W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono projekt takiego środowiska w oparciu o ogólnodostępne i bezpłatne aplikacje internetowe.
It is absolutely necessary to adapt the educational system to our current realityand to search for the new methods of applying ICT. For that reason the conception of using Web 2.0 in the teaching process seems to be the most valuable pedagogically, because it involves both teachers and students in the process of creating knowledge, which is done collectively. Present day trends on the Internet referred to as Web 2.0, enable to design modern didactical backgrounds based on the theoretical foundation of social constructivism. This study presents a project of this kind of background on the basis of publicly available and free of charge web applications.

Opis:: At the end of 2006, the Centre for the Protection of Archaeological Heritage and the National Centre for Research and Documentation of Monuments were merged, a new statute of the institution was prepared and the name “National Centre for Research and Documentation of Monuments” was retained. The statute reflected the new priority of the Centre’s activity – education in its broad sense. The Law of 26 July 2003 on the protection and care of monuments extended the role of owners of monuments in the protection of monuments and their responsibility. The problem of the new legal system was the enforcement of legal provisions – a consequence of low social awareness of the role of cultural heritage for the nation and local communities. Paulina Florjanowicz, Deputy Director of NCRDM decided to prepare the educational strategy of the Centre for years 2007-2011. The analysis of the situation helped to find out the reasons of the present situation – years of neglect in the protection of monuments, the decentralisation of conservation services, the low awareness of rights and obligations of owners of monuments and the low level of social engagement in the preservation of the cultural heritage. The analysis distinguished between three target groups and aims of educational and popularisation activities. On 23 December 2010, the Minister of Culture and National Heritage signed an order regarding the change of the name and scope of activity of NCRDM, which was transformed into the National Heritage Board of Poland. Changes created a strong basis for activities determined by the educational strategy and its adoption resulted in the performance of annually planned educational activities addressed to three groups. Activities were regular and cyclical or carried out as projects. Among important activities there were those involving the implementation or the use of the website of NHBP and social networking services. Activities addressed to specialists included training courses for uniformed services, co-operation with Voivodeship Offices for the Protection of Monuments and the propagation of standards of protection, the issuing of the Kurier Konserwatorski magazine, speeches delivered by employees of the Board at courses and conferences regarding the protection and care of monuments that were organised independently or jointly by the Board or any other entity. Activities addressed to owners and administrators of monuments concerned co-operation with custodians of World Heritage sites and history monuments. NCRDM/NHBP organised conferences and workshop meetings that created opportunities to exchange knowledge and experiences. NCRDM started to build a brand of history monuments. The form of support of owners and administrators of monuments is the competition „Well Cared- For Monument” that has been organised by NHBP since 2011. The most important tasks of the educational strategy of NHBP include the co-ordination of European Heritage Days promoting regional cultural heritage (since 1993) and the conducting of the “Voluntary work for the benefit of heritage” programme (since 2009). According to public surveys regarding cultural heritage that were ordered at the end of 2011, 89% of respondents think that heritage plays an important social role, but the level of Poles’ knowledge of the rules of its protection is low. This confirms the rightness of choice of priorities in NHBP’s activities.

Opis:: Development of information-communication technologies determines new educational tasks a religion teacher faces. They are connected, among others, with using the computer and the Internet in the process of teaching religion. Along with these tasks the range is widened of social demands from religion teachers who, apart from the knowledge of the subject they teach, from the knowledge of methodology of teaching, and the testimony of faith, should be competent as far as using the information-communication technologies available to their students, is concerned. These technologies include the information in social networking services. With reference to this issue, in the article first the terms are defined: „educational web portal” and „social networking service”. Next, the most important web portals, which can be used by a religion teacher, are characterized. In this context the role is shown of educational portals and social networking services that should be used by religion teachers both when preparing and when conducting classes, as well as in their work on improving their workshop (mainly in the process of self-education). Also, the reader’s attention is drawn to a creative use of modern information-communication technologies, and to the resulting educational challenges.

Changes in the market relating to the dynamic growth of the Internet and the development of information society have also significantly affected the process of recruitment, selection and mo¬tivation of employees in its broad understanding. The aim of this paper is to present new business activities undertaken in the sphere of social media, including particularly the process of acquiring employees through social networking and employee brand building. The article is based on results of the qualitative research conducted in 2011 in the social network of Facebook and GoldenLine.

Opis:: Krajowy system geoinformacyjny budowany jest w Polsce na trzech poziomach: centralnym, regionalny i lokalnym. Poziomy systemu różnią się zakresem opracowania i szczegółowością danych. Bazy danych systemów informacji przestrzennnej poziomu lokalnego (powiatowego) są najbardziej szczegółowe. Rewolucja cyfrowa oraz obowiązujące przepisy prawne (Ustawa o infrastrukturze informacji przestrzennej) powodują, że obecnie dynamicznie rozwijają się urzędowe witryny internetowe udostępniające różnorodne mapy tematyczne. W pracy przedstawiono propozycje ogólnej oceny geoportali tworzonych na poziomie lokalnym (powiatowym). Metodyką oceny ogólnej oparto na trzech kryteriach: przejrzystość, funkcjonalność oraz udostępniane treści. Kategoria przejrzystość to atrybuty oceny określające wysięki jakie podejmuje instytucja, aby udostępnić informacje poprzez swoją witrynę internetową. Kategoria funkcjonalność to atrybuty oceny określające łatwość z jaką użytkownicy mogą uzyskać informacje umieszczone na stronie. Ocena udostępnianych treści to weryfikacja ilościowa danych przestrzennych zamieszczonych w portalu z trzech grup tematycznych Ustawy o infrastrukturze. Zaproponowaną metodę oceny wykonano wartościowanie jakości danych przestrzennych w 29 powiatach położonych na terenie całego kraju. W wyniku przeprowadzonych prac badawczych stwierdzono, że ogólna ocena geoportali jest zadawalająca. Każda z witryn otrzymała ocenę powyżej połowy maksymalnej liczby punktów.
In Poland national geoinformation system is built at the three levels: central, regional and local. The system levels differs in range of description and detail of data. The local (county) level spatial information system databases are the most detailed. The digital development and the current legislation (Law on spatial information infrastructure) make the expansion of official Internet site accessing various thematic maps. This paper presents proposals for an overall assessment of geoportals created at the local level (county). Methodology for assessing the overall based on three criteria: transparency, functionality and content available. Category transparency are attributes of evaluation defining the effort it takes an organization to share information through its Web site. The functional category defining attributes of assessing the ease with which users can obtain information on one page. Rating the content is quantitative verification of spatial data contained in the portal of the three thematic groups of the Act on infrastructure. The proposed method of assessing the valuation performed spatial data quality in 29 counties located throughout the country. As a result of research work, it was found that the overall assessment web geoportals is satisfactory. Each of the sites got more than half the maximum number of points.
