową część opracowania stanowią wnioski z badań.
    The subject matter of the article refers to the satisfaction of employees resulting from the provision of work through the employee. In the theoretical part, the concept of job satisfaction was defined and research on job satisfaction was invoked. In the empirical part of the article presented the results of a study on the relationship between selected factors of job satisfaction and socio-demographic characteristics of respondents. The factors included as those having influence on job satisfaction were: self-fulfillment, relationships with managers and co-workers, the concept of having a job (work certainty), work organization and professional achievement. And to the socio-demographic characteristics the individual characteristics of the individual were included: age, gender, place of residence, education, workplace, general work experience and current work experience in the surveyed enterprise. The research methods used in the publication include literature analysis and the survey technique. Excel and Statistica were used to describe the test results. The conclusions of the study are the final part of the paper.

    This article presents the results of the study of students’ emigration sentiment peculiarities in the context of their civic identity. Various types of the students’ civic identity have been discovered, namely "protest", "uncertain", "patriotic". Protest and uncertain attitude to citizenship (potential emigrants) is associated with the level of psychological well-being of students, dissatisfaction with certain aspects of their life, especially professional and life prospects. Civil identification of students will acquire emotional and patriotic significance only if the state promotes socio-professional and personal fulfillment for the future experts.

    The leading theme of this article is the enigmatic “hour” as revealed in the account at Cana (2:1-11). Jesus’ words to his mother, οὔπω ἥκει ἡ ὥρα μου (2:4), are considered obscure and difficult to interpret, causing an intriguing and unresolved controversy within Johannine scholarship. Most exegetes agree that this phrase is to be taken as a denial. According to them, Jesus announces that his hour has not yet come, because this “hour” is bound to the hour when “the Son of Man is glorified”, alluding to his being lifted up on the Cross and raised up “on the third day”. However, there is another solution suggested by a significant number of scholars. They propose reading Jesus’ words οὔπω ἥκει ἡ ὥρα μου as a question, which better guarantees the overall coherence of the story in light of the wider OT context. This interpretation focuses specifically on the temporal indication of “the third day”, the biblical image of the wedding, and the abundance and high quality of the wine, a beginning of signs and of the revelation of Jesus’ glory which serve to stimulate the faith of his disciples. In this view, this multiplicity of themes indicates that the meaning of the “hour” lies in the motif of fulfillment. Jesus is the Messiah who brings to perfection all that has been foretold in Scripture. His “hour” begins “now” and continues throughout his public life until it reaches its ultimate fulfillment in the glory of his Cross and Resurrection. The present article is focused, therefore, on investigating the interrelations among the main biblical themes brought to the fore in the Cana narrative, and their meanings in relation to the “hour” of Jesus.

    The article suggests a mathematical model of the multicriteria problem of formation of production tasks and operational-calendar plans at food companies, taking into account their specific features. The research was carried out, the bat algorithm and its modifications were adjusted and tested. The choice of the bat algorithm based on the Levy flight random search strategy is substantiated. This approach provides the formation of new and alternative plans for orders fulfillment at a food company, taking into account the proposed mathematical model.

    Our whole discussion has focused on man’s self-fulfillment in and through the marital union. The mutual self-donation of man and woman is a participative act in that whenever acting is performed ‘together with the other,’ the husband and wife transcend themselves in action and thereby realize the authentically personalistic value of the action and man’s self-fulfillment in it. This mutual selfgiving of husband and wife finds its expression in and through the body. This self-fulfillment, however, is attained only when the husband and wife become responsible for each other and meet the demands of the personalistic norm. The marital union must adapt itself to the objective demands of the personalistic norm, without which the act of mutual love between husband and wife is degraded to the ‘utilitarian’ level. The structure of responsibility which demands reference to the object in accordance with its true value must be satisfied.

The introduced approach to the mging the order processing was verified on the example of productive enterprises. The paper ends with conclusions.

    The paper presents an analysis of order fulfillment for bulky loads in terms of preparing those goods for transportation. It presents key considerations for the fulfillment of the order in relation to specifics of bulky load transportation. It describes customer's order fulfillment, focusing on preparing those products to carriage from manufacturer's view. Ishikawa's diagram, was used in own research to identify critical problems, which are causing disturbances while preparing bulky loads for transportation. As a result of identification and analysis of existing disturbances, suggestions of improvement were propounded.
    W pracy podjęto próbę analizy realizacji zamówienia dla wyrobów wielkogabarytowych z punktu widzenia problemu przygotowania tego produktu do transportu. Przedstawiono kluczowe rozważania dotyczące realizacji zamówienia w odniesieniu do specyfiki przewozu wyrobów wielkogabarytowych. Omówiono realizację zamówienia klienta, skupiając się nad przygotowaniem procesu transportu wyrobu od strony przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjnego. W badaniach własnych wykorzystano diagram Ishikawy do identyfikacji problemów krytycznych, powodujących zakłócenia na etapie przygotowania wyrobów wielkogabarytowych do transportu. W wyniku identyfikacji i analizy występujących problemów w procesie przygotowania do transportu, wysunięto propozycje usprawnień.

    This article examines Karol Wojtyła’s concept of participation and alienation by starting the discussion on his personalist anthropology, leading to his structure of the human community. Wojtyła’s personalist anthropology reveals to us the nature of the human person as a unique, unrepeatable personal subjectivity. According to Wojtyła, the human act takes us to the knowledge and understanding of the person’s interiority and simultaneously allows us to have a glimpse of the human person’s specific complexity. Then, I analyze the correlation between person-action in living and acting with other persons. Here, I attempt to demonstrate that if our existence has to acquire any human significance, it is that, rather than alienation, which makes such a unique experience possible. Finally, I explored the impact of the failure to grasp a genuine understanding of the human person and the capacity to participate in the humanity of other persons, setting a profound sense of alienation that dehumanizes us to our very core. What is the significance of this participation for the personalistic value of the action? Why is alienation antithetical to participation?

    Aim. The aim of the research is to generalize different types of "healthy" narcissistic Self-regulation and to disclose the specific of self-fulfillment and personal life satisfaction. Method. The empirical study involved 360 Ukrainian students (N=360), aged from 17 to 24. The following research methods were used F. W. Deneke and B. Hilgenstock’s Narcissism Inventory (1989), A. Längle and C. Orgler’s Scale of Existence (2003), E. Diener’s Satisfaction with Life Scale (1985), D. Polhus and C. Williams’s "Dark Triad of Personality" questionnaire (2002). The obtained data were processed by multivariate statistics (Statistica 8.0 and Exel), using cluster and comparative analysis (Student's t-test, Scheffe Test). Results. The analysis shows that the most effectively functioning narcissistic self-regulation type is characterized by high narcissism that goes together with the high self-power. The personal fulfillment indicators (such as: self-distance, self-transcendence, freedom, responsibility, existentialism, and personality) are also growing in such conditions. Adequate narcissistic self-regulation goes together with the more meaningful relations with reality and enrichment of the person’s internal emotional life. With the growth of narcissism raises rather positive life acceptance and affirmative attitudes towards “Being” and oneself in it. Conclusions. Narcissistic self-regulation is a mechanism that cares about the stability and integrity of the self-system, makes it possible to accept and appreciate one’s own personality. Only through the prism of prizing oneself (high, but functional narcissism) the value of other people and the world could be seen. This opens the possibility to find and fulfill the meaning of existence.

    Dobre samopoczucie, dobrostan (well-being) w pracy jest subiektywnie postrzeganym przez pracownika stanem osiągnięcia zadowolenia, satysfakcji z pracy wykonywanej w określonych warunkach fizycznych i społecznych. W ostatnim okresie na znaczeniu przybiera kwestia zapewnienia szeroko rozumianego bezpieczeństwa pracy. Na tym tle celem opracowania stała się identyfikacja składowych bezpiecznego środowiska pracy, szczególnie ważnych z punktu widzenia hierarchii, oczekiwań osób świadczących pracę w polskich realiach gospodarowania. W rozważaniach nawiązano do kontekstu zmian pokoleniowych i potrzeby uwzględnienia tego faktu w procesie monitorowania i respektowania artykułowanych interesów, zwłaszcza najmłodszej generacji pracobiorców. Poza prezentacją wyników badań własnych, odwołano się do materiałów publikowanych przez innych autorów.
    Well-being at work is a subjective state of fulfillment and satisfaction achieved from work performer in certain physical a nd social conditions. Recently, the problem of work safety has become increasingly important. The aim of this paper is to identify the constituent parts of safe working environment in terms of hierarchy of expectations of employees providing work in Polish business realities. The discussion refers to the context of generation changes and the need to take this issue into consideration in the proces of monitoring and respecting the expressed interests, especially of the youngest generation of employees. Beside a presentation of original research results, the paper also calls back to materials published by other autors.

    The method of work is the TCI- Living Learning, a useful pedagogical model that enables introduction of realistic changes in the process of group teaching. Teaching is focused on participants' needs and interactions between them within a real situational context. In order to briefly characterize the specificity of this method of work we need to respect and take into consideration the strength, experience, talents, and capabilities of all the participants. The aim of the workshop is help in overcoming individual crises and barriers which stand in the way of harmonious functioning in the family and professional environment. The final change is not limited to the elimination of symptoms but is connected with giving the cured person a feeling of fulfillment and peace.

    For a modern man, professional work is an integral and socially inseparable part of life. The needs for taking the job can be considered from different points of view and numerous reasons. One of the most important existential needs is the economic issue which is necessary to provide a decent level of life for the subject and their family. There are other problems to be taken into account such as the need for self-realisation, socializing issues and interpersonal contact development. This research paper presents the results of analysis of women’s professional career and their place in the labour market of Podkarpackie voivodship.

    This developed modified ant colony algorithm includes an additional improvement with local optimization methods, which reduces the time required to find a solution to the problem of optimization of combinatorial order sequence planning in a food enterprise. The planning problem requires consideration of a number of partial criteria, constraints, and an evaluation function to determine the effectiveness of the established version of the order fulfillment plan. The partial criteria used are: terms of storage of raw materials and finished products, possibilities of occurrence and processing of substandard products, terms of manufacturing orders, peculiarities of fulfillment of each individual order, peculiarities of use of technological equipment, expenses for storage and transportation of manufactured products to the end consumer, etc. The solution of such a problem is impossible using traditional methods. The proposed algorithm allows users to build and reconfigure plans, while reducing the time to find the optimum by almost 20% compared to other versions of algorithms.

    The article aims at demonstrating that, by his teaching on human person and his action, St. John Paul II (also known as Karol Wojtyła) implicitly contributed to a resolution of the most serious problem of contemporary philosophy, which consists in separating wisdom from love and substituting wisdom with understanding or knowledge. The author concludes that John Paul II makes a persuasive contribution to recover philosophy as the love of wisdom by (1) identifying truth in the area of freedom, self-fulfillment and conscience, and (2) appealing to man’s honesty and happiness.

    The article considers the grounds for man’s fulfillment through his union with God. It analyzes the problem through the writings of St. John of the Cross. The analysis is focused on: (1) the need for accommodation of bodily elements to the soul in man, (2) the ways of knowing God as the highest degree of qualities present imperfectly in man, and experiencing God as the One who supports man’s life, grants him His graces, and loves him, (3) the adaptational relationship between man and God. The author concludes that man’s union with God transforms him into God through his personal (i.e., conscious and voluntary) participation.

    Celem artykułu było zaproponowanie usprawnienia procesu kompletacji w hurtowni działającej w branży elektrotechnicznej, które polegało na zaprojektowaniu systemu kodów lokalizacji produktów. Dokonano pomiarów czasów poszczególnych czynności wykonywanych podczas realizacji zamówienia klienta oraz ustalono korelację między liczbą pozycji asortymentowych w realizowanym zamówieniu a czasem trwania czynności przygotowania produktów do odbioru. Na podstawie szeregu rozdzielczego punktowego ustalono średni czas trwania czynności przygotowania produktów po wprowadzeniu zaproponowanego rozwiązania.
    The aim of the article was to propose the improvement of the picking process in an electrical engineering wholesaler, which consisted in designing the product localization code system. Time measurements of individual actions carried out during the execution of the customer's order were measured and also a correlation between the number of assortment items in the executed order and the duration of the preparation of the goods for delivery was established. On the basis of the point distributive series, the average duration of the preparation of the goods after the proposed solution was determined.

    Artykuł obejmuje problematykę związaną z procesem realizacji zamówień klientów. Jego podstawę stanowią źródła literaturowe oraz badania dotyczące organizacji tych procesów w przemyśle samochodowym. Z badań w firmach samochodowych wynika, że głównymi czynnikami kształtującymi zakup samochodów są: czas, termin i niezawodność oraz elastyczność dostaw, itp. Wskazuje się także, że poziom obsługi logistycznej jest podstawowym czynnikiem wpływającym na zakup. Odnosi się to w dużej mierze również do zakupu samochodów. Niski poziom obsługi prowadzi bowiem do rezygnacji z usług świadczonych przez daną firmę.
    The article discusses the issues related to the process of customer orders realization. Actions taken in this respect are presented on the example of car purchases. The basis for writing the article were literature sources and research on the organization of these processes in the automotive industry. According to the information received from car companies, car manufacturers and car sellers, the main factors influencing the purchase of complex products include: delivery time, on-time delivery, delivery reliability, delivery flexibility, frequency of deliveries, etc. It is also pointed out that the level of logistic service is a basic factor influencing the purchase of goods. This applies to a large extent to the purchase of cars. Low level of service often leads to abandonment of purchase or services provided by a given company.

    The aim of the paper is to present the realization of motive of dream fulfillment in cars’ advertisements. Polish and Russian advertising slogans of various brands were analyzed. It allows to discribe similarities and differences between the ways of linguistic realization of the motive in Polish and in Russian. The usage of linguistics elements is related to Zaltman’s deep metaphors. Especially the metaphors of journey and of transformation were discussed as an instrument of representing an idea of dream fulfillment in marketing communication.
    W niniejszym artykule podjęto próbę przedstawienia realizacji motywu spełnienia marzeń w reklamach samochodów osobowych na podstawie przykładowych tekstów, pochodzących z kampanii reklamowych dealerów różnych marek. Porównanie polskich i rosyjskich tekstów reklamowych pozwoliło wskazać na pewne podobieństwa i różnice. Wykorzystywanie określonych elementów językowych w komunikacji marketingowej zostało przeanalizowane w kontekście metafor głębokich Zaltmana, szczególnie metafory podróży i metafory transformacji.

    Nowe regulacje prawne obowiązujące w Unii Europejskiej zmieniły sposób podejścia do uzyskania przez pojazdy kolejowe zezwoleń do poruszania się po torach kolejowych. Zróżnicowano zakresy wymagań dla pojazdów poruszających się po bocznicach, liniach metra itp. a wymaganiami dla pojazdów poruszających się po liniach kolejowych w Polsce. Osobną kategorię wymagań stanowią wymagania dla pojazdów zgodnych z technicznymi specyfikacjami dla interoperacyjności. Pojazdy szynowo-drogowe stanowią specyficzną grupę pojazdów, które z uwagi na swój charakter pracy i swoją budowę nie mogą w pełni wpisać się we wszystkie wymagania stawiane pojazdom, gdyż musiałyby jednocześnie spełnić wymagania dotyczące pojazdów samochodowych i kolejowych. W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki analiz porównawczych dla badań hałasu dla pojazdów kolejowych i ciągników drogowych.
    New legal regulations in force in the European Union have changed the approach to get permits for railway vehicles to move on the railway tracks. The ranges of requirements for vehicles moving on the sidings, underground lines, etc. and the requirements for vehicles riding on the railway lines in Poland are diversified. A separate category of requirements are the requirements for vehicles complying with the technical specifications for interoperability. Rail-road vehicles are a specific group of vehicles, which due to their nature of work and their construction cannot fully meet all the requirements for vehicles, because they would at the same time have to meet the requirements for motor and railway vehicles. The article presents the results of comparative analysis for noise tests for railway vehicles and road tractors.

    The article is devoted to the study of security proprietary rights to ensure the fulfillment of engagements. The legal nature and specific features are determined, the functional load of the methods of ensuring the fulfillment of engagements is clarified and the characteristics of the engagement-legal and real-legal types of security are characterized. Material security encumbrances on the debtor’s property rights, resulting in the „right of succession”, which is to accompany the encumbrance on the thing in the event of its transfer to other owners. The elements of the binding legal relationship are described. Civil turnover requires an effective system of precautionary measures of both binding and substantive nature, due to the need for legal remedies aimed at the proper performance of the parties to their contractual engagements. Along with the engagements, an important place is occupied by the material types of securing contractual engagements, where their main purpose is to give the creditor confidence in the satisfaction of their property interests in case of non-performance or improper performance of engagement by the counterparty. The grounds for the right of the creditor to satisfy property claims on the subject of material security are investigated. A pledge or mortgage may arise on the basis of a contract, law or court decision. The creditor’s claims on the mortgaged property can be satisfied in several ways: foreclosure on the mortgaged property through its sale or transfer of ownership of the mortgaged property in case of default by the debtor of the engagement secured by the pledge. The right of retention is considered, which is realized through the incentive of the debtor to fulfill the engagement by lawful possession of the thing by the creditor until the proper performance of the engagement by the debtor. The right of retention as a form of ensuring the proper performance of an engagement is included in the provisions governing the performance of certain contracts, including contract type, provision of services, commissions, etc. Security rights arise before the breach of the engagement and depend on the proper performance of the contractual engagement. The collateral gives the creditor the right to receive property satisfaction from the subject of collateral in case of non-performance of the engagement due to the debtor’s fault. The analysis and brief description of the types of security property rights is carried out. Theoretical conclusions on the researched questions directed on improvement of regulation of the security rights in the civil legislation of Ukraine are formulated.
    Статтю присвячено дослідженню забезпечувальних речових прав щодо гарантування виконання зобов’язань. Проаналізовано інститут забезпечувальних прав, його регулювання за чинним законодавством України та деяких інших країн. Визначено правову природу та специфічні ознаки, з’ясовано функціональне навантаження способів забезпечення виконання зобов’язань та здійснено характеристику зобов’язально-правових та речово-правових видів забезпечення. Речові забезпечувальні засоби обтяжують право власності боржника, наслідком чого виникає «право слідування», яке полягає в супроводі обтяження на річ у разі її переходу до інших власників. Здійснено характеристику елементів зобов’язального правовідношення. Досліджено підстави виникнення права на задоволення кредитором майнових вимог з предмету речового забезпечення. Цивільний оборот вимагає ефективної системи забезпечувальних заходів зобов’язально-правового і речово-правового характеру, що зумовлено потребою наявності правових засобів, спрямованих на належне виконання сторонами своїх договірних зобов’язань. Поряд із зобов’язальними важливе місце посідають речові види забезпечення договірних зобов’язань, основною метою яких є створення у кредитора впевненості в задоволенні своїх майнових інтересів у разі невиконання або неналежного виконання зобов’язання контрагентом. Проведено аналіз та коротку характеристику видів забезпечувальних речових прав. Застава або іпотека може виникати на підставі договору, закону чи рішення суду. Задоволення вимог кредитора із заставленого майна може здійснюватися кількома способами: звернення стягнення на заставлене майно шляхом його реалізації або переходу права власності на заставлене майно в разі невиконання боржником зобов’язання, забезпеченого заставою. Розглянуто право притримання, яке реалізується через стимулювання боржника до виконання зобов’язання шляхом правомірного володіння річчю кредитором до моменту належного виконання обов’язку боржником. Право притримання як вид забезпечення належного виконання зобов’язання належить до положень, що регулюють виконання деяких договорів, зокрема підрядного типу, надання послуг, комісії тощо. Забезпечувальні речові права виникають до порушення зобов’язання і узалежнені від належного виконання договірного зобов’язання. Речове забезпечення надає кредиторові право отримати майнове задоволення з предмету забезпечення в разі невиконання зобов’язання з вини боржника. Сформульовано теоретичні висновки з досліджених питань, спрямовані на вдосконалення регулювання забезпечувальних прав у цивільному законодавстві України.

    Artykuł stanowi interpretację początkowych tercyn XI pieśni Raju z Boskiej komedii Dantego. Odautorska refleksja, niezwiązana bezpośrednio z akcją poematu, jest analizowana jako znajdująca się w określonym kontekście – sfery Słońca, miejsca pobytu zbawionych obdarzonych wybitnym umysłem – a następnie jako samodzielny utwór, choć narzędziem interpretacji będzie przede wszystkim konfrontacja z innymi miejscami poematu. Stawiany przez Dantego, dziś nadal aktualny problem, to poszukiwanie przez ludzi uproszczonych dróg do szczęścia i spełnienia.
    L’articolo è interpretazione delle iniziali terzine del canto XI del Paradiso della Divina commedia di Dante. La riflessione d’autore, non collegata direttamente alla vicenda del poema, viene analizzata nel suo contesto particolare – la sfera del Sole, il luogo della permanenza dei salvati dotati di menti eccellenti – e in seguito, come una composizione a sé stante, anche se lo strumento dell’interpretazione sarà innanzittutto confronto con le altre parti del poema. Il problema posto da Dante, sempre valido anche oggi, è quello della ricerca da parte degli uomini delle vie-scorciatoie alla felicità e al compimento.
    The article is an interpretation of the first stanzas of the XI canto of Paradise in the Divine Commedy of Dante. The authorial reflexion, which is not connected directly to the events in the poem, is been analysed in its particular context  – the sphere of the Sun, a  place of stay of the saved endowed with distinct minds  – and subsequently, as an independent composition, even if the instrument of the interpretation will be first of all a  confrontation with other fragments of the poem. The problem posed by Dante, still valid nowadays, is that of searching simplified roads to happiness and fulfillment.

    W artykule zaprezentowano rolę identyfikacji w procesie społecznej integracji młodzieży ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi. Wyniki pracy podzielono na dwie części. W pierwszej dokonano charakterystyki relacji panujących w szkole ponadgimnazjalnej dla dzieci ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi. W drugiej części opisano społeczną i psychologiczną adaptację osób ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi do środowiska młodzieży. Dowiedziono, że stereotypowe postrzeganie młodego człowieka przez innych jako „niepełnosprawnego” utrwala jego negatywne spojrzenie na otaczający go świat i ludzi. Natomiast identyfikacja z osobowymi przykładami pozytywnych doświadczeń ma dodatni wpływ na zamierzoną integrację w ramach społeczności młodzieży ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi. Upatruje się w tym sposób na budowanie poczucia własnej wartości, wiary w siebie, umacnianie kontaktów społecznych, samorealizację i osiągnięcie społecznego sukcesu młodych ludzi.
    The article examines the role of identification in the process of integration of young people with special educational needs into the society. The study results are divided into two parts: the first, in which the characteristics of the relationships within senior secondary schools for people with special educational needs are determined, and the second, in which the assessment of socio-psychological adaptation of persons with special educational needs in the youth environment is provided. It has been proved that while the stereotypical treatment of others as “defective” reinforces the negative perception of the world and people by the young man, the identification with those of successful experiences will have a positive impact on the prospective integration into the society of young people with special educational needs. The latter can be considered a means of developing a positive self-esteem, self-confidence, encouraging social interaction, gaining self-fulfillment and making social success by the young people.

    Higher education for women in Europe became public after The First World War and the October Revolution. Before this time women had to really make effort to obtain it. Nevertheless women were taking part in scientific conferences especially philosophical ones. There are no data how many women finished philosophy courses in Europe. To find it out, one would need to visit every single university separately, analyse lists of female graduates and then aggregate it. This article shows that women not only studied philosophy in the XIX century, not only translated philosophical litrature in native languages, not only run philosophical publishing houses, but also gave philosophical lectures. At the same time this article shows, that women took part in scientific and philosophical life at the same level as men. Therefore they participadet in conferences and philosophical congresses. Until 1918 there were four global philosophical congresses: in Paris (1900), in Geneva (1905), in Heidelberg (1908) and again in Bologna (1911). In this paper we analyse women's speeches in these congresses and present their short intelectual biographies. We rely on published Books of Papers.

    W teologii fundamentalnej jednym z istotnych argumentów, przywoływanych dla uwiarygodnienia boskiej godności Jezusa z Nazaretu, jest argument skrypturystyczny. Chodzi w nim o wykazanie, że w historycznej Osobie Jezusa z Nazaretu zrealizowały się mesjańskie proroctwa i zbawcze obietnice Starego Testamentu. Był on obecny już w autoapologii Jezusa z Nazaretu oraz w działalności ewangelizacyjnej Kościoła apostolskiego. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest wskazanie na mało dotąd eksponowane historyczno-teologiczne uwarunkowania waloru motywacyjnego tegoż argumentu. Dla zrealizowania tego celu ukazano najpierw specyfikę spojrzenia na ten argument w historii i obecnie. Następnie przedstawiono trzy istotne uwarunkowania jego waloru motywacyjnego. Przywołując ten argument dla uwiarygodnienia mesjańskich roszczeń Jezusa z Nazaretu, trzeba najpierw mieć na uwadze fakt wielopostaciowości judaizmu w czasach, w których On żył. Nie mniej ważną kwestią jest właściwe rozumienie eksponowanego wypełnienia się starotestamentalnych proroctw w Jezusie z Nazaretu. Z tym zaś związana jest trzecia kwestia – praktyka dokonywania relektury tekstu świętego w tradycji żydowskiej. Zarysowane uwarunkowania, właściwie uwzględniane w wykładzie teologii fundamentalnej, mogą przyczyniać się do skuteczniejszego motywowania do wiary chrześcijańskiej za pomocą argumentu biblijnego.
    One of the essential arguments in fundamental theology invoked to authenticate the divine dignity of Jesus of Nazareth is the argument from Scripture. This argument demonstrates that in the historical person of Jesus of Nazareth the messianic prophecies and saving promises of the Old Testament were fulfilled. This line of thought was already present in the auto-apology of Jesus of Nazareth and in the evangelizing activity of the Apostolic Church. The aim of this article is to point out the historical and theological determinants of the motivational value of this argument, which have not been sufficiently shown so far. To achieve this goal, the historical overview of the argument was first presented. Next, three important determinants of its motivational value were shown. Invoking this argument to authenticate the messianic claims of Jesus of Nazareth, one must first bear in mind the fact of the multiformity of Judaism at the time in which He lived. No less important is the correct understanding of the fulfillment of the Old Testament prophecies in Jesus of Nazareth. Related to this is the third issue – the practice of relecture of the sacred text in the Jewish tradition. The outlined determinants, properly taken into account in the lecture of fundamental theology, can contribute to a more effective motivation to the Christian faith by means of a biblical argument.

    Rozwój podmiotowości dzieci ukraińskich – przymusowych migrantów: zadania szkoły i rodziny Artykuł ujawnia potencjał wpływu środowiska edukacyjnego i warunków wychowania rodzinnego na przejawianie własnej podmiotowości dzieci w kontekście współczesnych realiów ukraińskich, w szczególności migracji przymusowej. Wspieranie podmiotowości jest uznawane za ważne zadanie zapewnienia stabilności życia osoby i aktualizacji jej zasobów osobistych, których celem jest nie tylko dostosowanie się do rzeczywistości empirycznej, społeczno-kulturowej i egzystencjalnej, w której obecnie żyje, ale także jej samorozwoju. W tym celu zaprojektowano specjalną organizację środowiska edukacyjnego i systemu edukacji rodzinnej w zmienionych warunkach funkcjonowania życia. Uzasadnione jest znaczenie zapewnienia wsparcia psychologicznego i pedagogicznego dla rozwoju podmiotowości uczniów. W tym celu zachęca się nauczycieli do stosowania humanitarnego podejścia do poznania i tworzenia obrazu świata u dziecka, ponieważ ukształtowane wartościowo-semantyczne nastawienie do przestrzeni wielokulturowej przyczynia się do jego osobistego rozwoju. Ponadto ważne jest opracowanie osobistej trajektorii edukacyjnej dla uczniów. Umożliwia to realizację ich osobistego potencjału i potrzeby samorozwoju. Wpływ rodziców jest przedstawiany jako ważny czynnik umożliwiający dzieciom zdobycie nowego doświadczenia samoświadomości. Wynika to z tego, że rodzice stosują metody pośredniego rodzicielstwa, wykazują pozytywne doświadczenia w przezwyciężaniu trudnych sytuacji życiowych, stwarzają sytuację sukcesu w socjalizacji dziecka. Szczególny nacisk kładzie się na współpracę rodziny i instytucji edukacyjnej w identyfikowaniu markerów podmiotowości, ich przejawów we wzorach zachowań i wartościach dzieci. Podkreśla się potrzebę sformułowania holistycznego i wartościowego stosunku dorosłych do pragnienia dziecka, aby być podmiotem zmiany i samorealizacji.
    The article reveals potential influence of educational environment and conditions of family education on manifestation of pupils’ own agency in the context of contemporary Ukrainian realities, in particular, forced migration. Agency support is recognized as an important task of ensuring a vital stability of individuals and updating their personal resources, which are aimed not only at adapting to empirical, social, cultural and existential reality in which they live now, but also at their self-development. To achieve this aim the peculiarities of organization of educational environment and system of family education in changed conditions of life realization have been designed. Importance of providing psychological and pedagogical support for development of the agency of schoolchildren is substantiated. That can be reached by encouraging teachers to use a humanitarian approach in education and creation of children picture the world, where value-meaningful attitude to multicultural space contributes to personal growth, and to development of individual educational trajectory for them, which makes possible realization of personal potential and needs by pupils in self-development. Parental influence is presented as an important factor for children to gain new experience of self-awareness through indirect approach in education, transfer of positive experience in overcoming difficult life situations, creating a situation of success in socialization of a child. Particular emphasis is made on cooperation of family and educational institution in identification of markers of agency, their manifestation in patterns of behaviour and values of children. The need to formulate a whole value adult attitude to a child’s desire to be an agent of change and self-change is emphasized.

Ponadto kluczową rolę odgrywają tutaj pojęta w sposób bliski Sartre’owi wolność, a także odpowiedzialność, świadomość i samorealizacja.
    The author of this article argues that individualism and subjectivism form the basis of Osho’s ethics. Along with the independent subject, the person perceived as the creator of values, they constitute the most important sources of morality in this conception. Furthermore, the key role is played here by freedom, close to the one understood by Sartre, as well as responsibility, awareness and self-fulfillment.

    The author attempts to first review the most general and culturally important statements on the subject of man, and then present the developed and rationally justified conception of man as a personal being who, by his action, transcends nature, society, and himself. This conception, unique in world literature, finds its expression in St. Thomas Aquinas’s Summa Theologiae, which presents a justifying context for man’s origin and life, ontic structure, individual and social actions, and his eschatic fulfillment by the intervention of the Incarnate God—Jesus Christ. Pisarzowi udaje się wykazać jej pewne istotne słabości (albo quasi-słabości), na przykład nieścisłość przekazów ewangelicznych albo nadmierną opresyjność chrześcijaństwa wobec seksualności, utrudniającą dojście człowieka, mężczyzny (tu: Jezusa) do prawdy o sobie, albo też zbyt kategoryczne oddzielanie Dobra od Zła, co z laickiej, racjonalno-empirycznej perspektywy może się wydawać zabiegiem sztucznym, niezgodnym z rzeczywistością, która zawsze jest płynna i nie ma w niej nigdzie żadnych ostrych granic. Powieściowy Jezus buntuje się przeciw Bogu-Ojcu, nie chce dźwigać jarzma boskości, zrażony licznymi „ułomnościami” chrześcijańskiego projektu. Pisarz jednak, koncentrując się na wartości osobowościowego rozwoju swojego protagonisty, na jego dążeniu do wolności i samospełnienia, pomija z dziejów Chrystusa to, co w nich najważniejsze: wezwanie do miłosierdzia i do miłości bliźniego, wezwanie do niemyślenia nieustannie o sobie.
    The dispute over Jesus, which is also a dispute over the existence of the sacred reality, has continued since the age of Enlightenment. The very first works intended to demonstrate that Jesus was a merely historical figure were created in the early nineteenth century. Until now, thousands of books have been published all over the world proving the validity of this claim, and other thousands in order to abolish it. At the beginning of the twentieth century, the ‘debate’ in question was transferred to the domain of literary fiction. Side by side with novels intended to evangelize the readers, such as Jim Bishop’s The Day Christ Died (1957), there appeared several novels engaging in a polemic with the Gospel tradition, some of them even meant to compromise it. Among them is José Saramago’s The Gospel According To Jesus Christ (1991), an openly secular novel, only subtly, however, undermining the sacred tradition. The author succeeds in pointing to some of its weaknesses (or quasi-weaknesses), such as: (1) the inaccuracy of the message of the Gospel, (2) the overtly oppressive attitude of Christianity towards sexuality, hindering the recognition of one’s own identity (in the case of the novel the person suffering this oppression is Jesus), (3) too rigid a separation of good and evil, which is perceived from the secular, rational-empirical perspective as artificial and incompatible with the liquid, free-floating reality lacking sharp boundaries. The fictional Jesus rebels against God, the Father, and, discouraged by numerous ‘fallibilities’ of the divine project, refuses to carry his yoke. However, having focused on the personal growth of his protagonist, on his quest for freedom and self-fulfillment, the author ignores the most significant elements of the story of Jesus, namely, the call for mercy, the commandment to love one’s neighbor, and the call not to be focused on oneself.

    W obliczu słabnącej roli Kościoła w życiu społecznym (sekularyzacja), połączonej z osłabieniem wiary tych, którzy kiedyś przyjęli Ewangelię, papież Jan Paweł II wezwał wspólnotę wierzących w Jezusa Chrystusa do nowej ewangelizacji. Świat nieustannie się zmienia i to w coraz szybszym tempie, pojawiają się nowe wymagania czasu, pośród których należy wymienić tak zwany nowy ateizm. Odradzający się ateizm stanowi niewątpliwy znak czasu, a jednocześnie wołanie o zaspokojenie niezbywalnych tęsknot człowieka. Papieskie wołanie o nową ewangelizację, podejmowane także przez obecnego następcę świętego Piotra, dowodzi jednak, że jest konieczna pogłębiona refleksja nad tym podstawowym zadaniem Kościoła. Problem ten podejmuje niniejszy artykuł. Autor wychodzi z założenia, że jeśli dzieło ewangelizacji ma być skuteczne, to wydaje się być uzasadnionym postulat uważnego wsłuchania się w to, co do powiedzenia mają ateiści, w ich racje, obawy i tęsknoty. W myśli ateistycznej przewijają się dwa podstawowe motywy, dwie często ze sobą połączone i zbiegające się w jedno, choć bez trudu rozróżnialne, tęsknoty: tęsknota za sensem i nadzieja ostatecznego spełnienia. Niniejsze opracowanie stara się je tak wydobyć i sformułować, by następnie spojrzeć na nie w nowy sposób z perspektywy Ewangelii.Ojcowie II Soboru Watykańskiego pragnęli szczerego dialogu z niewierzącymi, uznawanymi przez wiele wieków za ludzi mniej wartościowych od wierzących i moralnie złych. Wolę tę uroczyście deklarował kardynał Henri de Lubac SJ, podejmując wątek istotny dla ateistycznego humanizmu, jakim jest swoiście pojęty kult człowieka. Ateizm odsłania braki ludzi wierzących: sztywny konformizm, słodkawy sentymentalizm, umysłowe lenistwo. Rzetelnie prowadzony dialog ma pobudzać do metodycznego wysiłku refleksji nad własną wiarą i życiem, uwzględniając jego nieuchronne skutki: mianowicie konieczność konfrontacji i stawienia czoła tak argumentom jak i prezentującym je osobom. Nierzadko będzie to też okazja do pogłębienia cnoty pokory, nie mówiąc o własnej wierze, wystawionej na poważną próbę.W tej sytuacji musi zadziałać szeroko pojęte duszpasterstwo, które nie powinno zamykać się do działań jedynie w stosunku do już nawróconych i pozostających w żywym związku z Kościołem jako wspólnotą wiary. Objawiają się współczesne „areopagi” nowej ewangelizacji: rodzina, edukacja, praca zawodowa, kultura, media czy życie społeczno-polityczne. Cały Kościół jest na nowo powołany do umocnienia profilu swojej wiary w kontekście wyzwania ze strony sekularyzmu i ateizmu.
    In the face of a weakening role of the Church in social life (secularization), combined with the weakening of the faith of those who had accepted the Gospel, Pope John Paul II called on the community of believers in Jesus Christ to the new evangelization. The world is constantly changing at an increasing rate and new demands emerge, among which the so-called new atheism should be mentioned. Reviving atheism is the indisputable sign of the times and simultaneously the call for fulfillment of inalienable human yearnings. The Pope's call for a new evangelization, also undertaken by the current successor of St. Peter, proves though that in-depth reflection on the primary role of the Church is necessary. This article deals with the problem. The author assumes that if the work of evangelization is supposed to be effective, a demand of careful listening to what atheists have to say, their anxieties and yearnings is justified. The atheist thought follows two basic, very often interconnected though easily distinguishable themes that converge into one: the yearning for sense and the hope of definitive fulfillment. This paper tries to bring out and formulate them, and look at them in a new way from the perspective of the Gospel.Fathers of the Second Vatican Council sought to engage in sincere dialogue with non-believers, recognized for centuries as people morally wrong and less valuable than the believers. This will was declared by Cardinal Henri de Lubac SJ who addressed the essential concern of atheistic humanism - a specifically understood cult of man. Atheism reveals the imperfections of believers: rigid conformism, slightly sweet sentimentality, intellectual laziness. Diligently conducted dialogue is supposed to stimulate a methodological effort of reflection on one's own faith and life, taking into consideration its inevitable effects: the necessity to confront and deal with not only arguments but also people who present them. It will frequently be an opportunity to deepen the virtue of humility, not to mention one's own faith, put to an acute test.In this situation, broadly understood pastoral work is in order which should not confine itself to activities only in relation to those already converted and placed in a living connection with the Church as a community of faith. The new "Areopagus" of new evangelization is being manifested: family, education, profession, culture, media as well as social and political life. The whole Church is called anew to strengthen the profile of its faith in the context of the challenge of secularism and atheism.

    Artykuł prezentuje wybrane aspekty z zakresu wydawania i realizacji decyzji udzielających warunkowej zgody na dokonanie koncentracji przedsiębiorców. Ten rodzaj decyzji organu antymonopolowego, choć pojawiający się stosunkowo rzadko w praktyce orzeczniczej, jest jednak szczególnie interesujący. Dlatego też w artykule omówione zostały zagadnienia dotyczące rodzaju warunków (zobowiązań) nakładanych na przedsiębiorcę przez organ antymonopolowy, w tym kryteria, jakimi kieruje się Prezes UOKiK przy ustalaniu warunku lub zobowiązania. Przeanalizowany został także problem podmiotu uprawnionego do zaproponowania warunku i jego rodzaju, a także zakresu, w jakim propozycja ta winna być wiążąca. W ostatniej części zawarte zostały uwagi dotyczące odpowiedzialności przedsiębiorcy z tytułu realizacji warunku, a w szczególności zasady, o jaką odpowiedzialność ta winna być oparta.
    The subject matter of this article are selected issues regarding issuing and fulfillment of conditional decisions on concentration of entrepreneurs. This kind of decision, relatively rare in adjudication office practice, however, is particularly interesting. Against this background there were discussed some issues, namely type of conditions (obligations) imposed on entrepreneur by antimonopoly office, including criteria used by the President of UOKiK, who should propose application of condition and its kind as well as to what extend this proposal shall be binding. The last part of the article addresses question of responsibility for fulfillment of condition or obligation imposed by the President of UOKiK within the set period of time, especially a question of principles on which entrepreneur’s responsibility should be based.

    Rozważania podjęte w artykule dotyczą związków akademickich oraz Szkolnych Klubów Europejskich (Euroklubów) jako ośrodków kształtowania tożsamości międzykulturowej oraz wprowadzania innowacyjnych technologii w warunkach pracy państwowych instytucji szkolnictwa średniego. Artykuł ukazuje, że Szkolne Kluby Europejskie oddziałują na formowanie osobistego nastawienia uczniów szkoły średniej do współczesnego życia i społeczeństwa, ich postawy życiowej i obywatelskiej. Eurokluby pomagają również uczniom stwarzać warunki do odkrywania swoich możliwości samoedukacyjnych, samooceny i samorealizacji oraz zapewniają tworzenie świadomości europejskiej i harmonijnie rozwijanej osobowości, w kontekście europejskiego wymiaru edukacji.
    In the article, students’ associations called School European Clubs (Euroclubs) were taken into consideration as the centres of forming the intercultural personality and introducing innovative technologies in the conditions of working in state secondary education establishments. The authors reveal the fact that School European Clubs or Euroclubs have influence on the formation of secondary school students’ personal attitude towards modern life and society, their standpoint in life, as well as their civic attitude. They also help students to create conditions for revealing the potentialities of self-knowledge, self-assessment and self-fulfillment, they ensure the forming of European consciousness and harmoniously developed personality in the context of European dimension in education.

    Artykuł wyjaśnia różne spojrzenia na religie świata. Jego głównym celem jest analiza inkluzywizmu religijnego jako najbardziej powszechnego podejścia do innych religii we współczesnej debacie teologicznej nad religiami. Artykuł zwraca szczególną uwagę na rozwój modelu chrystocentrycznego w Kościele katolickim, odnosząc się najpierw do wczesnych ojców Kościoła, a następnie do teologii Logosu. Analiza pokazuje, że teologia Logosu w historii była zawsze obecna w katolickim podejściu do wierzących inaczej obok ekskluzywistycznego aksjomatu extra ecclesiam nulla salus (poza Kościołem nie ma zbawienia). Później ta inkluzywistyczna teologia znalazła swoje zastosowanie w „teorii wypełnienia” Jeana Danielou, w idei „anonimowego chrześcijaństwa” Karla Rahnera, w stanowisku II Soboru Watykańskiego w sprawie innych tradycji religijnych oraz w posoborowym oficjalnym nauczaniu Kościoła. Artykuł kończy się oceną złożoności, wyzwań i nieuniknionych słabych punktów chrystocentrycznego podejścia do innych religii.
    The article first explains various perspectives on the world religions. Its main focus is on the inclusivist perspective as the most common approach in the debate on religions. Here special attention is given to the development of the Christocentric model in the Catholic Church referring first to the early Church Fathers and afterwards to Logos theology. The analysis shows that the theology of the Logos was always present in Catholic attitudes towards other believers throughout history alongside the exclusivist axiom extra ecclesiam nulla salus (outside the Church no salvation). Later, this inclusivist theology was echoed in the „fulfilment theory” of Jean Danielou, „anonymous Christianity” of Karl Rahner, the Second Vatican Council’s stand on other faiths, and in the post-conciliar official Church teaching. The article ends with evaluation of the complexity, challenges and unavoidable shortcomings of the Christocentric approach to other religions.

    Punktem wyjścia antropologii i etyki Wojtyły jest – dany w doświadczeniu fenomenologicznym – fakt „człowiek działa”. W porządku metafizycznym osoba poprzedza swoje działanie, co filozofia klasyczna wyraża w adagium operari sequitur esse (działanie jest następstwem istnienia). W porządku epistemologicznym natomiast analiza działania jest źródłem wiedzy o podmiocie działającym, pozwala poznać nie tylko istnienie, ale także naturę tego, kto działa. W tym sensie analiza ludzkiej praxis leży u podstaw teorii człowieka, ujawnia duchową naturę osoby, która przejawia się w czynie. Wojtyła – zgodnie z nauką św. Tomasza – za sam rdzeń ludzkiej praxis uważał czyn człowieka (actus humanus). Czyn ma dwojakiego rodzaju skutki: przechodnie, które obiektywizują się w różnych wytworach ludzkiego działania i nieprzechodnie, które pozostają w podmiocie, osadzają się we wnętrzu osoby, czyniąc w niej zmiany natury moralnej. W artykule zostało podkreślone znaczenie nieprzechodnich skutków czynu dla moralnego wzrastania bądź degradacji osoby. Porównanie Karola Wojtyły koncepcji praxis z jej marksistowskim ujęciem pozwoliło wydobyć personalistyczny wymiar praxis. W tym znaczeniu praxis staje się terenem realizowania się człowieczeństwa zgodnie prawdą ludzkiego bytu. Dlatego antropologia Wojtyły nie ogranicza się do poznania prawdy o osobie, ale osiąga swe właściwe dopełnienie w antropo-praksji, czyli w przyjęciu prawdy za podstawę działania. Wychowanie, jako szczególny rodzaj działania, skierowane jest na spełnianie się osoby. Wychowanie personalistyczne, w którym wychowanek jest traktowany jako rozumna i wolna osoba, powinno uzdolnić go do spełniania czynów (dodajmy: moralnie dobrych czynów), a zarazem spełniania siebie w tych czynach. Zasługą Wojtyły jest pokazanie, że na drodze praxis – oprócz różnych celów fakultatywnych – realizuje się (na zasadzie nieprzechodnich skutków czynu) cel najważniejszy – stawanie się (fieri) człowieka moralnie dobrym. Osiągnięcie tego celu, określanego jako autoteleologia osoby, stanowi nie tylko o sensie wychowania, ale nade wszystko o sensie spełnionego życia.
    The starting point of Wojtyła’s anthropology and ethics is the fact of ‘man acting,’ given in the phenomenological experience. In the metaphysical order the person precedes her actions, which was expressed in classical philosophy by means of the adage: operari sequitur esse (acting follows existence). In the epistemological order in turn an analysis of the subject’s actions makes it possible to recognize her not only in the aspect of her existence, but also in the aspect of her nature as an acting subject. In this sense an analysis of human praxis underlies philosophical anthropology, revealing the spiritual nature of the person manifested through her actions. Following St. Thomas Aquinas, Wojtyła considered a human act (actus humanus) as the core of human praxis. An action has consequences of two kinds. Its transitive consequences are objectified in its actual outward results, while its intransitive, enduring consequences remain within the acting person, introducing changes of moral nature in her. The article underscores the significance of the enduring consequences of an action for the moral growth (or moral degradation) of the person. A comparison of Wojtyła’s conception of praxis with its Marxist interpretation shows that praxis actually manifests a personalist dimension. In this sense praxis turns out the ground on which humanity finds its accomplishment in accordance with the truth about the human being. Thus Wojtyła’s anthropology, apart from expounding the truth about the human person, points to the significance of anthropo-praxis, namely to the fact that human actions need to be preformed with reference to the truth about things. Education, which is a special kind of action, is focused on the accomplishment of the person’s humanity. Personalist education, in which the student is approached as a rational and free person, should aim at enabling her to perform (morally good) actions and, through them, to accomplish her humanity. Wołtyła’s merit was to show that apart from attaining its facultative goals, praxis, due to the enduring consequences of the person’s actions, determines her becoming (fieri) morally good. The latter goal, described in terms of the autoteleology of the person determines not only the meaning of education, but above all the fulfillment of the human life. Translated by Dorota Chabrajska

    The article gives a selection of sources showing the consequences of the attempt on the life of Viceroy Berg conducted in Warsaw on 19 September 1863. Apart from the reports in the press of that time it mentions illustrations that are available, analyzes the range of the destruction and shows the official attempts to solve the problem of national mourning. In its final part it tries to interpret the category of “Perfect-fulfillment” that makes the composition and semantics of Chopin’s Piano coherent.

    The present paper addresses the institution of the contractual penalty and its normative reflection in the Polish 20th-century civil law, presented on its 19th-century background. Within the scope of presented institution, the considerations included civil law which was in force during the partitions of Poland (Napoleonic Code, ABGB, BGB, Code of Laws of the Russian Empire – volume 10) and then obligations code and current civil code. It has enabled to show that the juridical construction of the contractual penalty in the contemporary civil law is based on the 19th-century normative solutions.
    Podjęta w artykule problematyka dotyczy instytucji kary umownej i jej normatywnego odzwierciedlenia w polskim prawie cywilnym XX w., ukazanego na tle dorobku dziewiętnastowiecznej cywilistyki. W zakresie prezentowanej instytucji rozważania objęły prawo cywilne obowiązujące na ziemiach polskich pod zaborami (Kodeks Napoleona, ABGB, BGB, tom X Zwodu Praw Cesarstwa Rosyjskiego), a następnie kodeks zobowiązań i obecnie obowiązujący kodeks cywilny. Pozwoliło to pokazać, iż konstrukcja jurydyczna kary umownej we współczesnym prawie cywilnym została oparta na dziewiętnastowiecznych rozwiązaniach normatywnych.

    Artykuł prezentuje wybrane zagadnienia związane z badaniem cyklu realizacji zamówienia klienta w produkcji jednostkowej. Na początku przedstawione zostały tendencje i perspektywy w produkcji jednostkowej oraz podstawy sformułowania obszarów badawczych. Główna część artykułu obejmuje charakterystykę wyodrębnionych trzech obszarów badawczych. Należą do nich: analiza kluczowych czynników obsługi klienta w produkcji jednostkowej, badania czasu realizacji zamówienia klienta oraz badania powiązań między ogniwami łańcucha. Charakterystyka każdego z obszarów badawczych obejmuje sformułowanie celu badań, opis wykorzystywanych metod i technik badawczych oraz krótką prezentację wyników prowadzonych badań. Artykuł kończą wnioski, wynikające z prowadzonych badań. Prezentowane w artykule zagadnienia są częścią szerszego opracowania, obejmującego stworzenie procedury realizacji zamówienia klienta w produkcji jednostkowej.
    The article presents selected aspects related to the cycle's research of the customer order fulfillment in unit production. Trends and perspectives in discreet manufacturing and grounds for formulations of research areas were explained at the beginning. The main part of the study includes characterization of three separate research areas. These are: analyses of the key factors of customer service in the unit production, testing lead time of order process and studies on relationships between the chain links. The characteristics of each of the areas of research include: the formulation of the main objective, a description of used methods and techniques, and a brief presentation of research results. The conclusions of the research ends the article. Aspects presented in the paper are part of a broaden elaboration, involving creating a procedure of customer order fulfillment in discreet manufacturing.
