Opis:: W artykule podjęto próbę przybliżenia problematyki społecznego wartościowania pracy zawodowej nauczycieli, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem specyfiki ich funkcjonowania w środowisku wiejskim. W tekście zaprezentowano przemiany społecznych oczekiwań wobec nauczyciela w środowisku wiejskim w świetle literatury, a następnie dokonano prezentacji wyników własnych badań nad społecznymi oczekiwaniami wobec pracy nauczycieli na wsi w wymiarze temporalnym. A zatem, jak praca ta jest postrzegana przez podmioty edukacyjne będące w różnym wieku, a także, co się z tym wiąże, znajdujące się w innym usytuowaniu czasowym swego życia (cyklu życia), jak i czasu historycznego (pokolenia): uczniów, studentów kierunków nauczycielskich wywodzących się ze wsi, rodziców oraz dziadków i innych mieszkańców wsi.
The article is an attempt to present the issues of social evaluation of teachers’ professional work, with particular emphasis on the specificity of their functioning in a rural environment. The text presents the changes in social expectations towards teachers in rural areas in the light of literature and then shows the results of the author’s own research on social expectations towards teachers’ work in rural areas in a temporal dimension, which includes the presentation of how their work is perceived by education subjects of different age and, therefore, in different times of their lives (life cycle) and historical time (generation): pupils, students of teaching faculties coming from rural areas, parents and grandparents, as well as other inhabitants of rural areas.

Opis:: Over the last few decades, scientists exploring the aspects of engineering education and investigating the strong connection between the engineering profession and society have argued for a more rounded, holistic approach to the engineering curriculum. In addition to fundamental technical subjects, they have proposed the inclusion of a broad range of social subjects in order to equip young engineers with social and communication skills relevant for teamwork, and to enhance their awareness about both the way social changes influence the implementation of certain engineering solutions and about the way develop-ments in engineering have a considerable impact on society in general. This paper presents the results of a two-year qualitative study of the importance of social subjects within the engineering academic curriculum at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Ar-chitecture in Zagreb, Croatia.

Opis:: Undoubtedly, the school subject called “Sport” has an educational objective. Yet, the question whether in order to set this task and complete it in class the notion of “education standards” is necessary, and primarily whether this phrase will practically support this subject, seems justified. The notion of “education standard” has been introduced in relation to school theoretical subjects for comparative purposes between the EU states (PISA studies). It did not pertain to PE classes, however, Physical Education teachers in Germany and in Austria joined this process without any deeper analysis. The present paper first gives a short insight into the discussion and education standards in school sport in Germany and Austria. It also presents the concept of sports classes oriented in this manner with the use of an example and it focuses extensively on the threats connected with sport at school, which is supposed to be taught in accordance with the set education standards.

Opis:: Considering the great social demand for qualified technically oriented workers, it is necessary to develop the interest in technical fields. The article introduces research focused on mapping the current situation of (non)interest of primary-school students in technical fields and especially verification of whether the (non)interest is linked to the popularity of technically oriented subjects at primary schools. Primary schools in the Czech Republic involve pupils at the age of 6–15. The reasons, why technically oriented subjects are not popular, will be evaluated to provide possible solutions.

Opis:: CEL NAUKOWY: Celem artykułu jest prezentacja współczesnych form i narzędzi realizacji programów kształcenia pozalekcyjnego w obszarze edukacji dla przedsiębiorczości. PROBLEM I METODY BADAWCZE: Analizowanym problemem badawczym jest organizacja i funkcjonowanie zajęć pozalekcyjnych – z jednej strony pod kątem poprawności metodologicznej konstruowania programów dydaktycznych, a z drugiej – pod tym względem, czy są one ciekawe merytorycznie i motywujące dla uczestników. W badaniach zastosowano metodę studium przypadku. Badania miały charakter pilotażowy i pozwoliły określić szczegółowe problemy badawcze pod kątem dalszych analiz. PROCES WYWODU: Struktura artykułu przedstawia się następująco. W pierwszej części pokazane zostanie znaczenie studium przypadku jako metody badawczej. Następnie zaprezentowane zostaną wybrane przykłady dobrych praktyk pozalekcyjnego kształcenia w zakresie przedsiębiorczości. W końcowej części artykułu zostanie przedstawione podsumowanie z uwzględnieniem wniosków z analizy krajowej i zagranicznej literatury przedmiotu, a także zaproponowane zostaną rekomendacje. WYNIKI ANALIZY NAUKOWEJ: Przeprowadzone badania pilotażowe pozwalają stwierdzić, że zaangażowanie nauczycieli i placówek edukacyjnych (rozumianych jako zmotywowane zespoły ludzkie) pozwala na profesjonalne przygotowanie i wdrożenie projektów pozalekcyjnego kształcenia w zakresie edukacji dla przedsiębiorczości. WNIOSKI, INNOWACJE, REKOMENDACJE: Całość rozważań kończą odniesienia do rekomendowanych rozwiązań organizacyjnych ujętych w wartościowych zasobach i przewodnikach metodycznych w dziedzinie edukacji dla przedsiębiorczości (m.in. projekt rozkładu materiału, scenariusze zajęć i sposób ich ewaluacji). Artykuł przeznaczony jest dla nauczycieli przedsiębiorczości na każdym poziomie kształcenia i organizatorów różnych form edukacji.
RESEARCH OBJECTIVE: The aim of the article is to present contemporary forms and tools for the implementation in extracurricular education programs in the field of education for entrepreneurship.THE RESEARCH PROBLEM AND METHODS: The analyzed research problem is the way of organizing extracurricular activities – on the one hand in terms of the methodological correctness of constructing teaching programs, and on the other – an attempt to assess whether they are interesting in terms of content and motivating for participants. The study used the case study method.THE PROCESS OF ARGUMENTATION: The structure of the article is as follows. It began with the presentation of the results of a study of domestic and foreign literature on the subject. In the following, the importance of case study as a research method will be presented. Then, selected examples of good practice in extracurricular entrepreneurship education will be presented. In the final part of the article a summary will be presented, containing the main conclusions of the analysis and recommendations.RESEARCH RESULTS: The conducted research shows that the involvement of teachers and educational institutions (understood as motivated human teams) allows for professional preparation and implementation of extracurricular education projects in the field of entrepreneurship education.CONCLUSIONS, INNOVATIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS: All considerations end with proposals for organizational solutions in relation to the project of distribution of teaching material for entrepreneurship classes based on the e-entrepreneurship program, a proposal for an approach to their evaluation and references to valuable methodological guides in the field of entrepreneurship education.

Opis:: V článku je pozornosť venovaná učiteľovi technických predmetov, pretože ani tie najpre-pracovanejšie programy výchovy a vzdelávania by nebolo možné realizovať bez tvorivého úsilia samotného učiteľa. Poukazujeme na aktuálne požiadavky jeho profesijných kompetencií v me-dzinárodnom a národnom kontexte i na rozdielnosť prístupov k ich kategorizácii. Významnou súčasťou rozvoja osobnosti učiteľa je sebareflexia, ktorá pomáha rozvíjať profesijné kompetencie. Na základe návrhu profesijného štandardu sme uskutočnili prieskum, ktorého výsledky prezentu-jeme textom, pre prehľadnosť i tabuľkou.
The article is devoted significant attention to the teacher technical subjects, because even the most sophisticated programs of education would not be possible without the efforts of creative teacher. This article aims to outline current demands in regard to the professional competencies of a teacher within national and international context. In addition, we would like to point out differences in attitudes concerning their categorization. Self-reflexion is a very important part of teacher´s development because it helps them to improve their professional competencies. We have done the survey based on the profes-sional standard. Its results are presented in the text as well as with enclosed charts.

Opis:: The article provides an overview of approaches to the organization of religious education in secondary schools of Ukraine during the period of its independence, which complements the European experience of studying this issue. Attention is paid both to the historical circumstances of the beginning of school religious education in the interaction of religious, state and educational institutions, and to modern issues related to the policy of introducing subjects of religious and moral orientation in Ukrainian schools. The current legislation in the field of religious education in a secular school, the real practice of its implementation, and the challenges that give an idea of the specifics of Ukraine in this matter in the European space, are analyzed. The legislative work of Ukraine on resolving the issue of legal regulation of the possibility of establishing educational institutions of different levels of accreditation by religious organizations is generalized. Statistical data on the state of teaching religious and moral subjects in schools of Ukraine are analyzed. Prospects and possibilities of further teaching of religious education in the Ukrainian public school are considered.

Opis:: Edukacja ojczysta dziecka oraz przygotowanie w tym celu kadr pedagogicznych na uchodźstwie były nadrzędnym zadaniem polskich środowisk oświatowych przebywających po drugiej wojnie światowej w Wielkiej Brytanii. Gdy wycofane zostało uznanie dla rządu polskiego w Londynie, to właśnie działacze nauczycielscy przejęli ogromny trud utrzymania polskiego szkolnictwa, a tym samym przeciwdziałania wynarodowieniu młodego pokolenia Polaków. Celem artykułu jest ukazanie sytuacji nauczycieli w systemie organizacyjnym polskiego szkolnictwa oraz roli Zrzeszenia Nauczycielstwa Polskiego Zagranicą, które stworzyło podwaliny pod system szkół przedmiotów ojczystych. W artykule ponadto ukazano cele działalności nauczycieli, którzy byli ogarnięci wielką społeczną pasją i umiłowaniem tradycji, różnorodne formy kształcenia oraz ich ogromną rolę w wychowaniu dzieci w polskiej kulturze i tradycji. W celu realizacji problemu badawczego zastosowano metodę monograficzną, krytykę analizy dokumentów i piśmiennictwa w tym zakresie.
The parental education of the child and the preparation of teaching staff in exile for this purpose was the overriding task of Polish educational environments living in Great Britain after the Second World War. When recognition for the Polish government in London was withdrawn, it was the teachers’ activists who took over the enormous trouble of maintaining Polish education, and thus preventing the denationalization of the young generation of Poles. The aim of the article is to present the situation of teachers in the organizational system of Polish education and the role of the Association of Polish Teachers Abroad, which created the foundations for the system of schools in native subjects. The article also presents the goals of teachers who were overwhelmed by great social passion and love of tradition, various forms of education and their huge role in educating children in Polish culture and tradition. In order to implement the research problem, a monographic method was used, and a critique of the analysis of documents and literature in this area.
