Significant changes in kumite tactics were verified after the 2013 International Judo Federation rule revision, which mandated that competitors initiate sparring immediately at match outset. The research contained in this paper focused on the re-gripping techniques which were affected by this rule revision, relating to the gripping targets, the use of cross gripping techniques, body rotation when executing throws, and the attacking patterns. In total, 372 men’s contests from the Judo Grand Slam Paris 2016 were analyzed using All Japan Judo Federation Science and Research Department SMART Edge system. Throws resulting in scores were identified and the preceding kumite tactics were analyzed. Re-gripping techniques resulted in significantly higher score rates than the no re-gripping techniques when competitors grabbed the place of the competition number, and the place(s) other than the collar and sleeve with at least one hand except the place of the competition number. Re-gripping the opponent and targeting the place of the competition number might facilitate scoring. Using the re-gripping techniques could make a variety of gripping targets effective to score. We emphasize the importance of classifying kumite techniques into two major patterns: re-gripping and no re-gripping techniques when coaching competitors for kumite tactics.

Celem artykułu jest zbadanie efektywności wykorzystania e-usług w polskich przedsiębiorstwach przy pomocy metody DEA. Metoda ta wymaga określenia zmiennych stanowiących po jednej stronie nakłady, a po drugiej efekty. W badaniu wykorzystano dane GUS określające sytuację informatyzacji polskich przedsiębiorstw, jak również wykorzystanie w swojej działalności e-usług (nakłady) oraz dane dotyczące sytuacji finansowej przedsiębiorstw (efekty). Analizę przeprowadzono dla województw Polski, co pozwoliło na porównanie i dokonanie rankingu badanych jednostek terytorialnych ze względu na efektywność wykorzystania informatyzacji i usług elektronicznych w przedsiębiorstwach tam zlokalizowanych.
The purpose of this article is to examine the effectiveness of the use of e-services in Polish enterprises using the DEA method. This method requires the determination of variables representing inputs on one side and on the other side effects. The study used data from GUS, indicating the situation of computerization of Polish companies, as well as use in their business e-services (inputs) and data on the financial situation of enterprises (effects). The analysis was conducted for the Polish states the, which allowed the comparison and ranking of territorial units based on effective use of IT and electronic services by businesses located there in.

W artykule przedstawiono problematykę związaną z szacowaniem efektywności technicznej wielonaczyniowych koparek kołowych pracujących w układzie KTZ. Porównano stosowane w raportach kopalnianych wskaźniki technicznej efektywności całkowitej wraz z propozycją zastosowania miary efektywności wyposażenia OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). Z uwagi na specyfikę procesu technologicznego zaproponowano alternatywny zmodyfikowany sposób liczenia składowej jakościowej w mierze OEE, rozumianej jako „jakość procesu eksploatacji”. Przeprowadzono analizę porównawczą rocznych wyników pracy dwóch koparek wielonaczyniowych kołowych w czasie trzech lat pracy, przy zdejmowaniu nadkładu w przykładowej kopalni węgla brunatnego.
The article presents the problem associated with the estimation of technical efficiency of bucket wheel excavators working in KTZ system. It was compared such parameters which are used in mine reports (indicators of total technical efficiency) with a proposal for the use of measuring equipment effectiveness OEE – Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Taking into account specificity of the technological process proposed an alternative method of calculating the modified component qualitative measure OEE ratio, understood as “quality of exploitation process”. They made a comparative analysis of the annual results of the work of two bucket wheel excavators in the three years of work, during the removal of overburden in a lignite mine.

Sektor ochrony zdrowia jest kluczowym działem gospodarki każdego państwa. Wzbudza bezpośrednie zainteresowanie obywateli, zarówno w aspektach medycznym i społecznym, jak i ekonomicznym. Jednocześnie jest jednym z bardziej zróżnicowanych sektorów na świecie, szczególnie pod względem struktury źródeł jego finansowania oraz efektywności systemu opieki zdrowotnej. Celem artykułu jest analiza efektywności technicznej oraz pośrednio także konkurencyjności systemów opieki zdrowotnej w krajach Unii Europejskiej. Do badania zastosowano optymalizacyjną metodę Granicznej Analizy Danych DEA (ang. Data Envelopment Analysis). Umożliwia ona ocenę relatywnej efektywności krajów pod względem wybranych nakładów i wyników opieki zdrowotnej, jednocześnie wskazując na przyczyny ewentualnej niekonkurencyjności.
Healthcare system is a key sector of every economy, as it is of direct medical and socioeconomic interest to citizens. Simultaneously it is one of the most diverse sectors across countries, especially concerning its financing and effectiveness. The aim of this paper is to analyze the technical effectiveness and indirectly the competiveness of healthcare systems in European Union states. The research has been performed by utilizing an optimization method DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). It enables the validation of the relative effectiveness of countries based on inputs and outputs of healthcare systems, as well as distinguishing the causes of possible uncompetitiveness.

Celem artykułu jest analiza zróżnicowania relacji i efektywności czynników produkcji, a także określenie całkowitej efektywności technicznej użytych w procesie produkcji czynników wytwórczych w zależności od wielkości zmian powierzchni obszarowej gospodarstw rolnych w latach 1996–2011. Do oceny efektywności wykorzystania czynników produkcji zastosowano cząstkowe wskaźniki produktywności i dochodowości. Ponadto do oszacowania całkowitej efektywności technicznej zastosowano metodę DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). W latach objętych analizą dochód z gospodarstwa wzrósł średnio o 96,1%, przy czym największy wzrost dochodu odnotowano w gospodarstwach największych (135,5%). W tym czasie produkcja wzrosła średnio o 8,93%, a w gospodarstwach największych o 11,24%. Wobec dużego wzrostu dochodu wzrosła dochodowość czynników produkcji, natomiast produktywność ziemi i majątku trwałego pogorszyła się. Najwyższy wzrost wskaźnika efektywności technicznej DEA-VRS (12,2%), stwierdzono w gospodarstwach, które w latach 1996–2011 w największym stopniu powiększyły powierzchnię (grupa VI).
The analysis of differentiation of relations and production efficiency factors as well as determination of the total technical efficiency of production factors used in the process of production depending on the volume of changes of farms field area in the years 1996–2011. Partial productivity and profitability ratios have been applied in the assessment of the effectiveness of use of the production factors. More’over, to assess the total technical efficiency, the DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) method has been applied. In the years covered by the analysis, the farm income increased on average by 96,1%, the highest income’s increase was in the biggest farms, increase by 135,5%. At that time production increased on average by 8,93%, and in the biggest farms by 11,24%. Due to the fact of big income’s increase, there increased the profitability of the production factors, while land and fixed assets’ productivity got worse. The highest increase of the technical effectiveness rate DEA-VRS was reached by farms which in the years 1996–2011 increased their area to the biggest extent (group VI), efficiency’s improvement by 12,2%.

To make decisions and exercise managerial control over the degree of input utilization, and produce desired outputs, it is important to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the municipality-owned public transit service operators. This study uses the Data Envelopment Analysis approach to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the public transit companies operated by the city administration in Addis Ababa. The size of the fleet and the total number of personnel serve as inputs, and covered vehicle kilometers and the number of passengers carried annually serve as outputs. Based on secondary information gathered from each firm, the technical efficiency and operational effectiveness of service providers are then examined. The study's findings show that the Anbessa city bus was efficient in using resources to produce output in 2019/20 and 2021/22, but wasteful in other years. In the same way, the Sheger City Bus was efficient in 2017/18 and 2021/22 but ineffective in all other years. However, the aggregate findings show that both research's efficiency levels are rising annually. Besides, with mean scores of 0.85 and 0.874, respectively, Anbessa and Sheger Bus were technically flawed. On the other side, operational effectiveness reveals that the Anbessa city bus was only effective in 2021/22. Furthermore, the Sheger city bus' effectiveness result has improved and started to be effective in 2017/18, 2018/19, and 2021/22. In conclusion, the Anbessa and Sheger city buses' efficiency and effectiveness ratings improved year over year and peaked in 2021/22. Hence, to support the business and boost its operational capabilities, the city administration should encourage public bus transit operators in the city and offer subsidies and other incentives to them based on their existing performance.

V článku je pozornosť venovaná učiteľovi technických predmetov, pretože ani tie najpre-pracovanejšie programy výchovy a vzdelávania by nebolo možné realizovať bez tvorivého úsilia samotného učiteľa. Poukazujeme na aktuálne požiadavky jeho profesijných kompetencií v me-dzinárodnom a národnom kontexte i na rozdielnosť prístupov k ich kategorizácii. Významnou súčasťou rozvoja osobnosti učiteľa je sebareflexia, ktorá pomáha rozvíjať profesijné kompetencie. Na základe návrhu profesijného štandardu sme uskutočnili prieskum, ktorého výsledky prezentu-jeme textom, pre prehľadnosť i tabuľkou.
The article is devoted significant attention to the teacher technical subjects, because even the most sophisticated programs of education would not be possible without the efforts of creative teacher. This article aims to outline current demands in regard to the professional competencies of a teacher within national and international context. In addition, we would like to point out differences in attitudes concerning their categorization. Self-reflexion is a very important part of teacher´s development because it helps them to improve their professional competencies. We have done the survey based on the profes-sional standard. Its results are presented in the text as well as with enclosed charts.

The enterprise assessment is used to verify its activity and is a point of departure to make future decisions. The assessment quality depends on its executor’s knowledge, experience and capabilities. Enterprises have adopted an assessment performance method based on their needs and activity specifics. In the ever changing environment the applied enterprise assessment algorithm should be progressively improved. The present enterprise assessment satisfies its basic needs but is not sufficient. The assessment should be enriched by a number of elements that will consider the enterprise logistic system multidimensionality. Numerous factors and their mutual relations should be taken into account in the assessment. This makes it necessary to form a pattern of the enterprise assessment algorithm that would function as a guide.

There are presented results of comparison between grain production technologies that are different in respect of approach to the tillage stage. The scope of investigations covers the factors that shape economic effectiveness of grain production, with the use of conventional technology (including ploughing) and reduced technology (with application of direct drilling). Basing on the determined direct surplus and other economic indices there are presented differences in the application effects of compared tillage systems. There are presented results of evaluation of various tractor combinations with the selected tillage outfits.
Porównanie tradycyjnej i uproszczonej technologii produkcji zbóż z uwzględnieniem oceny sprzętu technicznego. W pracy przedstawiono wyniki porównania technologii produkcji zbóż, zróżnicowanych pod względem podejścia do etapu uprawy gleby. Zakresem badań objęto czynniki kształtujące ekonomiczną efektywność produkcji zbóż przy wykorzystaniu technologii konwencjonalnej (z udziałem uprawy płużnej) i uproszczonej, z zastosowaniem siewu bezpośredniego. Na podstawie wyznaczonej nadwyżki bezpośredniej i innych wskaźników ekonomicznych przedstawiono różnice w efektach stosowania porównywanych systemów uprawy gleby. Przedstawiono wyniki oceny zestawień różnych ciągników z wybranymi agregatami uprawowymi.

The importance of education at the turn of the XXI century. Objective need to improve the quality, the role of education in society require reassessment of the components that form it. The indicators to assess the level of basic facilities engineering status, the level of university provision by basic facilities and the effectiveness of their usage are rationalised. The dynamics of main facilities and capital investment in education over the years 2002-2012 is evaluated and the rate of movement, suitability and efficiency of basic facilities is determined.

Opis:
Maintaining a proper productivity and efficiency level of a technical infrastructure of an enterprise requires, above all, the use of appropriate managing methods and tools as well as an appropriate organization of services responsible for their management. Using a variety of measures is indispensable to evaluate the effectiveness of these practices as well as of the machine performance in any enterprise. The data obtained from measuring particular indicators are a primary source of information on the necessity of taking particular actions. Large companies are particularly willing to implement appropriate indicators of effectiveness evaluation because of a large number of machines and a vast range of their technical maintenance. Different indicators presented in the references are said to be efficient and willingly used by enterprises. The aim of the study, of which the results are presented in this article, was to identify the real actions taken by the surveyed enterprises concerning the use of the machine effectiveness evaluation metrics. Apart from that, the study also intended to obtain the information on which indicators are actually applied by enterprises. The study was carried out in large production enterprises of different industries on a specified area.
Utrzymanie infrastruktury technicznej przedsiębiorstwa na odpowiednim poziomie produktywności i wydajności wymaga przede wszystkim stosowania właściwych metod i narzędzi zarządzania oraz właściwej organizacji służb odpowiedzialnych za jego realizację. Nieodłącznym elementem oceny efektywności tych działań oraz funkcjonowania maszyn w przedsiębiorstwie jest stosowanie różnorodnych mierników. Dane uzyskiwane z pomiarów określonych wskaźników są podstawowym źródłem informacji o konieczności podejmowania działań określonego rodzaju. Szczególnie duże firmy są chętne, aby wdrożyć odpowiednie wskaźniki oceny efektywności maszyn ze względu na dużą liczbę maszyn i duży zakres prac związanych z ich obsługą techniczną. W literaturze przedmiotu prezentowane są różne wskaźniki wskazywane, jako skuteczne i chętnie stosowane przez przedsiębiorstwa. Celem badań, których wyniki przedstawiono w niniejszej pracy, było zidentyfikowanie rzeczywistych działań realizowanych przez badane przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie stosowania mierników oceny skuteczności maszyn oraz pozyskanie informacji o tym, jakie wskaźniki są przez firmy stosowane w praktyce. Badania przeprowadzono w dużych przedsiębiorstwach produkcyjnych funkcjonujących w różnych branżach przemysłu na określonym obszarze.
