Opis:
У раду се прати конституисање књижевности за децу у историјском развитку, да би се потом пажња посветила књижевности за децу и младе као академској дисциплини у Републици Србији. Посебно се апострофира проучавање ове научне области на Учитељском факултету у Београду. Уочава се да ова академска дисциплина има своје место и на основним и на мастер студијама, те да се реализује преко обавезних и изборних предмета и модула. Додатно, мапирају се циљеви, методе изучавања и исходишта. Исто тако, ауторке не заборављају да се баве и статусом књижевности за децу у контексту основне школе, те улози коју има и тенденцијама образовног процеса у Србији. Рад истражује у којој је мери академска дисциплина књижевности за децу и младе блиско испреплетана са проучавањем књижевности за децу као школске дисциплине. Тај синхроницитет је последица потребе да академске студије студенте што боље припреме за школски контекст, али и да понуде увиде и приступе који ће им омогућити синхронијско и дијахронијско сагледавање књижевности за децу и младе.
The paper deals with the constitution of children’s literature in historical perspective, and then focuses on children’s and young adult literature as an academic discipline in the Republic of Serbia. Particular attention is paid to the study of this field as an academic discipline at the Teachers Education Faculty in Belgrade. It is evident that this academic discipline has its place in both bachelor and master studies, and that it is realized through compulsory and elective courses and modules. Additionally, goals, study methods and starting points are mapped. Also, the authors do not forget to deal with the status of this literature filed in the context of primary school curricula, and the role it plays in the tendencies of the educational process in Serbia. The paper explores the extent to which the academic discipline of children’s and young adult literature is closely intertwined with its contents as a school discipline. This synchronicity is a consequence of the need to better prepare students for the academic context, as well as to offer insights and approaches that will allow them to synchronously and diachronically view children’s and young adult literature.

The motif of the Apocalypse passes through all the works of the Samara writer A.K. Goldebaev (Semenov). But if in his early works he did not highlight the end of the world (It seems distant and therefore not so scary to the author), years later he realizes the seriousness of what is happening – death isapproaching. In the story The Young Jackdaw (In the Established Order), published in 1910 in the short story collection Knowledge, the writer starts a conversation about the fallen women. However, this topic is not the leading one, and the female characters are not central ones. In this article, the author attempts to reveal the true meaning of the work through the analysis of the system of male characters.

Introduction and aims: This paper presents the concept of the division of mathematical expressions with natural variable related to the problem of divisibility. The paper shows some proofs of selected problem. The main aim of this paper is to show a few proofs of theorems about divisibility of expressions by using the method of mathematical induction. Material and methods: In this paper have been solved examples from different sources. Considered problems contain: only polynomials, the sum of powers of different bases (and constant as a component), the sum of the products of powers with different bases (and constant as a component), the sum of the powers and polynomials, the sum of the products of powers and polynomials, the sum containing the power of (-1), Fibonacci sequence, the expression containing a power of the power and problems containing power in divider. In the paper has been used the method of mathematical induction. Results: It has been shown 16 proofs of problems by using mathematical induction. In some examples have been used the additional lemmas which complete the main proof. Conclusion: Using some properties of divisibility theorems and the theorem about mathematical induction allow to show proofs which refer to the divisibility by natural number of various mathematical expressions with natural variable n.
Wstęp i cele: W pracy przedstawiono koncepcję podziału wyrażeń matematycznych ze zmienną naturalną odnoszących się do problemu podzielności a także przedstawiono dowody wybranych zadań. Głównym celem pracy jest pokazanie sposobu dowodzenia twierdzeń o podzielności wyrażeń przy zastosowaniu metody indukcji matematycznej. Materiał i metody: W pracy rozwiązano przykłady z różnych źródeł. Rozważono zadania zawierające: tylko wielomiany, sumy potęg o różnych podstawach (i stałą w roli składnika), sumy iloczynów potęg o różnych podstawach (i stałą w roli składnika), sumy potęg i wielomianów, sumy iloczynów potęg i wielomianów, sumy zawierające potęgę (-1), ciąg Fibonacciego, wyrażenia zawierające potęgę potęgi oraz zadania zawierające potęgę w dzielniku. Zastosowano metodę indukcji matematycznej. Wyniki: Przeprowadzono dowody 16 przykładów przy użyciu indukcji matematycznej. W niektórych przykładach zastosowano dodatkowo dowody lematów, które uzupełniają całość dowodu głównego. Wniosek: Korzystanie z pewnych właściwości twierdzeń o podzielności i twierdzenia o indukcji matematycznej pozwala pokazać dowody, które odnoszą się do podzielności przez liczby naturalne różnych wyrażeń matematycznych ze zmienną naturalną.

Introduction: Different pathological processes can deteriorate kidney function and cause ireversible degeneration of its structure; however, an optimal way to inhibit or slow down progression of renal damage is unforunately not available. In the light of promissing data concerning homeodomain-interacting protein kinase 2 (HIPK2) upregulation in damaged kidneys animal model, and increased levels of this protein in patients with various kidney diseases, the influence of rs7456421 and rs 2030712 single nucleotide polimorphisms of HIPK2 gene on chronic kidney disease incidence and progression was studied. Material and methods: In 109 family ‘trios’, consisting of an affected child with CKD (48 females and 61 males, mean age 15.5 ±6.45 years) and both his/her parents, using Transmission Disequilibrium Test allele was used for the transfer of aforementioned SNPs from biological parents to their affected offspring. Results: No statistical significance of allele transfer was found, which means that there were no associations between rs7456421 and rs 2030712 SNPs of HIPK2 gene and the incidence of renal dysfunction. Multiple stepwise regression showed a history of chronic glomerulonephritis (OR=17.3), chronic interstitial nephritis without urinary tract defect (OR=4.4), and CT genotype of rs 2030712 SNP (OR=2.6) as determinant of a more rapid progression of renal dysfunction, in contrast to the protective action of body mass index (OR=0.86). Conclusions: On the basis of TDT results, the influence of rs7456421 and rs 2030712 SNPs of HIPK2 gene on prevalence of chronic kidney disease was not identified. Further studies are needed to ascertain the tight relationships of HIPK2 gene polymorphisms with CKD of different etiologies.

In the current study attention has been focused on the evaluation of different methods of measurement of bacterial adhesion to the metal surfaces with different chemical composition. The direct methods, which included determination of the number of bacterial cells using fluorescence microscopy and Colony Forming Units (CFU) on agar medium, and indirect methods using Alamar Blue (AB) and MTT assays, were evaluated. The chemical compositions of the metal surfaces included: copper, iron, chromium and nickel. Interaction effects of assay and metal compound have been specifically demonstrated in this study. It was found that metal ions reacted with components of the indirect colorimetric tests used in his study (AB and MTT assay). Consequently, those tests gave positive false results. In contrast to the indirect methods, direct counting methods such as microscopy techniques and CFU counting, were successfully applied for evaluation of bacterial adhesion to the metal surfaces. However, considering the limits for the surfaces of the examined samples for microscopy, the determination of the CFU was found to be the best method for testing the adhesion to metal surfaces. The method, combined with the appropriate detachment procedures allowed for a precise determination of the number of bacteria on the entire surface of the evaluated metal samples.

In the recent years, foil bearings have increasingly been used over a wide variety of different high-speed fluid-flow machinery. Since modern bearings of this type are the complex result of an assembly of several interdependent components, both their theoretical description and their modelling is very problematic. This article provides an analysis of the rotor supported by foil bearings conducted on the basis of an in-house developed numerical model. The model takes into account both structural and flow-related parameters, and makes it possible to determine the characteristics of a foil bearing under various operating conditions. The developed model allows analysing the dynamic performance of different foil bearings, taking into account the lubricating medium's properties as well as the geometry and characteristics of structural materials (top foil and bump foil). It gives an opportunity to shape the bearing freely so as to optimise its structure. An example of such an optimisation, which aims to minimise vibration of the rotor, was presented in the article.
Łożyska foliowe są w ostatnich latach coraz częściej stosowane w różnego rodzaju wysokoobrotowych maszynach wirnikowych. Ponieważ współczesne łożyska tego typu stanowią wynik połączenia kilku współzależnych części składowych, zarówno ich opis teoretyczny jak i ich modelowanie nastręcza wielu trudności. W artykule przedstawiono przykład analizy wirnika z łożyskami foliowymi, wykonanej w oparciu o własny model numeryczny. W modelu tym uwzględniono zarówno parametry przepływowe jak i strukturalne, co pozwoliło na wyznaczenie charakterystyk układu w zależności od warunków pracy. Opracowany model pozwala na analizę właściwości różnego typu łożysk foliowych z uwzględnieniem właściwości czynnika smarnego oraz geometrii i charakterystyk materiałów konstrukcyjnych (folii ślizgowej i nośnej). Daje to możliwość dowolnego kształtowania właściwości łożyska oraz optymalizacji. Przykład takiej optymalizacji, której celem była minimalizacja drgań wirnika, został przedstawiony w artykule.

The paper presents the cellular automaton (CA) model for tracking the development of dendritic structure in non-equilibrium solidification conditions of binary alloy. Thermal, diffusion and surface phenomena have been included in the mathematical description of solidification. The methodology for calculating growth velocity of the liquid-solid interface based on solute balance, considering the distribution of the alloy component in the neighborhood of moving interface has been proposed. The influence of solidification front curvature on the equilibrium temperature was determined by applying the Gibbs Thomson approach. Solute and heat transfer equations were solved using the finite difference method assuming periodic boundary conditions and Newton cooling boundary condition at the edges of the system. The solutal field in the calculation domain was obtained separately for solid and liquid phase. Numerical simulations were carried out for the Al-4 wt.% Cu alloy at two cooling rates 15 K/s and 50 K/s. Microstructure images generated on the basis of calculations were compared with actual structures of castings. It was found that the results of the calculations are agreement in qualitative terms with the results of experimental research. The developed model can reproduce many morphological features of the dendritic structure and in particular: generating dendritic front and primary arms, creating, extension and coarsening of secondary branches, interface inhibition, branch fusion, considering the coupled motion and growth interaction of crystals.

Głównym problemem enzymatycznego utleniania związków fenolowych jest tworzenie wolnych rodników, które są traktowano jako główna przyczyna in-aktywacji samobójczej ryrozynazy. Do badań wykorzystano 4 rozpuszczalniki organiczne mieszające się z wodą i na podstawie analizy kinetyki inaktywacji enzymu w obecności różnych stężeń ko-rozpuszczalników stwierdzono, że etanol i dimetyloformamid, w stężeniu 10%, mogą być zastosowane w bio-transformacjach jako potencjalne stabilizatory wolnych rodników.
Four water miscible organic solvents of different concentrations were tested as potential co-solvents for phenolic compounds conversion with tyrosinase. A main problem in biotransformations with tyrosinase is its suicide inac- tivation that can be caused by free radicals formed by the enzyme during reaction. On basis of inactivation kinetics in the presence of co-solvents it was stated that ethanol and dimethylformamide in 10% concentration could be used as potential free radicals stabilizers.
