This paper presents state-of-the-art solution methods available in the ADINA program for dynamic, direct time integration analysis of time-dependent problems. For implicit direct dynamic solutions, a two-step Bathe method is presented. Advantages of the Bathe method over the widely used Newmark method are shown in small sample problems. Solutions of complex dynamic problems using the Bathe method will be presented at the Conference. For direct explicit dynamic solutions, the Noh-Bathe method is presented and compared with the central difference method and here again, advantages of the Noh-Bathe method are shown in small sample problems.
W pracy zaprezentowano metody do bezpośredniego całkowania równań ruchu schematem niejawnym (metoda Bathe’go) i jawnym (metoda Noh-Bathe). W przypadku niejawnego schematu rozwiazywania równań ruchu, porównano rezultaty otrzymane metodami Bathe’go i Newmarka dla prostych przykładów uwypuklając przewagę metody Bathe’go. W przypadku jawnego schematu rozwiazywania równań ruchu, porównano wyniki otrzymane przy pomocy metody Noh- Bate i metody różnic centralnych. Wyniki rozwiązań dla kompleksowych konstrukcji będą przedstawione w czasie Konferencji.

W niniejszym artykule autor porusza zagadnienie wizerunku niepublicznej szkoły wyższej w kontekście wizerunku samorządu lokalnego, w obrębie którego uczelni przychodzi funkcjonować oraz wzajemnego wpływu wizerunkowego obu podmiotów na siebie i wynikających z tego korzyści. Dla zobrazowania tematu przywołany zostanie szczególny przykład jednego z najzamożniejszych i najlepiej rozwijających się samorządów w Polsce - Gminy Polkowice, którego władze zdecydowały się w 2002 r.( we współpracy z „młodym" powiatem polkowickim, na powołanie własnej uczelni, współfinansowanej w dużej mierze - co stanowi prawdopodobnie ewenement na skalę ogólnopolską - z budżetu samorządu. Dolnośląska Wyższa Szkoła Przedsiębiorczości i Techniki w Polkowicach funkcjonuje na rynku edukacyjnym szkolnictwa wyższego od dekady. Nie pozostaje bez znaczenia dla budowy pozytywnego wizerunku samorządu i dla spajania tożsamości społeczności lokalnej. Pomimo, że naukę w niej podejmują także studenci spoza Polkowic, określa się ją mianem„uczelni samorządowej" czy też „lokalnej", obok podziału na uczelnie publiczne i niepubliczne, w ramach którego została zgodnie z obowiązującym prawem skategoryzowana. Dla kandydatów na studia zapewne nie jest bez znaczenia pozycja w regionie rozwijających się w szybkim tempie Polkowic, oferujących możliwość studiowania, ale i potencjalne miejsca pracy oraz w dalszej perspektywie atrakcyjne warunki do życia. Celem artykułu jest próba ukazania w zarysie na przykładzie Polkowic i działającej na ich terenie Dolnośląskiej Wyższej Szkoły Przedsiębiorczości i Techniki znaczenia, jakie może mieć niepubliczna uczelnia dla wzmacniania pozytywnego wizerunku samorządu lokalnego oraz zaprezentowanie zakresu współpracy między szkołą wyższą a samorządem i jej wartości wizerunkowej dla samej uczelni. Temat ze względu na ramy artykułu zostanie ograniczony do najistotniejszych, zdaniem autora, kwestii.

Artykuł dotyczy pewnej metody analizy szumów we wzmacniaczach operacyjnych. Omówiono podstawowe źródła szumów w układach elektronicznych. Przedstawiono rozszerzony model szumowy wzmacniacza operacyjnego. Podano zmodyfikowaną metodę analizy szumów we wzmacniaczach operacyjnych z wykorzystaniem funkcji korelacji oraz widmowej gęstości mocy szumów. Wyznaczono i porównano wyjściowe napięcie szumów dwóch popularnych wzmacniaczy operacyjnych pracujących w układzie filtru dolnoprzepustowego.
In the article the modified method of the noise analysis of the operational amplifiers is concerned. In the first chapter the main noise sources of the electronic circuits is discusses. In the second chapter the extended operational amplifier noise model is presented. In the third chapter the modified method for the noise analysis of the operational amplifiers using the correlation function and the noise power spectral density is shown. The results are illustrated by examples.

W artykule wyprowadzono równania momentów pierwszego i drugiego rzędu losowych modeli rezystancji i indukcyjności. Analizę przeprowadzono dla dwóch przypadków. Pierwszy z nich dotyczył sytuacji, gdy wymuszenie w postaci stochastycznego sygnału prądowego było niezależne względem losowych parametrów elementów. W drugim przypadku uwzględniono zależność procesu prądowego oraz losowych parametrów R, L. Uzyskane wyniki zilustrowano przykładami.
In this article the first and the second order moments for random models of resistance and inductance were determined. The analysis was performed for two cases. In the first case the stochastic current input signal was assumed to be uncorrelated with random parameters of the elements. In the second case correlation between the current process and the parameters R and L was taken into account. The results have been illustrated by examples.

W artykule opisano metodę generacji α-stabilnych procesów Levy’ego. Podano podstawowe właściwości tych procesów i komputerowy algorytm ich generacji. Uzyskane wyniki zilustrowano przykładem. Opracowany generator może znaleźć zastosowanie w badaniach symulacyjnych układów z przebiegami stochastycznymi.
The article describes a method of generating α-stable Levy processes. The basic properties of these processes and the algorithm of their generation is shown. The results are illustrated by the example. The developed generator can be used in simulation studies of systems with stochastic waveforms.

Main scattering mechanisms affecting electron transport in MOS/SOI devices are considered within the quantum-mechanical approach. Electron mobility components (i.e., phonon, Coulomb and interface roughness limited mobilities) are calculated for ultrathin symmetrical DG SOI transistor, employing the relaxation time approximation, and the effective electron mobility is obtained showing possible mobility increase relative to the conventional MOSFET in the range of the active semiconductor layer thickness of about 3 nm.

Electron mobility and drain current in a strained-Si MOSFET have been calculated and compared with the mobility and drain current obtained for the relaxed material. In the first step, our mobility model has been calibrated to the "universal mobility" according to the available experimental data for unstrained Si MOSFETS. Then, employing the mobility parameters derived in the calibration process, electron mobility and the drain current have been calculated for strained-Si MOSFETs.

The paper describes the results of analysis of the transient state in a simple series RCα circuit with supercapacitor. A simple fractional-order supercapacitor model has been introduced to the analysis. The considered system has been supplied by a periodic voltage source. In this article a class of pseudo random signal generators, build with static nonlinear feedback block, is described. The feedback block function is modeled as a linear combination of sums and products of the register’s taps. A discrete model of the generator is proposed as a nonlinear discrete circuit. The simulation results from Matlab-Simulink and Multisim are shown. Also an experimental results of the example generator on FPGA implementation is shown.

The paper describes the results of analysis on the resonance phenomenon in a parallel RLCα circuit with supercapacitor modeled as a fractional-order capacitance. A complex, more accurate fractional-order model has been taken into analysis. Formulas for frequency characteristics and resonance conditions have been derived and presented by simulation studies of the concerned fractional-order system.

In this article the statistical tests results of the pseudo random sequences generated by the Linear Feedback Shift Registers (LFSR) generators were described. LFSR generators' structures were shown and used statistical tests were described. The generator output sequence was analyzed in the NIST Statistical Test Suite STS 2.1.1. Interpretation of data obtained from the NIST STS 2.1.1 and the analysis' results of the pseudo random test sequences were discussed.

This article suggests the method of analysis stochastic processes in deterministic linear SISO system of first order. Using the definition of α-stable random variable, the definition of α-stable Levy process has been introduced and presented their properties. Transformation of α-stable white noise process in the system has been investigated as well. Obtained results has been illustrated by an example.
