Opis:: W opracowaniu ustalono szacunkowe salda bilansu substancji organicznej w glebie dla poszczególnych gospodarstw indywidualnych w Polsce, a także dla województw oraz kraju. W tym celu wykorzystano najbardziej aktualne dane statystyczne GUS z poziomu gospodarstwa rolnego za 2007 r. Wynik bilansu substancji organicznej w glebie uznany jest za wskaźnik rolnośrodowiskowy, będący źródłem informacji o oddziaływaniu rolnictwa na środowisko przyrodnicze.
The study presents an estimated balance of organic soil matter in individual farms in Poland, as well as in voivodeships and at the country level. In this regard, there were used current statistical data of Central Statistical Office from the farm level concerned in research in 2007. The balance of organic soil matter is very important agri-environmental indicator, which is a source of information about the impact of agriculture on the environment.

Opis:: Celem pracy była ocena wpływu kondycjonowania piaskiem Al2O3 o gradacji: 50μm, 110μm, 250μm, powierzchni prętów Ti6Al4V na klasę połączenia z ZrO2 cementem dentystycznym RelyX 3M ESPE. Wnioski zostały formułowane na podstawie wyników badań topografii powierzchni 3D oraz oceny struktur metalograficznych.
The aim of the research was the impact assessment conditioning sand Al2O3 grit: 50μm, 110μm, 250μm, area bars Ti6Al4V on the class connection with ZrO2 dental cement RelyX 3M ESPE. Proposals where formulated based on research results of 3D surface topography and evaluating the structures metallographic.

The study presents description of the individual farms in Poland in accordance with fertilizer balance of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium (in comparison with agricultural land). The description concerned factors and organization of agricultural production, including fertilizer practices in the distinguishing groups of farms. In this regard, there were used current statistical data of Central Statistical Office from the farm level concerned in research in 2007. The fertilizer balance is very important agri-environmental indicator, which is a source of information about the impact of agriculture on the environment.

This article discusses the methodology of research the structural sealants to determine their strength properties. Presented the requirements which the masses sealing have to meet to be used in structural glazing. Also contains the results of two types of sealant and assesses the effect of the aging factor of the fundamental properties of sealants.

Opis:: The key problem in studies of marketing objects (e.g., brands, political parties) is the lack of agreement on the universal dimensions through which such objects are perceived, as well as on methodologies allowing their identification. As a result, researchers often use structural models (and instruments) that lack ecological validity. We offer a solution to that problem by presenting a methodology that draws on lexical research and which has allowed researchers to establish universal dimensions of personality perception in psychology. By discussing the theoretical and methodological tenets of the multilevel lexical approach to exploring images of marketing objects, we also overcome another problem of neglecting the hierarchical structure of the phenomena and data.

Opis:: A structural equation model was used to verify both the direct and indirect influences on research and development and innovation capabilities that affect Thai automotive parts enterprises competitive advantage. Thailand’s automotive sector is a major driver of the economy with a multi-thousand network of both domestic and international companies contributing a significant amount to both domestic and Asian economic growth. After peaking in 2013 and reaching the Top 10 automotive nations, there has been a slide backwards. Competition is fierce and the pace of change ever quickening. Therefore, the researchers sought to determine how the automotive parts sector needed to improve in capability, skills and infrastructure to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage. From the structural equation model analysis of 220 regional automotive parts sector managers and use of AMOS software, it was determined that research and development combined with innovation plays key roles in the industry’s profitability and survivability. Additionally, there must be support across a wide sector of the economy, including universities, government agencies and institutions. Once championed as the ‘Detroit of Asia’, Thailand’s recognized success as a global automotive hub is a classic case of a well-executed industrial plan but that lead can potentially slip away without embracing new technologies and innovative thinking.

Opis:: The variety of sources and forms available for supporting the R&D process has, including non-repayable funds changed dramatically over the last few years. Today they are available for all interested in the running researches – both start-ups, as well as large companies. It is an extension of instruments sharing risks embodied in company’s development in the long run. Offered measures of financial support system are an attractive factor decreasing the risk of investment in R&D and encouraging entrepreneurs to spend their own funds for research. This has a strong impact on the sphere creating innovative solutions giving a competitive advantage.
Różnorodność źródeł, jak też dostępnych form wsparcia sfery badawczo-rozwojowej, w tym bezzwrotnych środków publicznych, zmieniła się radykalnie w ciągu ostatnich lat, co powoduje, że dzisiaj sięgać po nie mogą zarówno startupy, jak i duże firmy zainteresowane rozwojem B+R. Zachęcają one do podejmowania ryzyka oraz rozwoju firmy w dłuższej perspektywie. Oferowane środki finansowe wraz z systemem wsparcia ustawami stanowią istotny czynnik obniżający ryzyko inwestycyjne w B+R, jak też zachęcający przedsiębiorców do wydatkowania własnych środków na badania. Dają silny impuls do poszukiwania rozwiązań innowacyjnych oferujących przewagi konkurencyjne.
