Thus, the supply system means: effective transport processes synchronized with goods and documents flow, which cater for flexibility and complexity of services.     The paper deal with devoting the problem of reliability prediction and modeling the functioning process of information and control systems (ICS), which are described by the Markov random process. The methodology of the study consist in considering ICS as Markov systems. Modeling the functioning process of information and control systems will increase authenticity and reliability of information from the ICS, as well as improve the efficiency of its work. As an example, the mathematical model of the functioning the computer system of the dispatch service is constructed in the paper. Mathematical modeling was conducted in the environment of MathCad. Mathematical modeling allows determining the average number of steps before system moves into the absorbing state. Taking into account the length of stay the system in each condition allows determining the average life of the system until the full failure. The development of model and technology for calculating the characteristics of stochastic systems allows investigating a wide class of such systems and determining optimal maintenance operation term in order to ensure reliability and reduce the waste on downtime.

    Artykuł zawiera opis metodologii i ilustracje metod oceny stanów zrównoważoności i identyfikacji zjawisk oraz okresów anomalnej dynamiki kryzysowej na podstawie historyczno-systemologicznej (HS-) analizy normalizowanych wskaźników rozwoju wszystkich mod (rodzajów) transportu w wielkich społeczno-terytorialnych systemach (STS), na przykładach sektorów transportu USA, Unii Europejskiej (UE-28) i Federacji Rosyjskiej. Analiza jest prowadzona w kontekstach strukturalnym i funkcjonalnym z kompleksową oceną zbieżności i jest oparta na semantycznym modelowaniu.
    The article presents the description of methodology and examples of case studies methods used for sustain states estimations and identification of abnormal crises dynamics. Methods are based on historical-systematic (HS-) analysis of autonormalized indexes of all modes of sectors of transportation progress (state changing) at the large social-territorial systems (STS) such as USA, European Union (EU-28) and Russian Federation. Analysis is carried out in structural and functional context and provides the complex evaluations of processes convergence (synergy).

    Modern technologies provide the optimization, the management, and the automation of the port operation and the logistics processes, hence they create an effective advance which strengthens the port's position among the maritime communities. If it is not enough, they also improve the integration of governing bodies to standardize and harmonize the reporting formalities. Ports have been especially challenged during the COVID - 19 pandemic. The port enterprises, which had dynamically introduced innovative solutions, have maintained their position on the market. This means that innovation is the only way to maintain a high position in the international economy. The aim of the study is to present a review of port technologies, which is based on literature. The article was written in accordance with the method of literature analysis.

    The aim of the study presented in this paper is to analyze and evaluate the functioning of the internal transport and warehousing systems, in particular the flows of information in an enterprise and disturbances occurring during their implementation. The method of process mapping was used in order to conduct the study. The paper identifies the main entities (departments) active in the performance of the processes. The paper also presents the map of information flow processes and the dependencies occurring within it and discusses the information flow process map, as well. The solutions for identified problems during map processing were proposed.
    Celem przedstawionych w artykule badań jest analiza i ocena funkcjonowania systemów transportów wewnętrznego i magazynowego, a w szczególności realizowanych przepływów informacyjnych zachodzących w przedsiębiorstwie, jak również zakłóceń, które występują w trakcie ich realizacji. Do przeprowadzenia badań wykorzystano metodę mapowania procesów. W artykule zidentyfikowano główne podmioty (działy) występujące w realizacji procesów. W artykule przedstawiono również mapę procesu przepływów informacyjnych i występujące w niej zależności. Omówiono zaprezentowaną mapę procesu przepływów informacyjnych omówiono. Zaproponowano rozwiązanie procesów problemów zidentyfikowanych w trakcie mapowania.

    Jedną ze znamiennych cech rozwoju społeczeństwa, zwłaszcza europejskiego, jest ruchliwość przestrzenna. Zjawisko określane jako migracja człowieka uwarunkowane jest zazwyczaj poszukiwaniem lepszego, często bezpieczniejszego miejsca dla siebie i bliskich. Migracja, szczególnie współcześnie, w wielu przypadkach przybrała charakter nielegalny, niezgodny z prawem międzynarodowym i krajowym. Nielegalna forma migracji człowieka uwarunkowana jest rysującą się od lat dysproporcją pomiędzy krajami pochodzenia migrantów a krajami stanowiącymi cel ich wędrówki. Artykuł przedstawia zarówno przyczyny, jak i uwarunkowania nielegalnej migracji, które są ze sobą ściśle powiązane. Zasadniczym elementem określającym zjawisko nielegalnej imigracji, przedstawionym w artykule, jest powiązanie tego rodzaju migracji człowieka z jedną z form przestępczości, która występuje wszędzie tam, gdzie ustanowiono granice. Analizując istotę problemu nielegalnej migracji, autor przedstawia metody badawcze, prowadzone działania i wysiłki zmierzające do  oszacowania skali i dynamiki  tego zjawiska w bezpośrednim powiązaniu z instytucjonalnym systemem kontroli i koniecznością zwalczania nielegalnej imigracji.
    One of the distinctive features of the society development, mainly European society, is a spatial mobility. the phenomenon known as human migration is usually connected with the search for better, more often safer place for ourselves and our relatives. Migration, especially nowadays, in many cases is illegal and contrary to international and national law. the illegal form of migration of a human being is conditioned by disproportion between the migrants' origin countries and their target countries. the article presents both the causes and conditions of illegal migration, which are strictly linked. A crucial element in defining the phenomenon of illegal immigration presented in the article is to connect this human migration as one of the form of crime that occurs wherever there are borders. Finding the root of illegal migration, the author presents separate research methods, moreover, tries to estimate the scale and presents direct relation between control system and elimination of this phenomenon.

    In the article the problem of optimization of the exploitation processes in transportation companies is presented. It analyzes the processes of operation modes and shows the important problems to be solved. The result of this analysis is division the exploitation process to particular processes, that gives more important problems exacting solutions. Optimization methods have been analyzed to improve the efficiency of transport processes. Computer techniques have been discussed in the maintenance of the means of transport.

    The considerations contained in the article concern the modeling of transport system activities aimed at optimally distributing the flow of cargo in the transport network, while increasing the efficiency of disposing of vehicles for transport purposes. The article presents the methods of designing the organization of the transport process and the analysis of the transport system using the Petri network.

    Paper presents an experiment using a specialized tool - traffic simulator. The results of computer analysis of traffic have been presented as a very quick, easy and cheap method as base of making complex decisions in the process of organizing traffic. For example, motion simulation for the planned reduction in traffic, resolved the dilemma at the local level, the theoretical analysis at this level is difficult for obvious reasons.

    By analysing the processes of clusterization and networking, attention is drawn to the necessity of integration of railway transport into the intermodal or multimodal transport chain. One of the most widespread methods of combined transport is interoperability of railway and road transport. The objective is to create an uninterrupted transport chain in combining several modes of transport. The aim of this is to save energy resources, to form an effective, competitive, attractive to the client and safe and environmentally friendly transport system (Vasiliauskas, 2004). Under the modern conditions of globalization and integration into the European Union, the processes of networking are becoming increasingly more important, as perspective processes and the ones meeting the modern trends of development in various areas. In the context of intensive changes in the life of the society and business development processes, networking processes inevitably make influence on intermodal transportation. Therefore, the processes of clusterization, networking and integration have a significant impact on international economic area, including the development of a single social, scientific and technological advance, information and transport system.

    W artykule omówiona została obecna sytuacja rynkowa sektora usług transportowych w Polsce, a także określono aktualną pozycję przedsiębiorstw, wykonujących usługi w obrębie rynku TSL. Ponadto przedstawiono także zmiany, jakie dokonano w obrębie transportu i infrastruktury po przystąpieniu Polski do Unii Europejskiej. Głównym celem było omówienie sposobów zarządzania procesami logistycznymi w przedsiębiorstwach transportowych na przykładzie wybranego przedsiębiorstwa z branży transportowej. Do badania wykorzystano prężnie działające przedsiębiorstwo świadczące usługi w zakresie TSL (Transport Spedycja Logistyka) na rynku polskim jak i międzynarodowym.
    The article discussed the current market situation transport sector in Poland, and also set the current position of the companies providing services within the TSL market. In addition, also it presented the changes that have been made within the transport and infrastructure after the Polish accession to the European Union. The main purpose was to discuss ways to manage logistics processes in transport enterprises on the example of the enterprise in the transport sector. The study used thriving company providing services in the field of TSL (Transport Forwarding Logistics) on the Polish market and internationally.

    Dynamiczny rozwój infrastruktury komunikacji miejskiej obejmującej linie autobusowe, trolejbusowe, tramwajowe, linie metra, kolei podmiejskiej, itp. składające się na tzw. Multimodalne Sieci Transportowe (MST) rodzi wiele nowych problemów. Wśród ważniejszych z nich warto wymienić problemy planowania obsługi ruchu pasażerskiego w sytuacjach związanych z awariami elementów infrastruktury, wypadkami losowymi czy też z obsługą imprez masowych. Wiadomo, że istnienie rozwiązań dopuszczalnych gwarantujących zakładaną przepustowość infrastruktury warunkuje tzw. odporność MST na ww. zakłócenia. W tym kontekście, niniejsza praca przedstawia pewien deterministyczny model multimodalnej sieci transportowej złożonej z połączonych stacjami przesiadkowymi, linii komunikacji miejskiej. Składające się na sieć, pracujące w zamkniętych cyklach, linie komunikacji miejskiej pozwalają obsłuchiwać ruch pasażerski na wybranych kierunkach np. północ-południe. Obsługiwane strumienie pasażerów modelowane są jako tzw. multimodalne procesy transportowe. Wprowadzone miary odporności MST, umożliwiające ocenę rozważanych wariantów infrastruktury, pozwalają na wyznaczenie warunków spełnienie, których gwarantuje dopuszczalną jakość obsługi ruchu pasażerskiego. Umożliwiają, zatem zarówno planowanie obsługi pasażerów na wybranych trasach, jak i kształtowanie struktury rozbudowywanej i/lub modernizowanej sieci komunikacji miejskiej.
    This paper describes a declarative approach to modeling a multimodal transportation network (MTN) composed of multiple connecting transport modes, such as bus, tram, light rail, subway and commuter rail, where within each mode, service is provided on separate lines or routes. The considered model of a network of multimodal transportation processes (MTPN) provides a framework to address the needs for transportation networks robustness while taking into account their capacity and demand requirements. Therefore the work focuses on evaluation of the network robustness allowing distinguished multimodal processes to continue in order to accomplish trips following an assumed set of multimodal chains connecting transport modes between origins and destinations. Consequently, a solution to the problem of prototyping robust transits on a given multimodal network is implemented and tested. The conditions that guarantee the network robustness, taking into account disruptions of supply and demand as well as operational control, are provided. The aim of investigations is to provide a tool for evaluating the robustness of a network of multimodal transportation processes as well as different travel modes through a transportation network.
