Autism is a developmental disorder which is difficult to recognize and diagnose. The present study examines the effectiveness of music therapy intervention based on improvisational techniques with the elements of Creative Music Therapy by Paul Nordoff and Clive Robbins and improvisational techniques by Tony Wigram (such as imitating, frameworking, dialogues, holding) on  developmentl of children with Autism (two boys diagnosed with autism - case 1. and case 2), especially in verbal and nonverbal communication, disturbance behavior patterns, cognitive and social-emotional areas.  The results indicate a positive outcome in two music therapy observing tools: Scale I Child – Therapist Relationship in Coactive Musical Experience Rating Form and Scale II Musical Communicativeness Rating Form. The tables indicate the intensity of interaction between the therapist and the subject during the music therapy process (including communication skills, cognitive skills and behavior patterns). The results of case 1 are indicated in Scale I and Scale II and  show a significant effect of improvisational music therapy. The important findings from the analysis of behavior in the sessions were Stability and confidence in interpersonal musical relationship, Activity relationship developing, (scale 1.). The results of the case 2. show small changes in musical behavior when it comes to Stability and confidence in interpersonal musical relationship, but in Activity relationship developing the indicators show a lot of changes between sessions. The results of the research indicate that  music therapy intervention has a positive outcome and may be an effective method to increase functioning of children with autism.

Permanent increase in the use of individual transport intensifies the congestions and drop of quality of live in the city. The desire to reduce the negative effects of individual travel requires not only the use of organizational and legal changes but communications behaviors of residents. This article presents the basic steps of communications behavioral changes and instruments to support this change.

Artykuł porusza problematykę trudności metodologicznych w logopedii. Pretekstem do powstania teksu stała się praca badawcza nad zachowaniami komunikacyjnymi osób w spektrum autyzmu. Okazało się, że opracowując narzędzie badawcze, zbierając dane, a później analizując je, badacz napotyka na szereg różnych problemów, które stawiają go przed dylematem, jak radzić sobie z oceną i interpretacją niejednoznacznych zachowań komunikacyjnych. Materiał zawiera teoretyczne podstawy zachowań komunikacyjnych osób ze spektrum autyzmu oraz część poświęconą zarysowaniu problemów wynikających z trudności metodologicznych logopedii.
The article raises the issue of methodological difficulties in speech therapy. The pretext for creating the text was research work on the communication behaviors of people on the autism spectrum. It turned out that when developing a research tool, collecting data and then analyzing them, the researcher encounters a number of different problems that put him in a dilemma of how to deal with the assessment and interpretation of ambiguous communication behaviors. The material contains the theoretical foundations of communication behavior of people on the autism spectrum and a section devoted to outlining problems resulting from methodological difficulties in speech therapy.

The article concerns the study of communication behavior of high school and university students in Piła and Chodzież counties. The main problem is the mobility preferences of pupils and students. The article characterizes the concept of city, urban transport and mobility, and then proposes a mobility model that takes into account the preferences of residents when choosing the means of transport. The article ends with a presentation of survey results and drawing appropriate conclusions. They will help in presenting the proposed directions of development of transport infrastructure in the Piła and Chodzież counties. The aim of the article is to assess the communication behavior of high school and university students and the ways of their movement.
Artykuł dotyczy badania zachowań komunikacyjnych uczniów szkół średnich i studentów w powiecie pilskim i chodzieskim. Głównym problemem są preferencje uczniów i studentów w zakresie mobilności. W artykule scharakteryzowano pojęcie miasta, transportu miejskiego oraz mobilności, a następnie zaproponowano model mobilności uwzględniający preferencje mieszkańców przy wyborze środka transportu. Artykuł kończy się prezentacją wyników badań ankietowych i wyciągnięciem stosownych wniosków. Pomogą one w przedstawieniu propozycji kierunków rozwoju infrastruktury transportowej na terenie powiatu pilskiego i chodzieskiego. Celem artykułu jest ocena zachowań komunikacyjnych uczniów szkół średnich i studentów oraz sposobów ich poruszania się.

Celem artykułu jest ukazanie różnic w poziomie komunikacji dzieci przedszkolnych z głęboką i znaczną wadą słuchu oraz porównanie ich poziomu z poziomem dzieci w normie słuchowej. Wszystkie wyodrębnione grupy pochodzą z rodzin słyszących. Na podstawie badań ustalono poziom umiejętności językowych dzieci z głęboką i znaczną wadą słuchu i porównano go z poziomem osiągniętym przez dzieci słyszące, co umożliwiło określenie stopnia rozwoju mowy (normatywny, opóźniony czy zaburzony u dzieci z grupy badanej). Uzyskane wyniki potwierdziły istnienie różnic ilościowo-jakościowych pomiędzy dziećmi należącymi do badanych grup. Analiza poszczególnych podkategorii wykazała ciekawą zależność: ważniejszą rolę odgrywa „dopasowanie językowe” (mode match), czyli wspólnota doświadczeń językowych pomiędzy dzieckiem niedosłyszącym a jego słyszącą matką, niżpoziom funkcjonowania werbalnego dzieci per se.
The purpose of the article is to show the differences in the level of communication of preschool children with profound and severe hearing impairment and children in the hearing norm. All the studied groups of children come from hearing families. Based on the research, the level of language skills of children with profound and severe hearing impairment was determined and compared to the level obtained by hearing children, thus determining the degree of speech development (normative, delayed or disturbed) of the children in the study group. The obtained results confirmed the existence of quantitative and qualitative differences between the children belonging to the studied groups. The analysis of individual subcategories showed the existence of an interesting relationship. An important role is played by the “mode match,” which is a community of language experiences between a hearing-impaired child and their hearing mother, not the level of verbal functioning of children per se.

W pracy zaprezentowano analizę empiryczną czynników pastoralnej komunikacji w serbskiej wspólnocie społeczno-kulturowej. Wykorzystano złożoną metodologię badawczą, wzorując się na modelach analiz wypracowanych w ramach rosyjskiej lingwistyki komunikacyjnej (woroneska szkoła).
The essay is an attempt of empirical analysis of sociolinguistic determinants of the success of pastoral communication in the Serbian speaking society and culture with the use of the complex methodology based on the models of research which are founded in Russian communication linguistics (the Voronezh school). Applying the procedure involving the pilot survey, indirect observation, the ranking of communication characteristics of speech, identification of typical speech manners, identification of positive and negative statements and the verification of identified communication characteristics of parish priests, we have tried to realize in which way the personality of a parish priest is represented in the mind of the Serbian speaking persons, how they perceive and conceptualize the communication activity of the priest in the modern conditions of the inner and outer mission of the Church and what expectations they set before him.

Companies, especially life insurers, operating under competitive conditions need loyal clients. A very important techniques used for building loyalty is appropriate communication between the insured and insurer. Individuals in “freer” media environments are assumed to have better choices among media and are thus able to make better and more effi cient use of media. Using the European Parliamentary Elections of 2009 as a highly visible political event, we fi nd that, as expected, individuals use media to satisfy informational needs about the elections in highly “free” media environments (Hallin & Mancini, 2004). In addition, we fi nd strong prima facie evidence that in “less free” media environments — distinguished by the strong alignment of parties, social and political cleavages, and media outlets — individuals also respond with higher information-seeking media behavior. For comparative media studies, by linking specifi c media environments to specifi c individual-level media behaviors, where media is used tells us more about how media is used.

Zasadniczą kwestią poruszaną w artykule będzie prezentacja młodego e-konsumenta w dobie wirtualizacji rzeczywistości XXI w.
Modern e-consumer who plays key role in purchasing decisions processes is getting younger. Today the children and young people are increasingly making decisions about purchasing of fast moving consumer goods and durables as well. The young generation are “natives to the Internet” and are natively familiar with modern technologies. Using Internet and information technologies for shopping become more frequent. And it force enterprises to change forms, methods and techniques of communication they use towards e-consumers. The fundamental issue addressed in this paper is to present young e-consumer in the twenty-first century virtualization era.

Background. Due to the lack of evidence, the positive and negative experiences of companions of COVID-19 patients during their communication with medical staff in COVID-19 hospitals were explored. Material and methods. This research study encompassed a cross-sectional analysis of 437 companions of COVID-19 patients. Results. The patients’ diseases were: mild (34.55%), moderate (27.92%), severe (20.14%), and critical (17.39%). The most prevalent comorbidities were cardiovascular disease (16.7%), obesity (16.48%), endocrine and metabolic disorders (14.42%), and smoking (13.73%). Out of the total of 437 patients included in the study, 23.80% died. The study revealed that 79.63% and 71.40% of companions had regular communication with the medical staff, and received relevant and sufficient information about the patients’ medical conditions, respectively. Regarding mental health, 34.55% of companions reported fear of COVID-19 infection at the hospitals, and 66.59% expressed fear of patients’ death. A considerable percentage had conflicts with medical staff. They expressed satisfaction with the healthcare and treatment and were informed and medical staff were available on need. The hospital environment was quiet, but not in terms of psychological well-being. Conclusions. Most companions were satisfied with treatment procedures at the COVID-19 hospitals, but a percentage were affected by ambient noise and other patients’ fear.
Wprowadzenie. Biorąc pod uwagę brak stosownych danych, przyjrzano się pozytywnym oraz negatywnym doświadczeniom bliskich towarzyszących pacjentom chorującym na COVID-19 przyjętych do szpitali zajmujących się leczeniem tej choroby w kontekście komunikacji z pracownikami ochrony zdrowia zatrudnionymi w tych szpitalach. Materiał i metody. Opracowanie stanowi przekrojową analizę przeprowadzoną na próbie bliskich 437 pacjentów chorujących na COVID-19. Wyniki. Przyjmowani pacjenci cierpieli na łagodną (34,55%), umiarkowaną (27,92%), ciężką (20,14%) i krytyczną (17,39%) postać choroby. Najczęściej występującymi chorobami współistniejącymi wśród pacjentów były choroby układu krążenia (16,7%), otyłość (16,48%), zaburzenia endokrynologiczne i metabolizmu (14,42%) oraz uzależnienie od tytoniu (13,73%). Spośród 437 pacjentów objętych badaniem 23,80% zmarło. Wyniki badań wskazują, że 79,63% bliskich pacjentów regularnie kontaktowało się z pracownikami ochrony zdrowia, 71,40% otrzymywało stosowne i wyczerpujące informacje na temat ich stanu zdrowia. Z punktu widzenia zdrowia psychicznego, 34,55% respondentów wspomniało o obawach przed zakażeniem COVID-19 w szpitalach, 66,59% obawiało się śmierci przyjętych do szpitali pacjentów. Znaczący odsetek bliskich pacjentów wszedł w różne konflikty z personelem szpitali. Ponadto respondenci opisywali zadowolenie z opieki, jaką szpitale otoczyły pacjentów oraz z zastosowanego leczenia, a także z dostępności pracowników ochrony zdrowia w razie potrzeby. Spokój i cisza panująca w szpitalach nie sprzyjała dobrostanowi psychicznemu badanych. Wnioski. Większość bliskich pacjentów była zadowolona ze sposobu leczenia stosowanego w szpitalach zajmujących się COVID-19, jednak część z nich doświadczyła hałasu w otoczeniu oraz odczuwała wpływ strachu i lęku innych pacjentów.
