    Celem artykułu jest analiza i ocena roli cech charakterystycznych, wyróżników i wyznaczników w klasyfikacji krajobrazu. Sprecyzowano znaczenie w/w terminów. Określono rolę wyróżników i wyznaczników w badaniach krajobrazu, a w szczególności w klasyfikacji i jego ocenie. Uzasadniono potrzebę wprowadzenia wyróżników i wyznaczników do badań krajobrazu, jako kategorii klasyfikacyjnych krajobrazów. Na koniec zwrócono uwagę na znaczenie naukowe i praktyczne zagadnień zaprezentowanych w publikacji.
    The purpose of this article is to analyze and evaluate the role of characteristic features, discriminants and landscape determinants in classification. The meaning of above-mentioned terms was also specified. Defined the role of discriminants and determinants in the research landscape, particularly in the classification and assessment. It was justified by the need to introduce discriminants and determinants to study the landscape, as a category classification landscapes. Finally discussed was the importance of scientific and practical meaning of issues presented in the publication.

    Konstytucja Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej z dnia 2 kwietnia 1997 r. stanowi wyznacznik wolności prasy i wypowiedzi, które są zagwarantowane przede wszystkim przez art. 14 i 54 Konstytucji. Wolność prasy jest gwarantem realizacji wolności wypowiedzi, czyli wyrażania swoich poglądów, a także pozyskiwania i rozpowszechniania informacji. Ponadto dodatkową gwarancję wskazanych wartości zapewnia treść art. 8 Konstytucji RP, który stanowi, iż przepisy ustawy zasadniczej są stosowane bezpośrednio, co daje możliwość zainteresowanym poszukiwania ewentualnej ochrony bez pośrednictwa norm ustawowych. Ochronie prawnej zgodnie z przepisami Konstytucji RP podlegają tylko te zachowania jednostki, które nie naruszają wolności i praw innych osób. Oczywiście regulacja ta nie ma charakteru bezwzględnego, ponieważ prawodawca dopuszcza możliwość wprowadzenia ograniczeń praw i wolności gwarantowanych konstytucyjnie, jednak nie mogą one naruszać ich istoty (art. 31 ust. 3 Konstytucji RP). Podstawy uzasadniające wprowadzenie ograniczeń we wskazanym zakresie wyznaczone są również regulacjami prawa międzynarodowego, które zostały ratyfikowane przez RP.
    /e Polish Constitution of 2 April 1997. is a measure of freedom of the press and expression, which are guaranteed primarily by Article 14 and 54 of the Constitution. Freedom of the press is the guarantor of the implementation of freedom of speech, or of expressing their views, as well as the acquisition and dissemination of information. Furthermore, an additional guarantee of the indicated value provides the text of Article 8 of the Constitution, which states that the provisions of the Constitution are directly applicable, which gives you interested, the search for possible protection without the mediation of statutory norms. Legal protection under the provisions of the Constitution applies only to individual behavior that does not violate the rights and freedoms of others. Of course, this regulation is not absolute, because the legislature allows the possibility of introducing restrictions on the rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution, but they can not violate their nature (Article 31. 3 of the Constitution). Grounds justifying restrictions in the indicated range are also designated regulations of international law that have been ratified by the RP.

    Uogólniona wariancja, czyli wyznacznik macierzy kowariancji jest skalarną miarą rozrzutu rozkładów wielowymiarowych. Dokładny rozkład uogólnionej wariancji znany jest tylko dla wektorów losowych o wielowymiarowym rozkładzie normalnym. Dla wektorów losowych o dużych wymiarach przyjmuje on skomplikowaną postać, co stanowi utrudnienie w zastosowaniach praktycznych. W pracy przedstawiono tzw. G-estymator logarytmu uogólnionej wariancji otrzymany na podstawie twierdzeń granicznych dla wyznaczników losowych i jego własności na przykładach symulacyjnych dla kilku wybranych rozkładów wielowymiarowych.
    Generalized variance i.e. the determinant of the covariance matrix is a scalar measure of multivariate distribution dispersion. The exact distribution of the generalized variance is known only for multivariate normal vectors. For random vectors in high dimensional spaces it has a complicated formula very troublesome to apply. An estimator of the logarithm of generalized variance derived with the help of limit theorems for random determinants was presented as well as its properties in examples of chosen simulation multivariate distributions.

    Opis:
    The primary purpose of the research is to examine and validate determinants of user intention to use AutoCAD software, utilising the constructs from prior studies in a more integrated model. The paper proposes a revised Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) for measuring the adoption of AutoCAD. In the study, a latent construct PPA (perceived physical accessibility) was added to the proposed research model as a new determinant of AutoCAD adoption. An online survey of AutoCAD users was conducted to collect data. This data was empirically used to test the proposed research model. The Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) technique was used to evaluate the causal model, and the confirmatory factor analysis was performed to examine the reliability and validity of the measurement model. The study results show that user behavioural intention to use AutoCAD is significantly affected by three determinants: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived physical accessibility of the software. This finding contributes to an expanded understanding of the factors that promote acceptance of AutoCAD software. Moreover, the main contribution of this study is to verify the impact of the added PPA variable on the behavioural intention to use and the actual use of AutoCAD, and also to create measurement scales for this new latent variable in TAM.

    We investigate the third Hankel determinant problem for some starlike functions in the open unit disc, that are related to shell-like curves and connected with Fibonacci numbers. For this, firstly, we prove a conjecture, posed in [17], for sharp upper bound of second Hankel determinant. In the sequel, we obtain another sharp coefficient bound which we apply in solving the problem of the third Hankel determinant for these functions.

    Projektowanie i realizacja oczyszczalni ścieków należą do najbardziej skomplikowanych procesów inwestycyjnych. Na równie wysokim poziomie muszą pozostawać procesy mechanicznego, biologicznego oraz chemicznego oczyszczania ścieków, wyposażenie technologiczne oraz procesy budowlane, zapewniające trwałość konstrukcji prawie wyłącznie betonowej przy agresywnych oddziaływaniach wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych. Na procesy te nakładają się ogólne warunki ochrony środowiska wynikające z przepisów krajowych i międzynarodowych. Przepisy te okresowo się zmieniają, stąd zarówno projektanci, jak i wykonawcy nie w pełni się do nich stosują, co obniża spodziewaną funkcję użyteczności obiektu.
    The design and implementation of wastewater treatment plants are among the most complex investment processes. At an equally high level, mechanical, biological and chemical wastewater treatment processes, technological equipment and construction processes must be maintained, ensuring the durability of almost exclusively concrete structures with aggressive internal and external impacts. These processes overlap with the general environmental protection conditions resulting from national and international regulations. These regulations change periodically, hence both designers and contractors do not fully apply to them, which ultimately reduces the expected utility functions of the object.

    The relation between extremal values of the error and the coefficients of its differential equations is one of the central problems of control systems in chemical industry, because extremal values of the error sometimes cause serious damages to the environment or to the system itself. Analytical formulae for the determination of these values are known only for the second-order systems. In this paper a method which permits to determine extremal values of the error in higher-order systems is proposed.
