    The ship’s pilot can obtain the ship auxiliary information through the navigation system, when berthing system can display the parameters such as traverse speed and distance of the ship. But most of the system data show that there are insufficient precision. Taking the CORS system to obtain the location information, data Calculation of Berthing System based on Polar Coordinate Algorithm, this paper puts forward a solution to the “dead point” of the berthing and aiding system, which has a certain reference value for the design of the ship berthing assistance system.

    Opis:
    The statistics of generalized F tests are quotients of linear combinations of independent chi-squares. Given a parameter, θ, for which we have a quadratic unbiased estimator, θ̃, the test statistic, for the hypothesis of nullity of that parameter, is the quotient of the positive part by the negative part of such estimator. Using generalized polar coordinates it is possible to obtain selective generalized F tests which are especially powerful for selected families of alternatives. We build both classes of tests for the orthogonal and associated mixed models. The associated models are obtained adding terms to the orthogonal models.

    Opis:
    This paper is focused on the convergence problem defined for some class of a two input affine nonholonomic driftless system with three-dimensional state. The problem is solved based on a polar transformation which is singular at the origin. The convergence is ensured using static-state feedback. The necessary conditions for construction of the algorithm are formally discussed. The solution, in general, is local, and the feasible domain is strictly related to the properties of the control system. In order to improve algorithm robustness a simple hybrid algorithm is formulated. The general theory is illustrated by two particular systems and the results of numerical simulations are provided.

    Generalized F tests were introduced by Michalski and Zmyślony (1996) for variance components and later (1999) for linear functions of parameters in mixed linear models. We now use generalized polar coordinates to obtain, for the second case, tests that are more powerful for selected families of alternatives.

    This paper presents an analysis of the accuracy of aircraft positioning using radar and GPS satellite data. In particular, this study shows the results of research on determining the position of an aircraft, as well as the range and azimuth parameters for the GCA-2000 radar to the GPS solution. The research used measurement data from the GCA-2000 radar and the Thales MobileMapper Pro receiver placed onboard a Diamond DA-40NG aircraft. The flight experiment was carried out at the EPDE military airport in Dęblin. It was found that the average error in determining the position of the aircraft for the GCA-2000 radar was 295.57 m. Moreover, the average error in determining the range for the GCA-2000 radar is 138.12 m. Additionally, the average error in determining the azimuth for the GCA-2000 radar is equal to 0.408°.

    The article presents methods for processing image of circular tachograph disc (used to register vehicle's and driver's work) to the rectangular coordinates. Selected techniques were described in detail and also the images obtained as a result of their use were compared. In addition, the practical examples of the processed tachogram images analysis were indicated.
    W artykule przedstawiono metody przetwarzania koncentrycznego obrazu wykresówki (tarczy tachografu) służącej do rejestracji pracy pojazdu i kierowcy do układu współrzędnych prostokątnych. Szczegółowo opisano wybrane techniki oraz porównano obrazy uzyskane w wyniku ich zastosowania. Dodatkowo wskazano praktyczne przykłady analizy przetworzonego obrazu rejestracji z wykresówki, zarejestrowanego przez urządzenie analogowe.
