Opis:: Rozwój i ekspansja technologii Web 2.0 stworzyły nowe możliwości w zakresie zarządzania wiedzą o klientach (Customer Knowledge Management – CKM). Celem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza, w jaki sposób organizacje mogą zastosować rozwiązanie, jakim jest social CRM (technologie web 2.0 zintegrowane z tradycyjnym systemem CRM) w obszarze CKM i zbadać, jakie korzyści mogą z tego wynikać. Aby zrealizować te cele, w artykule przedstawiono koncepcję social CRM (SCRM), różnicę pomiędzy CRM i SCRM oraz przegląd modeli CKM prezentowanych w literaturze. Następnie wskazano możliwości wykorzystania rozwiązań SCRM w procesach zarządzania wiedzą o klientach oraz prezentowano przykłady zastosowania różnych rodzajów mediów społecznych w zarządzaniu różnymi typami wiedzy o klientach.
The recent development and expansion of Web 2.0 technologies have created remarkable opportunities for Customer Knowledge Management (CKM). The goals of this paper are to analyze how organizations can apply Social CRM (social technologies integrated with traditional CRM systems) systems for CKM and to investigate what benefits they may derive from the use of social technologies. To achieve these objectives, the article shows the concept of Social CRM, differences between CRM and SCRM, and a review of CKM models presented in the literature. Then, there are indicated the possibilities of using SCRM solutions in the processes of customer knowledge management, and there are presented examples of the use of different types of social media in the management of different types of customer knowledge.

Opis:: Wśród istotnych problemów współczesności należy wyróżnić starzenie się społeczeństw. Przekroczenie przez człowieka wieku 50 lat może się wiązać z pogorszeniem jego stanu zdrowia i z tym związanym radzeniem sobie w życiu. Dlatego też ważne jest wychodzenie naprzeciw potrzebom osób starszych, których zaspokojenie warunkuje jakość ich życia. Potrzeby te istnieją między innymi w środowisku transportowym. W artykule podjęto temat problemów osób starszych, występujących w ich funkcjonowaniu w takim środowisku oraz wybrane możliwości ich rozwiązywania, jakie stwarza społeczna ocena technologii w projektowaniu, konstruowaniu oraz eksploatacji środków technicznych, ukierunkowana na poprawę jakości ich życia. Zagadnienia z obszaru TA zilustrowano wybranymi przykładami technicznych rozwiązań gerontechnologii wykorzystywanych w omawianym obszarze.
Among the important problems of the present day is the aging of societies. Being over 50 years old may be associated with a worsening of his or her health and dealing with it in life. It is therefore important to meet the needs of the elderly, whose satisfaction determines the quality of their lives. Among other things, these needs exist in the transport environment. The article concern the problems of the elderly persons, occurring in their functioning in the transport environment and the possibility of solving them, which a social technology assessment creates in the design, constructing and operation and maintenance of technical means aimed at improving their quality of life. Issues in the area of TA illustrated by selected examples of technical solutions of gerontechnology applied in this area.

Opis:: Technology-enhanced international virtual exchanges (IVE), or Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL), provide educators and students with the access and tools to connect with the world through collaboration with colleagues and peers in a global context (SUNY COIL Center, “Welcome”, n.d.a). In the IVE courses, students in different countries work together to broaden not only their academic knowledge, but also digital literacy, critical thinking, problemsolving, teamwork, and communication skills (Werner, 2015). In this study, technology-enhanced IVE are introduced and the benefits of IVE for educators and students are explored. Some concrete examples are also shared of how two professors from Ukraine and the United States reflected on the course of collaboration with our French partner professor to co-plan and co-teach a technology-enhanced IVE course in order to offer sustainable international education and provide students with the opportunities to gain diverse cross-cultural, cross-linguistic, and cross-disciplinary experiences, to demonstrate communication skills using technology, and to improve their intercultural competence.

Opis:: This paper explores the multifaceted concept of social development within economically advanced countries, delving into the implicit assumption of technological advancement as a cornerstone for well-functioning economies. While digital technologies shape broad socio-economic processes, a counterfactual perspective emerges when examining social development through the lens of (nature-based) social welfare. The analysis encompasses the coexistence of advanced technologies with disparities in living standards, resource appropriation mechanisms impacting both populations and environments, and the underexplored negative consequences of techno-economic development. The article addresses the visible and invisible impacts of information technologies, emphasising issues of labour exploitation, resource extraction practices, and the environmental costs of digital production. Critically assessing optimistic scenarios, the paper suggests the need to broaden discussions beyond the positive aspects of technology, considering the challenges for sustainable welfare posed by exploitative labour, resource extraction, and inequitable benefits. The study advocates for an inclusive approach to (nature-based) social welfare, encompassing marginalised issues and proposing concepts such as degrowth as potential solutions to the rapid development of information technologies and their societal implications.

Internet wpływa destrukcyjnie nie tylko na organizm użytkownika, lecz również na jego funkcjonowanie w sferze społecznej, emocjonalnej i poznawczej. Uniemożliwia więc jego użytkownikowi prawidłowe funkcjonowanie wżyciu codziennym i zaburza integralny rozwój dzieci i młodzieży.
Siecioholizm is dependence of activities, in which chemicals do not play any role. Internet addiction as a kind of new social pathology of a technical nature is extremely dangerous phenomenon that dynamically expands and as the first minor to use your computer, even for educational purposes, with sometimes up to several hours per day. Internet destructive influence not only on the user's body, but also its function in the social, emotional and cognitive. Prevents the user so its proper functioning in everyday life and interferes with the integral development of children and youth.

Opis:: Tekst dotyczy relacji między kontrolą społeczną a technologią. Związek ten analizowany jest na przykładzie jednego wybranego obszaru życia społecznego – sportu. Artykuł opiera się na badaniach empirycznych zrealizowanych w środowisku sportowym. Wykorzystuje on metodę case study. W jej ramach zastosowane zostały trzy techniki – desk research, analiza dyskursu medialnego oraz eksperckie wywiady jakościowe.
The paper concerns the relations between social control and technology. This phenomenon is illustrated by examples from a sport field. The sport remains a great indicator of social and technological changes, so it serves as an useful research context. The text analyses the three occurrences from nowadays sport world: legless athlete Oscar Pistorius and his artificial limbs; “shark skin” swimsuits; Frank Lampard’s disallowed goal in World Cup 2010. The cases lead to the two main questions. The first one is as follows: who (should) control technology in sport? The second one – how the technology should be controlled? The basis of this paper is an empirical research. The survey was conducted in sport environment. It uses the case study method. Within the method three minor technics were used: desk research, discourse analysis and expert’s IDI.
