    Opis:
    In the article are described problems related to creation and maintenance of situational awareness systems. The definitions of concepts of situation and its identification are presented. An approach based on situational knowledge representation with ontological models is selected for attaining situational awareness in complex intelligent enterprise systems, where objects can be in several situations in the same time and some situations are defined imprecisely. Granular computing approach is used for reduction of situational knowledge management complexity. In order to work with situation defined imprecisely, rough set approximations are proposed for situation definition. The usage of mechanisms inherent to ontological modeling for situation representation and reasoning about them are also discussed.

    Opis:
    Celem opracowania jest analiza koncepcji klauzuli generalnej autorstwa Józefa Nowackiego, sformułowanej w swojej zasadniczej postaci w latach 80. XX w. Koncentruje się ona wokół kilku najważniejszych dla jej kształtu zagadnień. Pierwszym z nich jest samo pojęcie klauzuli jako zwrotu nieokreślonego będącego częścią przepisu prawnego. Koresponduje ono z najważniejszym składnikami koncepcji sytuacjonistycznej – zanegowaniem odsyłającego charakteru klauzul (odesłania do ogólnych norm czy wartości) na rzecz potraktowania klauzuli jako nakazu oceniania, realizowanego przez podmiot stosujący prawo w postaci oceny konkretnej i sytuacyjnej. Analiza koncepcji J. Nowackiego prowadzi w ostatnich częściach opracowania do ukazania jej teoretycznoprawnych następstw, które, mimo że nie mieszczą się w głównym nurcie, nie uniemożliwiają poszukiwania punktów stycznych z zanegowaną przez Autora normatywną koncepcją klauzuli.
    The purpose of the study is to analyse the concept of general clause formulated by Józef Nowacki in its basic form in the 1980s. It focuses on several issues that are most important for the shape of the concept. The first is the very notion of a clause as an indeterminate phrase that is part of a legal provision. It corresponds to the crucial components of the situationist concept of the clause – the negation of the referential character of clauses (reference to general norms or values) in favour of treating the clause as an imperative of evaluating, implemented by the law-applying entity in the form of concrete and situational evaluation. The analysis of Nowacki’s concept leads, in the final sections of the study, to a demonstration of its theoretical implications, which, although not within the mainstream, do not prevent the search for common grounds with the normative concept of the clause, negated by the author.

    Real-time assessment of IT-related risks, performed at the national level, is very important due to the evolving nature of threats that may originate from individual hackers, organized cyber-criminal groups, as well as state activities. Evaluation of risk that is based on technical information, as well as on mutual relationships between various institutions and services, may result in very valuable situational awareness. The paper describes (in general) cyber risk analysis method which will be implemented in Polish National Cybersecurity Platform.

    Opis:
    In every day school life experiencing shame by students in situations of school assessment is a common phenomenon but not undertaken in research. Therefore, in this study it has been shown how assessment (external and teacher’s) and student’s self-esteem, including information about not meeting the standards and requirements existing in every day school life, imply experiences of shame in students towards themselves and towards others. Application of shame typology of Jacek M. Barbalet allowed not only to extract several types of shame experienced during assessment: narcissistic, situational, aggressive, and „submissive” but also to show the consequences of experiencing it by the assessed.
