    The issue of supply chain security is not the same everywhere, especially when the global and local dimensions are considered. The article discusses in detail the differences occurring in the perception of the problem of security, as well as in the evaluation of the most important threats to the supply chain. International regulations generally apply to the most commonly used modes of transport and to global threats such as terrorism. The local dimension, described on the example of Polish enterprises, involves other means of transport and occurring threats. Despite this, all companies are obliged to comply with international rules and procedures imposed by other countries which results in additional costs, but does not guarantee better protection in the local dimension. The article analyzes the possibility of filling this gap by voluntary initiatives instead of another international laws.

    Współczesne łańcuchy dostaw podlegają bardzo dynamicznym zmianom. Tym zmianom podlegają także narzędzia i metody wykorzystywane do zarządzania nimi. Niejednokrotnie sytuacja jest jednak odwrotna, to powstanie nowych rozwiązań w zakresie zarządzania determinuje ewoluowanie tych łańcuchów. Niektóre z rozwiązań mają ogromny potencjał do całkowitej zmiany logiki funkcjonowania transakcji i procesów w tych łańcuchach. Potencjał ten właściwie wykorzystany może prowadzić do kolejnych rozwiązań, takich jak inteligentne umowy (ang.smart contract). Artykuł porusza problematykę zyskujących na popularności innowacyjnych rozwiązań jakimi są wieże kontroli łańcuchów dostaw oraz łańcuch bloków (ang. blockchain) i ich roli w funkcjonowaniu łańcuchów dostaw.
    The vast majority of today’s supply chains are under very dynamic changes. These changes also apply to the tools and methods used to manage them. However, the situation is often reversed. New management solutions determines the evolution of these chains. Some of these solutions have potential to change the logic of the transactions and processes in these chains. This can lead to further solutions, such as smart contracts. The article discusses the issue of the growing innovative solutions that are supply chain control towers and the blockchain and their role in the functioning of supply chains.

    Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie zmian w zakresie bezpieczeństwa w latach 2001-2016, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem nowych wyzwań pochodzących z otoczenia łańcuchów dostaw, takich jak wzrost zagrożenia terrorystycznego czy kryzys migracyjny, które miały znaczny wpływ na państwa europejskie, a tym samym również na działające w nich przedsiębiorstwa. Analiza opiera się na danych statystycznych pochodzących z międzynarodowych baz danych oraz raportów organizacji międzynarodowych, dotyczących wybranych zagrożeń wobec łańcuchów dostaw, a także na wynikach badań ankietowych na temat bezpieczeństwa przeprowadzonych techniką wspomaganych komputerowo wywiadów telefonicznych wśród polskich eksporterów oraz importerów w 2013 i 2016 roku. Dzięki porównaniu danych i wyników badań z różnych okresów możliwe jest wykazanie dynamicznego charakteru bezpieczeństwa.
    The aim of this paper is to present the changes in the area of supply chain security in the years 2001-2016, with the emphasis on the new challenges from the environment of the supply chains, such as the increase of terrorist threat and migration crisis, which had a significant impact on the European countries and thus also on the companies operating in these countries. The analysis is based on statistical data from international databases and reports of international organizations on selected threats to supply chains, as well as on the results of surveys on supply chain security conducted using CATI (computer-aided telephone interviews) method, among Polish exporters and importers in 2013 and 2016. By comparing data and research results from different periods, it is possible to demonstrate the dynamic nature of security.

Można zatem stwierdzić, iż przedsiębiorstwo nie może istnieć na rynku samodzielnie. Warunki zauważalne na globalnym rynku w ostatnich latach wskazują na potrzebę tworzenia i wdrażania narzędzi podnoszących poziom bezpieczeństwa łańcucha dostaw. Artykuł przedstawia problematykę zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa przepływu informacji w łańcuchu dostaw.

    Effectiveness of the global transport is directly linked to the freight security measures undertaken during entire integrated transportation process. Securing the supply chain through the securing of containers during transit could help to lower costs for consumers through the potential reduction of billion of dollars that are lost to theft and other spoilages. An effective container transport security system and supply chain security solution must include end-toend container tracking and full container intrusion monitoring in real time. This article is based on the AVANTE end-to-end intermodal container supply chain security tracking system used in order to achieve high supply chain security level. The article however, represents much more holistic approach identifying critical benefits for single transport operators as well as for the local and global economy.

    With increasing globalization, supply chains accordingly become more and more international in nature. They become more complex and so assume higher risks, for both businesses and governments. These risks are varied. Since the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, many countries have implemented new rules for freight traffic flows. Now with these more secured flows, this paper examines the impact of one of these new security programs in Europe, the Authorised Economic Operator (AEO). By studying of the academic literature, the paper explains in particular the impact of the AEO custom certification on risk management, and on performance of 3rd party-logistics within the supply chain.

    The economy of Taiwan began to take shape after the occupation of the island by Japan under the peace treaty with the Chinese Qing Empire in 1895. After that, Tokyo began to actively invest in the development of a new territory: railroads, factories and defense enterprises were built. In this way, an industrial base was created that Taiwan uses to this day. After Japan’s defeat in World War II, the island briefly returned to the Republic of China. However, there was a civil war in the country between the communists and nationalists, who rallied around Chiang Kai-shek, who eventually lost and withdrew to Taiwan with his associates. Taipei officially named the new state the “Republic of China” and has declared and continues to declare claims against the entire territory of China. Beijing, on the other hand, regularly declares that Taiwan is part of the People’s Republic of China and has announced its reunification with the “rebellious island”. The article deals with the economic consequences for the world economy resulting from the potential crisis between China and Taiwan. The subject is inspired by the dependence of the economies of many countries, including the United States and the European Union, on products supplied from the region of East Asia, especially by Taiwan, which in the event of a crisis in relations between conflicted countries may create threats to the international economic security.

    Wzrost wykorzystania odnawialnych źródeł energii (OZE) w sektorze wytwarzania energii elektrycznej i cieplnej oraz w transporcie jest jednym z kluczowych czynników wpływających na długoterminowe bezpieczeństwo energetyczne UE. Zgodnie z tą hipotezą badawczą celem artykułu jest analiza zmian zachodzących w systemie energetycznym UE pod wpływem rozwoju technologii OZE i ich oddziaływania na bezpieczeństwo energetyczne UE w jego wymiarze geostrategicznym. Punktem wyjścia do realizacji tego celu jest analiza trendów w wykorzystaniu OZE w UE na tle trendów światowych oraz czynników warunkujących ten proces. Na ile polityka klimatyczno-energetyczna UE, a na ile czynniki natury geostrategicznej czy ekonomicznej odgrywają rolę w dążeniu do wzrostu wykorzystania OZE w krajach UE? W odniesieniu do przyjętych ram teoretycznych - wymiaru geostrategicznego bezpieczeństwa energetycznego - charakteryzowany jest wpływ trendów w wykorzystaniu OZE w UE na "stałą dostępność energii w różnorodnych formach", zwłaszcza w perspektywie do 2030 r. Perspektywa ta uwzględnia obecne ramy polityki klimatyczno-energetycznej UE. (abstrakt oryginalny)
    The growing use of renewable energy sources (RES) in the electricity and heating sectors as well as in the transport industry is one of the key factors affecting the long-term energy security of the EU. In line with this research hypothesis, the aim of the article is to analyse the changes that have been taking place in the EU energy system under the influence of the development of RES technologies and their impact on the geostrategic dimension of EU energy security. The starting point is to analyse trends in the use of RES in the EU against global trends and the underlying determinants. How big a role does the EU climate and energy policy play in increasing the use of RES in EU countries? How big is the influence of geo-strategic or economic factors? With regard to the theoretical framework - the geostrategic dimension of energy security - the article characterises the impact of trends in energy use in the EU on the 'constant availability of energy in various forms', especially by 2030. This perspective takes into account the current framework of EU climate and energy policy. (original abstract)

    The purpose of the research study is to present the principles of pork production in Poland especially in the context of national food security and safety. The article presents a synthetic view of the Polish pig sector situation after the UE integration. The author highlights the problems of pig producers as the basic element of the food chain. The study was based on the data of national statistics, industry reports, and national and international literature review related to the issue of pig market problems in Poland. In this paper, the importance of exogenous and endogenous factors and their implications for the pig supply chain in Poland and the role of it in the high and constantly improving level of food safety in the country was also emphasized.
    W opracowaniu podjęto problem zmian w produkcji wieprzowiny w Polsce. Rozważano go w kontekście bezpieczeństwa żywnościowego kraju oraz bezpieczeństwa żywności. W artykule dokonano syntetycznej prezentacji sytuacji polskiego sektora wieprzowiny po integracji z UE. Wskazano na sytuację producentów trzody chlewnej jako podstawowego ogniwa łańcucha żywności. Badania oparto na danych krajowej statystyki publicznej, raportach branżowych krajowych i zagranicznych oraz przeglądzie literatury związanej z zagadnieniem problemów sektora produkcji trzody chlewnej w Polsce. Podkreślono znaczenie czynników zarówno o charakterze egzogenicznym, jak i endogenicznym, a także wskazano na potencjalnie nowe potrzeby w zakresie wsparcia bezpieczeństwa żywności i życia mieszkańców obszarów wiejskich w Polsce.

    The article examines a logistics chain of Kenya cut flower industry with special emphasis on safety and security issues. The robust growth in this sector of Kenyan economy, important for the EU market, is endangered both because of security problems resulting from Kenya’s domestic political situation, imported terrorism from neighbouring Somalia, and underdevelopment of Kenyan transportation network.     The 5G networks are considered to be crucial for the digital transformation of the economy and society and therefore will be subject to the regulations concerning the supply chain cybersecurity. Numerous European documents point out cyberthreats relating the supply chain and oblige the Member States to introduce laws enabling risks assessment of suppliers, which, in accordance with the EU Toolbox, should cover technical and non-technical factors such as dependence of the supplier from third countries. So far, Poland has not introduced regulations in this respect and provisions on recognition of high-risk suppliers to be implemented in the Act on national cybersecurity system are still in the draft phase. The key criterion for the risk assessment will be a threat to the national security, which is vague and may in the future be difficult for interpretation due to the specifics of the proceedings (limited right to participate in the proceedings, limited access to information). As the effects of the proceedings are far-reaching (the obligation to withdraw the products), they may potentially raise some concerns with regard to the freedom of economic activity. The new cutting-edge technologies such as 5G, as well as the need to ensure cybersecurity along with the on-going political polarization in the world will increase the amount of legal regulations relating to the supply chain cybersecurity.

    W ostatnich latach bezpieczeństwo energetyczne, a wraz z nim bezpieczeństwo dostaw nośników energii jest priorytetowym zagadnieniem zarówno w Polsce, jak i w pozostałych krajach Unii Europejskiej. Analizowane jest w szerszym kontekście i postrzegane, jako odpowiedź na potrzebę importu surowców energetycznych bez zakłóceń. Autor opisuje badania, których przedmiotem są czynniki, przypadki i sytuacje kształtujące bezpieczeństwo dostaw ropy naftowej do Polski w warunkach gospodarki globalnej oraz występowanie między nimi związków przyczynowo – skutkowych. Autor stawia hipotezę, że ryzyko związane z bezpieczeństwem dostaw ropy naftowej na potrzeby polskiej gospodarki w warunkach rynku globalnego jest możliwe do prognozowania przy użyciu modelu. W trakcie badań przeprowadzono analizę możliwości zidentyfikowania istotnych elementów mających wpływ na bezpieczeństwo dostaw ropy naftowej na potrzeby polskiej gospodarki. Postawiono też pytanie - czy możliwe jest opisanie tego ryzyka oraz jego ocena w postaci wskaźnika przerwania dostaw ropy naftowej? Prowadzona analiza maja na celu zbadanie czy zidentyfikowane elementy mające wpływ na poziom bezpieczeństwa pozostają względem siebie w relacji powiązania oraz czy mogą stanowić podstawę do zbudowania modelu szacującego ryzyko związane z dostawami. Jako wynik badań powstaje model dynamiczny, uwzględniający zarówno elementy składające się na bezpieczeństwo dostaw, jak i czynniki oddziałujące na jego strukturę i poziom. Model uwzględnia interakcje społeczno – polityczne i gospodarcze oraz stabilność kraju dostawcy, a także określa ryzyko przerwania logistycznego łańcucha dostaw ropy naftowej do Polski.
    In the last few years the energy security together with security of energy supply is a priority topic in Poland and the rest of EU. It is being analyzed in the wide context and seen as not only the answer to the need of energy import without interruptions but also as a factor impacting the international politics of countries. The author describes research concerning factors, cases and situations shaping crude oil supply security to Poland in world economy conditions and occurrence of cause- effect relations between them. The Author hypothesizes that the risk of crude oil supply security for polish economy in the global market conditions can be estimated using a model. The author of the research analyses the possibility of identifying important elements impacting the level of crude oil supply security for the polish economy needs. Author also states a question if there is a possibility to describing and rating the risk of oil supply disruption in a form of an index. The research’s goals are to examine if the identified elements can impact supply security level, if the elements stay related to each other and if they can be used as the foundation for the model used for estimating the supply security. The result of the research is the creation of a dynamic model that takes into account elements that the supply security consists of as well as factors that contribute to its structure and level. The model takes into account the socio- political and economic interactions. Those factors, together with the transport risk, determine the risk of crude oil supply logistic chain disruption for Poland.

    The aim of the article is to identify and analyze how to manage the energy supply chain as part of public-private partnership and to try to answer the question in what direction should the Polish industry go to compete on global markets in the face of many challenges of decarbonisation? Maybe by using green energy produced close to its recipients and supplied bypassing the transmission grid? Maybe through the diversification of installations processing energy from various sources (RES), which would constitute an additional regulatory value for the power system? Could solutions, e.g. based on a direct line system, help in such a difficult technological and regulatory time for the energy market? As a research problem, an attempt was made to answer the question to what extent, for example, a systemic approach based on the model of direct lines can help strategic industry organizations in managing the energy supply chain, especially in situations of energy crisis? What actions can be taken to keep a secure energy supply chain management system operational or how to deal with threats affecting the functioning of the energy supply chain? The essence is to emphasize the role of the energy supply chain management system, based on specific requirements or innovative solutions, e.g. a sharing system or direct lines, in maintaining an appropriate level of energy supply security, especially during an energy crisis. To what extent can the requirements of reference documents focusing on operational control and process control ensure the security of the energy supply chain? With regard to the research problems defined in this way, the working hypothesis was formulated as follows: Searching for innovative solutions in the energy sector, and in particular the implementation of direct systems, can effectively counteract or at least reduce the effects of the recent electricity crisis and increase economic attractiveness for the industry. The article uses theoretical and empirical research methods adapted to the problems posed and the purpose of the article. These include: analysis of the literature, normative and legal documents and internal system documentation of sample organizations, the audit method using direct interview and observation of processes and activities.

    Cyber security of supply chain is a part of its safety measure that focuses on the management of the required cyber security that includes information technology systems, software, and networks. Supply chain management has a high risk of being threatened by cyber terrorism, malware and data-theft. Common supply chain cyber security activities are done to minimize risks including sole-purchase from trusted vendors, and disconnection of critical machines from external networks. Methods: The main data sources for this study are research articles published from 2010 to 2020 in a peer-reviewed journal in the Web of Science and Scopus database. This study uses a systematic survey approach that is guided by PRISMA Statement, where the current study shows the trend of cyber research security in supply chain management. Results: The final screening shows 41 identified related articles that are related to cyber security in supply chain management. This study also examined the publishing trends related to cyber security in supply chain management for both WOS and Scopus databases. The analysis shows that the highest publishing value was in 2019, coming from the Scopus database. In addition, four elements are covered in this study namely: (i) network security; (ii) information security; (iii) web application security and (iv) internet of things (IoT). Conclusions: In brief, some suggestions are proposed to provide guidance for future researchers to study deeper about cyber security in supply chain management.
    Bezpieczeństwo cybernetyczne łańcucha dostaw jest częścią postępowania mającego na celu zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa, które skupia się na zarządzaniu bezpieczeństwem systemów technologicznych, oprogramowania i sieci. Zarządzanie łańcuchem dostaw jest zagrożone cyberatakami terrorystycznymi, złośliwym oprogramowaniem oraz kradzieżą danych. Działania obejmujące bezpieczeństwo cybernetyczne mają na celu minimalizację ryzyk, między innymi zakup tylko do zaufanych dostawców czy niepodłączanie krytycznych urządzeń od zewnętrznych sieci. Metody: Praca oparta jest na przeglądzie publikacji naukowych z latach 2010-2020 w podlegających recenzji czasopismach z baz Web of Science i Scopus. Zastosowano metodo liczne podejście zgodne z zasadami PRISMA, ukazując trendy w dziedzinie bezpieczeństwa cybernetycznego w zarządzaniu łańcuchem dostaw. Wyniki: Wyselekcjonowano 41 publikacji, których tematyka obejmuje bezpieczeństwo cybernetyczne w zarządzaniu łańcuchem dostaw. Przeanalizowano trendy w dziedzinie bezpieczeństwa cybernetycznego w zarządzaniu łańcuchem dostaw. Przeprowadzona analiza wykazała, że najwięcej publikacji ukazało się w 2019 w bazie Scopus. Dodatkowo, wyodrębniono cztery główne elementy badań: bezpieczeństwo sieci, bezpieczeństwo informacji, bezpieczeństwo aplikacji sieciowych oraz Internet rzeczy.

    W artykule przedstawiona została problematyka związana z zarządzaniem ryzykiem operacyjnym w łańcuchu dostaw paliw stałych do elektrociepłowni. W części pierwszej referatu omówiono znaczenie zarządzania ryzykiem operacyjnym w zapewnieniu ciągłości dostaw energii i ciepła odbiorcom ostatecznym w ujęciu teoretycznym. W drugiej części referatu omówiono zaś znaczenie bezpieczeństwa łańcuchów dostaw dla elektrociepłowni w bezpieczeństwie energetycznym kraju, którego celem jest zapewnienie dostępności do różnych nośników energii wraz z zapewnieniem ciągłości ich dostaw. Przeprowadzono analizę i charakterystykę struktury zapasów w przykładowej elektrociepłowni wg Rozporządzenia Ministra Gospodarki, Pracy i Polityki Społecznej w sprawie utrzymania odpowiedniego stanu zapasów paliw w przedsiębiorstwie energetycznym.
    Paper discussed the issues related to operational risk management in the supply chain of solid fuels to CHP plants. In the first part of the paper discussed the importance of operational risk management to ensure continuity of supply of electricity and heat consumers the ultimate in theory. In the second part of the paper particular attention was paid to the importance of security of supply chains for CHP plants in the energy security of the country, the purpose of which is to ensure the availability of various energy sources along with ensuranceof continuity of this supply. Performed the analysis of the structure and characteristics of the stocks in the sample plants according to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy, Labour and Social Policy on the maintenance of adequate fuel stocks in the energy company.

    W ostatnich latach warunki funkcjonowania aptek szpitalnych publicznych oraz hurtowni farmaceutycznych uległy istotnej zmianie. Dynamicznie zmieniające się otoczenie, jak również globalizacja przemysłu farmaceutycznego, integracja organizacyjna, rozwój IT determinują wzrost zainteresowania koncepcjami zarządzania zaopatrzeniem, pozwalającymi uzyskać podmiotom medycznym przewagę konkurencyjną. Kompleksowe zarządzanie ukierunkowane jest przede wszystkim na procesy, czas, jakość, czy współpracę partnerską z innymi podmiotami (zwłaszcza z hurtowniami farmaceutycznymi). Celem niniejszych rozważań jest zwrócenie uwagi na konieczność szerokiego podejścia do zarządzania procesami przepływu materiałów medycznych oraz leków, informacji, czynnika ludzkiego w ramach podmiotów medycznych, zintegrowanych w łańcuchu dostaw.
    In recent years, the conditions for the functioning of the public hospital pharmacies and pharmaceutical wholesalers have substantially changed. Rapidly changing environment, as well as the globalization of the pharmaceutical industry, the integration of organizational development of the IT determine the growth of interest in concepts of supply management, allowing operators to obtain medical competitive advantage. Comprehensive management is directed primarily at processes, time, quality, and partnerships with other entities (especially from pharmaceutical wholesalers). The purpose of this discussion is to draw attention to the need for a broad approach to process management flow of medical supplies and medicines, information, human factor within the medical entities integrated in the supply chain.

Autorka ukazuje ważną problematykę, spojrzenia na logistykę przedsiębiorstw od strony bezpieczeństwa ekonomicznego, przedstawia podstawowe determinanty bezpieczeństwa ekonomicznego na jakie należy, zwrócić uwagę w logistyce, m.in. kwestie finansowe, organizacyjno – zarządcze, międzynarodowe oraz technologiczno – rozwojowe. Jednocześnie artykuł ukazuje w jaki sposób przedsiębiorstwa powinny funkcjonować, ażeby utrzymać się na rynku i mieć możliwość zdobycia przewagi konkurencyjnej na rynku.

Paliwo to ma szczególne znaczenie między innymi dla sektora elektroenergetyki, ponieważ w przeważającej części zapotrzebowanie na energię elektryczną zaspokajane jest w oparciu o węgiel, co czyni Polskę jednym z najbardziej stabilnych pod względem bezpieczeństwa energetycznego krajów Unii Europejskiej.

    The article presents selected regulations and requirements responding to the needs of the market in the scope of managing safety in the logistic chain with particular consideration of marine transport and seaports. Based on conducted qualitative research by the method of deepened interview, there has been described the only, so far, case of using and implementing the certificated standard of ensuring safety in the global supply management chain according to ISO 28000. It was found that the quantification of risk is a process extremely difficult, since it relates to future events, the estimation is carried out in a situation of limited access to certain information, and is associated with subjective opinion and use the experience and knowledge of the evaluator.
    W artykule przedstawiono wybrane przepisy i wymagania będące odpowiedzią na potrzeby rynku w zakresie zarządzania bezpieczeństwem w łańcuchu logistycznym ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem transportu morskiego i portów morskich. Opierając się na przeprowadzonych badaniach jakościowych metodą wywiadu pogłębionego, opisano jedyny jak dotąd na świecie przypadek wykorzystania i wdrożenia potwierdzonego certyfikatem standardu zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa w globalnym łańcuchu dostaw wg ISO 28000. Stwierdzono, że kwantyfikacja ryzyka jest procesem wyjątkowo trudnym, gdyż dotyczy przyszłych wydarzeń, których oszacowanie prowadzone jest w sytuacji ograniczonego dostępu do pewnych informacji i wiąże się z subiektywną opinią i wykorzystaniem doświadczeń i wiedzy oceniającego.

    The Russian-Ukrainian conflict resulted in the transformation of modern logistics networks and supply chains to adapt to the challenges faced. This fact is particularly noticeable in the agricultural sector. Bottlenecks in the flow of raw materials have caused a global food crisis. Therefore, solutions are constantly being sought to minimize the negative effects of war, including: through the organization of solidarity corridors, as well as causing reductions in food prices. The research problem was formulated as a question: How do projects undertaken by the EU to eliminate the negative effects of war in the food supply chain sector affect their security? Additionally, a study was carried out to determine whether the actions undertaken were consistent with the adopted “farm to fork” strategy. The analysis carried out made it possible to identify the effects of the Russian invasion of Ukraine from the perspective of the global food market, along with presenting and assessing the actions taken as a result of the crisis in global food supply chains. The research conducted showed that as a result of disruptions in the functioning of global supply chains, food prices increased by approximately 34% in the first period of the conflict (March 2022). Currently, after introducing, among others, solidarity corridors, their growth is recorded at the level of 6.4%, by increasing the security of the flow of goods.
    Konflikt rosyjsko-ukraiński spowodował, że współcześnie funkcjonujące sieci logistyczne oraz łańcuchy dostaw uległy przeobrażeniu, starając dostosować się do stawianych wyzwań. Fakt ten jest szczególnie zauważalny w sektorze rolnym. Wąskie gardła w przepływie surowców wywołały światowy kryzys żywnościowy. Dlatego stale poszukiwane są rozwiązania mające na celu minimalizację negatywnych skutków wojny, m.in. poprzez organizację korytarzy solidarnościowych, jak również powodujących redukcję cen żywności. Problem badawczy został sformułowany w formie pytania: W jaki sposób podjęte przez UE przedsięwzięcia niwelujące negatywne skutki wojny w sektorze łańcuchów dostaw żywności wpływają na ich bezpieczeństwo? Dodatkowo, przeprowadzono badanie mające wykazać, czy podjęte działania zgodne są z przyjętą strategią „od pola do stołu”. Przeprowadzona analiza umożliwiła wskazanie skutków inwazji rosyjskiej na Ukrainę z perspektywy globalnego rynku żywnościowego wraz z zaprezentowaniem oraz oceną podjętych działań w następstwie powstałego kryzysu w ogólnoświatowych łańcuchach dostaw żywności. Przeprowadzone badania wykazały, że w wyniku zaburzenia funkcjonowania globalnych łańcuchów dostaw ceny żywności w pierwszym okresie konfliktu wzrosły o ok. 34% (marzec 2022). Obecnie, po wprowadzeniu m.in. korytarzy solidarnościowych, ich wzrost notuje się na poziomie ok. 6,4%, m.in. dzięki zwiększeniu bezpieczeństwa przepływu towarów.
