Opis:
To solve the problem of determining the memory capacity of the information systems (IS), it was proposed to use a stochastic model, based on the use of HM (Howard-Matalytski) - queueing networks with incomes. This model takes into account the servicing of requests along with their volumes, the ability to change the volumes of the requests over time and the possibility of damaging IS nodes and their repairs, so servicing of demands can be interrupted randomly. The expressions are generated for the mean (expected) values of total requests volumes in the IS nodes.

In the paper, we investigate multi-server queueing systems with demands of random space requirements (volumes), in which buffer space is limited by constant value and queueing ore (and) service time are limited by exponentially distributed random variables. For such systems, stationary demands number distribution and loss probability are determined. Some numerical results are attached as well.

W artykule dokonano przeglądu rozwiązań systemów wizyjnych na stanowiskach zrobotyzowanych. Zaprezentowano urządzenia wchodzące w skład takiego systemu. Dokonano klasyfikacji systemów wizyjnych ze względu na rodzaj rejestrowanego obrazu oraz ze względu na rozmieszczenie kamery lub kamer na stanowisku roboczym. Omówiono możliwości systemów wizyjnych w zależności od konfiguracji sprzętowej. Przedstawiono przebieg procesu wizyjnego rozpoczynając od akwizycji obrazu. Omówiono stosowane metody przetwarzania i analizy obrazu pochodzącego z kamer systemu wizyjnego. Pokazano także przykładowe aplikacje zrealizowane z wykorzystaniem systemów wizyjnych.
The article presents an issue related to the use of vision systems at robotic stands. Devices included in such a system have been presented. The classification of vision systems was made due to the type of image being recorded and due to the location of the camera or cameras at the workstation. The capabilities of vision systems are discussed depending on the hardware configuration. The course of the video process was presented starting from image acquisition. The methods of image processing and analysis originating from video camera cameras are discussed. Also shown are examples of applications implemented using vision systems.

Autorzy zaprezentowali wynik badań fragmentów konstrukcji lotniczej z uszkodzeniami znajdującymi się poniżej pierwszej warstwy materiału. Do badań wykorzystano zestaw firmy OLYMPUS oparty na systemie OMNISCAN MX2 i głowicy EC ARRAY oraz porównawczo, zestaw MAUS V. Wyniki, w obu przypadkach przedstawiono za pomocą zobrazowania typu C. Interpretacja sygnałów pochodzących z wewnętrznych warstw konstrukcji przy zastosowaniu tradycyjnego zobrazowania typu A jest utrudniona, co wpływa zarówno na czas realizacji jak i wiarygodność otrzymanych wyników. Zastosowanie zobrazowania typu C ułatwia interpretację i raportowanie uszkodzeń. Ponadto głowica EC Array ze względu na dużą powierzchnię skanowania znacząco skraca czas realizacji badań. Istotnym elementem artykułu jest przedstawienie metodologii doboru parametrów do badań konstrukcji wielowarstwowych.
The authors presented the results of tests of fragments of the aircraft structure with damage below the first layer of material. The OLYMPUS set based on the MX2 OMV and EC ARRAY head and comparative MAUS V kit were used for the research. The results, in both cases, are represented by C-type imaging. Interpretation of signals from the internal layers of the structure using traditional A-type imaging is difficult, which affects both for the duration of the implementation and the reliability of the results obtained. The use of C-type imaging makes it easier to interpret and report damage. In addition, the EC Array head, due to its large scanning area, significantly shortens the time of testing. An important element of the article is the presentation of the methodology for the selection of parameters for testing multilayer structures.

The aim of the study was to analyse milk yield and the frequency of use of a milking robot by Polish HolsteinFriesian cows. The study was carried out on a farm where a double-stall Astronaut milking robot from Lely was installed in a free-stall slatted-floor barn for 120 cows. The material for the study was obtained from the herd management system and comprised 850 milking records. Daily milk yield (in kg), number of milking sessions per day, and average milk yield per milking were analysed. The experimental factors were lactation number (primiparous and multiparous cows), daily milk yield (≤15 kg, 15.1–25.0 and >25.0 kg) and stage of lactation (≤100 days, 101– –200 days and >200 days). The cows in the herd were found to use the milking robot with an average frequency of 2.49 times a day. No significant differences were noted in daily yield or frequency of milking between primiparous and older cows. They also did not differ significantly in terms of milk yield per milking. The level of daily yield influenced the milking frequency. Use of the milking robot was most frequent among primiparous and multiparous cows with daily yield of more than 25.0 kg of milk (2.82 and 2.67 times per day, respectively). In the case of both primiparous and multiparous cows, an increase in daily milking frequency was accompanied by an increase in the amount of milk obtained per milking. In the group of primiparous cows, the daily milking frequency increased in the three successive stages of lactation. Increased milking frequency was also found to be linked to a decrease in the amount of milk obtained in one milking. In the multiparous cows, the daily milk yield and quantity of milk per milking decreased systematically in successive stages of lactation, while the daily milking frequency varied irregularly.

To solve the problem of determining the memory capacity of the information systems (IS), the use of the stochastic model is proposed, based on the use of НМ (Howard-Matalytski) - queueing networks with revenues. This model allows one to take into account time dependencies of the message processing from their capacities, the possibility changes of the messages capacities over time and also the possibility of leaving messages from queues in nodes of IS, without getting into them appropriate processing. The expressions for the mean (expected) values of total message capacities in the IS nodes have been obtained.

Opis:
MEMS are one of the fastest developing branch in microelectronics. Many integrated sensors are widely used in smart devices i.e. smartphones, and specialized systems like medical equipment. In the paper we present the main parts of a system for measuring human movement which can be used in human balance disorder diagnosis. We describe our design of capacitive accelerometers and dedicated switched-capacitor readout circuit. Both will be manufactured as separate chips in different technological processes. The principle of operation, schematics and layouts of all parts of the system are presented. Preliminary simulations show that the proposed designs are applicable for the considered medical device.

Opis:
We present a method of finding the expected volume of requests in HM-network with homogeneous requests and bypass of the queueing systems of requests. The case was considered when the volume changes associated with the transitions between the states of the network are deterministic functions, depending on the state of the network and time, and the systems are single line. It is assumed that the probability of the states of the network systems, the parameters of the entrance flow of the requests and the service depend on the time.
