Opis:: The obesity crisis and health inequalities among children have directed the attention of policymakers to school-based interventions. Accordingly, the state government of North Rhine-Westphalia commissioned a pilot project amongst daily PE classes in primary schools. An evaluation study was conducted testing 520 children from seven project schools and 142 children from non-project schools over a four-year period. Body mass index (BMI) served as an indicator of the children’s health status. Further health-related aspects were measured in terms of motoric capacities. Moreover, sports club participation was measured. The results suggest that the daily PE class does not represent a universal remedy for specific health deficits. However, disadvantaged children - in particular girls - might benefit from school-based interventions.

Opis:: Prevalence of childhood obesity and health problems resulting from a lack of physical activity are in a position to increase in most developed countries. Scientific evidence of the relationship between physical activity levels and health problems resulting from inactivity not fully studied. Levels of physical activity for young people and teenagers are insufficient. There is little evidence of positive results in relation to interventions with children. In general, interventions achieved significant changes in physical activity levels of approximately 13% in moderate and vigorous physical activity. Most interventions are not significant in children although teenagers. In the case of children is effectively a direct influence over the type of physical activities that are proposed, with a high recreational component and multicomponent interventions course include families and supporting institutional campaigns. For adolescent interventions must also be multicomponent and focus on environmental intervention center to have some assurance of effectiveness.

Opis:: Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a complex developmental disorder affecting communication and behavior extensively conducted for research. The systematic literature review aims to provide insight into the latest intervention trends for children with autism between 2011 and 2021 and to identify the main topics discussed in the literature. Ten studies were chosen for analysis using the PRISMA screening method. The findings showed that the primary focus of these studies has been on evidence-based early intervention for social communication, behavior management, and the role of parents and schools in the therapy process. The current review offers significant insights into the present state of knowledge in the field of autism intervention and proposes potential areas for future research.
Zaburzenie ze spektrum autyzmu (ASD) jest szeroko badanym, złożonym zaburzeniem rozwojowym wpływającym na komunikację i zachowanie. Systematyczny przegląd literatury ma na celu zapewnienie wglądu w najnowsze trendy wczesnej interwencji u dzieci z autyzmem w latach 2011-2021 oraz zidentyfikowanie głównych tematów omawianych w literaturze. Do analizy przy użyciu metody przesiewowej PRISMA zostało wybranych dziesięć badań. Wyniki wykazały, że prace te koncentrowały się głównie na opartej na dowodach wczesnej interwencji w zakresie komunikacji społecznej, kontroli zachowania oraz roli rodziców i szkół w procesie terapeutycznym. Obecny przegląd oferuje znaczący dostęp do aktualnego stanu wiedzy z zakresu wczesnej interwencji w przypadkach autyzmu i określa potencjalne obszary przyszłych badań.
