    The article reveals the gist of methodology in scientific cognition, its role in educationand practice of training the teachers. The need of a definition of methodological aspects of technologies teachers’ to-be artistic-projective training is stressed upon in the article. The system approach is considered to be a methodological basisof the complete learning of theoretic and methodical foundations of forming the technologies teachers’ to-be artistic-projective knowledge and skills. The attention is stressed upon the role of the effective personality-oriented and technological approaches concerning the ensuring of an artistic-projective component of training the students at the higher educational stablishments.
    Wyjaśnia się istota metodologii w poznaniu naukowym, jej roli w edukacji oraz praktyce kształcenia nauczycieli. Dokonano próby ustalenia aspektów metodologicznych artystyczno-projekcyjnego przygotowania w kształceniu nauczycieli technologicznego ukierunkowania.

    Opis:
    Proceeding from the literature review and empirical material, the article describes the creative technology method of situation studying implementation into Ukrainian higher pedagogical educational institutions. It was concluded that the creative technology of situation studying in the training of future teachers is used in Ukrainian higher educational institutions fragmentarily. That is in the form of a single and non-systematic use of specific situation analysis method and the actual absence of the case method use. At the same time, the use predominantly appears in the conditions of traditional education, when the pedagogical situation analysis is done by a teacher or an individual student, and discussions, common acceptance and decision justifiation do not occur. The survey identifid that the elementary application level of the indicated educational technology is caused by lack of teachers’ psychological and didactic preparation for this process.
    W artykule, w oparciu o analizę źródeł naukowych i materiału empirycznego, scharakteryzowano metodę wprowadzania kształcenia kreatywnego na uczelniach pedagogicznych na Ukrainie. Stwierdzono, że twórcza technologia uczenia się sytuacyjnego w przyszłych szkoleniach dla nauczycieli jest fragmentarycznie wykorzystywana w instytucjach szkolnictwa wyższego Ukrainy. Jest to realizowane w formie pojedynczego i niesystematycznego zastosowania metody analizy konkretnych sytuacji oraz faktycznego braku zastosowania metody przypadków. Jednocześnie odbywa się to przede wszystkim w warunkach tradycyjnej edukacji, podczas gdy analiza sytuacji pedagogicznej jest przeprowadzana przez nauczyciela lub studenta, a dyskusja czy akceptacja grupy i uzasadnienia decyzji nie występują. Ponadto należy wskazać, że elementarny poziom zastosowania wskazanej technologii uczenia się jest spowodowany nieprzygotowaniem psychodydaktycznym nauczycieli do tego procesu.

    Opis:
    The article substantiates the advisability of using pedagogical innova-tive technologies in teaching English to masters of philology in higher education institutions of Ukraine regarding state legislation and regula-tory acts and provisions of the Pan-European recommendations on lan-guage education. It is noted that the training of future teachers of English language and literature is carried out at two levels of higher education – bachelor’s (first) and master’s (second) in terms of modernization of education, changing its structure and content, improving existing programs, preparing new courses and special courses, formation of modern mechanisms for determining the quality of education in the context of integration in the European educational space. It is established that the most effective pedagogical technologies in teaching English include the use of information and telecommunication technologies, work with computer training programs, distance courses of learning foreign languages, creating presentations in the software environment Open Office Impress, Microsoft Power Point, use of World Wide Web resources. The algorithm of using a communicatively oriented complex of mul-timedia technologies in teaching speaking skills is highlighted. Which includes three stages: pre-viewing and aimed at forming the communicative competence of future teachers of philology. The main types of work that contribute to the teaching of the English language and the development of speech include: discussion, role play, reproduction of insufficient information, completion of the story, report, story according to the picture (pictures). The proposed types of work and practical advice in their organization will make students more active, and the learning process will be more interesting and effective, will improve the quality of education of masters of philology.
    W artykule uzasadniono celowość wykorzystania innowacyjnych technologii pedagogicznych w nauczaniu języka angielskiego magistrantów filologii na ukraińskich uczelniach w aspekcie ustaw i aktów wykonawczych oraz zapisów paneuropejskich zaleceń dotyczących edukacji językowej. Kształcenie przyszłych nauczycieli języka i literatury angielskiej odbywa się na dwóch poziomach szkolnictwa wyższego – licencjackim (I) i magisterskim (II) w zakresie unowocześniania kształcenia, zmiany jego struktury i treści, doskonalenia istniejących programów, przygotowywania nowych kursów i kursów specjalnych, tworzenia nowoczesnych mechanizmów określania jakości kształcenia w kontekście integracji w europejskiej przestrzeni edukacyjnej. Ustalono, że do najbardziej efektywnych technologii pedagogicznych w nauczaniu języka angielskiego należą: technologie informatyczne i telekomunikacyjne, praca z komputerowymi programami szkoleniowymi, zdalne kursy nauki języków obcych, tworzenie prezentacji w środowisku programowym Open Office Impress, Microsoft Power Point, a także wykorzystanie zasobów sieci www. Podkreślono algorytm wykorzystania komunikacyjnie zorientowanego zespołu technologii multimedialnych w nauczaniu umiejętności mówienia. Obejmuje on trzy etapy. Główne rodzaje zajęć, które przyczyniają się do sukcesów w nauczaniu języka angielskiego i rozwoju mowy, to: dyskusja, odgrywanie ról, powielanie informacji, uzupełnianie historii, relacja, opowieść na podstawie ilustracji (zdjęcia). Proponowane rodzaje pracy i praktyczne porady w ich organizacji spowodują, że studenci będą aktywniejsi, a proces uczenia się będzie ciekawszy i efektywniejszy, co poprawi jakość kształcenia magistrów filologii.

    The purpose of research: to determine the fundamental provisions and the basic concepts of forming cultural and creative content of technological education of the secondary school pupils, its effective component. Methods of research: a critical analysis of scientific sources and the results of practical experience; comparative historical method of similarity and differences between organizational types of culture; modeling of educational field "Technology" for the detection of internal and external relations; structural and genetic analysis and synthesis of the main elements of a modern organizational type of design and technological culture, which contribute to the development of school technological education system, determine the features of structure and design of its content; clarifying of terminological concepts of cultural approach to forming the content of technological education of secondary school pupils. Results. According to the modern requirements of quality content and the process of technology training, its effective component is not determined by the level of mastering a certain amount of alienated knowledge, technocratic skills, but the mastery level of pupils of cultural needed key, brunch and the subject of design and technological competence. High-quality technological education involves not only creating conditions for the formation of the competencies based on the updated content, methods and forms of education, but also the development of diagnostic assessment criterion level of this competence of pupils.

    Opis:
    Current situation with the fleet of transport and technological machinery in Ukraine requires an individual approach to evaluating the effectiveness of its maintenance and repair system. The article is devoted to the issue of selecting the most effective option for the use of transport and technological machinery taking into account the specific conditions of its operation characterized by certain risks and uncertainties, and considering the real volumes and age structure of the fleet. Solving this problem requires substantiation of management models of maintenance and repair processes. It is necessary to provide scientifically based methods of managing the system of technical maintenance (TM) and repair of transport and technological machinery (RTTM) using specific methods of an individual approach to the technical and economic evaluation of the effectiveness of maintenance and RTTM processes which are adapted to the modern conditions of its operation. The article presents the results of the research, which was carried out using the basics of system analysis, the theory of decision-making under the conditions of uncertainty, and the basics of multi-criteria analysis. In the course of research, an analytical management model of the maintenance and repair system operation was formed that reveals the sequence of implementing the management methodology, which makes it possible to assess its state in successive discrete states, to promptly take into account the effect of external influencing factors and make corrections, which, in turn, allow increasing the validity of strategic decisions aimed at increasing the effectiveness. A numerical calculation was performed, which allowed us to conclude that the value of maintenance intervals has a significant impact on the indicator of effectiveness. Adjusting this value makes it possible to optimize maintenance and repair processes.

    W nauczaniu inżynierii procesów przetwórstwa spożywczego, pracach badawczych i integrowaniu zasobów wiedzy, myślenie całościowe (holistyczne) określane, jako ujęcie systemowe, jest stosowane w nauce od połowy ubiegłego wieku. Staje się coraz bardziej powszechne. Wciąż jednak nie znajduje ono odpowiedniego do potrzeb i przynoszonych korzyści odzwierciedlenia w podręcznikach inżynierii przetwórstwa spożywczego. Przedmiotu, którego zakres obejmuje ponad 2 tysiące rodzajów maszyn i aparatów wyposażenia technologicznego kilkudziesięciu branż, przetwarzających wieleset gatunków surowca pochodzenia rolniczego. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie autorskiej wizji, inspirowanej stosowaniem podejścia systemowego, związku właściwości surowców ze sposobami pracy urządzeń i wykorzystania, stworzonych przez nie możliwości podwyższenia poziomu integrowania wiedzy oraz efektywności działań w sferze dydaktyki w omawianej dziedzinie.
    In teaching the food processing engineering, research works and integrating stores of knowledge comprehensive thinking (holistic) determined as the system approach, applied in the learning from the half of the last century, is becoming increasingly common in our times more and more. Still however it isn’t finding the food processing suitable for needs and brought benefits of reflecting engineering in textbooks, of object which the scope includes beyond 2 thousand kinds of machines and apparatuses of technological equipping several dozen of branches, processing a lot set of species the raw material of the agricultural origin. Presenting the author’s vision is a purpose of the article, of using the possibility increasing the level of integrating the knowledge in discussed field and the effectiveness of action in the sphere of didactics, inspired with applying the system approach.

In the article a ranking of machines and apparatuses of the food processing was presented, of conditioning in their coming into existence and relations with raw materials and their properties.

    To increase the efficiency of transport nodes functioning taking into account the logistics management principles it is necessary to optimize the structure and capacity of transport nodes' production resources, and to develop such a method for calculating of joint schedules for vehicles and freight hubs of the transport node, which takes into account stochastic nature of the parameters of material and informational flows. For solving the problems of optimal management of transport nodes functioning processes it is proposed to use the specific efficiency indicator, which is determined as a ratio of total costs of clients servicing in transport node to the costs of production resources used while servicing. According to the used approach for formalization of the transport node internal processes, development of the simulation model was implemented on the base of object-oriented programming principles. TransportNode.dll class library has been used as basic tool for simulations. The model implemented on the base of the library allows to take into account stochastic nature of demand and probabilistic nature of technological processes in transport nodes. Some results of numeric simulations for the loading area “Amur-Gavan” of Dnipropetrovsk River Port have been described in the paper.

    Opis:
    The goal of the study is to contribute to the problem in hand regarding the insufficiently developed digital competencies of teachers of social scientific subjects within the secondary education. The solution to it is based on a precondition that if the teachers will not be digitally competent they will not be able to develop the digital competence of students. This fact can negatively affect their ability to find employment at the labour market of the 21st century, preparedness to further professional education and ability to participate at the lifelong learning. The text at issue solves the problem of digital technology integration into teaching of social sciences, emphasizes multidisciplinary approach to the humanities, social and technological sciences, presents the need of development of teachers´ technical thinking relating to social scientific subjects and specifies common features and differences of the pedagogical and technological sciences. The study is the actual output of the project TAČR (PID: TL 01000192, in the period 02/2018 – 02/2021). It is based on the sub-chapter ”Integration of the digital technology into teaching of social sciences” that will be embodied in the currently prepared monograph “Development of teachers´ digital competencies relating to social scientific subjects at vocational schools”.
    Celem artykułu jest wniesienie wkładu w problem niedostatecznie rozwiniętych kompetencji cyfrowych nauczycieli przedmiotów społecznych w ramach szkolnictwa średniego. Rozwiązanie tego problemu opiera się na założeniu, zgodnie z którym jeśli nauczyciele nie będą kompetentni cyfrowo, nie będą oni w stanie rozwijać kompetencji cyfrowych uczniów. Fakt ten może negatywnie wpłynąć na ich zdolność do znalezienia pracy na rynku pracy XXI wieku, gotowość do dalszej edukacji zawodowej oraz możliwość uczestniczenia w procesie uczenia się przez całe życie. Tekst rozwiązuje problem integracji technologii cyfrowych oraz nauczania nauk społecznych, kładzie nacisk na multidyscyplinarne podejście do nauk humanistycznych, społecznych i technicznych, przedstawia potrzebę rozwoju technicznego myślenia nauczycieli w zakresie nauk społecznych oraz wskazuje cechy wspólne i różnice pomiędzy naukami pedagogicznymi a naukami technicznymi. Przedstawione opracowanie stanowi rezultat projektu TAČR (PID: TL 01000192, w okresie 02/2018 - 02/2021). Bazuje ono na podrozdziale „Integracja technologii cyfrowej w nauczaniu nauk społecznych”, który zostanie ujęty w przygotowywanej monografii zatytułowanej „Rozwój kompetencji cyfrowych nauczycieli w zakresie nauk społecznych w szkołach zawodowych”.
