    Opis:
    Knowledge-based technologies form a basis for creation of flexible intelligent enterprise. Methods of business process modelling using ontological tasks models allow to create an active modelling system to capture and reuse knowledge patterns in form of ontological models while preserving overall consistency via common ontology usage. High-level business process ontology is presented. Models for business and decision making operations along with their representation in system are specified. Business process modelling tool using task models is described.

    W artykule przedstawiono ideę zastosowania algorytmu tabu search do wyznaczenia okresu zadań w elastycznym modelu szeregowania zadań. Wyniki przeprowadzonych symulacji dowodzą przydatność algorytmu w doborze parametrów czasowych w elastycznym modelu szeregowania zadań. Rozdział pierwszy zawiera tło zastosowania teorii szeregowania zadań w systemach pomiarowo - sterujących. Rozdział drugi wprowadza czytelnika do zastosowania elastycznego modelu szeregowania zadań w systemach pomiarowo - sterujących. Rozdział ten zawiera krótki przegląd literaturowy prezentowanej tematyki [1, 2, 3]. Rozdział trzeci przedstawia ideę zastosowania wybranego algorytmu heurystycznego tabu serach w elastycznym modelu szeregowania zadań w systemach pomiarowo - sterujących. Rysunek pierwszy przedstawia schemat blokowy szeregowania zadań przy zastosowaniu algorytmu tabu search. Rozdział czwarty zawiera wyniki z przeprowadzonych symulacji zastosowania algorytmu tabu search w elastycznym modelu szeregowania zadań w systemach pomiarowo - sterujących. Podsumowanie zawiera najważniejsze wnioski wynikające ze stosowania omawianego algorytmu w elastycznym modelu szeregowania zadań w systemach pomiarowo - sterujących.
    In this paper use of a tabu search algorithm for elastic task model scheduling is presented. The results of simulations confirm usefulness of this method for assigning the time parameters in elastic task model scheduling. In the first section, the background of application of task model scheduling to control and measurement systems is outlined. The second section deals with introduction to using the elastic task model scheduling for control and measurement systems. This section provides a brief literature review of the presented subjects [1, 2, 3]. The third section presents an idea of applying the selected tabu search heuristic algorithm to the elastic task model scheduling in control and measurement systems. The block diagram of the elastic task model scheduling with use of the tabu search algorithm is shown in Fig. 1. The fourth section contains the results of simulations carried out for the elastic task model scheduling with use of the tabu search algorithm in control and measurement systems. At the end there are presented the main conclusions drawn from using the tabu search algorithm for assigning the task time parameters in the elastic task model scheduling in control and measurement systems.

    The paper presents a new elastic scheduling task model which has been used in the uniprocessor node of a control measuring system. This model allows the selection of a new set of periods for the occurrence of tasks executed in the node of a system in the case when it is necessary to perform additional aperiodic tasks or there is a need to change the time parameters of existing tasks. Selection of periods is performed by heuristic algorithms. This paper presents the results of the experimental use of an elastic scheduling model with a GRASP heuristic algorithm.

    This paper reviews user-click models and the typed query profile model in order to investigate principles of faster access to documents which are in a university campus network. There wassynthesized university campus user model that is based on the task-centric click model and determines document pertinence conditions, which relies on a user class. A solution of documents search automation was suggested that assumes that users will enable to avoid wasting of time in scientific materials search.

    The paper presents a certain approach to fleet management in the company, taking into account the mobility of employees and the selection of vehicles for tasks. The main objective is to indicate the factors that significantly affect the proper selection of vehicles for the task, as well as concurrently meeting recipients' needs. The general model for fleet management was presented, taking into account not only the mobility of employees but also the method of obtaining funds for the replacement of greener cars. The current approach is based on the car purchase model in the form of credit, low-purchase leasing, and supervision over the use process and operating costs by the company's internal resources. The problem solved in the article concerns the analysis of entrusting fleet management to specialized Car Fleet Management (CFM) companies. It was pointed out that in this calculation model, CFM companies have to take into account many variables related to vehicle selection and mobility of employees in order to perform tasks. In this article, particular attention has been paid to the areas that CFM analyses when choosing a vehicle for a given company.

    Problem of optimization with limited resources is fundamental one in computer sciences. The bees algorithm from wider group of swarm algorithms, invented and implemented about 2005, seems to be a good candidate for next useful tool for combinatorial optimization. Article presents the results of the bees algorithm research in flow shop model of task scheduling and outlines areas of further exploration

    Niniejszy referat przedstawia przemyślenia autora dotyczące problemów i wyzwań, przed którymi stoją współcześni inżynierowie. Pierwsza część artykułu to próba diagnozy wyzwań stawianych inżynierom przez różne, nie tylko, a nawet nie przede wszystkim, techniczne uwarunkowania współczesności. W tym kontekście autor podejmuję próbę identyfikacji wyzwań dla wybranych kategorii problemów. Wyniki identyfikacji stanowią punkt wyjścia dla zawartych w kolejnej części referatu propozycji działań ukierunkowanych na doskonalenie i rozwój wiedzy i kompetencji inżynierów aktywnych zawodowo oraz – przede wszystkim – na konieczne do podjęcia, zdaniem autora, działania doskonalące i modyfikujące system przygotowania do realizacji zadań inżynierskich studentów uczelni technicznych. W podsumowaniu zwrócono uwagę na potrzebę szerszego uzupełnienia treści kształcenia na uczelniach technicznych o zagadnienia nietechniczne oraz – na zasadzie wzajemności – uwzględnienia problemów techniki w kształceniu studentów na kierunkach nietechnicznych.
    The paper presents the author's thoughts on the problems and challenges facing today's engineers. The first part of the article is an attempt to diagnose the challenges posed to engineers by different, not only or even primarily, by the technical challenges of modernity. In this context, the author tries to identify such challenges for some categories of problems. Identification results provide a starting point for the choice of presented in the next, the third part of the paper, proposals for action aimed at the improvement and development of knowledge and expertise of engineers professionally active, and – above all – to the need to take improvement actions and modifying the system to prepare for the implementation of engineering tasks students of technical universities. In summary the request is highlighted for greater performing of content of education at technical universities of non-technical issues and – on the principle of reciprocity – take into account the problems of technology in the education of "non-technical" students.

    In the context of the reorientation of modern education on human development and the need to adapt to new social conditions and challenges the objectives and content of postgraduate education vary signifi cantly. As a result educational goals become a priority in the training of teachers, in fact defi ne the meaning of this process. One of the approaches which is the most actively developed and put into practice of postgraduate education is andragogical. Th e author describes the most general principles that are universal and available in diff erent andragogical models to study the possibility of using the andragogical model as a methodological basis for forming the training programmes for teachers at In-Service Teacher Training Institutes. Th e analysis highlights the general requirements for the forming of training programmes for teachers. According to this form of education training courses allow you to alternate active stages of learning with testing methods acquired by professional activities. Preparing teachers to work in the system of developing training can be realized only in the form of learning activities through the use of diff erent learning situations. Professional tasks are the basis of learning which derived from the subject of professional activity. Based on the principles of andragogy, the main subject of training teachers is the knowledge of methods and techniques of learning tasks. Training processes involves the use of active and interactive teaching methods. Priority of abovementioned methods allows you to create a safe atmosphere for professional communication, as well as to include teachers in the various kinds of refl ective activity. In the next stage of the study is proposed to develop the principles of building the technology of developing training for primary school teachers.
    В условиях переориентации современного образования на раз- витие человека, необходимости адаптации к новым социальным условиям и вызовам существенно изменяются задачи и содержание последипломного образования. Как следствие, развивающие цели становятся приоритетными в обучении педагогов, собственно, зада- ют смысл этому процессу. Одним из подходов, который наиболее активно разрабатывается и внедряется в практику последипломного образования, является андрагогический. Для обоснования возможности использования андрагогической модели в качестве методологического основания для построения учебных программ в последипломном образовании автор обра- щается к наиболее общим принципам, которые являются универ- сальными и представлены в различных андрагогических моделях. В результате анализа выделяет общие требования к построению учебных программ для подготовки педагогов. По форме обучения это тренинг-курсы, которые позволяют чередовать этапы обучения и активной апробации приобретенных способов профессиональной деятельности. Подготовка педагогов к работе в системе развивающе- го обучения может осуществляться только в форме учебной деятель- ности посредством использования различных учебных ситуаций. Основу обучения составляют учебно-профессиональные задачи, которые в своем содержании являются производными от предмета профессиональной деятельности. Исходя из принципов андрагоги- ки, основным предметом профессиональной подготовки учителя выступают не предметные знания, а методики развертывания после- довательности учебных задач. В учебном процессе предусмотрено использование активных и интерактивных методов обучения. При- оритет последних позволяет в наиболее полной мере создать безо- пасную атмосферу профессионального общения, а также включать учителей в различные виды рефлексивной деятельности. На следую- щем этапе исследования предполагается разработка принципов по- строения технологии развивающего обучения учителей начальных классов.
