Opis:
Concepts of systems theory imply possibility of using universal theoretical framework for the different safety concepts. Systems theory can be one of the paradigms in organizing the discourse on security, which combines an interdisciplinary exploration of representatives of different disciplines. Development model of social security implies that the organizational structure of the form elements that minimize the social risks (defenses). The satisfaction of social needs and opportunities of life chances (quality of life) may be the measure of system security evaluation. Social security model assumes that the social system affect different types of threats. A systemic approach reflects the various theories and methodological approaches.

The narration in the music video to Celine Dion’s song All By Myself is a linearly organised construct or composition equipped with features of logicality, which organises specific linguistic or image-based material. It constructs a fiction based on the principles of dramatism. If one assumes that a music video can be analysed as a system which produces meaning, then the production occurs mainly within two dimensions. Firstly, as fiction, and secondly, as narration. The sequential editing adds significance to the entire film. The specific connection points of individual scenes influence the interpretation of the images by viewers – they extract the significance of a portion of the music video. Surely this phenomenon could be defined as a production of sense.
Narracja w teledysku Celine Dion All by myself jest linearnie ułożoną, wyposażoną w cechy logiczności konstrukcją, kompozycją, porządkującą określony materiał językowy czy obrazowy. Buduje ona fabularną fikcję opartą o zasady dramatyzowania. Jeżeli przyjmiemy, iż teledysk może być analizowany jako system produkujący sens, to produkcja ta zachodzi głównie w dwóch wymiarach. Po pierwsze jako fikcja, a po drugie jako narracja. Montaż sekwencyjny nadaje znaczenie całości filmu. Określone miejsce połączenia scen wpływa na interpretację obrazu przez widza – jest wyłonieniem znaczenia części teledysku. Z pewnością można to zjawisko określić jako produkcję sensu.

Ever since its beginnings, landscape ecology has been developing in two different directions: the bioecological and the geoecological. While the bioecological approach is focused on the relationship between organisms and their abiotic environment, the geoecological approach is based on the relationship between human society and its, primarily abiotic, environment. Therefore, the geoecological approach can be applied in planning human use of the environment in a long term sustainable manner, while the bioecological approach could represent the basis for the planning of conservational and environmental usage. The merging of these two approaches will result in a comprehensive and more holistic landscape ecology, which will thus gain the potential for coordinating interdisciplinary landscape research and a more prominent role in contributing to spatial planning. The merge will also enhance attempts to create a general theory of landscape systems.

Cel opracowania to proba egzemplifikacji pedeutologii w ujęciu systemologicznym na drodze od technologiczno-schematycznych ujęć do podejść humanistycznych przez nieszablonowość, kreatywność, tworczość. Za obszar poznania służą więc materiały z obu subdyscyplin – pedeutologii i metodologii nauk. W obu obszarach ważkie są dane dwoistego pochodzenia – z piśmiennictwa społeczno-humanistycznego najwybitniejszych autorów i z, konfrontowanego z pierwszym dorobku autorskiego i najbliższego grona współpracowników z ostatniego 35-lecia naszych prac studyjnych i badawczych. W pracach tych wykorzystywano najczęściej metodę studium przypadku, do każdej z prac dobrano według kryterium podmiotowego i przedmiotowego oraz przeprowadzono badania empiryczne. Wyniki i zawartość opracowania: Wstęp: cele i metodyka badań 1. Od nauki o systemach przez metodologię nauk do metodologii pedagogiki 2. Pedagogika systemologiczna 3. This paper is an attempt to perceive pedeutology in systemological perspective on the way from technology and schematic models to humanistic approaches, through non-pattern acting and creativity. Materials from both sub-disciplines – pedeutology and methodology of sciences – serve here as a sphere of cognition. In both of them, important data of double provenance can be found: first, in outstanding authors’ social and humanistic writings; secondly, in (after being confronted with the previous ones) the author of this article’s and the closest circle of her colleagues’ scientific writings gained from the last 35 years of collective study and research investigations. In those studies, the case study method was used most frequently; for each study, adequate subject- and object-matter literature was selected, and empirical research conducted. The results and contents of this paper are most briefly shown through the following theses: Introduction: aims and research methodology 1. From the science about systems, through the methodology of science, to the methodology of pedagogy 2. Systemological pedagogy 3. Systemological inspirations in pedeutology Conclusion: systemological pedeutology on its way from schematic acting to creativity.

Desde que Les cadres sociaux de la mémoire de Halbwachs en 1925 postulou a construción social da memoria colectiva, as Ciencias Sociais non desatenderon os estudos sobre a memoria, xa fose enfocando o seu carácter normativo ou a súa relación coa historia. Hoxe, esta asúmese como un mecanismo de reconstrución e resignificación dos elementos presentes ou incorporábeis ao imaxinario social por intereses diversos. Observando a produción poética galega da década dos 90 (e non só), percíbese a reiteración de certos elementos ligados á historia e á construción da memoria nacional, entre os que podemos atopar desde mencións ao imaxinario atlantista ou medieval, até interdiscursividade e intertextualidade coa literatura popular ou reescrituras da historia literaria. Ao sermos conscientes da ligazón destes marcos coa fabricación das identidades nacionais, e sen deixar de considerar o sistema galego como un sistema se non emerxente, si en loita pola súa definición e contraste, é pertinente cuestionar se certas escollas na produción poética constituíron unha norma de repertorio na altura dos 90. Reformulada por Torres Feijó (2004), esta noción de Itamar Even-Zohar designa aqueles elementos que non delimitan sistemas, pero son promovidos por dotaren de maior xenuinidade os produtos propios dunha comunidade. Nun sistema no que a historiografía e a historia literaria se alicerzaron retroalimentándose, no que a relación entre construción da identidade e construción dun sistema literario propio é decisiva, faise máis nutricia esta revisión.

W artykule omówiono podstawowe zagrożenia o charakterze ekonomicznym dla stabilności wewnętrznej państwa z uwzględnieniem ich wpływu na całokształt bezpieczeństwa narodowego RP. W niniejszej publikacji uznano, iż zagrożenia o charakterze ekonomicznym mają istotny wpływ na bezpieczeństwo i stabilność państwa. W artykule przyjęto bowiem hipotezę, iż Polska nie zachowa swej wewnętrznej stabilności jeśli nie będzie się rozwijała w sferze gospodarczej. Takie ujmowanie bezpieczeństwa przez pryzmat sytuacji gospodarczej wynika z systemowej filozofii i teorii bezpieczeństwa akceptowanej w artykule. Nawiązując do filozofii i teorii systemów w pracy przyjęto założenie, iż niekorzystny stan krajowej gospodarki będzie (za pomocą sprzężeń zwrotnych) negatywnie przekładał się na inne – powiązane ze sobą systemowo – obszary tworzące całościowy system bezpieczeństwa narodowego. Natomiast dobry stan gospodarki (na analogicznej zasadzie) wzmocni pozostałe obszary bezpieczeństwa narodowego, pozytywnie kształtując stan bezpieczeństwa. Podsystem ekonomiczny państwa stanowi bowiem niezbędną, materialną podstawę dla utrzymania i prawidłowego funkcjonowania różnych sektorów (podsystemów) bezpieczeństwa kraju.
The article discussed basic threats of economic nature to internal stability of the state, taking their influence on the whole of national security of the Republic of Poland into consideration. In the publication, it was assumed that economic threats have a considerable influence on security and stability of the state. A hypothesis related to that assumption was that Poland cannot maintain its internal stability unless it develops in the economic sphere. This kind of perception of security through the economic situation results from a systemic philosophy and theory of security accepted in the article. In connection to philosophy and theory of systems, it was assumed that an unfavourable state of domestic economy will (by means of feedbacks) negatively translate into other domains, connected within one system and creating the whole system of national security. Similarly, a good state of economy will strengthen other domains of national security, shaping a security status positively. The economic subsystem of the state constitutes an essential, material basis for maintaining and proper functioning of different sectors (subsystems) of state’s security.

Celem artykułu jest ukazanie dotychczasowego dorobku w zakresie konstruktywistycznej pracy socjalnej z rodziną, a także zaprezentowanie nowej perspektywy wykorzystania myśli konstruktywistycznej w tym obszarze. Podejście konstruktywistyczne, którego ślady możemy odnaleźć w teorii sił społecznych Heleny Radlińskiej, szczególnie rozwijane było w latach 70. XX w. Wciąż jednak pozostaje koncepcją, która silnie wpływa na proces pomagania rodzinie. Liczne metody pracy z rodziną zorientowane konstruktywistycznie rozwijane były w Europie i Stanach Zjednoczonych; inspirowały również polską pracę socjalną. Najbardziej rozpowszechnionym w Polsce podejściem sięgającym do myśli konstruktywistycznej jest podejście skoncentrowane na rozwiązaniach. Ponadto w szerokim wachlarzu tych koncepcji można wyróżnić: konstruktywną pracę socjalną Nigela Partona oraz Patricka O’Byrne’a, pracę socjalną opartą na zasobach Ann Weick, Charlesa Rappa, Patricka W. Sullivana, Waltera Kisthardta, Dennisa Saleebeya, koncepcję pozytywnej praktyki Gary’ego Claptona oraz modele pracy oparte na zasobach (KGR, VIT). Rzadziej badacze i badaczki pracy socjalnej sięgają do stanowisk mieszczących się w nurcie konstruktywizmu systemowego (operacyjnego) Niklasa Luhmanna. Podjęta w artykule analiza ma na celu ukazanie sposobów (re)definiowania procesu pomagania, a także roli podmiotów zaangażowanych w ten proces w kontekście myśli Heinza von Foerstera oraz Niklasa Luhmanna.
This paper explores the issues of current achievements in the field of the constructivist social work with the family, as well as presents a new perspective on the use of constructivist thought in this area. The constructivist approach was particularly developed in the 1970s. Still, it remains a concept that strongly influences the process of helping the family. Numerous constructivist-oriented methods of working with the family were developed in Europe and the United States; they also inspired Polish social work. The solution-centered approach is the most widespread approach to the constructivist school of thought in Poland. In addition, among a wide range of these concepts we can distinguish: constructive social work by Nigel Parton and Patrick O'Byrne, strengths-based social work by Ann Weick, Charles Rapp, Patrick W. Sullivan, Walter Kisthardt, Dennis Saleebey, the concept of positive practice by Gary Clapton and strengths-based work models (FGC, VIT). Researchers of social work less frequently refer to positions that fall within the current of systemic (operational) constructivism by Niklas Luhmann. The analysis undertaken in the article aims to show the ways of (re) defining the helping process, as well as the role of partners involved in this process in the theories of Heinz von Foerster and Niklas Luhmann.

The use of a principal ideal domain structure for the analysis and design of multidimensional systems is discussed. As a first step it is shown that a lattice structure can be introduced for IO-relations generated by polynomial matrices in a signal space X (an Abelian group). It is assumed that the matrices take values in a polynomial ring F[p] where F is a field such that F[p] is a commutative subring of the ring of endomorphisms of X. After that it is analysed when a given F[p] acting on X can be extended to its field of fractions F(p). The conditions on the pair (F[p],X) are quite restrictive, i.e. each non-zero a(p)\in F[p] has to be an automorphism on X before the extension is possible. However, when this condition is met, say for operators { p1,p2,..., pn-1}, a polynomial ring F[p1,p2,...,pn] acting on X can be extended to F(p1,p2,..., pn-1)[pn], resulting in a principal ideal domain structure. Hence in this case all the rigorous principles of `ordinary' polynomial systems theory for the analysis and design of systems is applicable. As an example, both an observer for estimating non-measurable outputs and a stabilizing controller for a distributed parameter system are designed.

This article provides a theoretical conceptualization of the role of public relations in society based on the “organic theory” of public relations and on Luhmann’s systems theory as well as on the concept of trust. In a postmodern, hypercomplex society, we claim that the main role of public relations is to strengthen system interactions through the creation of trust among systems. To enhance, maintain and ensure trust, public relations practitioners must think, not only strategically, but “metastrategically,” beginning with a normative theory of society that is built on the foundation of existing social theory, e.g. Luhmann, but also on contemporary social theory that must be built within a framework of communication technology.
