    Opis:
    People with visual disabilities acquire knowledge about the surrounding space using other strategies than sighted people. The final stage of gathering this information is independent movement in space as well as the ability to describe it.The aim of the article is to present ways of experiencing space by blind people and strategies to build mental maps in their minds and to present knowledge about space by creating a description of it.The article also presents the results of research on the description of space by blind children in early school age.

    Since the beginning of the Trump Administration, analysts of American foreign policy have observed several changes in the style substance and style of Washington’s international behavior with regard to both foes and friends. President Trump in his rhetoric (including social media communication) and style represent a disturbing discontinuity, especially for allies that undermines the stability of American international commitments. American allies are forced to develop new strategies for managing this new risk in relations with Washington. This paper examines the tactics employed by the government in Warsaw in that regard.

    The development of social competence is reflected in the individual’s potential for constructive cooperation and behavior in social situations, in the possibility of establishing interpersonal relationships and understanding different viewpoints and in the capability of to tolerance and compassion. The purpose of this research paper is to compare teachers’ opinions on attained social competence of pupils with special needs and other pupils. A questionnaire for teachers was adapted. Pupils with special needs were slightly better at accepting diversity and difference and demonstrated a higher level of politeness than other pupils.

    The paper presents analysis of selected issues of sex and relationships, students with intellectual disabilities concerning the detection frequency of certain types of partner and sexual relations, homosexual relations concern about the incidence of pregnancy by a special primary school teacher. The paper analyzes the awareness of students with intellectual disabilities in sexual and partner relationships and awareness of teachers of special schools on issues of sexuality of people with intellectual disabilities. Presented partial results of comprehensive research, which focused on attitudinal and behavioral attributes sexuality of people with intellectual disabilities and their socio-cultural and ethical contexts, evidenced by the presence of partner and sexual relationships with students and schoolgirls special schools and low awareness on issues of sexuality and relationships among students with intellectual disabilities as well as teachers of special primary schools. The end of the article therefore highlights the need for systematic professional and institutional sex education of people with intellectual disabilities.

    Opis:
    Ukraińskie duszpasterstwo wojskowe posiada najbardziej rozwinięte struktury organizacyjne. Wpływ na to miały wydarzenia związane z rosyjską aneksją Krymu oraz wojną hybrydową w Donbasie. Także duszpasterstwo więzienne zostało zorganizowane w oparciu o struktury zakładów karnych i aresztów śledczych. Natomiast duszpasterstwo policyjne wymaga wprowadzenia nowych rozwiązań legislacyjnych. Poza tym Kościół greckokatolicki na Ukrainie utworzył własne struktury diecezjalne dla potrzeb duszpasterstw specjalnych a pozostałe wspólnoty religijne kapelaństwo w wojsku, policji i więziennictwie zorganizowały jedynie w formie szczątkowej. Opracowanie dotyczy funkcjonowania duszpasterstwa wojskowego, policyjnego i więziennego na Ukrainie. Przeprowadzona została analiza unormowań prawnych i praktyki w tym zakresie. Celem badań było wskazanie możliwych rozwiązań legislacyjnych, polegających np. na wydaniu przepisów państwowych gwarantujących opiekę religijną w formie duszpasterstw specjalnych. Stąd na końcu artykułu sformułowane zostały stosowne wnioski i postulaty
    The Ukrainian military chaplaincy has the best developed organizational structures. This stems from the events of the Russian annexation of the Crimea and the hybrid war in Donbas. The prison chaplaincy has also been organized based on the structures of penitentiaries and detention centres. The police chaplaincy, in turn, requires the introduction of new legislative solutions. In addition, the Greek Catholic Church in Ukraine has established its own diocesan structures for special chaplaincies, whereas the remaining religious organizations have only organized rudimentary chaplaincies in the army, police and prison service. The study concerns the functioning of the military, police and prison chaplaincies in Ukraine. The focus is the analysis of the legal regulations and practice in this respect, conducted using the dogmatic and comparative method. The aim is to suggest some possible legislative solutions, which would for example consist in issuing state regulations that guarantee religious care in the form of special chaplaincies. The article concludes with some suggestions and recommendations along these lines.
