А преимущества облачных технологий позволяют эффективно форми- ровать у будущих учителей математики мотивацию их применения в исследовательской деятельности. Учитывая стремительное развитие информационно-коммуникационных ехнологий в образовании, именно облачные технологии позволяют визуализировать особенности исследовательской деятельности будущих учителей математики.

This article focuses on changing the paradigm in music education that results from the development of audiation. In 2004; at the Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz; in the specialization of early school education; students started the course based on the assumptions of the theory of music learning by Edwin E. Gordon. For 15 years of the curriculum implementation in the Innovative Music Education module; the course was evaluated in six problem areas: 1. Mental value of audiation skills; 2. The value of the process of learning music through audiation; 3. The value of the three-step process of learning music; 4. The possibility of optimizing the teaching process; 5. Usefulness of the studied designs; 6. The ability to learn music. As a result of fifteen years of implementing the strategic plan focused on the audiation model of music education; there have been changes in the minds of students; and the requirements for raising technical and practical skills have increased. For this reason; it was recognized that information and communication technology (ICT); which is carefully planned; designed and integrated with good pedagogical practice; can support the motivation to learn music and improve its quality.
Niniejszy artykuł koncentruje się na zmianie paradygmatu w edukacji muzycznej; który wynika z rozwoju audiacji (myślenia dźwiękami). W 2004 roku w Uniwersytecie Kazimierza Wielkiego w Bydgoszczy na kierunku pedagogika wczesnoszkolna rozpoczęto kształcenie studentów na podstawie założeń teorii uczenia się muzyki Edwina E. Gordona. Przez 15 lat realizacji programu nauczania w module innowacyjna edukacja muzyczna poddawano go ewaluacji w sześciu zakresach problemowych: 1) Wartość umysłowa umiejętności audiowania; 2) Wartość procesu uczenia się muzyki poprzez audiację; 3) Wartość trzystopniowego procesu uczenia się muzyki; 4) Możliwość optymalizacji procesu dydaktycznego; 5) Przydatność wyaudiowanych wzorów; 6) Zdolność do uczenia się muzyki. W wyniku piętnastoletniej praktyki realizowania planu strategicznego skoncentrowanego na audiacyjnym modelu edukacji muzycznej zaszły zmiany w świadomości studentów; zwiększyły się także wymagania w zakresie podnoszenia umiejętności technicznych i praktycznych. Z tego powodu uznano; że starannie zaplanowana; zaprojektowana i zintegrowana z dobrą praktyką pedagogiczną technologia informacyjno-komunikacyjna (ICT) może wspierać motywację do uczenia się muzyki i podnosić jej jakość.

The growing interest of theorists and practitioners in managing CSR concept is undoubtedly a result of many socio-economic, ethical and environmental challenges faced by modern enterprises. The enormous progress in information technology and telecommunication technology observed over the course of several years has fundamentally changed the functioning of all participants in economic processes, giving rise to the so-called fourth industrial revolution. The aim of this article is to present selected challenges faced by enterprises related to the creation and dissemination of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the context of CSR. In the article the author’s attention was focused on the characteristics of CSR concept and the presentation of positive and negative consequences of ICT solutions applied by enterprises (e.g. Internet of Things – IoT, Big Data). The basis for the discussion presented in the article was domestic and foreign literature studies.

Opis:
This paper presents the diversity of social penetration rates of information and communication technologies (ICT) among selected European countries according to European statistics on diverse ICT indicators. The data considered cover the 2006-2010 time range and was obtained from the Eurostat portal. The scope of the study selected EU countries - Belgium, Germany, France, Finland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia, Spain. The following ICT indicators were analyzed: percentage of households or corporations with broadband access to the Internet (HHBAI), percentage of individuals who are regularly using the Internet (IRUI), percentage of individuals who ordered goods or services over the Internet (IOGSI). These indicators of ICT penetration rate in the countries examined were analyzed in terms of the following aspects: forecasting (estimates until the year 2035), maximum speed of change of these indicators (the pace of social penetration of information technology), delays or advances (in years) as compared to the averages in EU. The results are presented in tables and graphs. General conclusions and directions of future research are indicated at the end of the paper.

W artykule przeprowadzono analizę rynku edukacyjnego z zakresu technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych w Polsce. W ramach analizy przebadano: ogólnopolski szkolny system edukacji w obszarze ICT, ofertę szkoleniową popularnego programu ECDL oraz ofertę komercyjnych firm szkoleniowych z zakresu umiejętności komputerowych. Tłem do przeprowadzonej analizy stały się potrzeby społeczeństwa informacyjnego i organizacji inteligentnych. W tym kontekście przeprowadzono również badania pilotażowe dotyczące potrzeb szkoleniowych z zakresu ICT określonej grupy pracowników wiedzy, którą stanowili pracownicy naukowo-dydaktyczni uczelni wyższej.
In the article the analysis of polish market of ICT educational services is presented. In the analysis some areas were investigated such as the polish educational system, ECDL program and the training offer of commercial companies The needs of information society in Poland became the background of conducted investigation. Beside the analysis of ICT educational services the paper presents also some conclusion about educational system in terms of computer literacy.

The aim of this article is to address the issue of social capital and new media - concepts recently operating in the public and scientific discourse. Awareness of the importance of the existence of social capital is still low, and the impact of new media on our lives still requires research in this area. Compared to other countries, the level of trust and civic engagement in Poland is very low, so it is worth considering the possibilities to improve the situation, even with the help of new communication technologies. The purpose of this article is to determine whether the new media, especially the Internet are used to create social capital. The analysis will be subject to subjective assessment of the use of new media in the area of social capital.

Współczesne organizacje muszą dbać o doskonalenie procesów zachodzących w działalności operacyjnej, zarządzanie projektami oraz aktualność wdrażanych i stosowanych technologii. Do oceny stopnia ich zaangażowania w obszar działań z powodzeniem stosuje się modele dojrzałości zarówno procesowej, jak i projektowej. Niezwykle rzadko jednak odnosi się je do używanych w organizacjach technologii ICT. A przecież obecnie poziom technologiczny organizacji jest jednym z kluczowych elementów wpływających na jej funkcjonowanie. Celem niniejszego opracowania jest zbadanie zależności występujących między dojrzałością procesową i projektową a zaawansowaniem technologii ICT na przykładzie polskich dużych organizacji. W świetle uzyskanych odpowiedzi: (1) zidentyfikowano poziom dojrzałości procesowej i projektowej, (2) omówiono związek dojrzałości procesowej i projektowej ze stosowanymi technologiami ICT oraz (3) zinterpretowano wyniki badań w celu sformułowania rekomendacji AC menedżerskich i badawczych.
Contemporary organizations must simultaneously focus on improving operational processes, project management, and the relevance of implemented and utilized technologies. Models assessing the maturity of both process and project management have been successfully employed to evaluate their diligence. However, these models rarely extend their scope to the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) used within organizations. Yet, the technological level of an organization is currently a key element influencing its functionality. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between process and project maturity and the advancement of ICT implementation, using large Polish organizations as a case study. In light of the obtained responses: (1) the levels of process and project maturity were revealed, (2) the connection between process and project maturity with the employed ICT technologies was discussed, and (3) the results were interpreted to provide managerial and research recommendations.

Celem opracowania jest analiza dynamiki rozwoju społeczeństwa informacyjnego w Polsce w latach 2004–2013 oraz ocena pozycji Polski na tle krajów UE w zakresie wykorzystania technologii informacyjno-telekomunikacyjnych w gospodarstwach domowych wśród osób indywidualnych i w przedsiębiorstwach. W badaniach poszukiwano odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy pozycja Polski w aspekcie budowy społeczeństwa informacyjnego zmieniła się znacząco na przestrzeni 10 lat. Przedstawiono najnowsze dane statystyczne dotyczące różnych aspektów społeczeństwa informacyjnego w Unii Europejskiej. Spośród wielu metod analizy wielowymiarowej zastosowano metodę pozycyjną opartą na medianie.
The aim of the study is to analyze the dynamics of development of the information society in Poland in the years 2004–2013, and to rate Poland’s position against the EU in the use of ICT in households, among individuals and enterprises. The study sought to answer the question as to whether the Polish position in terms of building the information society has changed significantly over the past 10 years. The most recent statistics on various aspects of the information society in the European Union were presented. Of the many methods of multivariate analysis, a positional method based on the median was used.

Thanks to development of ICT consumers have been given new tools, which make searching for information and sharing opinions easier. New communication tools have become subject of many publications. Having read them we may come to a conclusion that consumers' role in marketing communication has increased significantly and that consumers are the dominant subject of communication process. The author of this article proves that the above conclusion is false. In fact, the author puts the opposite thesis, which says that advertisers have huge advantage observed in opportunities of common advertisements' individualization, which is done to consumers' unawareness. It doesn't matter if it is a consumer who initiates exchange of information as his/her behaviour was previously carefully monitored and controlled consequently.

In the present article selected telecommunication aspects in the area of crisis management are exposed. In particular, the focus is put on the response phase, since there are new challenges at the junction of organisational and technical layers, incl. interoperability, new functionalities and models. Those aspects have not been exhaustively tested in real situations; thus such issues still require multiple testing, verification and validation. In this article the communication problems are collated with new solutions, such as the use of cloud computing, social media and additional functionalities to increase the security level. The main aim of this article is to introduce challenges, as well as new opportunities provided by the implementation of new Information and Communication Technologies in the area of crisis management.
W artykule opisano wybrane problemy telekomunikacyjne, które identyfikuje się w obszarze zarządzania kryzysowego. Szczególny nacisk położono na fazę reagowania. Na styku warstwy organizacyjnej i technicznej pojawiają się nowe problemy, np. z interoperacyjnością, nowymi funkcjonalnościami technicznymi, które nie zostały jeszcze dostatecznie sprawdzone w praktyce, a to wymaga wielowątkowych badań. Autorzy diagnozują problemy z obszaru łączności, uwzględniając takie zagadnienia, jak: zastosowanie chmury obliczeniowej, wykorzystanie sieci społecznościowych czy implementacji nowych funkcjonalności na podstawie istniejącej infrastruktury telekomunikacyjnej. Głównym celem artykułu jest przedstawienie zarówno wyzwań, jak i szans dla zarządzania kryzysowego, płynących z nowych rozwiązań teleinformatycznych.

The article presents some aspects concerning the application of Information and Computer Technologies in logistics processes. In order to improve management processes the integrated informatics and communication systems, dedicated applications and hardware solutions are used increasingly. The market offers a variety of solutions developed strictly for Transport and Logistics consisting of a multitude modules and applications meeting standard and non-standard requirements of supply chains. Specified solutions are used in warehouses and other types of logistics facilities realizing internal transport. A useful tool for supporting management of warehousing processes in logistics facilities is Warehouse Management System with RFiD technology for information collection and advanced planning. The RFiD is identification technology using radio waves for reading and recording information about products, logistics units or equipment on electronic chip. Construction of RFID systems largely depends on the destination of the system. The special attention is paid to the use of RFID technology to manage transportation system in warehousing facilities. The main features of RFiD technology are discussed.

The paper aims to determine how information and communication technology influences contemporary culture and examines the nature of this relationship. The analysis is based on socio-cultural research combined with socio-metric and humanistic studies, along with an eclectic approach. The author uses qualitative methods, in addition to system analyses, discourse analyses, secondary analysis, and participant observation. Digital and communication technology is changing the nature of interpersonal relations in today’s world, Wassilew says. Social networking sites on the internet make it possible to strengthen old and create new interpersonal ties, and they also contribute to the development of an information society. Technology used in interpersonal communication changes the way in which people look at the world around them. This eventually leads to new lifestyle patterns, in addition to economic, political and cultural changes, Wassilew says. According to the author, the paper’s findings can be used in business, marketing, logistics, organization and management strategies, and in the design of IT and communications systems.

The 2015 refugee crisis – as the mass influx of migrants from the Middle East is commonly dubbed – tested the European Union’s ability to react to large-scale humanitarian emergencies. Drawing from the critical perspective of international relations and such concepts as securitization of migration, the paper aims to analyse the engagement of ICT by EU institutions and individual Member States during the refugee crisis in 2015.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań z zakresu wykorzystania technologii informacyjno- -komunikacyjnych przez studentów I roku pedagogiki Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego w celu pozyski-wania, przetwarzania, przechowywania informacji. Ponadto zapytano studentów, czy wykorzystują technologie informacyjne w procesach komunikowania się ze sobą, z nauczycielami akademicki-mi, czy i w jaki sposób udostępniają sobie pliki oraz do czego ponadto wykorzystują technologie informacyjne.
Article was presents the results of research the use of information and communication technol-ogies by first-year students of pedagogy of the University of Rzeszow in order to obtain, process and store information. In addition, students were asked whether they use information technology in the process of communicating with each other, with academic teachers, and how they share files and how they use information technology.
