W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienie oceny sukcesu projektów o różnym poziomie złożoności. Omówiono kryteria oceny sukcesu projektu oraz rozstrzygnięto kwestie definicyjne związane z pojęciem złożoność projektu. Zaprezentowano klasyfikację projektów z uwzględnieniem kryterium złożoności projektów. Przedstawiono wyniki badań empirycznych dotyczące oceny sukcesu w projektach o wysokiej, średniej i niskiej złożoności. Dokonana analiza wyników badań pozwala na stwierdzenie, że najwyżej oceniono sukces w projektach o niskiej złożoności, a najniżej w projektach o wysokiej złożoności.
The article describes the issue related to the success in projects of varying complexity. The project success criteria and defining of the project complexity were showed. The project classification taking into account the criterion of project complexity was presented. The results of the empirical studies in context the evaluating of the success in projects of high, medium and low complexity were showed. The analyses of the obtained results indicates that the level of success in low complexity projects was highest and in high complexity projects was lowest.

The research results indicate the high importance of most of the success factors and the success criteria of research projects pointed out in the literature and those in turn are important for project management and supports decision-making.

Celem artykułu jest ukazanie złożoności zagadnienia kryteriów oceny sukcesu projektów oraz omówienie wyzwań związanych z doborem kryteriów oceny sukcesu dla projektów europejskich z zakresu ochrony środowiska. W artykule omówiono zagadnienia związane z definiowaniem oraz oceną sukcesu w zarządzaniu projektami dofinansowanymi ze środków Unii Europejskiej. Na podstawie analizy literatury przedstawiono ewolucję podejścia do definiowania sukcesu projektu przez badaczy z zakresu zarządzania projektami. W pierwszej części artykułu dokonano definicji pojęcia kryteriów oceny sukcesu projektów, stanowiącej podstawę do określenia kluczowych czynników sukcesu projektu. Zaprezentowano także ewolucję w postrzeganiu zagadnienia kryteriów oceny na przestrzeni ostatnich 50 lat badań nad uwarunkowaniami sukcesu w zarządzaniu projektami. Definicja sukcesu projektu należy do ważnych i złożonych problemów badawczych, jednocześnie jednak krótki okres realizacji w naszym kraju projektów europejskich sprawia, że w niewielkim stopniu zbadano dotąd to zagadnienie w kontekście projektów współfinansowanych ze środków Unii Europejskiej. W dalszej części zaprezentowano specyfikę procesu oceny projektów europejskich. Omówiono przebieg i zakres oceny formalnej i merytorycznej projektu będących elementem procedury wyboru projektu do dofinansowania. W artykule przedstawiono jak różne definicje sukcesu, w tym kryteriów oceny sukcesu projektów, wpisują się w zakres kryteriów formalnych i merytorycznych projektów europejskich. Dokonano także analizy możliwości wykorzystania w procesie określania kryteriów oceny sukcesu projektów europejskich kryteriów formalnych i merytorycznych stanowiących element dokumentacji konkursowej i będących pochodną wytycznych i dokumentów określających zasady działania poszczególnych programów, w ramach których wydatkowane są w Polsce środki europejskie wspierające ochronę środowiska. W artykule przedstawiono najistotniejsze wyzwania związane z procesem definiowania kryteriów oceny sukcesu projektów europejskich związanych z ochroną środowiska na podstawie kryteriów oceny formalnej i merytorycznej zdefiniowanych dla 3 obszarów wsparcia w ramach regionalnych programów operacyjnych oraz Programu Operacyjnego Infrastruktura i Środowisko na lata 2014–2020.
The purpose of this paper is to explore the issue of the criteria of project success and the complexity of the subject in the context of environmental and nature conservation projects financed by European Union. The article presents various definitions of project success The article deals with definition and evaluation process of the project success as well as specific conditions of EU project management. Thematic evolution and trends in defining project success are presented through systematic review of literature on project management. The first part of the article focus on reviewing different approaches to the subject of criteria of project success, which is the crucial part of the proces. It is impossible to determine critical success factors (CSF) without deciding on the criteria of the project success. Project success definition is an important and complex project management issue. The success of the projects was considered for the last 50 years in a various ways and by different project management scholars. There is a consensus about the importance of this aspect for the project management practice. However, the project management in the context of EU-funded projects is still subject of further research, as this issue was not yet properly analyzed. The article presents the specific of the environmental and nature conservation EU-funded project judgement proces. The procedures and the scope of the formal and substantive assesment which is the part of selection procedure were described. The paper presents also how formal and substantive assesment criteria correspond with success criteria definitions created so far by the researchers. Moreover, the article analyses how existing asssesment criteria, precisely defined in EU programmes documentation and procedures, can be treated as EU project success criteria. The article presents also the most important challenges and issues in determining the set of success criteria based on assesment criteria set for regional operational programmes and Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment for 2014–2020 programming period.

Successful management of an information technology (IT) project is the most desirable for all organisations and stakeholders. Many researchers elaborated that risk management is a key part of project management for any project size. Risk management is so critical because it provides project managers with a forward-looking view of both threats and opportunities to improve the project success. The objectives of this research are to explore organisational factors affecting IT project success and risk management practices influencing IT project success. Risk management practices include risk identification, risk analysis, risk response planning, and risk monitoring and control. The IT project success is measured by proces performance and product performance. Data are collected from 200 project managers, IT managers, and IT analysts in IT firms through questionnaires and analysed using Independent Sample t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Multiple Linear Regression at the statistical significance level of 0.05. The results show that the differences in organisational types affect IT project success in all aspects, while the differences on organisational sizes affect IT project success in the aspect of product performance and total aspects. Risk identification and risk response planning influence the process performance and the total aspects of IT project success. Risk identification has the highest positive influence on product performance, followed closely by risk response, while risk analysis negatively influences product performance.

Background. A risk is inseparably related to the planning and execution of each project. A project risk is an event that may have impact on the achievement of project goals and objectives. Therefore, it is extremely important to minimize the likelihood of the occurrence and impact of potential negative events, and at the same time to take full advantage of opportunities for improvement. In other words, there is a need for project risk management.Research aims. Point out the aspects and risk management processes which are perceived to have the biggest impact on the success of a project. Indicate the risk management techniques most often used.Methodology. The search for project aspects and risk management techniques was based on scientific literature review. Exploration of actual application of risk management in private sector projects was based on surveying experts. The participants were entrepreneurs from across Poland who belonged to the Association of Project Management Poland and postgraduate.Key findings. Among the many aspects and techniques of the risk management suggestions for those which may increase the chances of achieving project success.

Aim/purpose – The study aims to investigate the relationship among the leadership, operational efficiency and project success in general and the impact of transformational leadership and operational efficiency on project success in particular. Design/methodology/approach – Mean comparison from descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression from inferential statistics was used to determine the association between variables and further impact of the transformational leadership and operational efficiency on project success in the development sector. The paper presents the results of a survey conducted among 200 employees from the top, middle & lower management levels of various national & international development organizations working in Pakistan like Microfinance Banks and other Rural Support Programs. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to process data. Findings – The result shows positive association among transformational leadership, operational efficiency and project success. In addition, it was found that transformational leadership and operational efficiency have a positive and statistically significant impact on the project success. It is concluded that both transformational leadership and operational efficiency are vital to achieving the optimum level of success in any project, especially in the development sector. Research implications/limitations – The integral limitation of the study was the respondents because most of the development organizations have their operations in rural areas where access was difficult because of limited time and resources. In addition, such organizations are always reluctant to provide survey feedback. Originality/value/contribution – The paper contribution is in the theoretical and practical knowledge of the project success factors in the development sector which is still a somehow unexplored area. Regulators of the development sector may be benefited from this study.

The topic literature of the success in research and R&D projects, their success factors, or success criteria is not very extensive. Although a few items on this topic can be found, they often do not distinguish between types of projects in the research area between research projects and R&D projects. The aim of the paper is to present the success factors and success criteria of research and R&D projects and their importance for these types of projects. In order to achieve the aim of the study, the following research methods were used: a literature review and a survey analysis using correlations. The research was conducted on a sample of 200 organizations in Poland that run research and R&D projects. Based on the conducted quantitative research, the importance of individual success factors and success criteria of research projects and R&D projects was determined. The research results show that the importance of success factors and criteria for research and R&D projects varies.

Planowanie projektu to nie tylko określenie czynności, które należy wykonać, i ich ustrukturyzowanie, lecz także identyfikacja instytucji i organizacji mogących mieć wpływ na przebieg projektu. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczących identyfikacji interesariuszy, omówiono wpływ potencjalnych grupy interesariuszy na odniesienie sukcesu z podziałem na różne typy projektów oraz wyszczególniono dziesięć cech warunkujących ten wpływ, które następnie poddano ocenie.
Project planning serves not only to determine the activities which have to be performed and structured, but also to identify institutions and organizations that may have an impact on the progress of the project. The article presents the results of research on the identification of stakeholders and determines the impact of potential stakeholder groups to project’s success, including division of these groups into different types of projects. Also ten main characteristics of stakeholder’s impact on project’s advancement were analyzed and evaluated.

The paper is devoted to the problem of IT project success definition and measurement seen against the background of IT human resources management organisation. A review of the state of art of the problem shows that the assessment of IT project success is highly equivocal and subjective. Various methods may produce conflicting results. The paper proposes basically one novelty: an original approach to IT project success evaluation based on Data Development Analysis (DEA). DEA has been developed and used for years, but for other purposes. The new method, contrasted with two other which are based on other philosophies, is applied to a sample of Polish IT projects. This application shows that the new method in some cases completely changes the optics and emphasizes such aspects of IT projects which are neglected by other methods. It also shows that a combination of the proposed method with other IT project measurement methods may substantially increase the fairness of IT project team members and managers’ appraisal, and hence the motivation of human resources in IT projects.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań projektów IT. Celem przeprowadzonej analizy było zbadanie, jakie atrybuty charakteryzujące projekt oraz jakie elementy procesu zarządzania projektem mają wpływ na dotrzymanie planowanego terminu jego realizacji. W badaniach zastosowano aparat statystyki matematycznej (ANOVA). Skonstruowano logitowy model regresji opisujący wpływ analizowanych czynników na prawdopodobieństwo ukończenia projektu w terminie. Badaniami objęto projekty IT realizowane w Polsce.
The article presents the results of investigation of IT projects. The aim of the analysis was to indicate what attributes characterize the project and what elements of the project management process have an impact on keeping the planned project deadline. The statistical analysis (ANOVA) was performed. Logit regression model was constructed. The model describes influence of analysed factors on the probability of completing the project on time. The study involved IT projects implemented in Poland.

The present paper considers the problem of the success of a research project evaluated by its outputs (which can be seen as the project’s success measures) related to its inputs (constituting the project’s success factors). Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) models are used. The inputs and outputs are selected on the basis of a review of the literature. Two models are applied to a set of research projects implemented in Poland. Advantages and disadvantages of the approach are shown. In particular, the selection of inputs, outputs and their weights needs to be researched further. But the models used in the paper, in spite of their imperfection and lack of generality, considerably help to assess and compare the projects. Therefore, DEA is an important tool for the evaluation of R&D activities.

Celem artykułu jest próba odpowiedzi na pytanie, jak podwyższyć skuteczność wydatkowania środków na badania i rozwój w obszarze nauk biomedycznych i nauk o zdrowiu. Do odpowiedzi na to pytanie będziemy dochodzić poprzez analizę pojęcia sukcesu projektów badawczych w tym obszarze i poprzez identyfikację czynników sukcesu. Przedstawiono aktualny stan wiedzy oraz wyniki własnych badań. Badania własne polegały na przeprowadzeniu pogłębionych wywiadów z kierownikami projektów w obszarze nauk biomedycznych i nauk o zdrowiu w Polsce i we Francji. Wyniki badań wskazują na potrzebę pilnych zmian, zarówno w zakresie funkcjonowania instytucji realizujących projekty, jak i w zakresie sposobu realizacji projektów oraz mentalności wszystkich interesariuszy projektów.
The main goal of this paper is an analysis of success in research projects in biomedical and health sciences and, further, identification of critical factors of success in this kind of projects. The paper summarizes the state of the art in the analysis of success in research projects. Moreover, it presents the findings of own research. The in-depth interviews with project managers of biomedical and health sciences projects in Poland and France, were conducted. The results show the need of urgent changes: in functioning of medical/scientific institutions, the way of realizing projects, and mentality of project stakeholders.

Jednym z potencjalnych czynników sukcesu projektów realizowanych we współpracy międzyorganizacyjnej, zidentyfikowanych przez autorów, jest zbieżność metodyk i standardów zarządzania projektami stosowanych przez współpracujące strony. Artykuł ma charakter koncepcyjny a jego celem jest prezentacja koncepcji badań empirycznych, dotyczących wpływu zbieżności wykorzystywanych metodyk na sukces projektu. Przegląd literatury pozwala na sformułowanie hipotezy badawczej, wskazującej, że zbieżność stosowanych przez partnerów projektu metodyk i standardów zarządzania projektami jest istotnym czynnikiem powodzenia wspólnego projektu. Sformułowana hipoteza badawcza będzie testowana w badaniach ankietowych w sektorze IT (n = 320).
One of the success factors of projects implemented in inter-organizational cooperation identified by the Authors is the concurrence of standards and methodologies of project management used by project partners. The purpose of this conceptual paper is to present the concept of empirical research on the impact of the concurrence of PM standards and methodologies used on the success of the cooperative project. The literature review allows us to formulate a research hypothesis that the concurrence of PM standards and methodologies used by the project partners is an essential factor in the success of a joint project. The formulated research hypothesis will be tested in surveys within the IT sector (n = 320).

Opis:
Introduction/background: A great many factors influence the course of a project. Both internal and external ones. One of the most important of these is undoubtedly the project's stakeholders, i.e. all those persons or entities who have an influence on and interest in the project. Stakeholder management focuses on the relationship between the project company and its stakeholders. These relationships can have both positive and negative impacts on the success of the project. Aim of the paper: The aim of the paper is to diagnose and analyse the project stakeholder management process in a selected outsourcing company. Materials and methods: This paper is based on a critical analysis of the literature and a questionnaire survey among 56 employees of the outsourcing company under study. Results and conclusions: Based on the results obtained from the questionnaire survey, the rationale for improving project stakeholder management in the surveyed outsourcing company was identified.

The paper reviews the state of art in project success evaluation, especially with respect to R&D projects, with emphasis on the ambiguity of such evaluation, its strong dependence on the con-text and on the evaluator. We also recall basic information about fuzzy numbers and propose the concept of fuzzy rules which are used in the suggested procedure of R&D project evaluation. The procedure is described and illustrated by means of a real- -world case study.

Introduction/background: Obtaining funding for the implementation of a project entails the need to adapt the project to the requirements set by the European Union, as well as adequate competence on the part of the project team. This was particularly difficult during the Covid-19 pandemic, as even the most experienced and specialised teams could not fully anticipate the pandemic situation, which forced a number of changes in relation to the running of projects. These changes ranged from projects started before the outbreak of the pandemic to those that had already started during the pandemic. Given the authors' personal experience of working on EU projects during this period, there was very little information on how to implement changes in accordance with the health restrictions imposed by the Ministry of Health. At the time of the epidemic, even what appeared to be basic information had to be changed or clarified, however, to comply with the guidelines for implementing European projects. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, many organisations and actors implemented projects successfully. The question then is what factors influenced the successful implementation of these projects? Aim of the paper: The aim of the paper is to identify and define the conditions affecting the successful implementation of EU co-financed projects during the COVID-19 pandemic. Materials and methods: The study used a diagnostic survey method and desk research analysis, and the research tool used was an original interview questionnaire. Results and conclusions: The following were identified as the most important factors influencing the success of EU projects during the COVID-19 pandemic: the high level of knowledge of team members and their personality traits, the ability to transfer knowledge effectively, communication skills on the part of the project manager and team members, and the provision of appropriate tools and technology to carry out the work remotely.

Przedsiębiorstwa z sektora MŚP dość często borykają się z różnorodnymi problemami, które negatywnie wpływają na inicjowanie i realizowanie projektów rozwoju innowacyjnych produktów. W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono nowe, koncepcyjne ujęcie barier realizowania projektów rozwoju nowych produktów. Opracowano również koncepcyjny model badawczy, który będzie stanowił podstawę do dalszych badań empirycznych. Celem badań będzie weryfikacja wpływu poszczególnych barier na sukces projektów uruchomienia nowych produktów.
SMEs often suffer from various barriers that prevent or inhibit the initiation and realization of NPD projects. This article presents a new and conceptual approach to barriers of realizing NPD projects in SMEs. Also a conceptual research model was created, which will serve as a basis for further research about barriers of NPD. The future research will verify the impact of each barrier on success of NPD projects.

The paper is focused on conditions, process and results of the organizational change due to the introduction of new project management methodology. After literature review, the multiple case study of the ICT companies implementing new agile project management methodology is being presented. As the results show, the change of the project management methodology might affect the project success in large and complex ICT projects. Moreover, it might lead to the organizational transformation in technology, methodology, processes, strategy, organization and organizational culture extending competitive advantage of the organization.
Celem pracy jest pokazanie uwarunkowań, przebiegu oraz skutków zmian organizacyjnych wynikających z wprowadzenia nowej metodyki zarządzania projektami. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań własnych w postaci wielokrotnego studium przypadku przedsiębiorstw sektora teleinformatyki wprowadzających nową zwinną metodykę zarządzania projektami. Jak wykazano w badaniach, zmiana metodyki zarządzania projektami może prowadzić zarówno do zwiększenia szans na sukces dużych i złożonych projektów informatycznych oraz teleinformatycznych, jak i do transformacji przedsiębiorstwa, rozumianej jako szereg gruntownych zmian w obszarach technologicznym, metodycznym, procesowym, strategicznym, organizacyjnym i kulturowym, zorientowanych na zwiększenie przewagi konkurencyjnej.

Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie istoty systemów wczesnego ostrzegania w zarządzaniu projektami w kontekście osiągania celów projektów. Potrzeba stosowania narzędzi wczesnego ostrzegania w zarządzaniu projektami ma uzasadnienie przede wszystkim w fakcie, że z reguły (pomijając zdarzenia nadzwyczajne) przedsiębiorstwa wykazują objawy sytuacji kryzysowych w realizacji podejmowanych projektów na długo przedtem zanim dojdzie do niepowodzenia projektu. Wczesne zidentyfikowanie sygnałów zbliżającego się kryzysu powinno być zatem jednym z podstawowych zadań w zarządzaniu projektami. W artykule omówiono rolę systemu wczesnego ostrzegania oraz jego funkcje. Wskazano na zastosowania systemów wczesnego ostrzegania w praktyce. Przedstawiono przykład systemu wczesnego ostrzegania na przykładzie systemu ELOshield w obszarze procesów logistycznych.
The aim of the work is to present the nature of early warning systems in project management in the context of achieving project goals. The need to use early warning tools in project management is justified primarily in the fact that, as a rule, (apart from extraordinary events) enterprises show symptoms of crisis situations in the implementation of projects undertaken long before the project fails. Early identification of signals of the impending crisis should therefore be one of the basic tasks in project management. The article discusses the role of the early warning system and its functions. The applications of early warning systems in practice have been pointed out. An example of an early warning system is presented on the example of the ELOshield system in the field of logistics processes.

Purpose: To propose a framework for choosing a project management approach for student research projects, taking into account the individual objectives of the advisor and the student, their personalities, the project type, and its environment. The proposed approach should increase the success rate of student research projects. Design/methodology/approach: Student research projects are characterized, and the relevant literature is reviewed. The theory concerning recent project management developments that could be potentially useful for student research projects is presented. A case study is analyzed. On the basis of the case study and the literature findings, a conceptual framework for the selection of a student research project management approach is proposed. Findings: It was found that student research projects, although apparently nonproblematic, need a conscious, individualized, situation-based selection of project management approach in order to assure a high success rate, according to the individual success understanding of project stakeholders. Research limitations/implications: The proposed framework is a conceptual one. It was developed on the basis of theory and under consideration of student research projects in one area and homogenous culture. Further research is needed to add new aspects to the approach, expand it to other research areas and cultures, and validate its usefulness in practice. Practical implications: Higher education institutions should promote project management knowledge among teachers and students, and conscious decision-making on the way student research projects will be performed. They should elaborate tailor-made frameworks for student research project management. Social implications: Student research projects, if managed improperly, may cause students and advisors dissatisfaction and stress. The approach we propose may, in the long term, increase the quality of life of students and advisors. Originality/value: The framework supporting the conscious selection of the way student research projects are managed, comprising recent developments in project management and taking into account the specific features and environment of each individual project, is an original contribution of the paper. It is addressed both to student project advisors and students themselves, as well as the managers of higher educational institutions.

The purpose of the paper is to investigate the factors impacting project success among personnel based on the example of the Yemeni oil and gas industry. The data was analyzed by hypothesis testing, Smart-PLS tool, SPSS and several statistical methods such as the Structural modelling, regression weights and T statistics and regression technique, utilized to comprehend the variables' dimensionality. The results showed that influential factors i.e. personnel (P), project schedule/plan (PSP), troubleshooting (TS) and technical tasks (TT) as well as the technological advancement (TA) have a statistically significant relationship with project success. It suggests that increasing the success rate of projects may be bilaterally beneficial to the project managers. Limitations and suggestions for future research were also mentioned.
Celem artykułu jest zbadanie czynników wpływających na sukces projektu wśród personelu na przykładzie jemeńskiego przemysłu naftowo-gazowego. Dane zostały przeanalizowane za pomocą testowania hipotez, narzędzia Smart-PLS, SPSS i kilku metod statystycznych, takich jak modelowanie strukturalne, wagi regresji oraz statystyki T i techniki regresji, wykorzystywane do zrozumienia wymiarowości zmiennych. Wyniki pokazały, że czynniki wpływające, tj. personel (P), harmonogram/plan projektu (PSP), rozwiązywanie problemów (TS) i zadania techniczne (TT) oraz zaawansowanie technologiczne (TA) mają statystycznie istotny związek z sukcesem projektu. Sugeruje to, że zwiększenie wskaźnika sukcesu projektów może być obustronnie korzystne dla kierowników projektów. Wspomniano również o ograniczeniach i sugestiach dotyczących przyszłych badań.

Despite the fact that many researchers and practitioners agree that organisational issues are equally important as technical issues from the software cost estimation (SCE) success point of view, most of the research focus has been put on the development of methods, whereas organisational factors have received surprisingly little academic scrutiny. This study aims to identify organisational factors that either support or hinder meaningful SCE, identifying their impact on estimation success. Top management’s role is specifically addressed. The study takes a qualitative and explorative case study based approach. In total, 18 semi-structured interviews aided the study of three projects in three organisations. Hence, the transferability of the results is limited. The results suggest that the role of the top management is important in creating prerequisites for meaningful estimation, but their day-to-day participation is not required for successful estimation. Top management may also induce undesired distortion in estimation. Estimation maturity and estimation success seem to have an interrelationship with software process maturity, but there seem to be no significant individual organisational factors, which alone would make estimation successful. Our results validate several distortions and biases reported in the previous studies, and show the SCE research focus has remained on methodologies and technical issues.

The purpose of the article was to determine the success factors of the project and the company in the temporary network implementing the project. The temporary network is established for a specified period of time, for the implementation of the project with a particular technical and organizational complexity. The performance of the that project exceeds the executive capacity and competence of one company. In this paper based on the research literature, focused interviews and participating observations, factors that are the key to achieving the project’s goal were sought. The article attempted to extend this type of approach in relation to the enterprise involved in the implementation of the project within the network. Authors of this article, in order to measure success factors, identified the basic criteria and measures for assessing the success of a complex project and measures of the success of a company that is involved in the project on the network, as well as the entire temporary network.
Celem artykułu było określenie czynników sukcesu projektu oraz sukcesu przedsiębiorstwa w sieci tymczasowej realizującej projekt. Sieć tymczasowa powołana jest na określony czas do realizacji projektu o szczególnej złożoności techniczno-organizacyjnej, którego wykonanie przewyższa zdolności wykonawcze i kompetencje jednego przedsiębiorstwa. W niniejszym artykule na podstawie badań literatury, wywiadów ukierunkowanych z realizatorami wybranych złożonych projektów oraz obserwacji uczestniczących poszukiwano czynników, które mają kluczowe znaczenie dla osiągnięcia celu projektu. W artykule starano się rozszerzyć tego typu podejście w odniesieniu do przedsiębiorstwa zaangażowanego w realizację projektu w ramach sieci. Autorzy artykułu, aby móc mierzyć czynniki sukcesu, zidentyfikowali podstawowe kryteria i mierniki oceny sukcesu złożonego projektu oraz mierniki sukcesu przedsiębiorstwa współrealizującego projekt w sieci, a także całej sieci tymczasowej.
