The article offers an interpretation of St. Paul’s thoughts regarding human’s reaching of the Christian ideal of humanity basing on Eph 4:17–5:2. The exegetical analysis of the selected passage is based on commentaries by writers of various Christian denominations, which makes this publication useful in the ecumenical field. In the article the reader can find numerous admonitions of the Apostle Paul concerning non-Christian life, and at the same time practical guidelines on the way of Christian life. In the analyzed passage Eph 4:17–5:2 the reader can see the consequences of adopting the new model of life indicated by the author of the letter to the Ephesians. These are the difficulties a person must overcome in order to live a pattern of life consistent with the gospel of Christ. This life should be filled with love, which becomes the conclusion of St. Paul’s words to the Ephesians as well as the conclusion of this publication.

Teologię chrześcijańskiego życia wyznacza horyzont jedności z Bogiem. Człowiek wyszedł z rąk Boga jako stworzenie doskonałe. Życie z Bogiem jest święte, szczęśliwe i wieczne i takim życiem Bóg obdarował człowieka w akcie stwórczym. Harmonię i jedność człowieka z Bogiem, do której został on powołany, naruszył grzech pychy pierwszych rodziców (grzech pierworodny). To nie Bóg odrzucił człowieka, lecz człowiek oddalił się od Boga. Bóg szuka człowieka, który po grzechu ma trudność z określeniem siebie i sensu swojego życia. Tylko Bóg może pomóc człowiekowi, tymczasem on „ukrywa się” przed Nim, jak przed kimś, kto chce go skrzywdzić. Tę sytuację odwrócenia się od Boga „odkupił” przez swoją śmierć i zmartwychwstanie Jezus Chrystus, Bóg-Człowiek, czyniąc człowieka na nowo dzieckiem Boga. Chrześcijanin to ten, który jest Chrystusowy i w Chrystusie — Synu Bożym jest usynowiony. Naśladując Chrystusa-Człowieka Doskonałego, człowiek upodabnia się do Niego (chrystoformizuje).
The theology of Christian life is marked by the horizon of unity with God. Human came of God’s hands as a perfect creation. Life with God is holy, happy and eternal — and this is the life given by God to human in the act of creation. The harmony and unity of human and God, to which he was vocated, was violated by the pride of his first parents (original sin). It was not God who rejected man but man who distanced himself from God. God looks for a human who, after sin, has difficulty with defining himself and the meaning of his life. Only God can help a human, however he ‘hides’ from Him, as from someone who wants to hurt. This situation of turning away from God was ‘redeemed’ by Jesus Christ,      God-human, through His death and resurrection, making human renewed child of God. A Christian is the one who is Christ’s, and in Christ — the Son of God, is ‘adopted’. By following Christ the Perfect Human, a person is becoming like Him (christoforms).

Czasy reżimu komunistycznego to okres próby wychowania „nowego człowieka” ideowo przekonanego o słuszności dziejowej nastania rządów komunistycznych w Polsce. Narzędziami w tym procesie byli ludzie, którzy zetknęli z założeniami tej ideologii jeszcze w okresie międzywojennym, a trudna sytuacji egzystencjalna, panujące bezrobocie, jedynie utwierdziła ich samych w słuszności tej ideologii. Jedną z osób bezgranicznie przekonanych o słuszności ideologii marksistowsko-leninowskiej była Wiktoria Hetmańska. Obrządek świecki w czasie jej pogrzebu jest tego dowodem.
The period of the comunistic regime was the time of the great attempt to create “the new human” ideologically convinced about historical rightness of the advent of the communistic authority in Poland. The people, who encountered with the assumptions of this ideology during the interwar period were the tools in that process. Difficult conditions of existence and unemployment even more confirmed the rightness of this ideology in themselves. Wiktoria Hetmańska was one of the people, who were absolutely convinced about the rightness of ideology of marxism and leninism. The one of the evidences of such conviction was the secular ceremony of her funeral.

Artykuł przypomina najpierw podstawowe ustalenia metodologiczne dotyczące możliwości przewidywania oraz charakteru metodologii przewidywania, a następnie koncentruje się na przykładach i metodach przewidywania zagrożeń przyszłości. Jeden z wniosków dotyczy zagrożeń trwałego rozwoju wynikających z narastającej prędkości zmian oraz sposobów im zapobiegania, m.in. poprzez zdefiniowanie nowych praw człowieka po rewolucji informacyjnej.
The paper recalls first fundamental methodological findings concerning the possibility of prediction and the character of methodology of prediction, and then concentrates on examples and methods of predicting future events. One of the conclusions concerns the threats of sustainable development resulting from the growing speed of changes and the ways of counteracting these threats, e.g., by defining new human rights after informational revolution.

Opis:
The topic of the presented paper concerns a new idea of therapy of human joint diseases, using pulsed electromagnetic lubrication treatment implemented by the run and walk training. Here, the thesis is proved that the pulse-electro-magnetic lubrication connected with the run-walk training increases energy burn, metabolism and it finally leads to the betterment of the performed therapy. The research performed in this paper is realized using the following devices: 1st apparatus generates Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field (PEMF),2nd device produces Magnet-Tronic Field (MF-8), 3rd apparatus creates Multi Tronic activities (MT-3), 4th device delivers and resolves the Segmental Body Composition Analysis (SBCA), 5th is the electronic pedometer. Moreover in presented research are applied the author's experience gained in German research institutes and practical results of measurements and information from students, patients. The betterments of results obtained during the pulsed electro- magneto-therapy of the typical human cartilage diseases applying proper field shapes, frequencies, inductions and time durations, indicate the necessity of simultaneous training efforts in the form of run and walk to satisfy the best effects after performed treatments.
Tematem niniejszej pracy jest nowa idea terapii chorób stawowych człowieka polegająca na smarowaniu pulsującym polem elektromagnetycznym w połączeniu z treningiem biegu i chodu. Wykazuje się tezę o udoskonaleniu terapii zwiększającej przemianę materii wraz z energią spalania cellulitu poprzez pulsujące elektromagnetyczne smarowanie połączone z treningiem biegu i chodu. W badaniach eksperymentalnych wykorzystuje się następujące przyrządy i materiały: PEMF Magcell-Arthro przyrząd elektroniczny do zabiegów chrząstki stawowej, Analizator Tanita MC 780U do pomiaru składu ciała, krokomierz Garmin ltd 2015, doświadczenie autora zdobyte w niemieckich instytutach badawczych, a także wywiady lekarskie od pacjentów i studentów. Doskonalenie rezultatów uzyskanych podczas pulsującej elektromagnetycznej terapii typowych schorzeń chrząstki stawowej człowieka dla właściwych kształtów, częstotliwości i indukcji pola oraz czasu zabiegu wskazuje na konieczność jednoczesnego wysiłku treningowego w formie biegania lub chodu umożliwiającego uzyskanie optymalnych rezultatów zabiegu.

W artykule zaprezentowany został pogląd, iż z uwagi na fakt pluralizmu aksjologicznych źródeł praw człowieka, konieczne jest uświadomienie sobie, że mamy aktualnie do czynienia z analitycznym rozszerzeniem zarówno „ilości” praw człowieka poprzez pojawianie się ich nowych generacji, jak też „ilościowej jakości” praw człowieka z uwagi na nowo wyłaniające się aksjologiczne ich źródła, bądź to w postaci nowych wartości, bądź w drodze nowacyjnie (redefinicyjnie) rozumianych wartości dotychczasowych. W przedstawionym kontekście aksjologii praw człowieka oraz aksjologii ich ochrony nietrudno skonstatować występowanie zarówno pluralizmu aksjologicznego obu sfer, jak też liczne próby ich relatywizacji oraz instrumentalnej egzegezy i wykładni dokonywane w wymiarach krajowym, europejskim i międzynarodowym. Próby ograniczania praw człowieka w zakamuflowany sposób w praktyce prawodawczej poszczególnych państw są liczne, a uzasadnieniem aksjologicznym prawnych rozwiązań ubezskuteczniających de facto (bo nie de iure, gdyż z formalnoprawnego punktu widzenia są one zadeklarowane i formalnie bezwyjątkowo chronione) realizację i ochronę poszczególnych praw (w szczególność praw trzeciej, czwartej i piątek generacji) jest gwarancja bezpieczeństwa zbiorowego i paradoksalnie ochrony innych ludzi (np. ochrona ich uczuć religijnych, ochrona rodziny, ochrona moralności publicznej, której desygnatem najczęściej są zasady dominującej w danym państwie religii). Przenosząc ten problem z wymiaru państwowego na poziom ponadpaństwowy i transpaństwowy, wskazać należy, iż w międzynarodowym prawie ochrony praw człowieka ograniczenie tych praw może nastąpić również ze względów pozanormatywnych, w drodze tzw. relatywizacji instrumentalnej, dokonywanej w związku z potrzebami bieżącej polityki, dla której naruszana bywa przyrodzona godność człowieka. Twierdzimy także, iż w aksjologii praw człowieka newralgicznym punktem jest przecięcie się płaszczyzny (dyskursu) prawnej z płaszczyzną (dyskursem) etyczną, przy czym czynnikiem sprawczym tej newralgiczności nie jest wadliwość prawa czy jego interpretacji, czy też wadliwość etyki, lecz tego, co dzieje się w ramach tzw. Realpolitik.
Considering the pluralism of the axiological sources of human rights, we claim that it is necessary to realize that at the moment we are facing an analytic extension of both the “number” of human rights (appearance of new generations of human rights), as well as the “quantitative quality” of human rights due to newly uncovered axiological sources such as the appearance of new values or a redefinition of existing ones. In the presented context of the axiology of human rights and the axiology of their protection, it is easy to observe the axiological pluralism of the two spheres as well as numerous attempts to make the exegesis and interpretation both relative and instrumental in domestic, European, and international sphere. Attempts to limit human rights in a camouflaged manner in the jurisdiction practice of particular states are quite abundant and an axiological justification of legal solutions that would make the implementation and protection of those rights (in particular those of the third, fourth and fifth generations) ineffectual— de facto (not de iure, since from a formal and legal point of view they correspond to declared rights and, without exception, the protected ones) is the guarantee of community security and, paradoxically, the protection of other people (i.e., the protection of religious sentiments, family, public morality based usually on the rules of the dominant religion). When transposing these problematics from the state perspective to the intra – and trans-state level, we need to demonstrate that in the international law of human rights protection , the limitation of these rights may also take place as a result of extra-normative factors due to so-called “instrumental relativism”, applied in the function of current political interests for which intrinsic human dignity happens to be infringed. We also claim that the active factor of that critical crossing point are not faults in the law or its interpretation, nor is it faults of ethics, but rather the faults of what is going on within so-called Realpolitik.

For a long time already, we can witness a demographical change that affects the majority of European societies, including Poland. It is related to the decreasing birth-rate, and to a change of age structure of the society. These changes coincide with sociological and cultural differences that can be visible among the generations. Taking the above into account, we should consider in what ways they can affect the quality of management in public administration. Employment in the private sector is becoming more and more attractive, and public sector staff need to constantly improve their qualifications. Simultaneously, the number of employees is decreasing and it is going to decrease further, according to demographic forecasts. All these call for an in-depth reflection on the quality of human resources management in the public sector, with special attention paid to the motivation factor as an essential element of management. The issue is yet more important since the system of incentives is one of the three key practices necessary for the quality of management for every organisation.

Nowe technologie dostarczyły człowiekowi zupełnie nowych, niespotykanych wcześniej, możliwości w zakresie przekazywania wiadomości, pracy, komunikowania się i wielu innych. Jednocześnie przeprowadzone badania (również z wykorzystaniem AT) wskazują na relacyjny charakter naszego kontaktu z nimi. Pojawia się zatem pytanie – czy np. komputer to dla przeciętnego użytkownika wyłącznie narzędzie, czy może jednak coś więcej? Badania wskazują na tendencję do przypisywania komputerom struktury osobowości (analiza funkcjonalna), w znacznej mierze zbieżnej z osobowością użytkownika. Może powinniśmy zatem dokonywać analizy obecności nowych mediów w naszej rzeczywistości, traktując je nie przedmiotowo, lecz jako współpracownika – specyficznego towarzysza w naszej rzeczywistości.
New technologies have provided people with new, unprecedented opportunities to transmit messages, perform work, communicate, etc. At the same time, research that has been conducted (including research that has used TA) indicates a relational nature of our contact with them. Hence, we can ask whether, for example, a computer constitutes only a tool for an average user, or maybe, it is something more. Research indicates a tendency to credit computers with a personality structure (functional analysis), which, to a great extent, is similar to the personality of the user. Thus, maybe we should analyse the presence of new media in our reality and treat them not as objects but as co-workers – specific companions in our reality.

Opis:
The aim of this article, entitled „The attitude of young Poles towards values after political transformation”, is to describe the attitude of a part of young generation towards moral categories after the political transformation of 1989. The author discusses selected stories printed in „Gazeta Wyborcza” describing individual heroes who create an image of a collective protagonist and focuses on ethics and the analysis of some specific aspects of their lives. Three types of contexts (psychological, social and cultural) were used to find universal mean-ings that result from the interpretation of individual experiences. The genre of analysed text is a story with a social meaning that presents a part of the young, post-transformation generation. These stories fit the metacultural discourse of the article, especially that related to existential and axiological crisis in the post-transformation period.
Celem artykułu jest próba scharakteryzowania stosunku do kate-gorii moralnych części młodego pokolenia Polaków po przełomie ustrojowym 1989 r. Autorka omawia wybrane reportaże „Gazety Wyborczej”, portretując bo-haterów indywidualnych, tworzących obraz bohatera zbiorowego, pod kątem ety-ki, i analizując określone aspekty ich życia osobniczego. W znalezieniu uniwersal-nych sensów, na które przekłada opisy jednostkowych doświadczeń, pomaga jej uwzględnienie trzech kontekstów: psychologicznego, społecznego i kulturowego.

Opis:
Mieszkanie będąc miejscem realizacji odwiecznych potrzeb człowieka bywało przedmiotem eksperymentów. Najnowsze badania potwierdzają jednak, że szczególnie w odniesieniu do miejsca zamieszkania/domu wciąż aktualna jest tęsknota za miejscem stałym, bezpiecznym, do które - go wprawdzie wkroczył świat wirtualny, ale kontakt z nim lub jego brak zależy od człowieka. Trzeba jednocześnie zauważyć, że cechą naszych czasów jest różnorodność w każdym wymiarze, co powoduje, iż w przyszłości możemy oczekiwać wielu równoprawnych ścieżek rozwoju domu/ osiedla. Należy spodziewać się „pokojowej” koegzystencji historycznej spuścizny i tradycyjnych form życia z formami i strukturami uważanymi za nowatorskie. Jednak powstanie zupełnie nowych, nieznanych form, wynikać może jedynie z, być może coraz szybszej, ewolucji potrzeb, oczekiwań estetycznych i sposobu życia, a wspomagane być musi przez stosowanie zupełnie nowych materiałów i technologii.
Residence, fulfilling man’s eternal needs, has been the object of experiments. The latest research proves, however, that – especially with reference to a place of residence/a house – the crave for a permanent, safe accommodation is still very strong. Even though the virtual world is here to stay, contact with such a place or a lack of it depends on man. We must also notice the fact that one of the features of our times is diversity in every dimension. As a result, we can expect a number of equal paths for the development of a house/an estate in the future. We should anticipate “peaceful” coexistence of the historical heritage and traditional life forms with structures acknowledged as innovative. However, the formation of completely new, unfamiliar forms may only result from the possibly accelerating evolution of needs, esthetical expectations and lifestyles. It has to be supported with the application of brand new materials and technologies.
