Opis:: The institution responsible for the preparation of candidates for priestly ordination is the seminary. The Ełk Diocese Seminary has been engaged in priestly formation since 16 April 1992. It applies the guidelines of the magiste-rium of the Church and the local tradition and customs, resulting from the spe-cific conditions of the Church of Ełk. The article analyses the profiles of candidates, who join the seminary and the changing religious, cultural and sociological conditions. It presents the cur-rent system and model of formation at WSD in Ełk and proposals for changes and developments of that model in the future. The philosophy of the seminary’s further activities contains the need to shift the emphasis from “formation for priesthood” to “priestly formation”. It enumerates concrete proposals and methods, which are worth considering and possibly including in the future for-mation practice, in order to fulfill the “integral formation” postulate. The con-tent is enriched with the analysis of the questionnaires filled out by the clerics.

Opis:: The object of faith in the sense of Kant is the postulates of practical reason that is, the immortality of the soul and the existence of God. Together, they constitute the conditions for the possibility of the highest good. Objects of faith are natural, which means that they are constructed by human reason and not revealed by God. On the subject of the immortality of the soul and the existence of God, Kant speaks only from the perspective of pure practical reason. A comparison of the conception of faith of pure practical reason with the conception of Christian faith makes the differences between these two perspectives of faith visible. These differences indicate the specificity of each of them. It is particularly important that rational faith acknowledges the existence of postulates of practical reason, and the supernatural faith concerns the content revealed by God. Faith according to Kant is a natural activity, whereas revealed faith is a supernatural act. Furthermore, rational faith is limited only to the order of practical reason, whereas Christian faith is the activity of reason and will at the same time.

Opis:: First of all, in Poland protection of a conceived child on the ground of civil law between 1940s and 1980s was introduced and strengthened thanks to the Su- preme Court, despite the de facto unlimited possibility of abortion. Professor Bronisław Walaszek had great merits in this regard. The article presents propos- als for extending this protection under civil, family and labor law (including the admissibility to initiate proceedings for determining paternity before the birth of a child, admissibility of consent to initiate proceedings for adoption of a child befor its birth, protecting a pregnant woman from the need to participate in divorce proceedings). It also encourages the adoption of provisions that will be able to protect a child against the causes of alcohol-related fetal syndrome.

Opis:: This article presents the problem of consensus determining postulates defined in decision support systems. The consensus determining methods and the general postulates for consensus estimation and their characteristics are presented in the first part. Next, the definitions of new postulates pertaining to decisions support systems were elaborated, and the possibility of their use in practical solutions is presented. The consensus function granting these postulates is also characterized. The application of these postulates, as a consequence, can lead to the process of making decisions will be more flexible, and the risk involved in decisions will be significantly reduced.

Innovations and innovativeness are the current and trendy subject of presentations and publications. They are called Polish raison d’etat, and in particular, they constitute as one of the mission terms for majority of Polish research institutes. The article presents the issue of innovation and innovativeness in national realities shaped by such factors as: ź Technology and the workplaces transfer from abroad and, at the same time, small absorption of these innovations by domestic research and scientific centers. ź Disregarding of catch-up policy and rule of forces concentration and resources to carry out tasks and directions of expansion promising real successes. In conclusion, postulates and proposals were formulated.

Opis:: Badania postulatów przewozowych dotyczących podróży miejskich w Gdyni opierają się na 30 latach doświadczeń. W tym czasie zrealizowano 14 tur badań marketingowych zorganizowanych przez Katedrę Rynku Transportowego Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego (wcześniej Katedrę Ekonomiki Transportu) oraz Zarząd Komunikacji Miejskiej w Gdyni. W artykule przedstawiono ewolucję metodologii tych badań, w szczególności w zakresie doboru próby badawczej, identyfikacji najważniejszych postulatów przewozowych oraz ich hierarchizacji, a także warunków uznania za spełnione wybranych postulatów przewozowych. Na podstawie analizy przeprowadzonej w artykule udowodniono tezę, że w hierarchii postulatów przewozowych następują zmiany pod wpływem oddziaływania określonych uwarunkowań po stronie popytu i podaży, przy czym w ramach tych postulatów można wyodrębnić względnie stałą grupę uznawanych za najważniejsze i mniej ważne.
The study on transportation postulates regarding the urban travels in Gdynia is based on 30 years of experience. At that time 14 rounds of marketing research organized by the Department of Transportation Market of University of Gdansk (formerly the Department of Transport Economics) and the Urban Transport Authority in Gdynia were completed. The article presents the evolution of the methodology of these studies, particularly in the field of the selection of research sample, the identification of the most important transportation postulates and their hierarchy, as well as the conditions for recognition the transportation postulates as full field. The analysis carried out in the article proves the thesis that the hierarchy of transportation postulates changes under the influence of specific conditions of the demand side and the supply side and that the postulates can be divided into relatively two constant groups considered as most important and less important.

Opis:: W artykule ścieżki kariery politycznej oraz główne obszary aktywności partyjnej rozpatrzone zostały przez pryzmat oceny artykułowania preferencji politycznych oraz kreowania korpusu osiągnięć w polityce. Podstawą faktograficzną jest analiza aktywności w niemieckiej przestrzeni publicznej (głównie w Bundestagu) polityków z polskim tłem migracyjnym: Agnieszki Brugger (Sojusz 90/Zieloni) i Paula Ziemiaka (CDU). Celem artykułu jest odpowiedź na pytanie, w jaki sposób Brugger i Ziemiak, specjalizujący się w obszarze polityki międzynarodowej, wpisują się w tożsamość reprezentowanych partii politycznych i formułują nowe propozycje dotyczące reagowania na współczesne i prognozowane wyzwania i zagrożenia. Wskazane zostały główne punkty ich działalności, m.in. związane z zapobieganiem międzynarodowym kryzysom. Ponadto artykuł miał na celu ocenę, czy propozycje Brugger i Ziemiaka wpisują się w klasyczny wizerunek reprezentowanych partii politycznych, czy też wykraczają poza typowe ramy wpływu polityków na przeobrażenie programowe reprezentowanych ugrupowań. Rozpatrzono także, w jakim zakresie opisywani politycy wpływają na relacje polsko-niemieckie.
In the article career paths and the main ways of party activity are seen through the prism of evaluation of the articulation of political preferences and the creation of the political corps. The factual basis is the analysis of activity in German public space (mainly in the Bundestag) of politicians with a Polish migration background – Agnieszka Brugger (Alliance 90/The Greens) and Paul Ziemiak (CDU). The purpose of the article was to answer the question, how Brugger and Ziemiak, specialized in the area of international politics, are included in the identity of the represented political parties and formulate new propositions regarding the reaction to current and forecasted challenges and threats. The main points of their activities are given, including the ones related to prevention of the international crisis. In addition, the article aimed to assess whether the proposals of Brugger and Ziemiak fit in a classic image of the represented parties, or whether they influence beyond the typical framework and concern about influencing program transformation of the represented groups. The scale in which the politicians influence Polish-German relations was also evaluated.

Opis:: The article presents the results of research conducted among the students of The Maria Grzegorzewska University in Warsaw. The research was carried out using a copyright questionnaire. The study included 506 full-time students in the fields of education and special education. The aim of the study was to investigate the students’ opinions on some of the demands of the party in the programs of political forces taking part in the parliamentary elections in 2015. The author presents the percentage distribution of support for the proposals concerning, among others, method of financing education, privatization of education, enhance the function of care in schools or resignation of testing high school. The results show that in the majority of issues exists among students relative consensus as to the validity or groundlessness of the party demands. Students speak for the possible participation of the public sector in education. They are in favor of free education in kindergarten, medical and dental care of adolescents and children in the kindergarten and school, free textbooks, breakfasts and dinners. They strongly oppose the abolition of compulsory education. The study may indicate allegiance of students to democratic values as freedom (e.g. the right to decent and safe education), equality (equal protection of rights, equal opportunities) and justice (equal access to educational institutions).
W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki badań własnych przeprowadzonych wśród studentów Akademii Pedagogiki Specjalnej im. Marii Grzegorzewskiej w Warszawie za pomocą autorskiego kwestionariusza ankiety. Badaniem objęto 506 studentów studiów dziennych na kierunkach pedagogika i pedagogika specjalna. Celem badania było poznanie opinii studentów na temat niektórych postulatów partyjnych, zawartych w programach politycznych partii startujących w wyborach parlamentarnych w 2015 roku. Autor przedstawił procentowy rozkład poparcia dla propozycji dotyczących m.in. sposobu finansowania edukacji, prywatyzacji szkolnictwa, zwiększenia funkcji opiekuńczych w szkołach czy też rezygnacji z testów na maturze. Wyniki badań pokazują, że w większości kwestii istnieje wśród studentów względny konsens co do słuszności lub bezpodstawności partyjnych postulatów. Studenci wypowiadają się za możliwie największym udziałem sektora publicznego w edukacji, są zwolennikami bezpłatnej edukacji w przedszkolu, objęciem dzieci i młodzieży opieką lekarską i stomatologiczną w przedszkolu i szkole, bezpłatnymi podręcznikami, śniadaniami oraz obiadami. Zdecydowanie sprzeciwiają się zniesieniu obowiązku edukacji. Badania mogą świadczyć o przywiązaniu studentów do wartości demokratycznych, takich jak wolność (np. prawo do godnej i bezpiecznej edukacji), równość (jednakowa ochrona praw, jednakowe możliwości) i sprawiedliwość (jednakowy dostęp do instytucji edukacyjnych).

Opis:: The authors have taken in their article topic about the Presidency of the Council of the European Union because of the impending coverage for Poland the presidency in that organ. Briefly, the three countries have been characterized that are part of the so- called Second Presidency Trio (Federation of the French Republic, the Kingdom of Sweden and the Czech Republic). The article in authors opinion is aimed at selecting the most important and the most useful aspects and determinants of good Presidency. Each of the countries that are part of this Trio has been subjected to detailed analysis in terms of goals and their final implementation. According to the authors of the text, for the Polish Presidency of the European Union the most will be to stick to the pre- designated purposes such as European Union enlargement to Croatia, or take action for the Eastern Partnership and the Region of the Baltic Sea.

Opis:: The Covid19 pandemic has changed the day-to-day behaviour of society in many aspects, including education. The mode of operation of schools has changed from traditional to remote. The changes affected various school types, also universities. Remote teaching as a binding educational practice forced both students and teachers to adapt to a dynamically changing reality. Experience gained during the pandemic had an impact on the educational and professional prospects of students. The aim of the research was to learn about the expectations of students towards their own development and education, as well as to determine what their postulates are regarding formal education in post-pandemic times. Extensive empirical material was obtained from 100 people (women) studying at the Pedagogical University of Krakow. The objectification of the results was possible after a thorough analysis of the narrative texts (prospective). Formal and content categories were distinguished, which were arranged in four areas, taking into account the postulates of the surveyed students related to: (1) organisation and course of education, (2) use of information and communication technology (ICT) in education, (3) fulfilment of students’ needs, (4) personal and professional development. The selected areas form a complementary whole in which students’ expectations relate to important spheres of functioning of an individual, that is intellectual, psychosocial and physical. The students participating in the survey expect that after the pandemic they will still be able to use experience and skills gained during the remote learning, they want the university to provide a secure physical and social space. They also want to receive emotional support which would help get rid of negative feelings and also receive instrumental support to allow correct behaviour and effective participation in post-pandemic education. The described categories were expanded to include examples of students’ narratives.
Pandemia Covid19 zmieniła codzienne funkcjonowanie społeczeństwa w wielu aspektach, w tym także w zakresie edukacji. Zmianie uległ model działania szkół z tradycyjnego – stacjonarnego na model zdalny. Zakres zmian objął różne typy szkół, w tym szkoły wyższe. Uczynienie nauczania na odległość obowiązującą praktyką edukacyjną wymusiło dostosowanie się zarówno studentów, jak i nauczycieli akademickich do dynamicznie zmieniającej się rzeczywistości. Koniecznością stało się rozwijanie i korzystanie z kompetencji cyfrowych. Nabyte podczas pandemii doświadczenia wywarły wpływ na perspektywy edukacyjno-zawodowe studiujących. Celem podjętych badań było poznanie oczekiwań studentów wobec własnego rozwoju, edukacji, a także określenie, jakie są ich postulaty względem formalnego kształcenia czasach post-pandemicznych. W podjętych badaniach jakościowych wykorzystano metodę narracji i uzyskano bogaty materiał empiryczny pochodzący od 100 osób studiujących na Uniwersytecie Pedagogicznym w Krakowie. Zobiektywizowanie wyników było możliwe po wnikliwej analizie tekstów narracji (prospektywnej). Wyróżniono formalne i treściowe kategorie, które uporządkowano w czterech obszarach, biorąc pod uwagę postulaty badanych studentek związanych z: (1) organizacją i przebiegiem kształcenia, (2) wykorzystaniem technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnej (TIK) w edukacji, (3) zaspokojeniem potrzeb studentów, (4) rozwojem osobistym i zawodowym. Wyróżnione obszary stanowią komplementarną całość, w której postulaty studiujących dotyczą istotnych sfer funkcjonowania jednostki tj. sfery intelektualnej, psycho - społecznej i fizycznej. Badane studentki oczekują, że po ustąpieniu pandemii będą mogły nadal wykorzystywać nabyte w trakcie nauki zdalnej doświadczenia i umiejętności, pragną zapewnienia przez uczelnię bezpiecznej przestrzeni fizycznej i społecznej. Chcą również uzyskać wsparcie emocjonalne, które będzie sprzyjało uwolnieniu się od negatywnych uczuć, a także otrzymać wsparcie instrumentalne, które umożliwi właściwe sposoby zachowania się i efektywne uczestnictwo w postpandemicznej edukacji. W artykule opisane kategorie zostały wzbogacone przykładowymi wypowiedziami badanych.

Opis:: Pod wpływem zmian w dostępnych technologiach informacyjnych pasażerowie oczekują coraz lepszej informacji o usługach. W rozwiązaniach informacyjnych stosowanych przez organizatorów i operatorów zbiorowego transportu miejskiego nastąpiły w ostatnich latach daleko idące zmiany w tym zakresie. W artykule przedstawione zostały nowoczesne rozwiązania informacyjne stosowane w zbiorowym transporcie miejskim. Rola informacji w tym transporcie została pokazana na przykładzie Zarządu Komunikacji Miejskiej w Gdyni. W związku z wprowadzeniem w Trójmieście nowoczesnego systemu zarządzania ruchem drogowym TRISTAR oraz zakupem wielu nowoczesnych autobusów i trolejbusów w sieci ZKM w Gdyni znacznie rozwinięto system informowania pasażerów o usługach tego organizatora. W systemie tym istotną rolę pełnią ciągle rozwijające swoją funkcjonalność strony i aplikacje internetowe udostępniające zarówno statyczną, jak i dynamiczną informację o usługach zbiorowego transportu miejskiego. Podstawą ewolucji informacji o usługach transportowych stały się innowacyjne i nowoczesne nośniki informacji i aplikacje internetowe. Można przyjąć, że dzięki tzw. internetowi rzeczy będzie postępować dalszy rozwój aplikacji prezentujących dostępne sposoby podróży wraz z wszystkimi niezbędnymi informacjami służącymi do podejmowania racjonalnych lub optymalnych w danych warunkach decyzji determinujących zachowania transportowe.
Under the influence of changes in available information technologies, passengers expect better and better information about services. Information solutions used by organizers and operators of urban public transport have undergone far-reaching changes in recent years.The article presents modern applied information solutions in urban public transport. The role of information in this transport has been shown on the example of the Public Transport Board in Gdynia. In connection with the introduction in the Tri- City a modern TRISTAR traffic management system and the purchase of many modern buses and trolleybuses, the information system for passengers about the services of this organizer has been significantly developed. An important role in this system is played by websites and internet applications that are constantly improving their functionality, providing both static and dynamic information about urban public transport services. Innovative and modern information carriers and internet applications have become the basis for the evolution of transport services. It can be assumed that thanks to the Internet of Things will continue to develop applications presenting available travel methods together with all necessary information to make rational or optimal decisions in the given conditions determining transport behavior.

Opis:: The article in question deals with the fact that contemporary art discourse under the infl uence of Christian ideas refl ects Ukrainian mentality and spirituality, represents profoundly symbolic information on every individual’s outlook, priorities of his/her existence and criteria for assessing the morality of deeds. The study considers current issues of cultural identity and national Christian ethics of Ukrainians, the dichotomy of biblical ethical mandates and collective ethical experience recorded in literary works. Taking into account individual samples of literary works, the interpretation of biblical moral postulates from the perspective of collective ethical experience has been examined. The process of modifying biblical images in current secular context has been described. It has been taken into consideration that appealing to biblical parallels is an eff ective way to draw attention to urgent national issues.

Opis:: Włoska Partia Komunistyczna (WłPK) powstała w 1921 r., czyli na rok przed marszem faszystów na Rzym. Po zaledwie kilku latach swojego istnienia została rozbita i jej poszczególne komórki kontynuowały działalność na emigracji. W czasach zimnej wojny była największą partią komunistyczną na Zachodzie. W przeciwieństwie do wielu innych zachodnich partii o tym profilu ideowym bardzo szybko stała się partią masową. WłPK z jednej strony pozostawała partią komunistyczną utrzymującą ścisłe relacje z Moskwą i jej państwami satelickimi, z drugiej zaś – poszukiwała demokratycznej legitymizacji i „narodowych” korzeni. Właśnie ta złożoność (niektórzy włoscy historycy używają sformułowania anomalia) w historii partii powodowała i powoduje niegasnącą fascynację wielu badaczy. Na temat WłPK powstało już wiele publikacji i artykułów, ale niektóre obszary jej historii pozostają wciąż niezbadane. Niniejszy artykuł to próba uporządkowania bogatego dorobku naukowego poświęconego partii, przedstawienia problemów związanych z jej historiografią, a także wskazania postulatów badawczych na przyszłość.
The Italian Communist Party (PCI) was founded in 1921, a year before the march of the fascists on Rome. After only a few years of existence, it was broken up and its individual units continued to operate in exile. During the Cold War, it was the largest communist party in the West. Unlike many other Western parties with this ideological profile, it quickly became a mass party. On the one hand, the PCI remained a communist party which maintained close relations with Moscow and its satellite states, and on the other, it sought democratic legitimacy and “national” roots. It is this complexity (some Italian historians use the word ’anomaly’) in the history of the party that caused and causes the unrelenting fascination of many researchers. Many publications and articles about the PCI have already been written but some areas of its history remain unexplored. This article is an attempt to organise the rich scientific achievements related to the party, to present problems related to its historiography and to indicate research postulates for the future.

Opis:: The phenomenon of hate speech and hate crimes is not easily captured in the legal definitions and is often described as controversial due to the difficulties with identifying the “hateful element” of words and deeds. Another significant reason for the difficulties concerning penalisation in the area in question is the strict (and for many unjustified) limitation imposed on freedom of speech, assembly and association, which are the freedoms most often affected by the anti-hate provisions of law. Nevertheless the obligations included in the international human rights law oblige Polish legislators to introduce and implement proper mechanisms of counteracting these extremely negative and socially dangerous phenomenon. However, many questions arise: Are the international standards of human rights law fully reflected in the Polish legal provisions and practice? How are the areas demanding alteration and endorsement being defined? What are the obstacles that unable the process of protecting all groups particularly endangered by hate speech and hate crimes? Are the provisions of law a sufficient and effective barrier against spreading hatred in the public sphere? This article seeks to answer all the questions posed above. It also attempts to demonstrate the complexity of the analysed problems, placing them in the centre of the gene-ral discussion on tolerance, minorities protection and the functions of the antidiscrimination law within democratic state and society.
