Opis:
IS/IT Risk management is the process of risk reduction through the appropriate security measures. Effective risk management in an organization requires a composite approach to risk analysis. Based on the risk analysis results, the author selected the safeguards which should be cost-effective and take into account law requirements, business needs and requirements resulting from the risk analysis. Economic efficiency, in this case, can be described as an attempt to minimize the total cost of the information system security risks management. The paper presents selected models, methods and indicators that can be used in achieving the effectiveness of investment in information systems security.

W publikacji przedstawiono rozwojową wersję śmigłowca IS-2 z zespolonym układem napędowym. Scharakteryzowano niezbędne modyfikacje standardowego śmigłowca oraz ich wpływ na osiągi maszyny. Dodatkowo omówiono problematykę lotu śmigłowca ze złozonym układem napędowym.
In the publication the developed version of IS-2 helicopter with the complex propulsion system is submitted. Characterised are the indispensable modifications of a standard helicopter and their influence on the machine performance. Additionally the problems of the helicopter flight with the complex driving system is mentioned.

W artykule wskazano, że systemy informacyjne (SI) są jednym z kluczowych czynników budowania przewagi konkurencyjnej każdej organizacji. Ze względu na fakt, że niemalże wszystkie organizacje nimi dysponują, to niezawodność SI zyskuje na znaczeniu, stając się istotnym czynnikiem budowania tej przewagi. W pierwszej części artykułu opisano model sukcesu SI DeLone’a i McLeana, analizując jego elementy i wskazując na istotne z punktu widzenia niezawodności powiązania między nimi. Następnie określono, jak rozumiana jest niezawodność SI i wykazano, że jest ona jednym z czynników niezbędnych do zaistnienia sukcesu SI. Na podstawie typologii zawodności SI wykazano bezpośredni związek tego pojęcia ze wszystkimi czynnikami występującymi w modelu sukcesu SI. Na tej podstawie zaproponowano model niezawodności SI oraz zestawienie 4 typowych obszarów niezawodności SI, które powinny podlegać analizie w każdej organizacji chcącej zbudować lub utrzymać przewagę konkurencyjną z wykorzystaniem istniejących w organizacji SI.
The article indicates that information systems (IS) are one of the key drivers of competitive advantage in any organization. Due to the fact that almost all organizations have them, the reliability of the SI is gaining importance, becoming a factor in building this advantage. The first part of the article describes a DeLone and McLean SI success model, analyzing its elements and connections between them, and pointing to their importance from the SI reliability point of view. Subsequently, SI reliability is defined and it is demonstrated that the reliability is one of the factors necessary for the existence of the IS success. Based on the typology of the IS unreliability, a direct relation between this concept and all the factors existing in the IS success model is identified. On this basis, IS reliability model is presented. It is also underlined that factors from this model should be analyzed in any organization wanting to build a competitive advantage using IS existing in organization.

W artykule przedstawiono wstępną koncepcję wirnika nośnego o liczbie łopat większej od pięciu. Rozwiązanie takie pozwoli na obniżenie poziomu emitowanego hałasu przez wirnik nośny. Dodatkowo zwiększona liczba łopat wirnika spowoduje mniejszy poziom drgań powstających na wirniku i przenoszonych na kadłub śmigłowca.
In the article is submitted the initial idea of lifting rotor with the blades number greater than five. Such solution will permit on the lowering noise level caused by the lifting rotor. Additionally, the increased number of the rotor blades will cause lowering of the rotor vibrations level, later transferred on the helicopter fuselage.

Die Gedanken des Kontextes der Verheißung (Jes 56, 9−57, 13. 20-21) und der eigentlichen Prophezeiung (Jes 57, 14-19) sind in der Form von Gegensätzen angelegt, um der Untreue des auserwählten Volkes die Größe und Transzendenz Gottes noch klarer entgegenzustellen. Die Versöhnung ist ein freies, unverdientes Geschenk Gottes; sie hat ihren Ursprung in der Liebe Gottes, die Gerechtigkeit voraussetzt und als Barmherzigkeit in Erscheinung tritt. Diese Gabe verleiht Gott nur denjenigen, die durch ihre Umkehrbereitschaft zeigen, daß sie sich mit Gott versöhnen wollen. Gott warnt zwar den Sünder zuerst, daß er irrt, aber Er versöhnt sich nicht gegen seinen Willen mit ihm.

Opis:
Transposition of insertion sequences (IS) is an enzyme-mediated process that only occurs in a minority of cells within a bacterial culture. Transposition is thus a rare event, but transposition frequency may vary depending on experimental conditions. For instance in a rich broth, IS elements are known to transpose during stationary phase but not during exponential growth. Using a reporter system which involves the activation of the cryptic bgl operon in Escherichia coli, we show that the frequency of IS1 transposition is a function of glucose concentration in the growth medium, it is increased by streptomycin amounts that are below minimum inhibitory concentration (sub-MIC) and is inhibited in an rpsL150 strain with high translation accuracy. Since starved cells are known to enhance ribosome frameshifting, our data suggests that growth conditions applied in this study could affect IS1 transposition by increasing translation infidelity.

In 2018 we celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Jędrzej Śniadecki’s birth. This work aims to show the importance of his thoughts for the development of natural sciences. He studied at some of the largest universities in Europe, where he met great scientists of the Enlightenment. The effects can be seen in his works. He was remembered as a founder of Polish biochemistry, anthropology and pathology, also as the author of chemical terminology and  language. The essence of his thoughts is Theory of organic being, which is an attempt to answer the question: „what is life?”. Jędrzej Śniadecki introduced a new definition of life based on the term „organic power”. This work shows how import are the thoughts of Jędrzej Śniadecki in the context of the times in which he lived, as well as the following development of natural sciences, what makes him and his theories worth memory.

The philosophical problem that is the focus of this article was polemically coined by David Hume and expressed in a Latin phrase: ab esse ad obligare non valet illatio. Thanks to George Moore, this statement entered into the history of philosophy as the naturalistic fallacy. Hume ques- tioned the possibility of deriving ethics from natural law. He was convinced that moral obligation has its roots rather in human emotions. Subsequently both Immanuel Kant in his categorical imper- ative, and Max Scheler in his material ethics of values, disputed Hume’s statement. In the present article we will try to address the issue of the naturalistic fallacy, which denies the possibility of deriving an „ought” from an „is”, first of all in the field of formal logic. After- wards, we will analyze the relationship of descriptive and normative statements philosophically, psychologically and, in the end, neuroscientifically – all this in order to answer the question whether there is any possible link between those two types of statements.

Die Entstehung des ersten Teiles von Jes 1-39 ist bis heute trotz zahlreichen kritischen Untersuchungen mit vielen Hypothesen belastet; die Herkunft der übrigen Teile des Jes 1-39 ist ebenfalls nicht völlig klar. Auch konnte man bis jetzt keine befriedigende Erklärung des ganzen Buches Jes 1-66 finden, das aus drei verschiedenen Teilen besteht und unter Namen des großen Propheten des VIII. Jahrhunderts überliefert worden ist. Beide Probleme hängen eng zusammen, umso mehr daß der erste Teil durch mehrer spätere Zusätze ergänzt wurde. Während die vergangenen Jahrzehnten die Lösung in der Analyse von Jes 1-39 zumeist in Jes 1 suchten, weist die neuere Forschung auf den zweiten (Jes 40-55) oder gar dritten Teil (Jes 56-66) des ganzen Buches hin. Jes 1 wäre eine aktualisierende Zusammenfassung des ganzen Buches als eine der letzten Redaktionen der Schrift. Die endgültige Lösung des Problems bleibt noch aus und fordert die zeitgenössische Forschung auf zur weiteren Klärung einer ganzen Reihe von Einzelproblemen.

Das erste Kapitel des Buches Isaias wird als Frucht der redaktionellen Arbeit dargestellt. Die Berabeiter bzw. Redaktoren schöpften aus dem überlieferten Redestoff der sehr verschiedenen Wirkungsetappen des Propheten gehört. Während die ersten Verse des Kaipitels (2-3) und höchstwahrscheinlich auch 1,10-17 auf die erste Periode der Tätigkeit des Isaias zurückzuführen sind, stammt die Scheltrede 1,4-9 aus dem Jahre 701 v. Chr. D iese Droh- Scheit- und Trossprüche eigneten sich nach Ansicht der Bearbeiter dazu, das prophetische Programm Isaias’ und den Inhalt des ganzen Buches darzulegen: es geht darum, das Volk Israel, das sich von Jahwe durch den religiösen Formalismus und durch die Glaubens- und Moralkriese entfernt, zur Umkehr zu bringen. In dieser Weise entstand ein für die späteren Propheten klassisches Schema, nach dem ihre Tätigkeit schriftlich dargestellt wird. Die Hauptaufgabe des Propheten besteht in Aufweis der Sünde des Volkes und zielt auf die Erweckung des Schuldbewusstseins ab. Aber die Dialektik der Sünde und der Schuld unterliegt nicht nur der göttlichen Gerechtigkeit, sondern auch dem Heilswillen. Deshalb mündet die Tätigkeit der Propheten fast nie in eine Ankündigung der Strafe aus; darüber hinaus will das prophetische Word den Rückweg zu Gott zeigen bzw. eine Heilszusage in Aussicht stellen. Die besprochenen Verse kündigen die ganze Fülle der theologischen Reflexion des Isaias an; alle Hauiptthemata der Gotteslehre und der religiös-sittlichen Mahnung werden da angedeutet: die Heiligkeit und Gerechtigkeit Gottes, sine Treue und Huld, und adrererseits die echte, innerliche religiöse Haltung, die sich in jeder Prüfung bewährt. Endlich lassen diese ersten Verse des Buches die Wucht des prophetischen Wortes Isaias’ und den Reichtum seiner Ausdrucksformen bewundern.

So in den einzelnen Begriffen wie im ganzen Klima der Perikope Jes 32, 15-20 kommt ihre starke eschatologische Prägung zum Ausdruck. In dieser endzeitlichen Epoche wird „der Geist von Höhe” die entscheidende Rolle spielen, der auf das neue Gottesvolk ausgegossen werden soll. Seine zukünftige Wirkung gilt aber merkwürdiger Weise nicht zuerst den Menschen, sondern verändert völlig die Natur. Es entsteht ein idealer Lebensraum, wo dann unter dem Einfluß des Geistes wesentlich neue Verhältnisse zu Gott und den anderen herrschen werden. In diesem Bild ist eine gewisse Ähnlichkeit zum Schöpfungsbericht vom Gen 1-2 zu sehen. Am wahrscheinlichsten hat solche Gestaltung Jes 32, 15-20 hier ihren Grund. Auf diese Weise klingt die Endzeit an die harmonische Paradieszeit an.

W drugiej dekadzie XXI w. powstanie i terytorialna ekspansja Islamic State (IS) w sposób bezprecedensowy implikowały intensyfikację aspiracji niepodległościowych irackich (referendum niepodległościowe) i syryjskich Kurdów (autonomia regionu Rożawy). Czynnikiem temu sprzyjającym, była walka zbrojna, którą Kurdowie podjęli przeciwko tak zwanemu Państwu Islamskiemu, oraz sukcesy, które w niej odnosili. Nie bez znaczenia było przy tym wsparcie, które uzyskali ze strony Stanów Zjednoczonych. Działania militarne kurdyjskich bojowników w znacznym stopniu przyczyniły się zatem do upadku IS, a równocześnie stały się katalizatorem zmian w ich otoczeniu geopolitycznym. W drugiej dekadzie XXI w. Kurdystan utracił status regionu zapomnianego, co jednak zrodziło pytania o jego przyszłość, w tym możliwość powstania niepodległego państwa, czemu przeciwni są zarówno Ankara (interwencja zbrojna w Afrin i w północnym Iraku), jak i Bagdad.
In the second decade of the 21st century, the emergence and territorial expansion of the IS in an unprecedented way implied the intensification of independence aspirations of Iraqi Kurds (independence referendum) and Syrian Kurds (the autonomy of the Rojava region). The factor that favored this, was the armed fight that the Kurds started against the so-called Islamic State and their successes in it. The support they received from the United States was not without significance. Military activities of Kurdish militants contributed considerably to the fall of the IS and, at the same time, became a catalyst for changes in their geopolitical environment. In the second decade of the 21st century, Kurdistan lost the status of a forgotten region which raised questions regarding its future, including the possibility of emergence of an independent state, which is opposed by both Ankara (armed intervention in Afrin and in northern Iraq) and Baghdad.

The quality dimensions of an information system, such as system, information, and service qualities, play a crucial role in determining the overall performance of an organization. These quality dimensions are significant as they can impact employee outcomes, which are key factors in determining whether an organization is able to achieve a competitive advantage in the market. The aim of this study is to explore the impact of quality dimensions on employee outcomes such as learning ability, adaptability, and job satisfaction. The research was conducted by distributing a structured survey questionnaire to 300 employees of 8 commercial banks at different management levels. The measurement and structural models were analyzed using Smart PLS. This study employed descriptive analysis to present a comprehensive demographic profile of both the organizations and the participants. Out of the nine hypotheses tested, seven were found to be significant. The findings of this study show that while all three quality dimensions (system, information, and service) of information systems positively affect employee learning, only system and information qualities positively affect employee learning, and as for job satisfaction, only system and service qualities play an important role. Therefore, implementing suitable information systems to improve employee outcomes in an organization, especially a financial organization, is paramount in this information age. This research contributes to understanding information systems, their implementation, and employee outcomes in an organization.

We show that the simultaneous measurement of yields and fluctuations is capable of falsifying and constraining the statistical hadronization model. We show how such a measurement can test for chemical non-equilibrium, and distinguish between a high temperature chemically equilibrated freeze-out from a supercooled freeze-out with an oversaturated phase space. We perform a fit, and show that both yields and fluctuations measured at RHIC 200 GeV can be accounted for within the second scenario, with both the light and strange quark phase space saturated significantly above detailed balance. We point to the simultaneous fit of the K/đ fluctuation and the K*/K ratio as evidence that the effect of hadronic re-interactions after freeze-out is small.

Als Gegenstand dieser Bearbeitung ist vor allem eine Bedeutungsbestimmung einer kurzen Phrase: le’ emt jôsi’ mišpat, die aus Is. 42, 3b stammt. Der Verfasser gründet sich auf eine flektierende und syntaktische Analyse dieser Prase, wobei er die meiste Aufmerksamkeit dem Wort mišpāt, das in diesem Text am rätselhafteste Wort ist, widmete. Indem er den nächsten Kontext des ersten Liedes ovm Diener Jahve annimmt, ist er der Meinung, dass diese Redewendung eine Ankündigung der erlösenden Sendung des Dieners ist. Dies eben er bringt den Völkern, unter ihnen auch dem auserwählten Volk, das Erlösungsrecht. Der Verfasser ist auch der Meinung, dass Is. 42, 3b eine emphatische Einführung zum zweiten Teil dieses Liedes, und nämlich zu Is. 42, 4–7 ist.

Information technologies have been developing nowadays at an amazing speed, affecting the functioning of organizations. Almost all of these organisations are involved in some way in sourcing activities, and each of them develops a sourcing relationship that suits its particular needs. In the article, different kinds of outsourcing models were discussed, which are applied in the contemporary management, with particular emphasis put on cloud computing. Cloud computing has become an omnipresent and an increasingly important technology and new risk areas have appeared. The main aim of this article was to present the most important risks related to the introduction of management models based on the most recent IT technologies, e.g. cloud computing, and emphasize the role of appropriate IT security management.

Przedmiotem opracowania jest teoretyczne uzasadnienie oczekiwań, jakie można wiązać z systemem informacyjnym SI gospodarstwa rolnego, przy czym wzorowano się na produkcji sadowniczej. Zagadnienie rozważano w kontekście zastosowań informatyki, wobec ciągłego wzrostu potencjału wiedzy wnoszonej przez systemy informatyczne otaczające gospodarstwa. Potencjał zostanie efektywnie wykorzystany wtedy, kiedy gospodarstwa będą dysponować środkami integrującymi tę wiedzę z własnymi zróżnicowanymi potrzebami. SI w działalności produkcyjnej powinien opierać się przede wszystkim o dokumentowanie, zapamiętanie wszystkich istotnych zdarzeń, faktów. Podano argumenty, dla których dokumentowanie mogłoby usprawnić kierowanie rolniczymi procesami technologicznym i ustalono związane typy zadań wymagające przetwarzania informacji. Dokumentowanie jest procesem opartym o wiedzę. Dokumentowanie dostosowane do wymagań ekonomiki, nie wystarcza dla decyzji technologicznych. Ręczne dokumentowanie jest nieefektywne i trzeba je minimalizować poprzez automatyzowanie tego procesu. Temat jest obszerny, pominięto wiele zagadnień szczegółowych, a opracowanie jest rozpoznaniem problemu, którego wybrane wątki mogą być jeszcze rozpatrywane z wielu punktów widzenia i stąd po-siadać dyskusyjny charakter.
A farm is mainly a production system, a place where information systems have to get integrated and meet special requirements different from even the best academic programs or internet sites (expert programs, agricultural markets, etc.) A program or a website does not mean much as far as the implementation is concerned, however when their number increases they start to play a fundamental role becoming peculiar streams that fill in the lake of knowledge from which special end user systems will be able to obtain information through the network. This is conditioned upon a farm being based on its own formal SI structure and the documentation of phenomena with the use of computer technologies. Then, various enhancements of technological process management and the development of objects identifying strategies and creation of scenarios of future events in particular will be possible. Traditional documentation has become obsolete and ineffective. Computer and telecommunication technologies will enhance the documentation process and make it possible to connect appropriate concluding processes with knowledge management systems. The subordination of these activities to appropriate technological process management models will benefit farmers.

Nach einer kurzen Besprechung des weiteren Kontextes der Perikope Jes 63, 7 − 64, 11 und dem detallierteren Bekanntmachen mit ihren Inhalt richtet sich die Aufmerksamkeit vor allem auf die literarische Struktur dieses Textes. Die Analyse des Inhalts zeigt, daß es sich um ein Bittgebet handelt, in dem der Prophet die Vergangenheit und Gegenwart mit der Zukunft des Volkes Gottes verknüpft. Die literarische Struktur weist harmonisch verteilte Parallelglieder auf, die eine chiastische Anordnung ergeben, so daß die Hauptgedanken des Gebets, die denen des Herrengebets im Neuen Testament (vgl. Mt 6, 9-13) sehr nahekommen, besser erfaßt werden können.

In dieser umstrittenen Perikope aus Jesajas Denkschrift aus Zeit des syrischephraimitischen Krieges handelt es sich um die Gestalt eines jungen davidischen Prinzen, dessen Eigenschaften im Lichte des altorientalischen Inthronisationsritus dargestellt werden. Die eingehende Textanalyse soll die sachlichen, geographischen und historischen Umstände klären, die dem sprechenden Propheten bzw. dem schreibenden Redaktor vorschwebten. Die kritische Bewertung der Identifikationsversuche des angekündigten Prinzen dient ais eine Vorstufe, die richtigen Dimensionen der zugrunde liegenden theologischen Sicht zu bestimmen. Im Zusammenhang mit Jes 7, 14 und 11, 5-5 karniman wohl von einer eschatologischen oder gar messianischen Tendenz der Aussage und der königlich Titel des davidischen Knaben reden, ohne dass die zeitliche Perspektive des heutigen Textes sicher wäre. Bemerkenswert ist der Titel „Fürst des Friedens” bzw. „Friedelürst”, der auf Gott die Quelle jeglichen Friedens hinweist und die Voraussetzung der vielseitigen Entwicklung des Gottesvdlkes ist.

In the article the author rejects traditional, logical interpretation of the famous“Is-Ought Paragraph” from David Hume’s A Treatise of Human Nature.He argues that most of the interpreters failed to grasp the wide philosophicalbackground of the IsOP, which is, generally speaking, a passionate discussionbetween ethical rationalists and ethical anti-rationalists in the 17th and 18thcentury British philosophy. The author shows that the Hume’s main aim inthe IsOP is to strengthen his previous arguments against ethical rationalismand to reinforce (and not subvert at all) the common-sense (vulgar) systems ofmorality, likewise he did in the first book of the Treatise… in case of the theoryof knowledge. The author argues that there is no putative thesis of logic in theIsOP, which some scholars call “Hume’s Law”.

Przedstawiono pojęcie niezawodności systemów informacyjnych (SI) w organizacji. Niezawodność ta wpływa na zdolność rozwijania potencjału organizacji (zwłaszcza tego związanego z wykorzystaniem SI). W oparciu o teoretyczny model niezawodności SI w organizacji opracowany przez autorkę zaproponowano definicję pojęcia. Zweryfikowano model za pomocą badań empirycznych przeprowadzonych w 400 organizacjach działających w Polsce.
The notion of information systems (IS) reliability in organization is discussed in the paper. Nowadays, when almost every organization operates using some kind of IS, its reliability seems to be one of the key factors influencing organization’s potential to develop. Definition of IS reliability in organization is proposed based on theoretical model of IS reliability in organization developed by the author. The model is verified using the empirical research based on statistical analysis of factors building IS reliability in organizations operating in Poland. The analysis is based on survey conducted among 400 organizations from Poland.

Die Entführung in den dritten Teil des Buches Jesaja behandelt eine Reihe von Einzelproblemen des damaligen religiösen Lebens. Obwohl die Abfassungszeit des Kapitales nicht genauer bestimmt werden kann (möglicherweise handelt es sich um eine Redaktionsarbeit), können die hier behandelten Probleme geradezu als typisch gelten. Neben dem Sabbatgebot, das scheinbar eingeschärft wird, wird die Frage der Zugehörigkeit der sarisim (Eunuchen) zum Volk Jahwes behandelt. Beide scheinen auf eine spürbare Ausweitung der universalistischen Perspektive hinzuweisen, indem den Verschnittenen ein unverfängliches Erbe in Aussicht gestellt wird. Die Kritik an der führenden Schicht wird ebenfalls ausgedehnt; nicht nur der Mangel an Verantwortung, sondern auch allerlei Missstände (Trinkgelage) werden hier verurteilt. Die krassen Bilder lassen auf die Ausmasse und Häufigkeit der getadelten Missbräuche schliessen.

Unter den Sprüchen gegen die Fremdvölker spielt das Wort des Jesaja-Buches gegen Babylon, das als erste verkündet wird, eine besondere Rolle. Es geht vor allem um die Aussage dieser charakteristischen Teile der prophetischen Bücher für Israel, der fast immer ihr unmittelbarer Adressat ist. Des weiteren belehren sie über die Geschichte des geschriebenen Wortes Gottes, das in seinen folgenden Aktualisierungen Züge der das auserwählte Volk und sein offenbartes Denken bewegenden Strömungen trägt. Die Struktur des Spruchs gegen Babylon ist geradezu musterhaft: sie umfasst den Aufruf zum Kampf, der es ermöglicht, die Rolle der Fremdvölker als Werkzeuge für die Realisierung der Pläne Jahwes festzustellen, des weiteren den Tag Jahwes des Allmächtigen mit seinen bis in die kosmische Sphäre reichenden unheilverkündenden Auswirkungen. Das Eingreifen Gottes hat den Charakter eines historischen Ereignisses, dessen Verlauf jedoch in hohem Masse seine individuellen Züge verliert und zum Ausgangspunkt der späteren Beschreibungen der eschatologischen Intervention Jahwes wird. Einer ähnlichen Entwicklung unterliegen wohl die Beschreibungen der am Kampf beteiligten Völker, die einen bestimmten und bekannten historischen Namen tragen, aber eine Tendenz zur Verkörperung der gegen Gott gerichteten Kräfte verraten. Dieser Prozess ist im Jesaja-Buch wenig fortgeschritten, aber schon wahrnehmbar. Die Projektion in die Zukunft betrifft auch die Strafen, die die hochmütigen Völker treffen werden. Anstelle des in den Sprüchen gegen die Völker häufigen Motivs der „Wiederherstellung des vorherigen Zustands” tritt in der Ankündigung der Vernichtung Babylons das Motiv der ewigen Zerstörung und Verlassenheit auf. Dieses Moment findet in den späteren apokalyptischen Aussagen der letzten Bücher des AT, der zwischentestamentlichen Literatur sowie des Neuen Testaments ein lebendiges Echo.

Jesaja 2,6-22 gehört bekanntlich zu den schwierigsten Texten des grossen Propheten. Von der lückenhaften Textüberlieferung abgesehen bietet dieser Abschnitt mannigfache literarischen Probleme, die sehr verschieden beantwortet bzw. gelöst werden. Ist der genze Passus des zweiten Kapitels einheitlich? Wie sind die Komponente dieser Einheit? Rührt sie vom Propheten her oder ist sie das Werk der späteren Redaktion? In der gegenwärtigen Exegese herrscht die Tendenz vor, in dem behandelten Abschnitt mehrere unabhängige literarischen Einheiten zu finden, die mit Kehrversen getrennt bzw. zusammengefügt werden. Der Kern von Jes 2,6-22 wird zwar auf Jesaja selbst zurückgeführt, doch man beschränt ihn auf 2,10-19, worin man überigens noch einige redaktionelle Verse findet. Wenn auch der philologische und literarische Befund auf eine eingehende redaktionele Arbeit hinweist, führt das vorherrschende Thema („der Tag Jahwes") möglicherweise in die Zeit des Jesaja und erlaubt es, dem Propheten den weitaus grössten Teil in 2,6-22 überlieferten Stoffes zuzuschreiben. Es darf nicht übersehen werden, dass der „Tag Jahwes" von den späteren Redaktoren eschatologisch verstanden wurde, ohne dass die ganze Droh- und Scheltrede einen technisch-eschatologischen Sinn erhalten hätte. Auch die anthropologischen Begriffe des Abschnitts sowie der ausgeprägte Universalismus scheinen auf den Propheten selbst hinzuweisen. Die vom Redaktor beigelegten Verse bieten einen wertvollen Einblick in die theologische Ueberlieferungsgeschichte des Textes, der auch die heterodoxe Gruppe von Qumran stark beeinflusst zu haben scheint.

Die zeitgenössische Forschung an Ebed-Jahwe-Liedern versucht einige bis heute ungelöste Probleme zu beantworten: wie ist ihr Verhältnis zum Deuterojesajabuch zu beurteilen, welche ideale bzw. beschichtliche Gesalt gelang darin zur Darstellung, ob oder in welchem Sinne kann man in den Liedern von einer literarischen Vorgeschichte evt. Entwicklung reden? Der Artikel sucht anhand der literarkritischen umd theologischen Exegese nach einer neuen Erörterung dieser Fragen in bezug auf das zweite Ebed-Jahwe-Lied (Jes 49, 1-6). Zweifellos geht es um zwei zusammenhängende Abschnitte. De rerste (49, 1-6) bezog sich ursprünglich auf Kyros und wurde dann nach Vorbild der übrigen Lieder (möglicherweise auch des Jeremia) auf die Berufung des Ebed-Jahwe bezogen und entsprechend erweitert. Der zweite Teil (49, 7-13) bildet (vgl. 42, 5-9.10-12) keine nachträgliche Fortsetzung des vorangehenden Liedes, sondern eine Erzählung eines Einzelnen (einer Gemeinschaft?) über die Erfahrungen seiner Kontakte mit Jahwe. Die zweite Perikope endet mit einem hymnischen Vers, was der üblichen Kompositionstechnik des Deuterojesaja sehr wohl entspricht. Das Ganze gestattet uns eine gute Uebersicht über die Struktur und Darstellungsweise der eigentümlichen Ebed-Jahwe-Lieder im Deuterojesajabuch.

The paper concerns effort estimation of software development projects, in particular, at the level of product delivery stages. It proposes a new approach to model project data to support expert-supervised analogy-based effort estimation. The data is modeled using Semantic Web technologies, such as Resource Description Framework (RDF) and Ontology Language for the Web (OWL). Moreover, in the paper, we define a method of supervised case-based reasoning. The method enables to search for similar projects’ tasks at different levels of abstraction. For instance, instead of searching for a task performed by a specific person, one could look for tasks performed by people with similar capabilities. The proposed method relies on ontology that defines the core concepts and relationships. However, it is possible to introduce new classes and relationships, without the need of altering the search mechanisms. Finally, we implemented a prototype tool that was used to preliminary validate the proposed approach. We observed that the proposed approach could potentially help experts in estimating non-trivial tasks that are often underestimated.

This article is intended to present how these problems and challenges present themselves, and a concrete procedural model must be presented to the banks during the planning stage of IT ma- nagement, which ultimately turns the current challenges into a management task. In order for banks to be able to offer a better state of their own knowledge of IT and IT security again and to put them in a stronger position than the specialists who previously had a certain knowledge advantage and were able to use this to the disadvantage of the banks.

The industry standard BSIM3v3 and BSIM4.0 have been replaced by BSIM6.0 compact MOSFET model for deep submicron technology node. The BSIM6.0 is next generation, defacto industry standard model for bulk MOSFET. This model is charge based which is continuous from weak to strong inversion of operation. The core of analytical and physical BSIM6 model[3] is charge, with drain current equation expressed in form of source(qs) and drain charge(qd). This model has all its governing equations continuous and can be used to develop design methodology using IC based approach. But its method of computing qs and qd is complicated which is different from Vittoz traditional charge calculation method. The continuous interpolation equation of drain current as adopted by EKV2.6 although is empirical but its compact expression is preferred by analog designer to get intuitive design guidance. BSIM6 is a combined effort by BSIM and EKV modeling groups based on charge based continuous equations. Although EKV2.6 model is not valid for deep submicron process as it only includes submicron short channel effects like velocity saturation (VS), vertical field mobility reduction (VFMR), Drain induced barrier lowering (DIBL), channel length modulation (CLM) etc. But it still offers some benefits to have first cut design methodology because of its much simplified analytical equations. The inversion coefficient (IC) has found extensive acceptance in designer community as it offers enhanced design elegance in EKV then more complicated BSIM model. This paper discuses first step in analog design process by extracted core EKV2.6 intrinsic model parameters from industry standard BSIM3v3 model on 0.18μ technology node. The 0.18μ technology is chosen as it is still more common technology node in analog circuit design. The model parameters are extracted for different bins and optimisation is done using nonlinear optimisation LM algorithm. The optimised EKV2.6 parameters are validated with current-voltage (I-V), intrinsic voltage gain (Avi) and Early voltage circuit parameter (VA) with BSIM3v3 model.

Following paper is concerned with the problem of Is/Ought dichotomy in Hans Kelsen’s Pure Theory of Law. This is one of the most important problems which needs to be addressed in order to provide autonomous legitimacy of law in terms of normativism. The claim that those two spheres ought to be separated, is analysed from three different philosophical perspectives: ontological, epistemological and normative. Each of them posits Kelsen’s dichotomy as essential to a development of his concepts. In this paper the concept of the modern multi blade tail rotor of IS-2 light helicopter is presented. The proposed design solution brings together the most important features of the modern tail rotor, which are conforming to common trends. Die letzten beiden Kapitel des Tritojesaja sind insofern charakteristisch, dass sie abwechslungsweise Drohreden und Verheissungen enthalten. Dies scheint der religiösen Lage der jüdischen Bevölkerung nach der Rückkehr vom babylonischen Exil zu entsprechen. Der Verfasser setzt eine innere Spaltung des Volkes voraus: neben den eifrigen Vertretern der göttlichen Ordnung, die den "Weg Gottes" befolgen, macht sich eine breite Schichte der Abtrünnigen /bis zur Offenen Abgötterei/ bemerkbar. Diese Atmosphäre scheint sogar bis zum Bruderhass zu führen. Die Scheltrede zählt einige religiöse Missbräuche auf /heidnische Kulthaine, Totenbeachwörung, Genuss von Schweinefleisch, verschiedene Höhenkulte u.dgl./. Die Strafmassnahmen Jahwes werden nicht das ganze Volk treffen, sondern lediglich die Schuldigen, die des Namens Israel nicht würdig sind. Die Art der Strasse wird in Anschluss an die üblichen Fluchformeln dargestellt. Der zweite Teil des Kapitels stellt den Frommen den neuen Hinmel und die neue Erde in Aussicht. Gottes Wirken steht der Schöpfung nahe und umfasst die ganze Natur. Eine eschatologische Sicht ist in den Worten des Tritojesaja insofern nahrscheinlich, als das Volk bereits die früheren Verheissungen der neuen Schöpfung des Deuterojesaja erfahren hatte. Die frtüheren Dinge /hr snwt/ werden nicht nur überboten, sondern auch in Vergessenheit geraten und weisen somit direkt auf die Zeit der neutestamentlichen Fülle
