This article presents an in-depth analysis of the stress-deformation state (SDS) in the bottom structure of a semi-trailer truck body. Engineering analysis was conducted utilizing the SolidWorks software, focusing on a comprehensive CAD model of the semi-trailer truck body. The study explored variations in SDS parameters resulting from alterations in the geometric parameters of the body bottom elements. The research investigated alterations in static stress and displacement relative to changes in the proportions of the cross-section of the channel while maintaining fixed geometric dimensions of the workpiece, thickness of the workpiece, and the material of the body bottom. Graphical representations were generated to illustrate the variations in static stress, displacement, and safety margin concerning the thickness of the shelf and channel. Additionally, dependencies were derived that correlate static stresses in the channel with the thickness of the channel wall and the thickness of the body bottom sheet. The study results were compiled and summarized, offering valuable insights into the stress-deformation state of the semi-trailer truck body's bottom. Furthermore, machine learning techniques, specifically the RandomForest algorithm, were implemented in a Python environment to predict changes in static stress based on various factors. The model's predictions were validated by comparing predicted static stress values with actual values on a test sample. These findings facilitate efficient selection of appropriately sized elements by predicting static stress values, employing the RandomForest machine learning algorithm.

Passenger cars are a means of transportation used widely for various purposes. The category that a vehicle belongs to is largely responsible for determining its size and storage capacity. There are situations when the capacity of a passenger vehicle is not sufficient. On the one hand, this insufficient capacity is related to a paucity in the space needed for stowing luggage. It is possible to mount a rooftop cargo carrier or a roof basket on the roof of a vehicle. If a vehicle is equipped with a towbar, a towbar cargo carrier can be used for improving its space capacity. These accessories, however, offer limited additional space, and the maximal load is determined by the maximal payload of the concerned vehicle. If, on the other hand, there is a requirement for transporting a load with a mass or dimensions that are greater than what could be supported using these accessories, then, provided the vehicle is equipped with a towbar, a trailer represents an elegant solution for such demanding requirements. A standard flat trailer allows the transportation of goods of various characters, such as goods on pallets, bulk material, etc. However, the towing of a trailer changes the distribution of the loads, together with changes of loads of individual axes of the vehicle–trailer axles. The distribution of the loads is one of the key factors affecting the driving properties of a vehicle–trailer combination in terms of driving stability, which is mainly a function of the distribution of the load on the trailer. This research introduces a study into how the distribution of the load on a trailer influences the driving stability of a vehicle–trailer combination. The research activities are based on simulation computations performed in a commercial multibody software. While the results presented in the article are reached for a particular vehicle–trailer combination as well as for a particular set of driving conditions, the applicability of the findings can also be extended more generally to the impact that the load distributions corresponding to various vehicle–trailer combinations have on the related parameters and other driving properties.

In the current transportation industry, especially transporting coal, sand, heavy stone, construction waste, etc., dump trucks occupy a critical position. Most traditional dump trucks can only dump goods vertically, so their manoeuvrability is not high. Especially in tight spaces such as construction sites, it causes many difficulties for loading and unloading traditional dump trucks, which takes a lot of time and effort for the driver. In this paper, we have mainly focused on solving the above difficulties. Hence a multi-dimensional dump truck model was designed. The hydraulic motor actuated by the directional valve rotates the container on the required side. This design aims to improve the features and performance of dump trucks compared to existing conventional vehicles. This concept will save operating costs & energy consumption, which leads to increased efficient working. In this study, the dump truck can rotate 1800 in both directions through a hydraulic motor and gearbox linked with slewing bearing.

Opis:
The difference between children’s innovations and the occasionalism of artistic and adult everyday speech lies, first of all, in their “simultaneity”, close connection with the objective situation and the child’s specific activity. While working in German schools, we often observed that children from Azerbaijani migrant families also tend to use regular and ordinary types of word – and form formation instead of irregular and rarer ones. Foreign children’s illiterate use of word forms testifies, first of all, to the meta-communicative and stylistic competence of the younger schoolchild that is being formed on their part. Indeed, the generalisation of grammatical form is not alien to the modern German language. The use of these kinds of words in the speech of foreign children is mainly because, at their young age, they cannot correctly identify individual word-building elements with the help of which one word or another is formed. With all the striving of foreign-speaking children to streamline the language system in some way convenient for them, to make it “correct”, they themselves cannot avoid paradoxes.
Отличие детских новшеств от окказионализма художественной и повседневной речи взрослых заключается, прежде всего, в их „одновременности”, тесной связи с объективной ситуацией и конкретной деятельностью ребенка. Часто, работая в немецких школах, мы наблюдали, что дети из семей азербайджанских мигрантов также склонны использовать регулярные и обыденные типы словообразования вместо неправильных и более редких. Неграмотное употребление словоформ иностранными детьми свидетельствует, прежде всего, о формируемой с их стороны метакоммуникативной и стилистической компетентности младшего школьника. Действительно, обобщение грамматической формы не чуждо современному немецкому языку. Использование такого рода слов в речи иностранных детей в основном связано с тем, что в своем юном возрасте они еще не способны правильно идентифицировать отдельные словообразовательные элементы, с помощью которых образуется то или иное слово. При всем стремлении иноязычных детей упорядочить языковую систему каким-то удобным для них образом, сделать ее „правильной”, они сами не могут избежать парадоксов.

Research on the influence of geometric parameters of body bottom elements on the stress-strain state (SSS) of the truck with the general application of computer simulation methods was conducted. The nature of the change in static stress and displacement depending on the change in the proportions of the crosssection of the channel at fixed geometric dimensions of the workpiece and the thickness of the workpiece and the bottom material of the body has been studied. Analytical, numerical and experimental methods were used in the study of the stress-strain state of the metal structure of car bodies. Its weight minimization is an important aspect of a truck body design. Because an excess weight leads to increased production costs, reduced payload and reduced fuel efficiency. According to the concept of weight reduction with the provision of a given strength, the body model with variable parameters of the bottom elements is modelled and analyzed. CAD - body models and analysis of the stress-strain state of the channels of the bottom of the bodies have been performed using the software package SolidWorks.

Artykuł przedstawia wyniki obliczeń symulacyjnych procesu hamowania w ruchu prostoliniowym zespołu pojazd dwuosiowy - jednoosiowa niehamowana przyczepa oraz samego pojazdu dwuosiowego. Oceniano długość drogi zatrzymania zespołu pojazdów na poziomej i pochylonej wzdłużnie drodze, zarówno dla jezdni suchej jak i mokrej. Zmieniano pochylenie wzdłużne drogi, a także masę przyczepy oraz położenie wzdłużne i pionowe jej środka masy. Efektem pracy jest jakościowa i ilościowa ocena wpływu na skuteczność hamowania samochodu dwuosiowego z dołączoną do niego niehamowaną przyczepą jednoosiową. Otrzymane wyniki wykazały, że dodatkowe obciążenie pojazdu bez przyczepy nie ma wpływu na długość drogi zatrzymania ani na wartość maksymalnego opóźnienia hamowania, gdy kierowca może w pełni wykorzystać przyczepność kół jezdnych do nawierzchni. Dołączenie niehamowanej przyczepy ma największy wpływ na drogę zatrzymania dla pojazdu o najmniejszej masie. Jak można było oczekiwać, wzniesienie skraca drogę zatrzymania, natomiast spadek drogi wydłuża ją. Długość drogi zatrzymania znacznie wydłuża się na mokrej nawierzchni, co uwidacznia się szczególnie na spadku drogi.
The article presents the results of simulation calculations of the braking process in a straight-line motion of a set of a two-axle vehicle and a single-axle unbraked trailer. The stopping distance of the set on a horizontal and sloping road surface, dry and wet, was assessed. The longitudinal inclination of the road was changed, as well as the weight of the trailer and the longitudinal and vertical position of its centre of mass. The result of the work is a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the impact (on braking efficiency) of attaching an unbraked single-axle trailer to a two-axle car when going up and down a hill and on a level road surface. The obtained results showed that the additional load of the vehicle itself (without the trailer) had no effect on the length of the stopping distance or on the value of the maximum braking deceleration when the driver could fully use the traction of the road wheels to the road surface. Attaching an unbraked trailer has the greatest effect on the lightest vehicle. As expected, positive elevation shortens the stopping distance, while negative elevation lengthens it. The length of the stopping distance increases significantly on a wet surface, which is particularly noticeable for negative elevation.

Heavy agricultural trailers can be equipped with a three-axle chassis with a tandem axle set at the rear and one mounted on a turntable at the front. In such trailers, selection of the distribution of braking forces that meet the requirements of the EU Directive 2015/68, with regard to braking, largely depends on the type of tandem suspension used. The requirements for brake force distribution in agricultural trailers of categories R3 and R4 are described. On this basis, a methodology for calculating the optimal linear distribution of braking forces, characteristic of agricultural trailers with air braking systems, was developed. An analysis of the forces acting on a 24-tonne three-axle trailer during braking was performed for five different suspensions of the rear tandem axle. An optimization algo-rithm using the quasi Monte Carlo method was described, on the basis of which a computer program for selection of the linear distribution of braking forces was developed. The calculations were made for an empty and loaded trailer with and without the weight of the tandem suspension. The most uniform distribution of braking forces was obtained for two leaf spring with dynamic equalization and air suspension, in which the ratio of the braking force of the tandem axle and the total braking force varied between 22.9% and 25.5% for the different calculation variants. A large variation in the braking force distribution was achieved for the two leaf spring suspension, in which the ratio of tandem axle braking force and the total braking force ranged from 2.7% to 6.4% for the leading axle and from 27.8% to 36.2% for the trailing axle. The presented calculation methodology can be used in the initial phase of the design of air braking systems for three-axle agricultural trailers.

The article presents the experimental strength evaluation of modular car trailers with a maximum permissible total mass of up to 3500 kg and its application to assess the mechanical strength of box-type car trailers. Tests were carried out using an original test bench dedicated to fatigue testing. They aimed to compare a trailer made in traditional technology with a trailer equipped with a load-carrying structure containing a sandwich panel. As a result of the conducted work, the displacement values of the measurement points were measured. The deformation form of the trailer made in the traditional technology was compared with the trailer containing the sandwich panel. The proposed method of experimental strength evaluation of modular car trailers enables a quantitative assessment of the mechanical strength of the load-carrying structures of trailers. This results in improved safety of trailer operation in road traffic by identifying the critical elements of the load-carrying structure at the early design phase before the trailer is allowed to run on the road.

Opis:
The article is devoted to the problem of modeling the structure of film discourse from a functional point of view. The author explained the essence of the concept of “film discourse” and clarified its relationship with related terms. The article denies the expediency of identifying such concepts as “telecine cinematographic discourse” and “cinematographic discourse” with film discourse. The material proves the hyperonymic status of film discourse. It has been noticed that scientists use the following terms in film discourse studies: film text, film dialogue, film replica, film trailer, film announcement and film slogan. It has been determined that film dialogues, film replicas and film slogans are among them of a purely verbal nature. Movie texts, along with movie trailers and movie announcements, accumulate verbal and other semiotic signs. It is established that the connections between the groups of these concepts show the transition from the largest to the smallest: 1) film text – film dialogue – film replica; 2) film trailer – film announcement – film slogan. The expediency of applying a functional approach to modeling the structure of film discourse based on the provisions of the methodology of discourse analysis and the idea of the dyadic nature of the structure of discourse as such is substantiated. However, it is also suggested to take into account the two levels of communication in film discourse (external level – collective author / audience; internal level – addressee character and addressee character) and to distinguish between ectoand entocomponents. Entocomponents are film texts with film dialogues and film lines. These are products of communicative activity that have a certain meaning and semiotic form that can convey this meaning. They are also marked by integrity, completeness and perform a variety of discourse functions, in addition to advertising. Ectocomponents are film trailers, film announcements and film slogans, because they are the products of communicative activities that have their meaning and semiotic form, while being relatively complete and concise with a focus on the implementation of primarily advertising function. It is determined that ento- and ectocomponents in the structure of film discourse interact with each other on the principle of hierarchical subordination. Ectocomponents are subordinated to ethnic components, despite the fact that external components have a wider functional palette. It is proved that the relations between ento- and ectocomponents are established. approximate identity, because movie trailers and movie announcements are almost always created on the basis of pre-borrowed frames, episodes and cues / dialogues from the main movie text. This was confirmed by a comparative analysis of the language organization of the film trailer and the film text of the documentary “Your Vasyl”
Статтю присвячено проблемі моделювання структури кінодискурсу з функційного погляду. Авторкою висвітлено сутність поняття «кінодискурс» та з’ясувано його зв’язки із суміжними термінами, зокрема спростовано доцільність ототожнення таких понять, як «дискурс фільму», «телекінематографічний дискурс» і «кінематографічний дискурс» із кінодискурсом і доведено гіперонімність останнього. Помічено, що в студіюваннях кінодискурсу вчені використовують і такі терміни: кінотекст, кінодіалог, кінорепліка, кінотрейлер, кіноанонс і кінослоган. Визначено, що з-поміж них суто вербальною природою відзначаються кінодіалоги, кінорепліки та кінослогани, а кінотексти разом із кінотрейлерами та кіноанонсами акумулюють у собі вербальні та інші семіотичні знаки. Встановлено, що зв’язки між групами цих понять демонструють перехід від найбільшого до найменшого: 1) кінотекст – кінодіалог – кінорепліка; 2) кінотрейлер – кіноанонс – кінослоган. Обґрунтувано доцільність застосування функційного підходу до моделювання структури кінодискурсу з опертям на положення методики дискурс-аналізу та ідею про діадичність структури дискурсу як такого. Проте також запропоновано зважати на дворівневість комунікації в кінодискурсі (зовнішній рівень – колективний автор / глядацька аудиторія; внутрішній рівень – персонаж-адресант і персонаж-адресат) і відповідно виокремлювати екто- та ентоскладники. Ентоскладниками є кінотексти з кіно діалогами та кіно репліками, тобто продукти комунікативної діяльності, що мають певний зміст і семіотичну форму, здатну передати цей зміст, а також відзначаються цілісністю, повною завершеністю й виконують різноманітні дискурсні функції, крім рекламної. Ектоскладниками є кінотрейлерами, кіноанонси та кінослогани, оскільки саме вони виступають продуктами комунікативної діяльності, що мають свій зміст і семіотичну форму, відзначаючись при цьому відносною завершеністю та лаконічністю зі скеруванням на реалізацію передусім рекламної функції. Визначено, що енто- та ектоскладники в структурі кінодискурсу взаємодіють між собою за принципом ієрархічної підпорядкованості, причому ектоскладники підпорядковуються етноскладникам, попри те, що перші мають ширшу функційну палітру. Доведено, що між енто- та ектоскладниками встановлюються відношення т. зв. наближеної тотожності, адже кінотрейлери та кіноанонси практично завжди створюються на основі попередньо запозичених кадрів, епізодів і реплік / діалогів з основного кіно тексту. Це підтверджено шляхом порівняльного аналізу передусім мовної організації кінотрейлера та кінотексту документального фільму «Ваш Василь».

The article presents the results of determining the dynamic load of the load-bearing structure of the tank container placed on a roll-trailer during transportation by railway ferry. For this purpose, a mathematical model was developed, which takes into account the dynamic loading of the tank container during angular displacements of the railway ferry. It is taken into account that the roll trailer is rigidly fixed on the deck, and the tank container and the liquid cargo in the boiler have their own degrees of freedom. The obtained accelerations are taken into account when calculating the stability of the tank container on the roll trailer. Thus the stability of the tank container is provided at lurch angles to 240. The carried-out researches will allow increasing safety of transportations of tank-containers on railway ferries by the sea, and also the efficiency of functioning of combined transportations in the international communication.

Opis:
Catering trailers are small gastronomic points that sell food in unusual, remote locations where access to the power grid is difficult or impossible. Therefore, owners are forced to use a separate energy source to ensure continuity of operation of specialized equipment. The article presents the concept of a photovoltaic installation with an energy storage system in batteries, which is an alternative to traditional combustion generators. On the basis of the adopted assumptions, the daily demand for electricity in the trailer was determined, the elements of the installation were selected and a simple payback time was determined based on investment costs. The environmental aspects were indicated, as well.

Opis:
The influence of tongue weight on a Trailer-Mounted Recreational Vehicle (TMRV) is studied. A multi-body dynamic model of the TMRV was established, three typical vehicle stability tests were carried out. Tongue weight had different effects on the tractor and Recreational Vehicle (RV). According to different loads, the critical tongue weight range was given. In addition, the tongue weight of the existing models was optimized and suggestions for improvement were put forward. The analysis results show that the tongue weight should be within a reasonable range which can ensure the tractor understeer and keep the lateral stability of the RV.

Recently in many cities of the world began to introduce so-called «metrobus» or BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) systems, which became a cheaper alternative to the metro and other rail transport, in particular trams. The aim of the work is to determine the stability indicators of the metrobus in the transitional traffic modes, in particular when performing such manoeuvres as «steering wheel jerk» and «shuffle». For this purpose, the equations of metrobus plane-parallel motion are supplemented by equations of the links of the road train in the vertical plane by halopilation (tangage, trim) and roll. The critical straight-line speed of the three-link metrobus has been determined, which was 32,06 m/s, and this speed is independent of the corners of the steering wheels of the bus and the trailer links. It has been shown that as the steering wheel angle of the bus increases, the difference in the folding angles of the bus increases, with the second folding angle significantly exceeding the first, especially considering the roll of the metrobus body. It has been established that the greatest rolls and loads of the metrobus axles are those of the last trailer, which is the limiting factor for the critical speed. The lateral accelerations of individual metrobus links and their yaw velocity when performing the manoeuvre «steering wheel jerk» and «shuffle, Sl = 24 m», show that both the bus and the second trailer link are a limiting factor when performing various manoeuvres, but the acceleration value does not exceed the permissible 0.4 g, so its stability under these conditions is ensured.

Opis:
Purpose: Development of a computational model of stress-strain state bearing elements of trailer frames for preliminary assessment and identification of areas with increased risk of failure. Design/methodology/approach: The object of the study is the processes of loading the load-bearing metal structures of trailers - fertilizer spreaders. The stress-strain state of the spreader bearing system is investigated for the established three typical cases of external load. To refine the values obtained as a result of modelling, they were determined in SOLIDWORKS. Findings: Computational models of load have been compiled by improving the method of minimum potential deformation energy for its effective correct use in analytical studies of a similar type of metal structures. It is proved that for a flat closed frame structure made of thin-walled profiles, loaded with forces perpendicular to the plane of the frame, the levelling of compression and shear energies, as well as axial and transverse forces and bending moments in the horizontal plane does not significantly affect the calculation results. Research limitations/implications: Horizontal components of the shear forces as well as the normal forces and as a consequence the corresponding potential deformation energy are neglected, which has some effect on the accuracy of the calculations. Practical implications: An effective tool for strength analysis with preliminary assessment and diagnostics of load-bearing metal structures based on the constructed calculation models of stress strain state load-bearing frames of typical geometry with an arbitrarily given distribution of external load. Originality/value: A universal algorithm for recording additive functions of bending and torques, as well as the potential deformation energy of welded frames of trailers.
