    Artykuł wpisuje się w polską, a nawet globalną dyskusję na temat wprowadzenia elementów jogi w szkole ponadpodstawowej. Asumptem do jego napisania stała się obserwacja pogarszającego się stanu psychofizycznego młodych ludzi w obliczu epidemii wirusa SARS-CoV-2. W tekście zaprezentowano autorski scenariusz zajęć jogi, odwołując się do Jogasutr i Hathapradipiki oraz własnych praktyk jogicznych i obserwacji uczniów.
    The article is a part of Polish and even global discussion about the introduction of yoga in secondary school. It is based on the observation of the deteriorating psychophysical condition of young people in the face of the SARS-CoV-2 virus epidemic. The article presents the author’s scenario of yoga classes, referring to the Yogasūtras and Hathapradīpikā as well as own yogic practices and observations of students.

    Introduction. In addition to knowledge and aptitude, practical skills are necessary to competently pursue every profession. For students, teaching practice is the first opportunity to confront knowledge and skills acquired at university with school reality. The goal of this study was the self-esteem of didactic and educational skills among full-time and extramural Physical Education students of Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz participating in teaching practice as well as the comparison of their self-esteem with the assessment of teachers − placement supervisors. Material and Methods. A total of 625 Physical Education students of Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz and the same number of placement supervisors were involved in the study. The diagnostic survey method was carried out to collect the data. The questionnaire technique was used. Results. Based on the conducted research, the following conclusions were formulated: the majority of full-time and extramural students assessed their didactic and educational skills as good or very good, both full-time and extramural students were very well prepared for teaching practice in Physical Education, and the assessments of teaching practice supervisors, in principle, were higher than the self-esteem expressed by student teachers (p = 0.0000 for the Z test).

    The text refers to the surrealist invention of automatic writing examined in the anthropological and historical perspective. The aim of the article is to show the relationships of automatic writing with other non-literary cultural practices, especially graphological and spiritualistic. These practices explore the unconscious, strictly individual components of writing, aimed at revealing the social and psychological truth about the subject. They are also to show the domain of what is rejected by modern rationalism. In this article I want to show that the link between modernity, the avant-garde and the subconsciousness or superconsciousness is a complex epistemic fight with modern political and social administration that goes beyond the field of art to the field of broadly understood culture.

    This paper explores parental (particularly mothers’) support in the daily lives of children with allergies in a Swedish context. An ordinary life is established by making comparisons to what other children without allergies presumably can do (and eat). Although the parents’ goal is to support their child in managing allergies, neither their practical nor their interactional strategies work in a clear-cut direction to promote the child’s ordinary life and identity. On the contrary, parents’ accounts convey that they function just as much against an everyday life and the child’s identity. When managing family relations, parents expect immediate family members (specifically grandparents) to understand and accommodate the child’s needs.  However, claims of family responsibility are made through moral tales about lack of support from “generalized others.” Family responsibility is also downplayed in parents’ accounts as demands of support may put parents’ moral self at risk. The strategy of information control in certain situations and (non-family) relations used to keep the child safe may risk stigmatizing the child, alternatively, making the child into a social threat. One of the conclusions that could be drawn from this study is that claims of family support may be contradictory to other cultural principles that ascribe responsibilities between families and individuals, as the principles of individual freedom and autonomy.

    Metamimesis, etymologically, is a combination of the Greek prefi x “meta” and mimeisthai, which was in use prior to the emergence of the Platonic tradition (Koller 1954). In the following work I argue that the methodological and technical aspect of classical category, mimesis, has been changing during the development of art and human thinking throughout the cultural history and philosophy.2 This work discusses hypotheses concerning functional and interdisciplinary, and potentiality of meaning of the category of metamimesis, especially: contemplative meaning (as the classical-philosophical) and – the original – performative meaning (according to A. Artaud: as a non-discursive and non-mendacious reality). The main part of the paper applies the category of metamimesis to interpret selected artistic practices, in particular the artistic performance of Iron Ship and Xavier le Roy’s Low pieces. Thus, it discloses the vast potentiality of the act of performance as a process involving contemplative and performative dimensions of human being – all participants of this process. The discussion concerns also the question about the limits of human thinking and ultimately the possible existence of a transcendental awareness. The article is an introduction to the study of potentiality of the category “metamimesis”.
    Termin metamimesis jest złożeniem greckiego prefi ksu „meta” oraz „mimeisthai”, używanego jeszcze przed Platonem (Koller 1954). W prezentowanym artykule twierdzę, że aspekty metodologiczny i techniczny klasycznej kategorii mimesis zmieniały się wraz z rozwojem sztuki i ludzkiej myśli. W artykule rozważam potencjalność znaczenia kategorii metamimesis, szczególnie w kontekście fi lozofi i klasycznej jako pojęcie kontemplacji, a także – źródłowo – w kontekście znaczeń performatywnych (według A. Artauda, jako niedyskursywne i niezakłamane praktyki). Główna część tekstu poświęcona jest zastosowaniu „metamimesis” do interpretacji praktyk artystycznych, na przykładzie performansów Iron Ship oraz Low pieces (stąd sugeruję także użyteczność tytułowego pojęcia dla umotywowania kształtu młodej dyscypliny „Performance Philosophy”). Finalnie wnioskuję, iż działanie performatywne jest procesem rozwijającym wymiary bycia, takie jak kontemplatywny i performatywny, wszystkich uczestników tego typu praktyk. „Metamimesis” jest też, jak się okaże, kategorią skupiającą (jak w soczewce) pytania dotyczące granic ludzkiego myślenia, a pociąga za sobą pytania o możliwość istnienia świadomości transcendentnej. Artykuł ma charakter wprowadzenia do badań nad potencjalnością tytułowej kategorii.

    When academic students are introduced to scientific work, they need to become familiar with how to select a research topic, to identify research goals, and to structure a research project accordingly. In Business Informatics, research practice is increasingly following a design science approach. In this contribution, we introduce a corresponding digital support scheme. It is based on cognitive apprenticeship and scaffolding to specify the research questions and derive requirements from a problem statement for possible solutions. Learners are supported in a socio-cognitive way, as the set of digital learning-support features comprises peer-to-peer interactions, content co-construction, and a portfolio-like documentation scheme. Context-sensitive (focused) interaction and organizing group work facilitate content co-creation and effective information sharing. They support self-managed scientific skill development while being able to follow structured research procedures.

    The article demonstrates an attempt to define the legal boundaries of using advertising that employs sexual themes on the basis of resolutions issued by the Advertising Ethics Committee. Issues with the use of sexual themes in advertising have been present for a long time. Existing laws do not always allow for the barring of such advertising, making self-regulation, in which the United Advertising Associations Council’s Advertising Ethics Committee plays a vital role, crucial. Benefits of such self-regulation, compared with legislated regulations, include flexibility in implementing solutions and the ability to promptly alter decisions in accordance with evolving social standards.

    Opis:
    The nature of compulsory membership in professional self-governments associating persons covered by the obligation of public trust is a fact that is questioned from time to time. Opponents of obligatory membership, however, find it difficult to argue for the identification of membership. According to art. 17 sec. 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, the basic opinion of professional self-governments is to supervise the proper performance of the profession by their members, which they do on behalf of the state, in the public interest. Therefore, in order to be able to fully perform this supervision, professional self-governments should be equipped with an authoritative function in relation to all persons covered by the profession on equal terms. The aim of the article is to justify the obligatory membership in the professional self-government using dogmatic and legal methods.
    Charakter obowiązkowego członkostwa w samorządach zawodowych zrzeszających osoby wykonujące zawód zaufania publicznego jest faktem, który próbuje się co jakiś czas kwestionować. Przeciwnikom obligatoryjnego członkostwa trudno jednak wskazać argumenty przemawiające za dobrowolnym członkostwem. Zgodnie bowiem z art. 17 ust. 1 Konstytucji RP, podstawowym zdaniem samorządów jest sprawowanie pieczy nad należytym wykonywaniem zawodu przez swoich członków, co czynią w imieniu państwa, w interesie publicznym. Zatem, aby móc w pełni wykonywać ten nadzór samorządy muszą być wyposażone w uprawnienia władcze w stosunku do wszystkich osób wykonujących określony zawód na równych zasadach. Celem artykułu jest uzasadnienie obligatoryjnego członkostwa w samorządzie zawodowym, przy wykorzystaniu metody dogmatyczno-prawnej.

    Prezentowany tekst zmierza do opisania istotnych zagadnień społeczeństwa samorealizującego. Istotne dla autora było ukazanie specyfiki kultury współczesnej zwanej terapeutyczną i uchwycenie kilku znaczących momentów kultury indywidualizmu. Wychodząc z twórczości późnego Foucault autor śledzi wyłanianie się imperatywu naszych czasów, by „brać odpowiedzialność za własną autokreację”. Obok genealogii kultury indywidualizmu tekst zmierza również w kierunku ukazania możliwości wykorzystania humanistycznej technologii podmiotu w postaci rozwijanej przez Kena Wilbera koncepcji Integralnej Praktyki Życiowej jako podstawy teoretycznej w poszukiwaniach współczesnych andragogów. W końcowej części tekstu autor wskazuje na ważny trop w śledzeniu pedagogicznego dyskursu psychologii humanistycznej oraz fenomen zawłaszczania języka psychologii humanistycznej przez dyskurs zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi.
    Presented text tends to describe crucial issues of selfrealisation society. For the author there was important to show the specific of temporary culture called therapeutic culture and to grasp some of the important moments of the culture of individualism. To come out from the late works of Michel Foucault author follows how the imperative of our times to „ take responsibility for the self-creation” has come out. Besides of drawing the genealogy of individualism culture text tends also into direction to show the possibilities of use the humanistic technology of self on the example of Ken Wilber’s concept of Integral Life Practice. I argue to use this conception to build the theoretical frame for the inquiry of contemporary andragogy. In the ending section of the text author indicate important trail in the search for the pedagogical discourse of humanistic psychology. The intention tends to describe the issue how the language of humanistic psychology is subdued by the human resources discourse.

    The text deals with teachers’ attitudes and opinions of the transformation of the Czech schools. It answers the following question: Which are the risky factors for current teachers to be able to adopt the concept of the integrated teaching process and to be able to get rid of residue of the encyclopaedic approach to the teaching process in Czech schools. Teachers’ attitudes and their connection with reflection of their work and their self-reflection are defined briefly. The author describes research problems, questions, hypotheses and aims of the research realised in 20 schools in the city of Ostrava and its neighbourhood within the Research Project of our organisation named New Opportunities in Education of Teachers, Educators and Pupils for the Learning Society of the 21st Century (VZO CEZ: JOB/98: 174500001) during the years 2000– 2003. She interprets results of this research and conclusions following from it for the pedagogical practice.

    Zgodnie art. 17 ust. 1 polskiej Konstytucji z 2 kwietnia 1997 roku „w drodze ustawy można tworzyć samorządy zawodowe, reprezentujące osoby wykonujące zawody zaufania publicznego i sprawujące pieczę nad należytym wykonywaniem tych zawodów w granicach interesu publicznego i dla jego ochrony”. Przedmiotem opracowania jest prezentacja i analiza postanowień konstytucyjnych oraz próba określenia, na ich podstawie, standardów konstytucyjnych. W konsekwencji przedstawiono: 1) uwagi na temat intencji, jakie towarzyszyły pracom nad Konstytucją; 2) najbardziej podstawowe normy konstytucyjne wyznaczające kierunki stanowienia prawa i założenia funkcjonowania samorządów (korporacji) zawodowych; 3) uwagi terminologiczne na temat pojęć „zawód”, „zawód wolny”, „zawód regulowany”, „zawód zaufania publicznego”. Ten ostatni termin nabiera cech pojęcia nietypowego dla większości konstytucji innych państw, stąd przeprowadzono szersze rozważania na temat reguł znaczeniowych, które powinny być powiązane ze zjawiskiem zaufania publicznego i pojmowaniem cech tego zawodu w Polsce. Zwrócono uwagę na dwa podstawowe zadania samorządów zawodowych: 1) reprezentację interesów grupy społeczno-zawodowej osób wykonujących zawód zaufania publicznego; 2) ukierunkowanie pieczy nad wykonywaniem zawodu na realizację i ochronę interesu publicznego. Na tle kojarzenia tych zadań pojawiały się i nadal są obecne pewne napięcia i spory środowiskowe, a nawet doktrynalne. W artykule nie pominięto tego, że analiza pozycji korporacji osób wykonujących zawody zaufania publicznego musi obecnie uwzględniać zjawiska patologiczne, które przyniósł kryzys ustrojowo-polityczny po 2015 roku.
    Pursuant to Article 17(1) of the Polish Constitution of 2 April 1997, “self-governments may be created within a profession in which the public repose confidence, and such self-governments shall concern themselves with the proper practice of such professions in accordance with, and for the purpose of protecting, the public interest”. This study intends to present and analyse constitutional provisions and to use them to attempt to define constitutional standards. Therefore, I present: 1) comments on the intentions that accompanied the work on the Constitution, 2) the most basic constitutional norms that set the directions of law-making and of constructing assumptions for the functioning of professional self-governments (corporations), 3) terminological comments on the concepts of “profession”, “free profession”, “regulated profession”, and “profession of public trust”. The latter term takes on features of a concept that is not typical to most constitutions of other countries, hence I present a more extensive discussion on the rules of meaning which should be given to the phenomenon of public trust with the understanding of the features of this profession in Poland. This paper focuses on two basic tasks of professional self-governments, i.e. 1) representing the interests of the socio-professional group of persons who practice professions of public trust and 2) orienting the practicing of the profession towards the implementation and protection of the public interest. Managing these two tasks in parallel has caused and is still causing certain tensions and disputes between the relevant circles and even among legal scholars and commentators. The article does not ignore the fact that the analysis of the position of corporations of persons performing public-trust professions must currently take into account the unwholesome phenomena brought about by the post-2015 systemic and political crisis.
