    Realne stanowi jeden z najciekawszych i zarazem najbardziej „filozoficznych” konceptów Lacana. I choć odkrycie Realnego wiąże się przede wszystkim z kliniką, to nie można zaprzeczyć, że teoria trzech rejestrów niesie ze sobą implikacje niemal metafizyczne. W niniejszym artykule autor opisuje rozwój pojęcia Realnego w nauczaniu Lacana, próbując jednocześnie odpowiedzieć na pytanie o możliwość psychoanalitycznej (para-)ontologii. Okazuje się, ze tym, co wyróżnia lacanowski realizm jest specyficzny ruch – od transcendencji do immanencji.
    The Real is one of the most interesting and at the same time most „philosophical” among Lacan’s concepts. Even, if it is rather clinical question, there is no doubt that theory of three registers has almost metaphysical consequences. In this paper, author describes history of the concept of the Real in Lacan’s teaching and tries to find an answer to question concerning possibility of lacanian (para-)ontology. It turns out that, what is specific to lacanianins is movement from transcendence to immanence.

    It seems rather obvious that Jacques Lacan’s theory is Freudian psychoanalysis combined with structural linguistics. But it is not so conclusive: in Lacan’s work we can find many elements with different origins to linguistics. Moreover, Lacan’s subversion of structuralist theses makes any unambiguous assignment impossible. In the article, the author describes the evolution of Lacan’s theory of language and its consequences for the issue of subjectivity in psychoanalysis resulting from the use of linguistic tools.

    W artykule, autor opisuje problematykę podmiotowości w psychoanalizie lacanowskiej. Kwestia ta dotyczy nie tylko istnienia samego nieświadomego i jego wpływu na świadome Ja, lecz również jego wymiaru językowego - w psychoanalizie Lacana bowiem, nieświadomość ustrukturyzowana jest jak język. Jednakże język/Symboliczne jest ograniczone. Nie możemy więc powiedzieć wszystkiego, zawsze pozostaje coś poza Symbolicznym. Jest to, oczywiście, lacanowskie Realne – rdzeń naszego bytu. Autor opisuje zatem nie tylko kwestię podmiotowości w psychoanalizie, ale również jej ewolucję oraz problem możliwości zaistnienia podmiotu poza alienacją w Symbolicznym.
    In the paper, author would like to describe conceptions of the subject in Lacanian psychoanalysis. It is not only question of existence of unconscious and its influence on the conscious ego, but also problem of linguistic dimension of the unconscious. In Lacanian psychoanalysis, unconsious is structured like a language, nevertheless language/Symbolic is limited. We can’t say everything, there is always something outside the Symbolic. It is, of course, famous Lacanian Real – core of our being. Author presents not only Lacan’s view on subject, but also evolution of this topic and questions concerning subjectivity beyond alienation in Symbolic.

    Im Artikel beschreibt der Autor die Problematik des Gesetzes und der Abweichung in der Psychoanalyse von Jaques Lacan unter Bezug auf ihre sozial-politische Interpretation von Slavoj Żiżek. Die aufgegriffene Thematik umfasst Fragen nach der Möglichkeit der psychoanalytischen Reflexion über die Abweichung - was ist das Gesetz und seine Übertretung unter dem Gesichtspunkt der Psychoanalyse? Es stellt sich heraus, dass das Gesetz (im weitesten Sinne) Lacan zufolge in ständiger dialektischer Beziehung zu dem Begehren bleibt. Diese Dialektik liegt einerseits jedem normativen Verhältnis des Subjekts zum Gesetz zugrunde, andererseits kann sie Grundlage für nicht normatives Verhalten bilden. Im ersten Fall erfüllt das Gesetz emanzipatorische Funktionen, es schützt vor dem Trauma, den Anderen zu begehren und erlaubt, sich von der Abhängigkeit von ihm zu lösen. Im zweiten Fall bildet das Gesetz die Bedingung seiner eigenen Übertretung. Darüber hinaus kann die Kategorie des Realen und des Mangels eine neue Perspektive in die Reflexion über die Abweichung und ihre ethische Dimension einführen.
    In this paper, author describes topics of the Law and deviation in lacanian psychoanalysis, using socio-political works of Slavoj Żiżek. Issues include questions about the possibility of psychoanalytic reflection on deviation - what is the law and its transgression in perspective of psychoanalysis? Psychoanalysis shows that the Law (in the broadest sense) remains in a constant dialectical relation with Desire. This, on the one hand,  is a basis of subject’s normative relation with the Law.  On the other hand, dialectic of Law and Desire could be  basis for deviational behaviors . Also,  the Law has  a emancipatory nature because Law protects subject form  trauma of the Other's desire, allows liberation from his dependence; but also, the Law is a condition of its own trasgression. Moreover, the Lacanian terms of Real and Lack could offer new pespectives on deviation and its ethical dimension.
    W artykule autor opisuje problematykę prawa i dewiacji w psychoanalizie Jacquesa Lacana, wykorzystując jej społeczno-polityczne odczytania autorstwa Slavoja Żiżka. Podejmowana tematyka obejmuje pytania o możliwość psychoanalitycznej refleksji nad dewiacją – czym jest prawo oraz jego przekroczenie w optyce psychoanalizy? Okazuje się, że Prawo (w najszerszym sensie) według Lacana pozostaje w stałej dialektycznej relacji z pragnieniem. Ta dialektyka z jednej strony leży u podstaw każdej normatywnej relacji podmiotu z Prawem, z drugiej strony stanowić może podłoże zachowania nienormatywnego. W pierwszym przypadku, Prawo spełnia funkcje emancypacyjne – chroni przed traumą pragnienia Innego, pozwala  wyzwolić się z zależności wobec niego; w drugim przypadku Prawo stanowi warunek swojego własnego  przekroczenia. Co więcej, Lacanowska kategoria Realnego, Braku wprowadzać może nową perspektywę do refleksji nad dewiacją oraz jej wymiarem etycznym.

    In this paper, we present the results of inter-comparison studies on identification of irradiated food carried out by the leading European laboratories from 1991 to 2018. In 1990s, the Federal Institute for Health Protection of Consumers and Veterinary Medicine in Germany played the leading role in the organization of the inter-laboratory tests on this subject. At the beginning of the present century, the Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition and Food National Spanish Centre took over this role. In total, 47 international tests were carried out in which nearly 500 samples of alimentary products were analysed in 37 laboratories from 14 European countries. The tests were aimed at proving the reliability of analytical methods – thermoluminescence (TL), photostimulated luminescence (PSL), and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy – for identification of specific irradiated food products and to control the analytical skills and experience of participating laboratories. The results made possible a discussion on why some irradiated food samples are more difficult for identification. In general, the tests showed that TL measurements of products such as herbs, nuts, peppers, and raisins, and EPR studies of fish and chicken bones, fresh strawberries, and dried fruits could be used as reliable control methods. The challenge that control laboratories are facing now, is related to the identifi cation of complex food products such as diet supplements or biopharmaceuticals, in which only some additives are irradiated.

    The statement that an acoustic signal can be a good tool for assessing breathing during sleep is not revealing and certainly raises no doubts. Based on the experience of technical diagnostics, one can formulate the hypothesis about the suitability of sounds accompanying breathing to infer any specific disorders. The verification of this hypothesis was supported by a research experiment combining the experience of doctors and engineers. The obtained results was used to create the simple application for the initial diagnosis of respiratory problems while sleeping at home. Assuming the minimization of the use of an advanced mathematical apparatus, features that are the symptoms of basic respiratory disorders have been extracted from the signal. Thanks to this approach, the developed tool not only informs about the disorder, but also signals the potential cause of the problem. Thus, the inference procedure that is the basis of a useful application can also support doctors at the stage of preclinical diagnosis.

    The stable EPR signal produced by ionizing radiation in crystalline D-mannose (C6H12O6) and separated from cranberries (Vaccinium oxycoccus) was studied. The isothermal heating of irradiated sample at 95°C for 10 minutes (melting point of D-mannose is 132°C) resulted in the modifi cation and simplifi cation of the EPR signal involved. The isotropic quartet has been recognized in the EPR signal of heat-treated sample. Molecular structure of the isotropic quartet identifi ed in the complex EPR signal of D-mannose crystallite is proposed.

    In recent years, several assemblages as well as individual objects have been discovered in northern Poland which can be dated to the beginning of the Bronze Age. The article presents two newly discovered hoards of metal objects found in Kamień Pomorski (eight artefacts) and Dargobądz, Kamień Pomorski district (three artefacts). Their chronology was determined to be the end of the Early Bronze Age and the beginning of the second period of the Bronze Age based on their stylistic features, as well as on the results of radiocarbon dating of the wooden remains of the axe handle. It was also established a shaft was made of soft linden wood.
    W ostatnich latach na terenie północnej Polski odkryto kilka zespołów i pojedynczych obiektów, które generalnie można datować na początek epoki brązu. W artykule przedstawiono dwa nowo odkryte skarby przedmiotów metalowych znalezione w Kamieniu Pomorskim (8 zabytków) i Dargobądzu, pow. kamieński (3 zabytki). Ich chronologię ustalono na koniec wczesnej epoki brązu i początek drugiego okresu epoki brązu na podstawie cech stylistycznych, a także wyników datowania radiowęglowego drewnianych pozostałości rękojeści topora. Ustalono także, że trzon wykonano z miękkiego drewna lipowego.
