Introduction: The secretion of hydrolytic enzymes is a factor facilitating pathogenic fungi invasion into the tissues. Purpose: To assess hydrolytic activity and biotypes of Candida strains isolated from samples collected from the surfaces of mobile phones and the hands of their owners. Materials and methods: The study included 175 mobile telephones and hands. The API ZYM test was used to assess enzymatic activity; biotyping was performed according to Williamson’s classification. Results: Among the strains isolated from hand surfaces, the highest activity was shown for C. albicans (acid phosphatase, esterase), C. glabrata (leucine arylamidase, acid phosphatase, esterase), and C. krusei (acid phosphatase). Of the strains isolated from phone surfaces, the highest activity was shown for C. albicans (leucine arylamidase, acid phosphatase), C. glabrata (esterase, leucine arylamidase, esterase lipase), and C. krusei (acid phosphatase). Biotypes G, B and F were dominant for all types of fungi, both for strains isolated from phones and hand surfaces. Additionally, biotype A was dominant for C. krusei. Conclusions: C. albicans, C. glabrata, and C. krusei showed activity for all hydrolytic enzymes. The strongest correlation between the hydrolytic activity of fungi isolated from hand and phone surfaces was shown for C. albicans.

In this paper we shall show applications of the Fibonacci numbers in edge-coloured trees. In particular we determine the successive extremal graphs in the class of trees with respect to the number of (A, 2B)-edge colourings. W pracy zaprezentowano oprogramowanie TELESOUND, które powstało na potrzeby ćwiczenia pt. „Właściwości źródeł informacji” realizowanego w ramach laboratorium „Podstaw telekomunikacji”. W trakcie tego ćwiczenia studenci zapoznają się z podstawowymi pojęciami i mechanizmami funkcjonowania systemów telekomunikacyjnych przekazujących wiadomości na odległość poprzez kanał przestrzenny. Na przykładzie telegrafii i telefonii, studenci praktycznie poznają właściwości wiadomości generowanych przez źródło oraz cechy reprezentujących je sygnałów zapewniające skuteczne przesłanie przez kanał nadawanych wiadomości.
The paper presents software tool TELESOUND, which has been developed for the laboratory exercise „Information sources properties” from the course „Fundamentals of Communications”. The goal of this exercise is to present students with fundamental terms and functions of communications systems exchanging messages through a spatial channel. On the basis of telegraph and telephone system models students in practice gain understanding of relationships between properties of messages generated by the information source and the signal properties required for successful reception of the transmitted messages on the other side of the channel.

W artykule przedstawiam wyniki badania metodologicznego, jakie przeprowadziłem wśród ankieterów telefonicznych współpracujących z czołowymi polskimi agencjami badawczymi. W projekcie starałem się ustalić, jak bardzo różne czynności wykonywane w studiu CATI są dla ankieterów stresujące. Ponadto, zależało mi na identyfikacji strategii, jakie stosują ankieterzy, gdy napotykają na kłopotliwych respondentów. Wyniki badania pokazują, że stresujące dla ankieterów są dwa rodzaje zadań: czynności związane z ryzykiem przerwania wywiadu przez respondenta oraz czynności powodujące poznawcze obciążenie ankietera. Strategie wdrażane przez ankieterów w trakcie rozmowy z trudnym respondentem zależą od rodzaju kłopotliwej sytuacji. W przypadku, gdy respondent ma trudności ze zrozumieniem pytań, większość ankieterów destandaryzuje przebieg wywiadu, upraszczając słownictwo i składnię. Reakcje ankieterów w innych sytuacjach (respondenci niechętni, zirytowani, cechujący się dużą aktywnością uboczną) są bardziej skomplikowane i zależą od szeregu czynników
The results show that there are two types of duties causing stress to the interviewers: activities that may lead to an interview break-off and activities that cause cognitive difficulties to the interviewers. Methods adopted by the interviewers in dealing with problem respondents seem to be dependent on the type of troublesome situation. In instances when respondents experience difficulty in understanding the questions, most interviewers destandardize the interview protocol and simplify the vocabulary and syntax. Interviewers’ reactions and strategies in other situations (i.e. reluctant, irritated and talkative respondents) are more complicated and are thus determined by many factors

Opis:
This article addresses cross-border cooperation between Polish law enforcement authorities and those of other European Union Member States in obtaining electronic evidence in criminal matters. It discusses provisions such as Article 589g § 1, Article 589l § 1, Article 589w § 4, and Article 589ze § 10 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CCP), focusing on defining electronic evidence. Currently, there are no legal definitions for these terms. The article posits that the existing definitions of electronic evidence are imprecise and lead to interpretational doubts. Therefore, it is crucial to organise the conceptual framework in the CCP by creating new definitions or clarifying existing ones. The analysis incorporates the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2023/1543 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 July 2023 on European Production Orders and European Preservation Orders for electronic evidence in criminalproceedings and the execution of custodial sentences following criminal proceedings.

Przedstawiono prognozę rozwoju rynku usług telefonicznych w Polsce w latach 2001-2010, z uwzględnieniem jej uwarunkowań i ograniczeń w czasie realizacji. The report presents the forecast of the telecomm services market development in Poland in the period 2001-2010 with the consideration of conditions and limitations during the time of its realization. The method of estimation used for this forecast, which determines the extent of the telecomm market, consists of laying down the theoretical demand for telecomm services in stationary and mobile nets based on the GUS prognosis regarding population and the number of households in Poland.

W glosowanym orzeczeniu sąd opowiedział się za brakiem kwalifikowania informacji dotyczącej wyłącznie numeru telefonu jako danej osobowej na gruncie art. 4 pkt 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE. Ocenił, że w sytuacji, gdy podmiot dysponuje zbiorem danych zawierających wyłącznie numery telefonów, sam numer telefonu nie jest wystarczający do identyfikacji konkretnej osoby. Do wyroku WSA należy podejść z aprobatą.
Information relating solely to a telephone number does not qualify as personal data under Article 4(1) of Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of naratural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. The court assessed that in a situation where entity has a set of data containing only telephone numbers, the telephone number alone is not sufficient to identify a specific person. The judgment of the WSA should be approached with approval.

Ksiądz Jan Twardowski zaleca, by śpieszyć się kochać ludzi, zanim „zostaną po nich buty i telefon głuchy”. Poeci sięgają po motyw spóźnionego dzwonienia do tych, których już nie ma, ale – wbrew diagnozie z innego wiersza Twardowskiego, Potem, że umarli „nie telefonują” – trauma śmierci wraca też w formie telefonu od zmarłego (jak w Słuchawce Wisławy Szymborskiej). Takie (nomen omen) sygnały traumy – Holocaustu, wojny, pojedynczej straty – są wyrazem bezradności tych, którzy przeżyli, ale i próbą podtrzymywania pamięci (Spis abonentów sieci telefonów miasta stołecznego Warszawy na rok 1938/39 Jerzego Ficowskiego, Notes Antoniego Słonimskiego). Wizje telefonicznego porozumienia między światami mogą pozwolić na rozmowę wcześniej niemożliwą (Telefon Zbigniewa Herberta), mogą pomagać w przepracowywaniu traumy, a nawet służyć człowiekowi w oswajaniu jego własnej śmiertelności (Telefon Mieczysława Jastruna). Interesujące są funkcje tych „kontaktów” i metafory charakterystyczne dla wymienionych wierszy (oraz pokrewnych, jak Telefon Władysława Szlengla). W centrum podjętej w artykule refleksji znajduje się polska poezja współczesna, ale pojawią się konteksty zagraniczne (Telephone Call Donalla Dempseya) i prozatorskie (Szum Magdaleny Tulli, Duchy w maszynach Anny Kańtoch, Maigret w Vichy Georges’a Simenona).
Fr Jan Twardowski advises: “Let us hurry to love people” before they leave behind “only their shoes and silence on the phone.” The poets use the motif of overdue phone calls to people who are no longer with us, but – in spite of the diagnosis from another of Twardowski’s work, Potem, that the dead do not call us – the trauma of the death comes back also in the form of the telephone calls from the dead person (e.g. Słuchawka by Wisława Szymborska). These (nomen omen) signals of trauma – trauma connected with Holocaust, war, individual loss – seem to be the expression of helplessness of the people who survived, but also the attempt to rescue the memory of the dead (Spis abonentów sieci telefonów miasta stołecznego Warszawy na rok 1938/39 by Jerzy Ficowski, Notes by Antoni Słonimski). The vision of telephonic understanding with the dead can help to work through the trauma, allow to have the conversation impossible ever before (Telefon by Zbigniew Herbert), and support people in comprehending their own mortality (Telefon by Mieczysław Jastrun). What seems the most interesting are the functions this “contacts” perform and the metaphors characteristic for the mentioned poems (or similar, like Telefon by Władysław Szlengel). In the centre of this article is the contemporary Polish poetry, however as a context foreign (Telephone Call by Donell Dempsey) and prosaic (Szum by Magdalena Tulli, Duchy w maszynach by Anna Kańtoch, Maigret en Vichy by Georges Simenon) works are also used.

W artykule przedstawiono zagrożenia elektromagnetyczne związane z użytkowaniem telefonii bezprzewodowej. Omówiono oddziaływanie telefonii bezprzewodowej na ludzi i infrastrukturę techniczną. Scharakteryzowano czynniki wpływające na poziom zagrożeń związany z użytkowaniem telefonów oraz sposoby ich oceny, a także europejskie i krajowe uregulowania prawne w tym zakresie.
Electromagnetic hazards caused by the use of wireless phones is presented. The influence of wireless phones on humans and the technical infrastructure is discussed. Parameters affecting the level of hazards, connected with the use of wireless phones, methods of their assessment as well as European and Polish regulations in this field are characterized.

Opis:
This work introduces a cheap system of data sending through the internet services using the telephone installed in GPRS system. The system enables sending data with the speed up till 115,2 kbps, where only the quantity of data instead of the time of connection with net is to be paid for. The basis of an introduced system is the Time Port Motorola Telephone as well as the system based on the processor 8051. The described device is universal and may serve for sending such data as: the current position (of persons, vehicles etc), meteorological data, data records of working devices in a given place, biomedical information in monitoring of treated patients or persons undergoing clinical tests in movement.

Począwszy od roku 1981 aż do 2004, Chiara Lubich w regularnych konferencjach telefonicznych dzieliła się swoim doświadczeniem duchowym z członkami Ruchu Focolari, zachęcając ich do wspólnego podążania do świętości, zgodnie ze słowami psalmisty: „Szczęśliwi, którzy od Ciebie otrzymują pomoc, gdy świętą podróż odbyć zamierzyli w sercu” (Ps 84,6). Celem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza tych przesłań w odniesieniu do przywołanych w nich okresów cyklu liturgicznego oraz określenie, w jakiej mierze kontemplacja tajemnic Jezusa Chrystusa  w ciągu całego roku może wpłynąć na proces coraz pełniejszego upodobnienia się do Niego.
From 1981 until 2004, Chiara Lubich shared her spiritual experience with the members of the Focolare Movement in regular telephone conferences, inviting them to walk to holiness together, as the psalmist said: “Blessed are those whose strength is in you, whose hearts are set on pilgrimage” (Ps 84: 6). The purpose of this article is to analyse these messages in relation to the periods of the liturgical cycle they cite, and to determine to what extent the contemplation of the mysteries of Jesus Christ throughout the year can influence the process of becoming more fully conformed to Him.

Novels that cover action taking place in the 21st century refer to all kinds of social phenomena, including the ways in which people communicate, which are very different from those popular only 40 years ago. Literary works provide the names of devices (computer, laptop, palmtop, iPhone, iPad, tablet, smartphone), as well as the companies which manufacture them (Dell, Apple, Nokia, Samsung). Novels include the names of computer software (Windows, Word, Excel), social media (Facebook), and internet communicators (Messenger). There are also words that denote the activities performed while using these devices and applications (to log in, to click, to email, to google). The majority of these words originate from English and have international scope.
Powieści obyczajowe i kryminalne o akcji rozgrywającej się w XXI wieku rejestrują wszelkie zjawiska społeczne. Do nich można zaliczyć sposoby komunikowania się ludzi, tak różne od tych sprzed 40 lat. Utwory literackie dostarczają nazw urządzeń (komputer, laptop, palmtop, iPhone, iPad, tablet, smartfon) oraz firm je produkujących (Dell, Apple, Nokia, Samsung). Znajdujemy w nich nazwy programów komputerowych (Windows, Word, Excel), mediów społecznościowych (Facebook), komunikatorów (Messenger). Nie brak określeń czynności wykonywanych w trakcie ich używania (zalogować się, kliknąć, mailować, guglać). Absolutna większość tych słów pochodzi z języka angielskiego i ma zasięg międzynarodowy.

Opis:
First experiments with telephones in Cracow were conducted at the end of the year 1877. Wide audience had an opportunity to see the new invention during public presentations, organized by such inventors as Henryk Machalski or Emil Protaszewicz. During early 1880s telephony gained popularity as means of communication inside of buildings. First failed attempt to create public telephone network in the city was was made in 1882, by private enterprise. In 1887 city-wide fire protection network was established, utilizing both telephone and telegraph devices. In the same year goal of creating public telephone exchange system was resumed by the State. Due to delays first construction works were performed in 1892. Network was operational before its official launch on January 1, 1893.
Pierwsze próby z wykorzystaniem telefonów zostały przeprowadzone w Krakowie pod koniec 1877 roku. Szeroka publiczność miała okazję zetknąć się z tym wynalazkiem za sprawą publicznych prezentacji, organizowanych przez takich wynalazców jak Henryk Machalski lub Emil Protaszewicz. Na początku lat 1880-tych telefonia zaczęła zyskiwać znaczenie jako praktyczny środek wewnątrz budynków. Pierwsza próba organizowania publicznej sieci telefonicznej została podjęta pod koniec 1882 roku przez prywatne przedsiębiorstwo i po kilku latach zakończyła się niepowodzeniem. W roku 1887 udało się natomiast uruchomić miejską sieć przeciwpożarową, w której zastosowanie znalazło kilkanaście aparatów telefonicznych. W tym samym roku wznowiono działania zmierzające do uruchomienia w Krakowie publicznej sieci telefonicznej, tym razem pod auspicjami państwa. Projekt został jednak opóźniony, przez co faktyczne prace budowlane rozpoczęto dopiero w roku 1892. Sieć rozpoczęła działanie jeszcze przed oficjalnym uruchomieniem, w dniu 1 stycznia 1893 roku.

Assistive technologies are solutions designed to improve everyday functioning of people with disabilities. However, critical analysis of this concept may lead to surprising conclusions. If under the term of assistive technologies we understand solutions that support everyday functioning of human body and mind, it turns out that in fact every technology could be considered to be assistive in one way or another. Nevertheless, commonly used technologies are identified as assistive only when they are intended for users with disabilities. This indicates how ambiguous this concept is and that assistive technology (just like disability) is in fact a social and cultural construct.

The modern person in an era of information breakthrough faces the problem of choosing and processing information coming to her. Human activities in the systems "driver - vehicle - road - environment" - not an exception. The role and importance of information in all spheres of human activity have increased significantly. The paper aims to find and assess the patterns of information flow impact on the driver performance in the "driver - vehicle - road - environment" system. Electroencephalography (EEG) method using the Neurocom hardware and software complex used to determine the change in the electrical activity of the driver's brain during the processing of input information; electrocardiography method using the hardware and software complex «Cardiosens», used to determine the fatigue level of the driver during research; tabular method of double letter cancelation test, involved in determining the time of distraction from the performance of the driver's core activity in laboratory experiments. Using mathematical modelling methods and methods, mathematical models of EEG and ECG parameters influence on the time of distraction from execution by the driver of the main activity were obtained. Regression models of the influence of the aggregate of the quantitative characteristics of the intensity of fast (beta-rhythm – β and gamma-rhythm – γ ) and slow (delta- rhythm – δ and theta-rhythm –θ) EEG signals are proposed. The regression equations obtained for determining the regularities of the influence of information flow on the results of activity of road users are defined. Set up that the time of the driver's distraction from performing the core activity can reach from 0,94 s to 4,77 s depending on particular conditions. Information flows arising from the location of noticeable advertising in the driver's field of vision when driving a vehicle, distract his attention from 0,23 s to 2,81 s. The practical significance of obtained results is the possibility to use them in coordinating the location of advertising structures and organizing the work of drivers while driving a vehicle.

Omówiono budowę systemu łączności telefonicznej i alarmowo-rozgłoszeniowej dla Kopalni Gipsu i Anhydrytu (KGiA) Nowy Ląd. Jest to przykład systemu łączności w wersji sieciowej dla małych kopalń zrealizowany na bazie systemu HETMAN/Z. Cechą charakterystyczną systemu jest wspólny redundantny serwer dyspozytorsko alarmowy SDA) dla obsługi łączności telefonicznej i alarmowo-rozgłoszeniowej. Dla zwiększenia niezawodności działania systemu telekomunikacyjnego kopalni, na wypadek awarii urządzeń stacyjnych zostały opracowane odpowiednie procedury postępowania (z zastosowaniem lokalnych środków łączności) w wypadku uszkodzenia elementów stacyjnych systemu. Opisywane rozwiązanie uzyskało indywidualne dopuszczenie do stosowania w zakładach górniczych.
A structure of the telephone and alarm-broadcasting communication system for the Gypsum and Anhydrite Mine (KGiA) "Nowy Ląd" has been discussed. This is an example of a communication system in a network version designed for small mines and made on the basis of the HETMAN/Z system. A characteristic feature of the system is a shared redundant mine-control/alarm server SDA for telephone-communication and alarm-broadcasting handling. To improve reliability of a telecommunication system of a mine, in case of failure in station equipment there have been developed appropriate proceeding procedures with using local communication devices. The system presented in the paper has an individual Approval for use in mines.

Introduction: The coronavirus pandemic has changed daily lives. These changes affect many aspects of lives including periodic health examinations. Specialists warn that in the era of the pandemic people abandon examinations. This is a very dangerous phenomenon, which can negatively affect health and general well-being. The aim of this study was to determine the frequency of periodic health examinations during the pandemic period including the use of telephone advice services.Material and methods: The study was carried out in March 2021 among 147 people (120 women and 27 men), in the age range of 18-76 years. The study was carried out by the method of diagnostic survey, with the use of questionnaire technique (authors’ questionnaire). Questions included knowledge of prevention, frequency of periodic health examinations, and health services received by the respondents during the pandemic. Analysis of the survey results provided information on current health problems, time of diagnosis, and course of treatment to date. Results: During the pandemic, the majority of respondents had the opportunity to use a telephone advice, with women more likely to use the telephone advice than men (64.2% vs. 37.0%; p = 0.010). 36.9% of the respondents were satisfied with the service. The main reasons for dissatisfaction with the telephone advice included: inability to examine (33.3%), short telephone advice time (24.2%), misdiagnosis or ineffective treatment (21.2%), long waiting time, difficult contact with the facility (15.2%). Among telephone advice users, 39.1% had chronic diseases; among non- telephone advice users, the percentage was lower at 18.3%. Telephone advice users were significantly less likely to say they did not have periodic health examinations or did not remember when they had them done compared to non- telephone advice users (p = 0.019).Conclusions: During the pandemic, the majority of respondents had the opportunity to use telephone advice. Only 1/3 were satisfied with the telephone advice, and the main reasons for dissatisfaction were as follows: inability to examine, short telephone advice time, misdiagnosis or ineffective treatment. Telephone advice users were significantly less likely to say they did not have periodic examinations or could not remember when they had them done compared to non-telephone advice users.

Opis:
Przedmiotem artykułu jest współpraca transgraniczna pomiędzy polskimi organami ściągania a organami ścigania z innych krajach członkowskich Unii Europejskiej w zakresie pozyskiwania dowodów elektronicznych w sprawach karnych. W artykule zostały omówione postanowienia art. 589g § 1 k.p.k., art. 589l § 1 k.p.k., art. 589w § 4 k.p.k. i art. 589ze § 10 k.p.k., które dotyczą określeń dowodów elektronicznych. Podjęto też próbę zdefiniowania tych określeń, gdyż brak jest ich legalnej definicji. Sformułowano tezę, że obecne określenia dowodów elektronicznych nie są precyzyjne i wywołują wątpliwości interpretacyjne. Konieczne jest więc uporządkowanie siatki pojęciowej stosowanej w k.p.k. poprzez stworzenie nowych definicji lub doprecyzowanie już istniejących. Analiza jest prowadzona z uwzględnieniem postanowień rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2023/1543 z dnia 12 lipca w sprawie europejskich nakazów wydania i europejskich nakazów zabezpieczenia dowodów elektronicznych w postępowaniu karnym oraz w postępowaniu karnym wykonawczym w związku z wykonaniem kar pozbawienia wolności.
The subject of the article is cross-border cooperation between Polish law enforcement authorities and law enforcement authorities of other European Union Member States in the field of obtaining electronic evidence in criminal matters. The article discusses the provisions of Article 589g § 1 CCP, Article 589l § 1 CCP, Article 589w § 4 CCP and Article 589ze § 10 CCP, which concern the definition of electronic evidence, attempts to define these terms, as there are no legal definitions of them, and formulates a thesis that the current definitions of electronic evidence are not precise and raise interpretational doubts. It is therefore necessary to organise the conceptual framework used in the Code of Criminal Procedure by creating new definitions or clarifying the existing ones. The analysis carried out is taking into account the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2023/1543 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 July 2023 on European Production Orders and European Preservation Orders for electronic evidence in criminal proceedings and for the execution of custodial sentences following criminal proceedings.

Opis:
The article presents selected objective and subjective methods to assess the quality of voice services in telephone communication. The authors described the impact of the line and acoustic echo phenomena and ambient noise on the functions of telephone communication systems with respect to the speakerphone mode. Additionally, they discussed the possibilities to apply digital technology to improve the quality of voice services in telephone communication and alarm systems.
Przedstawiono wybrane metody oceny jakości usług głosowych w telefonii z uwzględnieniem metod subiektywnych i obiektywnych. Opisano wpływ zjawiska echa akustycznego i liniowego oraz hałasu otoczenia na funkcjonowanie systemów łączności telefonicznej z uwzględnieniem trybu głośnomówiącego. Omówiono możliwości zastosowania techniki cyfrowej dla poprawy jakości usług głosowych w kopalnianych systemach łączności telefonicznej i alarmowej.

W opracowaniu przedstawiono prace zmierzające do wizualizacji 3D zabytkowej kapliczki krakowskiej z zastosowaniem kamery cyfrowej aparatu komórkowego Nokia 6280 wyposażonej w obiektyw o stałym ogniskowaniu i dwumegapikselowa matryce CMOS. Poprzedzone one zostały badaniem fotogrametrycznej przydatności tej kamery na polu testowym AGH do kalibracji kamer bliskiego zasięgu. Porównano je z wynikami badania dwu innych aparatów cyfrowych: kompaktowego o stałym ogniskowaniu Olympus Camedia C120 oraz lustrzanki Minolta Dynax ze stałoogniskowym obiektywem 20 mm. Mimo słabo modelowanej dystorsji obiektywu aparatu komórkowego Nokia 6280 uzyskano w wyniku fotogrametrycznego wcięcia w przód dokładność względna pomiaru położenia punktu około 1/1230, co pozwala na wykorzystanie tej kamerki do wielu zagadnień pomiarowych. Jako przykład takiego zastosowania wykonano trójwymiarowa wizualizacje zabytkowej kapliczki, przy minimum prac terenowych. Modele na podstawie wykonanych stereogramów zbudowano i zwektoryzowano za pomocą autografu VSD, wykorzystując do orientacji bezwzględnej modeli wersje orientacji bezwzględnej etapami. Dalsze opracowanie wykonano z użyciem programu AutoCAD. Model krawędziowy obiektu został pokryty teksturami ze zdjęć i teksturami autorskimi. Kontrola utworzonego modelu kapliczki oparta na porównaniu długości odcinków pomierzonych na nim i pomiarem bezpośrednim wykazała, że dokładność pomiaru fotogrametrycznego jest wystarczająca dla dokładności wymaganej dla tego rodzaju obiektu.
This paper describes all work leading to 3D visualisation of shrine in Krakow with the use of digital camera equipped in fixed-focus lens and 2 Mpix CMOS sensor built in Nokia 6280 mobile phone. They were preceded by the study of photogrammetric suitability of the camera on special test field used for close-range cameras, and the results were compared with two other digital cameras: compact free focus Olympus Camedia C120 digital camera and Minolta Dynax 5D digital SLR camera equipped with 20 mm lens. Despite poor modelling of lens distortion in Nokia 6280 digital camera, an absolute accuracy of 1/1230 was achieved using photogrammetric intersection. This result enables the use of this camera as a tool for various measurement issues. A 3D visualization of shrine with as few as possible field works was an example of such issue. Based on images, photogrammetric models were built and vectorised using VSD software and stage-absolute orientation of photogrammetric models. Further development was carried out using AutoCAD software. A wireframe model was covered with photo-realistic and user-defined textures. Control of constructed model was based on a comparison of segments measured in the field and on the model. It showed that accuracy of photogrammetric measurement is sufficient for this type of object.

The present work discusses the problems associated with the limiting of the rights of a temporarily arrested person in the light of the regulation of the minister of justice issued on 22 December 2016. In the statutory act of law, i.e. the provision Art. 217 c §2 kkw, the legislator regulated the substantive limitations associated with the use of a phone by the person who was temporarily arrested. However, the solutions contained in the regulation of the minister of justice which was instituted, and more specifically §25 of this document, introduce substantive limitations. As a consequence, a situation is brought about in which the rights of an individual are limited in a lower-order legal act, which infringes the constitutional values of a state of law. Moreover, the article presents an interpretation of the provisions Art. 217 §2 kkw and §317 of the regulations of the minister of justice issued on 23 December 2015 – The rules and regulations of the operation of the courts of law and §190 of the regulations of the minister of justice issued on 7 April 2016 – The rules and regulations of the internal operation of the common organisational units of the public prosecution service.

Postępująca transformacja dokumentacji medycznej z postaci papierowej na elektroniczną będącą wynikiem regulacji prawnych oraz zmian organizacyjnych wciąż jest wyznawaniem dla podmiotów medycznych. Jak pokazują kontrole, instytucje lecznicze popełniają wiele błędów, co może prowadzić do zagrożenia cybernetycznego. Dodatkowo powstają nowe (dla sektora ochrony zdrowia) rozwiązania technologiczne takie jak usługi zaufania czy rejestrowane doręczenie elektroniczne, które usprawniają działanie systemu informacyjnego ochrony zdrowia, ale wymagają dostawania zarówno po stronie prawodawcy jak i samych podmiotów medycznych.
The progress in the transformation of paper-based medical records into their electronic form that results from legal regulations and organizational changes is a challenge to healthcare entities. Controls show that medical institutions make numerous mistakes, which may lead to cyber threat.
