The aim of this paper is to prove a common fixed point theorem for even number of single-valued and two set-valued mappings in complete Menger space using implicit relation. Our result improves and extends the result of Chen and Chang [Common fixed point theorems in Menger spaces, Int. J. Math. Math. Sci. 2006, Art. ID 75931, 15 pp].

Opis:
The recently proposed q-rung dual hesitant fuzzy sets (q-RDHFSs) not only deal with decision makers’ (DMs’) hesitancy and uncertainty when evaluating the performance of alternatives, but also give them great liberty to express their assessment information comprehensively. This paper aims to propose a new multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) method where DMs’ evaluative values are in form of q-rung dual hesitant fuzzy elements (q-RDHFEs). Firstly, we extend the powerful Schweizer-Sklar q-norm and t-conorm (SSTT) to q-RDHFSs and propose novel operational rules of q-RDHFEs. The prominent advantage of the proposed operations is that they have important parameters q and r, making the information fusion procedure more flexible. Secondly, to effectively cope with the interrelationship among attributes, we extend the Hamy mean (HM) to q-RDHFSs and based on the newly developed operations, we propose the q-rung dual hesitant fuzzy Schweizer-Sklar Hamy mean (q-RDHFSSHM) operator, and the q-rung dual hesitant fuzzy Schweizer-Sklar weighted Hamy mean (q-RDHFSSWHM) operator. The properties of the proposed operators, such as idempotency, boundedness and monotonicity are discussed in detail. Third, we propose a new MADM method based on the q-RDHFSSWHM operator and give the main steps of the algorithm. Finally, the effectiveness, flexibility and advantages of the proposed method are discussed through numerical examples.

Opis:
We introduce a new n-ary λ similarity classifier that is based on a new n-ary λ-averaging operator in the aggregation of similarities. This work is a natural extension of earlier research on similarity based classification in which aggregation is commonly performed by using the OWA-operator. So far λ -averaging has been used only in binary aggregation. Here the λ-averaging operator is extended to the n-ary aggregation case by using t-norms and t-conorms. We examine four different n-ary norms and test the new similarity classifier with five medical data sets. The new method seems to perform well when compared with the similarity classifier

As a generation of fuzzy set, the notion of complex fuzzy set which is an innovative concept is introduced by Ramot, Milo, Friedman and Kandel. The purpose of this article is to apply complex fuzzy set to BCK/BCI-algebras. The notions of a complex subalgebra and a complex left (right) reduced ideal in a BCK/BCI- algebra are introduced, and related properties are investigated. Characterizations of a complex subalgebra are provided, and the homomorphic image (preimage) of a complex subalgebra and a complex left (right) reduced ideal.

Opis:
Multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) technique and approach have been a trending topic in decision making and systems engineering to choosing the probable optimal options. The primary purpose of this article is to develop prioritized operators to multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) based on Archimedean t-conorm and t-norms (At-CN&t-Ns) under interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzy (IVDHF) environment. A new score function is defined for finding the rank of alternatives in MCDM problems with IVDHF information based on priority levels of criteria imposed by the decision maker. This paper introduces two aggregation operators: At-CN&t-N-based IVDHF prioritized weighted averaging (AIVDHFPWA), and weighted geometric (AIVDHFPWG) aggregation operators. Some of their desirable properties are also investigated in details. A methodology for prioritization-based MCDM is derived under IVDHF information. An illustrative example concerning MCDM problem about a Chinese university for appointing outstanding oversea teachers to strengthen academic education is considered. The method is also applicable for solving other real-life MCDM problems having IVDHF information.

Opis:
The article is devoted to the development and study of a model of a minimal risk portfolio under conditions of hybrid uncertainty of possibilistic-probabilistic type. In this model, the interaction of fuzzy parameters is described by both the strongest and the weakest triangular norms. The formula for variance of a portfolio is given that allows for estimating its risk. Models of acceptable portfolios are based on the principle of expected possibility or on the basis of fulfilling the restriction on the possibility/necessity and probability of the level of portfolio return that is acceptable to an investor. Equivalent deterministic analogues of the models are constructed and their solution methods are developed. Theorems describing a set of investment opportunities are proven. The obtained results are demonstrated on a model example.

Opis:
In this paper some basic properties of (h, e)-implications are studied. This kind of implications has been recently introduced (see [29]). They are implications generated from an additive generator of a representable uninorm in a similar way of Yager’s f- and gimplications which are generated from additive generators of continuous Archimedean t-norms and t-conorms, respectively. In addition, they satisfy a classical property of some types of implications derived from uninorms that is I(e,y) = y for all y ∈ [0,1]. Moreover they are examples of fuzzy implications satisfying the exchange principle but not the law of importation for any t-norm, in fact for any function F : [0,1] 2 → [0,1]. On the other hand, the distributivities with conjunctions and disjunctions (t-norms and t-conorms) are also studied leading to new solutions of the corresponding functional equations. Finally, it is proved that they do not intersect with any of the most used classes of implications.
