В статье описан один из способов повышения качества сервисного обслуживания автомобильной техники путем сбалансированного развития сети фирменного сервиса. Приведен алгоритм анализа работы субъектов сети. В качестве критерия оценки эффективности ее деятельности предложены интегральный показатель оценки всей сети и комплексные показатели оценки ее субъектов.

Opis:
In the article methods of control over risks of the service enterprises during creation of customer-oriented firm service system are analyzed. It is shown that system approach to risk management ensures the adoption of science-based solutions, minimizes consequences of risk situations. One of ways to calculate an integrated indicator of the risk of loss of the service enterprise competitiveness is described. Variants of the risk assessment to reduce the effectiveness of service enterprises by monitoring indicators based on the results of their monitoring are given.
В статье анализируются методы управления рисками сервисных предприятий при создании клиентоориентированной системы фирменного сервиса. Показано, что системный подход к управлению рисками обеспечивает принятие научно-обоснованных решений, минимизирует последствия рисковых ситуаций. Описан один из способов расчета интегрального показателя риска потери конку-рентоспособности сервисного предприятия. Приведены варианты оценки риска снижения эффективности деятельности сервисных предприятий путем контроля показателей по результатам их мониторинга.

The genesis of the creation of the National SME Service Network is to support the development of entrepreneurship at local and regional level, with particular attention to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. Through this system, small companies are able to obtain access to a specific range of services. These services under market conditions would be difficult to reach, do not meet the expectations of entrepreneurs or expensive. The aim of the research study was to analyze the one hand, the strengths and weaknesses of SME entrepreneurs in connection with the implementation of innovations and confront this with the offer of the National SME Service Network. The adopted research method was analysis of documents of domestic and empirical data secondary. The collected data points to uneven availability of instruments of the National SME Service Network in the Polish scale and the positive signs emerging in the attitudes of entrepreneurs themselves taking up economic activity. The changing attitude of entrepreneurs to your own business can provide a stimulus in the future to benefit increasingly from the offer of the National SME Service Network.
Genezą powstania Krajowego Systemu Usług jest wspieranie rozwoju przedsiębiorczości na poziomie lokalnym iregionalnym, ze szczególnym zwróceniem uwagi na potrzeby sektora małych iśrednich przedsiębiorstw. Za pośrednictwem tego systemu małe przedsiębiorstwa mają możliwość uzyskania dostępu do określonego wachlarza usług. Usługi te w warunkach rynkowych byłyby trudno dostępne, niespełniające oczekiwań przedsiębiorców albo drogie. Celem badawczym opracowania było przeanalizowanie z jednej strony mocnych i słabych stron przedsiębiorców z sektora MŚP w związku z możliwością wdrażania innowacji, a z drugiej strony skonfrontowanie tego z ofertą Krajowego Systemu Usług. Przyjętą metodą badawczą była analiza dokumentów krajowych oraz danych empirycznych wtórnych. Zebrane dane wskazują na nierównomierną dostępność instrumentów Krajowego Systemu Usług w skali Polski oraz na pozytywne sygnały pojawiające się w postawach samych przedsiębiorców podejmujących działalność gospodarczą. Zmieniające się nastawienie przedsiębiorców do własnej firmy może stanowić w przyszłości pewien bodziec do korzystania w coraz większym stopniu z oferty Krajowego Systemu Usług.

The main aim of this research is to identify changes in property use in selected streets in Poznań city centre. In the first part of the paper there were presented the factors influencing the land use system in the cities, the changes in the spatial structure of contemporary Polish cities and the stages of development of the commercial network-service in Poznań during the period of the market economy. In the empirical part of the analysis of usage of real estate premises in the city centre the spatial scope was determined as selected streets in the city centre (Święty Marcin, Półwiejska, 27 Grudnia and the Old Town). Based on the collected data, commercial properties were grouped by type of business. An analysis of vacancy rates was also carried out. The analysis confirmed that the type of use of property located in selected central streets of Poznań area is dependent on the function of the area in which the premises are located.
Celem opracowania jest rozpoznanie zmian w zakresie sposobów użytkowania nieruchomości lokalowych na wybranych ulicach centrum miasta Poznania. W pierwszej części opracowania przedstawiono rozważania na temat czynników kształtujących układ wykorzystywania gruntów w miastach, wskazano na zmiany zachodzące w strukturze przestrzennej współczesnych polskich miast oraz przedstawiono etapy rozwoju sieci handlowo-usługowej w Poznaniu w okresie gospodarki rynkowej. W części empirycznej przeprowadzono analizę sposobu użytkowania nieruchomości lokalowych w centrum Poznania. Zakresem przestrzennym analizy sposobu wykorzystania nieruchomości lokalowych objęto wybrane ulice w centrum Poznania (Święty Marcin, Półwiejska, 27 Grudnia oraz Stare Miasto). Na podstawie zebranych danych lokale użytkowe pogrupowano ze względu na rodzaj prowadzonej działalności. Przeprowadzono także analizę pustostanów. Przeprowadzona analiza potwierdziła, że sposób użytkowania nieruchomości lokalowych usytuowanych przy wybranych ulicach centralnej strefy Poznania uzależniony jest od funkcji, jaką pełni obszar, w którym lokale są usytuowane. Stare Miasto, pełniące reprezentacyjną rolę, zdominowane jest przez restauracje, kawiarnie i kluby. Ulica Półwiejska natomiast, łącząca dwie galerie handlowe: Kupiec Poznański oraz Stary Browar – sklepami odzieżowymi i obuwniczymi. Na ulicach Święty Marcin i 27 Grudnia przeważają natomiast instytucje finansowe i banki. Najwyższy wskaźnik pustostanów odnotowano natomiast w rejonie Starego Miasta oraz ulic Święty Marcin.

The concept of network in economic sciences is generally referenced to companies connecting into a network (and related to the effects of this phenomenon) than to the relationship between the elements in organizations, which are shaping such a network (and the result of such approach). Occurring today dynamic and unexpected market changes enforce a special data presentation, so that based on them decision-making in the company will be resulted on their absorption or appropriate deformation of management system. The aim of the article is to use the visualization network to analyze the level of customer service and improve achieved indicator values of service in the selected company of the pharmaceutical industry. The tool for analysis and visualization was program Pajek by Vladimir Batagejl and Andrei Mrvar. For the most important results of the study should be included a positive opinion on the suitability of network visualizations (and their characteristics as the value of belonging and vector) for solving these types of problems.

W artykule przedstawiono opis projektu oraz implementacji wybranych elementów Systemu Zdalnego Egzaminowania. Zaprezentowano mechanizmy obsługi bazy danych z wykorzystaniem procedur składowanych. Omówiono sposób integracji opracowywanego systemu z istniejącym systemem dziennika nauczyciela oraz sposób użytkowania aplikacji.
A design description including implementation of selected elements of an examining remote system is presented in the paper. Mechanisms of database maintenance using stored procedures are shown. An integration of the elaborated system with the existing system of teacher's diary has been discussed. An explanation to the use of application is given.

The paper presents an approach to the logistics service for companies by warehouse facilities with different configurations in the logistics network. Through the warehouses it is possible to combine internal logistics functions such as ordering, unloading, product receptions, confectioning, order picking. The occurrence of warehouse facilities and suitable strategy also affects the volume of stocks, because they allow for combine reserves and compensates for fluctuations in demand. Optimal control of the amount of inventory reduces the demand for warehouse space and associates storage costs. The appropriate configuration of the warehouse facilities in the logistics network is therefore critical for effective logistics service of manufacturing companies. In such logistics network, individual subsystems are related to each other by different types of relation. From these interconnections result logistic tasks performed by company logistics system. Their implementation is caused both externally and internally, wherein the first considerations arise from the environment, the other from production. External logistic task is the boundary conditions for storage process in manufacturing company. The configuration of storage process determines the execution of internal logistics tasks for the company. The article also presents the logistics network configuration taking into account both direct and indirect services.

Network calculus is a mathematical theory dealing with queueing problems in packet-switched computer networks. It provides algorithms to determine resource requirements of traffic flows using arrival and service curves and describes delays and backlogs in network systems. Network calculus framework is based on a min-plus algebra which allows to transform complex network optimization problems into analytically tractable ones. Recently, a fundamental book on principles, tools, techniques, and applications of network calculus, entitled: Network Calculus. A Theory of Deterministic Queuing Systems for the Internet, has been published by J. Y. Le Boudec and P. Thiran. Here, we refer to it in our refinements of proof of one important theorem and its extension. The objective of this paper is twofold. First, we complete one of basic results regarding a network element that is called in network calculus a greedy shaper. Second, we present also the results of some illustrative calculations and measurements of network service curve. They aim in better understanding of its properties.

The aim of this study was to present the variety of educational services in small towns of Małopolskie and Podkarpackie voivodeships. Performance of educational services is determined by numerous factors, of which the key ones are: economic and social policy, rules governing the funding of education and demographic processes. Education is a public service aimed at particular citizen groups (children, youth, adults) or at the society itself. The maim methods used in study was analysis of statistic data and structural coefficient and profiles of educational services. The first part of this paper deals with the condition and structure of the system in consideration to the types of schools and number of students affected by demographic changes in the region. The second part is an analysis of educational profiles in secondary schools in small cities with relation to their local job market and the economic advancement of the regions. The paper contains a juxtaposition of barriers and opportunities for the development of educational services in the analysed towns.

We investigate the complex dynamics between social service entrepreneurs and social sector managers through the lens of network metaphor, utilizing our data on social service entrepreneurs’ experiences of cooperation with municipalities. We examine what kinds of dependencies exist in the entrepreneur–municipality relationships and what kind of consequences these dependencies have on social service businesses run by entrepreneurs. Basing on the social service entrepreneurs experience, our findings suggest that while the cooperation with the municipality represents a prerequisite for success, their business represent only one alternative for the renewal of social service structures from the point of view of municipalities. In addition, the existence of legally enforced supervisory duties incorporates a considerable amount of power that influences areas of the entrepreneur–municipality relationships and interaction other than just those defined by the supervisory and regulatory rights.

Britain is “super-diverse” and public service broadcasters (PSBs), as in many other European countries, are expected to refl ect the duality of single identities and confl icted allegiance in the design and delivery of public service content. However, previous studies have consistently found that minority groups are under-represented and negatively stereotyped in the mainstream media. But the advent of new technology provides opportunities to expand programming to be more inclusive of the interests and tastes of minority groups. However, the introduction of new technology into the newsroom also presents challenges for journalists in their traditional role as gatekeepers and for the diversity of public service content online. Hence, this study collates data through an ethnographic study of the newsroom at Channel 4 News Online and in-depth interviews with the deputy News Editor, Programme Editor Online and presenters; and also conducts an analy- sis of the website for evidence of the diversity of public service content online. It found that the news team expands the range of information via blogs and special reports. And that they interact with users by moderating audience materials and incorporating audience comments in their news report. Th e implication of these on newsroom practice is that the gatekeeping and agenda setting roles are tempered with network journalism to enhance the diversity of public service content online.
