    Celem artykułu była ocena wykorzystania crowdfundingu udziałowego jako alternatywnego źródła finansowania działalności przedsiębiorstw z punktu widzenia polskich doświadczeń. Autorka, oprócz samego modelu finansowania, analizuje również nowe, planowane do wdrożenia rozwiązania prawne, które mogą w znaczny sposób ułatwić zastosowanie tej formy zdobywania kapitału. Poza tym zmiana poziomu pozyskiwania środków bez wymogów opracowywania prospektu emisyjnego do 1 mln EUR, wymuszona przez Unię Europejską, może zdecydowanie zwiększyć zainteresowanie crowdfundingiem udziałowym, zarówno wśród przedsiębiorców, jak i inwestorów. Mimo że udziałowe finansowanie społecznościowe jest coraz bardziej popularne, szczególnie wśród przedsiębiorstw z sektora MŚP oraz start-upów, niewiele wiadomo na temat rzeczywistych doświadczeń związanych z tym rodzajem źródła finansowania. Poza tym stosowane w tym celu rozwiązania prawne w wielu krajach pozostają wciąż niejasne. Warto zatem stawiać pytania o stosowane praktyki.
    The aim of the article is to assess the use of equity crowdfunding as an alternative source of financing business operations from the point of view of Polish experience. Apart from the financing model itself, the author also analyzes new legal solutions planned to be implemented, which can significantly facilitate the use of this form of raising capital. Despite the fact that equity-based crowdfunding is becoming increasingly popular, especially among enterprises in the SME sector and start-ups, little is known about the real experience of this type of financing source. Besides, legal solutions used for this purpose are still unclear in many countries. It is, therefore, worth asking questions about the practices used.

    W artykule została zaprezentowana teoria „Ego-2-Eco” jako konsekwencja zmian technologicznych, ekonomicznych i społecznych zachodzących we współczesnym świecie. Przeanalizowano, w jakim stopniu polscy konsumenci przygotowani są na wdrożenie tej koncepcji, która wydaje się najbardziej odpowiednia w kontekście obecnej sytuacji gospodarczej, ale wymaga gruntownych przewartościowań, głównie w aspektach: świadomości ekologicznej, współpracy i poczucia wspólnoty.
    The article presents the „Ego-2-Eco” concept that was created as a consequence of technological, economic and social changes in nowadays world and seems to be one of the most adequate concepts in present economic situation. It was discussed whether Polish customers are ready to participate in the new concept introduction when it requires some profound changes in many aspects of social perception as: ecological awareness, involvement and collectivity.

    Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to identify the determinants of behaviour of drivers with regard to the possession and use of cars and their approach to the alternative which allows to rent cars in the market today – the so-called car sharing service, which is becoming increasingly popular and consists in using a vehicle without having to own it. Design/methodology/approach: For the purposes of this article a survey was conducted among current and potential users of the car sharing service. The purpose of this publication was also to gain knowledge on the market's needs in terms of mobility and consumer perception of the services of car rental companies. Findings: According to the respondents' opinion, factors affecting the decision to use the car sharing service were verified in the surveys. Attention was paid to such issues as the availability of parking spaces for cars in the car sharing service, the price of this service and a modern fleet of vehicles made available in the service. Research limitations/implications: It is advisable to carry out further scientific research in the field of the use of car sharing services due to the fact that it is an increasingly popular way of communication, mainly among the inhabitants of urban agglomerations. Practical and social implications: The approach to car ownership is changing. Young people are increasingly giving up car ownership and prefer its use. They do not have to pay for the purchase of the car, its operating costs, insurance or garage. The car sharing service is a convenient form of using a car without unnecessary expenses. Originality/value: The transport services market is constantly expanding, both in the field of the carriage of goods and passengers. The number of cars per capita increases year after year, which directly translates into increased number of cars on the roads in Poland and in the world. The problem is most evident in large city centres where car parks are overcrowded and urban infrastructure is unable to cope with the growing number of cars. This was the reason for addressing the issue of changing the current model of passenger movement that could solve the problem of crowded cities.

    Aim/purpose – The aim of this paper is to examine the impact of structural changes taking place in the Polish economy on the share of labour in national income. Design/methodology/approach – The scope of this study includes a review of the literature dedicated to the issue and an empirical analysis of data available on this topic. The study uses elements of descriptive statistics and the method of induction. Findings – The conducted analysis shows that in the years 2005-2016, a relation contrary to that reported by de Serres, Scarpetta, & de la Maisonneuve (2002), concerning shifts of employee groups between sectors of the national economy, prevailed in Poland. No research results on the impact of the decrease in the share of self-employed on the decrease in the share of labour in the national income have been confirmed. At the same time, the effect of changes in the relation between employee remuneration and the added value, resulting from their transition between sectors of the national economy, was positively verified. Research implications/limitations – The results related to changes in the share of self- -employed in the national economy should be treated with caution, as there are also economically inactive entities listed in the Central Statistical Office (GUS) register. Originality/value/contribution – To date, in Poland comprehensive research into the influence of structural changes on the share of labour in national income has not been conducted.

    Opis:
    The main aim of the article is a comparative analysis of the workforce and its productivity in the food economy of the EU countries in the years 1995 and 2009. The first part of the article analyses the internal structure of the workforce in the food economy and its share in the national economy. In the following part the workforce productivity was estimated, taking into consideration the value of global output and gross value added per employee. The basic source materials used in this study were input-output tables for individual EU countries. The results of the calculations indicate that the internal structure of the workforce in the food economy, its share in the national economy, and the level of the workforce productivity in the EU countries differ considerably. The level of the labour productivity is much higher in the countries of Western and Northern Europe than in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. It is mainly caused by a structural defect which is due to an excessive workforce in the agricultural sector EU member states.
    Celem artykułu była analiza porównawcza zasobów pracy i ich wydajności w gospodarce żywnościowej w krajach Unii Europejskiej w 1995 i 2009 roku. W pierwszej części artykułu przeanalizowano strukturę wewnętrzną pracujących w gospodarce żywnościowej oraz ich udział w gospodarce narodowej. W kolejnej części obliczono wydajność pracy, odnosząc wartość produkcji globalnej i wartości dodanej brutto na jednego zatrudnionego. Głównym materiałem źródłowym były Bilanse przepływów międzygałęziowych dla poszczególnych krajów Unii Europejskiej. Wyniki obliczeń świadczą o tym, że struktura wewnętrzna pracujących w gospodarce żywnościowej, ich udział w gospodarce narodowej oraz poziom wydajności pracy w krajach Unii Europejskiej wykazuje znaczne zróżnicowanie. W krajach Europy Zachodniej i Północnej zależności te są znacznie nowocześniejsze niż w krajach Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej. Spowodowane jest to przede wszystkim wadliwością strukturalną, związaną ze zbyt dużymi zasobami pracy w rolnictwie w nowych krajach członkowskich UE.

Po zarysowaniu ujęcia zagadnień gospodarczych w tym dokumencie autor wykazuje na przykładzie koncepcji Społecznej Odpowiedzialności Przedsiębiorstw oraz Planu Pracowniczej Własności Akcji zastosowanie rozwiązań korespondujących z ideami zawartymi w Gaudium et spes.
    The purpose of this article is to present selected examples of solutions for the organization and performance of business relationships with the idea of humanizing the economy, as postulated in the conciliar constitution Gaudium et Spes. After outlining the economic approach to the issues in this document, the author cites the example of the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility and the Employee Share Ownership Plan, to apply the solutions corresponding to the ideas contained in Gaudium et Spes.

    Przedmiotem opracowania jest szczególne uprzywilejowanie państwa w spółkach, w których – mając mniejszość akcji – dysponują tzw. złotą akcją, a zatem możliwością władczego oddziaływania na istotne decyzje spółki, wykraczając poza pozycję kapitałową państwa. Oznacza to ograniczenie wolności oraz prymatu własności prywatnej. Golden share może być pojmowana jako próba pogodzenia interesów prywatnych właścicieli z ważnym interesem publicznym w niektórych sektorach gospodarki, w których interes państwa staje się szczególnie doniosły. Ponieważ stanowi wyjątek od równej pozycji akcjonariuszy, jej wykorzystanie w polityce gospodarczej powinno być nader rzadkie. Autor krytykuje fakt, że Polsce po 2015 r. mamy do czynienia z odstępowaniem od prywatyzacji na rzecz zwiększonego udziału kapitału państwowego, a także z patologicznym zjawiskiem nadreprezentacji polityków we władzach przedsiębiorców, zarówno państwowych, jak i prywatnych. Wymaga to reorientacji polityki gospodarczej oraz personalnej.
    The subject of the study is the special privilege of the state in companies in which – having a minority of shares – they have golden share, and therefore the ability to exert an authoritative influence on significant decisions of the company, going beyond the capital position. This means limiting the freedom of enterprise and the primacy of private property. Golden share can be understood as an attempt to reconcile the interests of private owners with an important public interest in certain sectors of the economy where the interest of the state becomes particularly important. Since it is an exception to the equal position of shareholders, its use in economic policy should be extremely rare.
