Opis:
Education is an important element that cannot be neglected or omitted in a conscious and responsible society. This is a prerequisite for thinking about the country’s development in the economic and social spheres. The educational system is subject to frequent changes and turmoil in Poland, which are related to politicians’ decisions. At present, the Polish educational system introduces a significant reform. The purpose of this article is to analyze the responses of the surveyed teachers who participated in the study on the predicted effects of the changes. The publication also contains a number of postulates whose introduction may contribute to a significant improvement of the education system in Poland.

Today, new requirements are imposed on the nature and content of pedagogical activity in the context of the competence orientation of the pedagogical space of a departmental university. in this regard, it should be noted that one of the most important tasks facing the educational institutions of the system of the ministry of internal affairs of russia is the formation of a modern concept of cadets and technologies, designed to provide an effective solution of tasks in the field of professional self-development of cadets in the process of practicalrussian federation.

W niniejszym artykule autor podjął próbę określenia związków polskiego systemu szkolnictwa pożarniczego z określonymi ideologiami edukacyjnymi charakterystycznymi dla ładu społeczno-gospodarczego przed i po 1989r. w Polsce. Zasadnicze rozważania poprzedza analiza zjawiska strategii edukacyjnej rozpatrywanej w aspekcie zmiany systemowej. Puentę artykułu stanowi diagnoza obecnej sytuacji szkolnictwa pożarniczego wsparta wnioskami z rozprawy doktorskiej autora.
In the present paper the author tries to describe the connections between Polish fire education system and various educational ideologies, so characteristic for social and economic situation of Poland before and after 1989 year. The paper begins with the deep analysis of the phenomenon of educational strategy seen in the context of educational system transformation, which is then followed by main study. The article ends with the author’s diagnosis of the present situation of Polish fire education system, supported by conclusions taken from the author’s doctor’s thesis.

Opis:
After the alarming findings of NIK’s audit at ten schools in the Lubuskie Region (none of the audited schools organised classes in compliance with the principles of mental work hygiene, nor provided full safety to students), NIK decided to conduct a wider audit that covered the whole country. It comprised 7,000 out of 19,000 state schools at the primary and middle level. Such a broad scope makes it one of biggest audits in the history of NIK. Unfortunately, the audit confirmed the results of the audit conducted in the Lubuskie Region. The negligence, whose effects frequently posed a threat to the health or even to the life of students, most often were due to basic errors in the management of state schools.

This article applies to educational tasks of local government. The paper presents the growing importance of local government. Especially the long time is showing the biggest changes in educational tasks. Trends in decentralization started with the transformation of the political system. The main purpose of this article is to show areas of changes in the implementation of educational tasks by local authorities. Over the last (about)30 years big changes have made in education. They fit into the process of political transformation and are made primarily in the spirit of the principles of decentralization and subsidiarity. Local government units have taken over most public schools and educational institutions. Surely we can say, that in the current state of the law, local government education is a major segment of the education system. It should be noted, that the educational tasks of local government are also the tasks of the state. It seems, that the major challenges currently facing local government, are a phenomenon of privatization of educational tasks and provide adequate income for their implementation.
Artykuł ukazuje główne zmiany, które zaszły w okresie od lat 90-poprzedniego wieku w procesie realizacji przez samorząd terytorialny oświatowych zadań publicznych. Podkreślono, że wraz z rozwojem samorządu terytorialnego następowało wzmacnianie jego pozycji i stopnia odpowiedzialności za realizację zadań. Tendencje decentralizacyjne zapoczątkowane wraz z transformacja ustrojową nasilają się z czasem. Nakłada się na nie wynikający z zasady subsydiarności (pomocniczości) podział zadań i kompetencji pomiędzy szczeble samorządu jak też pomiędzy samorząd, a administrację rządową. Liczne zmiany organizacyjne i prawne doprowadziły do stosunkowo stabilnego podziału zadań oświatowych. Ostatnie reformy zainicjowane w 2016 roku to kolejny, gruntowny etap zmian. Struktura systemu ulega przebudowie, a koszty reformy w znacznym stopniu ponosi samorząd.

The United States of America (the USA) is one of the leading leaders in economic and political terms in the world. It can be argued that the reason for this is the individual characteristics of American society, namely, such deeply rooted qualities as, self-confidence, perseverance and audacity to discover new things. This may certainly be attributed to the American system of education and its teaching objectives. In this research paper, the author presents the main assumptions of the U.S. education system.

Italian education system and pedagogical thinking have proud traditions. Innovative Italian school system and education aroused and still arouses much interest among Polish educational historians, as numerous books and articles are published. These works provide the knowledge of development of Italian school system and education in all historical periods, however, humanistic education issues and the meaning of Italy’s pedagogical thinking for development of new educational concepts are discussed most frequently. Polish educational historians study Saint John Bosco’s and Maria Montessori’s views on education, providing critical analysis of education reforms introduced during Benito Mussolini’s rule. Being an interesting source of knowledge for Polish readers, Polish academic and popular science works published in the last two centuries give a compelling account of past Italian education system and pedagogical thinking. There is no doubt that Poles’ knowledge about the development of Italian educational ideals was significantly broadened by numerous historical and pedagogical publications. It should be noted that the most prominent Polish historians of education, speaking Italian, knowing archival sources of that country and its rich academic literature, had written about Italy’s education. As a result, their works have a big cognitive value, they show that Poles had not only admired Italian education, but also that they had been able to assess critically foreign pedagogical ideals. The publications also show that in some historical periods the interest in Italian educational system and pedagogical thought was great (during the Renaissance), while in some centuries (19th c.) it was little.
Włoskie szkolnictwo i myśl pedagogiczna posiadają chlubne tradycje. Nowatorstwo oświaty i wychowania w tym kraju budziło i nadal budzi wśród polskich historyków wychowania spore zainteresowanie, czego świadectwem są publikacje książkowe i artykuły. Te prace przekazują wiedzę na temat rozwoju włoskiej oświaty i wychowania we wszystkich epokach historycznych, przy czym najczęściej omawia się w nich problemy edukacyjne okresu humanizmu, znaczenie myśli pedagogicznej kształtującej się na terenie Italii dla rozwoju nowych koncepcji wychowawczych. Polscy historycy wychowania badają poglądy pedagogiczne św. Jana Bosko, Marii Montessori, wyrażają swój krytyczny stosunek do reform szkolnictwa przeprowadzonych w czasach rządów Benito Mussoliniego. Polskie publikacje naukowe i popularnonaukowe powstałe w ostatnich dwóch stuleciach dają ciekawy obraz dawnego włoskiego szkolnictwa i myśli pedagogicznej, stanowią dla polskich czytelników interesujące źródło wiedzy. Nie ulega wątpliwości, że dzięki licznym pracom historyczno-pedagogicznym znacznie została pogłębiona wiedza Polaków o rozwoju włoskich ideałów edukacyjnych. Należy zaznaczyć, że o szkolnictwie w Italii pisali najznakomitsi polscy historycy wychowania, znający język włoski, źródła archiwalne tego kraju oraz bogatą literaturę naukową. W rezultacie ich prace mają dużą wartość poznawczą, pokazują, że Polacy nie tylko zachwycali się włoską oświatą i wychowaniem, ale również potrafili krytycznie ocenić obce idee pedagogiczne. Publikacje pokazują również, że w niektórych okresach historycznych zainteresowanie włoskim szkolnictwem i myślą pedagogiczną było szczególnie duże (czasy renesansu), natomiast w pewnych wiekach (XIX stulecie) to zaciekawienie było niewielkie.

Edukacja jest aktem uczenia się rzeczy wokół nas. Jej celem jest pomoc uczniom w radzeniu sobie z problemami i osiągnięciu równowagi w każdym aspekcie ich życia. Każda istota ludzka ma prawo do nauki, dlatego każde dziecko powinno uczęszczać do szkoły w odpowiednim wieku. Jakość edukacji zależy od zdrowia, środowiska, treści programowych, procesu nauczania i wyników.

The presented paper discusses the changes in the Russian education system that took place in the years 2013–2016, during the presidency of Vladimir Putin. The analysis encompasses all dimensions of changes in the education system: personnel changes (replacement of Dmitri Livanov by Olga Vasil’eva in the position of the RF Minister of Education and Science), formal ones (development of the new: Concept of a new educational – methodological complex for teaching national history), institutional (reform of the Russian Academy of Sciences) and finally also qualitative changes (introduction of new history textbooks). The article attempts to show that the above changes are in fact manifestations of tightening state control over education and its treatment as a vehicle to create the historical policy of the Russian Federation.

The article aims to present the process of creating and organising education in Wierzbnik, now part of Starachowice, from the city’s foundation until 1915, ie the onset of the Austrian occupation and the beginning of the reconstruction of Poland. It discusses the education policy of the Russian authorities, examines the role of teachers in the local community and their social position and shows the impact of education on society and its growing literacy. The research was based on sources from the State Archives in Radom and Kielce.

The article deals with the problem of quality assurance in engineering education which is a necessary prerequisite for keeping engineering education competitive on the international market. General trends in curricular development, harmonization of the structure of engineering education, necessary skills are shown.
W pracy rozpatrzono problemy związane z zapewnieniem konkurencyjności kształcenia inżynierskiego w inżynierii produkcji w warunkach globalizacji nauczania i rynków pracy przy wzrastającej migracji siły roboczej, w szczególności, perspektywy przejścia z nauczania jednostopniowego na system dwustopniowy w Europie. Uwzględniono zasady uznawalności dyplomów inżyniera oraz poruszono sprawę międzynarodowych akredytacji programów nauczania. W pracy przedstawiono różne podejścia dla osiągnięcia konkurencyjności i prestiżu wykształcenia inżynierskiego, na przykładzie różnych krajów. Szczególnego znaczenia w obecnych warunkach nabierają problemy zapewnienia wysokiej jakości nauczania, rozumianego szeroko, dającego wykształcenie inżynierskie na wysokim poziomie i konkurencyjne.Analiza reformy strukturalnej w kształceniu inżynierów, w związku z porozumieniem Bolońskim, pokazuje, że istniejący system z ideą stworzenia ogólnoeuropejskiego systemu nauczania jest zgodny z systemem inżynier/magister. Należy podkreślić, że nauczanie inżynierii rolniczej rozwija się na tle tych tendencji i procesów, które zachodzą w systemie kształcenia wyższego jako całości. Jednakże międzynarodowy charakter specjalności wymaga dużego podobieństwa w strukturze nauczania, tego samego podejścia do programów nauczania, praktyk produkcyjnych.

Learning, which has always been an inherent feature of human life activity, naturally inscribed in human biographies, is today an intriguing phenomenon representatives of various scientific disciplines. They come with the help of educational policy. This article presents the genesis of the idea of learning throughout life, whose beginnings can be discerned in ancient times. The evolution of this idea is the result of social change, new challenges to the man, his knowledge and skills. Today, learning is seen as a requirement for the individual; as a condition of her personal development and success in professional and social life. At the same time politics and the economy put their knowledge and skilled workers hope for economic development and to meet competitive in the global world. The authors point to the need to support the learning processes of individuals and societies, politics, economy, education and science. By pressure on the society should go to activities supporting man in his throughout life learning process. Hence the need, among others, research on learning of adults commitment of budgetary resources to the development of modern institutions of adult education or creating incentives for learning throughout life.
Uczenie się, które zawsze było immanentną cechą ludzkiego życia, aktywnością w sposób naturalny wpisaną w ludzkie biografie, stanowi dziś fenomen intrygujący przedstawicieli różnych dyscyplin naukowych. Przychodzą oni z pomocą polityce oświatowej. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie genezy idei uczenia się przez całe życie, której początków można dopatrzeć się już w czasach starożytnych. Ewolucja tej idei jest wynikiem zmian społecznych, nowych wyzwań wobec człowieka, jego wiedzy i umiejętności. Współcześnie uczenie się jest postrzegane jako wymóg stojący przed każdą jednostką; jako warunek jej osobistego rozwoju i pomyślności w życiu zawodowym i społecznym. Równocześnie polityka i gospodarka pokładają w wiedzy i kwalifikacjach pracobiorców nadzieję na rozwój ekonomiczny i sprostanie konkurencyjności w globalnym świecie. Autorzy wskazują na konieczność wspierania procesów uczenia się jednostek i społeczeństw przez politykę, gospodarkę, instytucje edukacyjne i naukę. Za presją wywieraną na społeczeństwie winny iść działania wspierające człowieka w jego całożyciowym procesie uczenia się. Stąd potrzeba m.in. badań nad uczeniem się ludzi dorosłych, zaangażowania środków budżetowych w rozwój nowoczesnych instytucji edukacji dorosłych czy tworzenia bodźców do uczenia się przez całe życie.

Opis:
W artykule scharakteryzowano system szkolnictwa niemieckiego na podstawie modelu kształcenia fizjoterapeutów. Opisano poszczególne typy szkół, począwszy od szkoły podstawowej, poprzez możliwości, jakie niosą za sobą szkoły ponadpodstawowe – zawodowe, a także uczelnie wyższe. Został poruszony problem dostępności i klarowności systemu edukacyjnego w Niemczech. Na podstawie danych niemieckiego urzędu statystycznego dokonano analizy zaangażowa-nia społeczeństwa w proces nauki w kontekście uzyskanego wykształcenia.
This article deals with the German education system and especially with the education of physiotherapists. Various school types are described starting with elementary school and going on to post-primary schools – vocational schools as well as higher education institutions. The problem of accessibility and clarity of the education system in Germany was raised; all people are requested to get involved with extensive learning. Based on the data of the German statistical office, the analysis of public involvement in the learning process in the context of the obtained education was made.
