podczyszczania ścieków popłucznych - Opis:
-
2. Badania ścieku surowego - popłuczyn. Ściek surowy został pobrany dwukrotnie: w marcu 1999 r. (próba pierwsza) oraz w kwietniu 1999 r. (druga próba) i dostarczony natychmiast jako próby: Nr l i Nr 2 do laboratorium Katedry Technologii Wody, Ścieków i Odpadów Politechniki Koszalińskiej. Czas rozpoczęcia badań w laboratorium od pobrania próby to około 45 minut.
One of the biggest companies in the former Koszalin Province, in the Middle Pomerania region is MK-Cafe Company, which produces coffee. Coffee production is placed in so called coffee roasting plants. One of such plants is situated in Skibno place, near Koszalin. During the production of coffee sewage is arising, which not treated are discharged out of the plant, to a ditch and next to fields (meadows). The sewage are straight from the coffee production process and contain only organic contaminants. In the production process, during one day there are 4 dumps of post-rinsing sewage (3,5 m3 of volume each) in the Coffee Roasting Plant in Skibno. The paper presents preliminary results of research on pre-treatment possibility of sewage from the Coffee Roasting Plant. The sewage is characterised by a low reaction, high dissolved substances content and a very high CODCr. The sewage does not fulfil the standards for the sewage, which are discharged to waters and ground. The preliminary research included: the sorption process on the sorptional column made up of granulated active carbon, filtration on a sand bed, coagulation process with lime and bentonite. Basing on the obtained results of research, the project of experimental - pilot installation, which will be tested in the real conditions in the Coffee Roasting Plant, has been presented. The research and technical-economical analysis allow to draw the following conclusions: The construction of pilot installation for sewage treatment on the terrain of the Coffee Roasting Plant is proposed. Investment cost of building and mechanical parts along with assembly is about 109.500 zł (according to prices in the first half of the year 1999). The costs may rise abut 10%, if the pilot installation will be constructed in the year 2000. It is expected that unit cost of sewage pre-treatment will be (for the Coffee roasting Plant in Skibno) about 16,5 zł per m3 - according to prices in the first half of the year 1999. The cost of making the instalational part amounts to about 42.500 zł according to prices in the first half of the year 1999. Technical data given and investment cost allowed to estimate individual exploitation costs components and to calculate unit cost of sewage treatment. Taking into consideration general quality diagnosis of raw sewage (post-rinsing) and general process possibilities of their pre-treatment a simple technological system, which is a pilot installation in a quarter scale, for optimisation and corrective research, which consists of the following unit processes: - coagulation process in coagulation tank, - laminar homogenisation of swage dump, - outflow of decanted liquid to gravel filter, - outflow of filtrate to the sorptional column, - outflow of cleaned sewage from sorptional column back to use in the production hall, - release of post coagulation sludge on the sand filter, - return of the filtrate from sand filter drainage back to the coagulation tank, collecting of post coagulation sludge from the sand filter and removal for the use as an organic fertiliser. The research, which will be conducted by Division of Water, Sewage and Waste Technology of Technical University of Koszalin, on created technological installation, will give an answer to the fundamental question: how long will last individual stages, that is: coagulation, filtration and sorption. The aim of this work was diagnosis of this sewage pre-treatment technology using physico-chemical processes and basing on obtained results, proposal of this sewage pre-treatment conception for the real installation work conditions (it concerns the place and the amount of sewage) in Skibno, near Koszalin, Sianów Commune. This sewage are straight from coffee production, and contaminants it includes are organic. The proposal given is one of many others, which may be used after supplement research, process (among others biotechnological processes, but which require continuity of sewage inflow). - Źródło:
