- In these times of uncertainty in the business environment, organizations need to direct their efforts towards innovation strategies and adopt a business model based on digitalization. All the technological advancements push companies to use digitalization in their business management, to set up instruments so they can communicate with their clients to improve products and services. Through the Digital Open Innovation Business Model, organizations can have an enormous and important impact on the market, and they can improve and revolutionize the manner they operate their businesses.
