Opis:
Artykuł dotyczy wpływu metod sterowania produkcją na efektywność przepływu produkcji. Przedstawione rozwiązanie dotyczy opracowanego i wdrożonego w przedsiębiorstwie produkcyjnym systemu, uwzględniającego specyfikę produkcyjną firmy związaną ze strukturą zamówień i uwarunkowaniami wewnętrznymi. Podstawą opracowania rozwiązań tworzących system było wykorzystanie różnych dostępnych metod sterowania produkcją. Niniejszy artykuł jest związany z realizacją projektu celowego dotyczącego opracowania i wdrożenia do praktyki przemysłowej sytemu sterowania produkcją. W wyniku przyjętych rozwiązań uzyskano wzrost efektywności przepływu produkcji poprzez zmniejszenie czasu przejścia materiału oraz zapasów międzyoperacyjnych w procesach wytwórczych.
The article concerns the impact of methods of production flow control to the efficiency of production flow. Described solution shows developed and implemented system taking into account the specificity of the system of production orders related to the structure and internal circumstances.The basis for the development of solutions to create the system was to use different available methods to control production. Paper shown material related to the implementation of a project of development and implementation production control system dedicated to DOMEX Ltd. The main result of presented solutions is an increase the efficiency of the production flow by reducing lead time and work in progress in manufacturing processes.

The aim of the study was to confi rm the mediation effects of the task-specifi c self-effi cacy on the relationship between the general self-effi cacy and intention and planning considering treatment. The study comprised 265 subjects, of which 165 were post-mastectomy women and 100 patients hospitalized due to acute coronary syndrome (ACS). The variables were assessed using the Generalized Self-Effi cacy Scale (GSES) and tools developed to examine the context of treatment. The data were analyzed using the bootstrapping procedure. The results confi rmed the indirect effects of task-specifi c self-effi cacy, both in women making a decision to undergo breast reconstruction, and in patients after ACS formulating intention to change risk behaviours. As smoking was considered to be a moderator in the post-ACS group, the obtained associations were observed only among the patients declaring quitting smoking. In view of the fact that taskspecifi c self-effi cacy is susceptible to context (e.g. it may depend on quitting smoking), it is useful to assess it in order to increase treatment effectiveness.

In this work we present an application of the concept of non-cooperative game equilibria to the design of a collision free movement of a team of mobile robots in a dynamic environment. We propose the solution to the problem of feasible control synthesis, based on a partially centralized sensory system. The control strategy based on the concept of non-cooperative game equilibria is well known in the literature. It is highly efficient through phases where the solution is unique. However, even in simple navigation problems, it happens that multiple equilibria occur, which incurs a problem for control synthesis and may lead to erroneous results. In this paper we present a solution to this problem based on the partial centralization idea. The coordinator module is incorporated into the system and becomes active when multiple equilibria are detected. The coordination method includes a ``fair arbiter'' for the selection of an appropriate equilibrium solution. Simulation studies of the proposed methodology were carried out for 2, 3 and 5 robots, and their results are presented.

W pracy przedyskutowano przydatność modelu gier przeciwko naturze do modelowania niepewności predykcji stanu otoczenia sterowanego pojazdu. Pokazano możliwość syntezy prawa sterowania realizującego bezkolizyjny ruch pojazdu w dynamicznym środowisku na bazie strategii gry przeciwko naturze. Działanie oraz efektywność proponowanego podejścia zweryfikowano za pomocą symulacji przeprowadzonych w środowisku MATLAB.
This paper addresses the problem of collision free motion planning of a vehicle in a dynamical environment. The usefulness of the game against nature for modeling environmental prediction uncertainty was discussed. The possibility of the control law synthesis on the basis of strategies against nature was presented. The properties and effectiveness of the approach presented were verified by simulations carried out in MATLAB.

This paper addresses the problem of navigating an autonomous vehicle using environmental dynamics prediction. The usefulness of the Game Against Nature formalism adapted to modelling environmental prediction uncertainty is discussed. The possibility of the control law synthesis on the basis of strategies against Nature is presented. The properties and effectiveness of the approach presented are verified by simulations carried out in MATLAB.

The article presents both theoretical and practical aspects of socio-economic activity in the country, regions and municipalities. Attention is paid to the formulation of the theory of location and spatial order in spatial economy, contained in the main paradigms of J. H. von Thünen, A. Weber, H. Hotelling, W. Christaller and A. Lӧsch, as well as in the more recent (contemporary) theories of W. Isard, R. Sinclair, and C. Ronsard. In the next part of the study, theories of spatial development—regional and local—are outlined. On this basis, the article presents new aspects of planning, order and spatial policy in Poland, taking into account the national, regional (voivodeship) and local (municipalities and poviats) levels. In the above-discussed topic, compatible issues preceding planning were taken into account, i.e. preparation of a development strategy, and then the assumptions and practical implementation of regional and local development policy.
W artykule przedstawiono zarówno teoretyczne, jak i praktyczne aspekty działalności społeczno-gospodarczej w przestrzeni kraju, regionów i gmin. Zwrócono uwagę na formułowanie teorii lokalizacji i ładu przestrzennego w ekonomii przestrzennej, zawartych w głównych paradygmatach J.H. von Thünena, B. Webera, H. Hotellinga, W. Christallera i A. Lӧscha, a także w nowszych (współczesnych) teoriach W. Isarda, R. Sinclaira i C. Ronsarda. W dalszej części opracowania omówiono w zarysie teorie rozwoju przestrzennego-regionalnego i lokalnego. Na tej kanwie w artykule przedstawiono nowe aspekty planowania, ładu i polityki przestrzennej w Polsce, z uwzględnieniem szczebla krajowego, regionalnego (województw) oraz lokalnego (gmin i powiatów). W wyżej omawianej tematyce uwzględniono kompatybilne zagadnienia poprzedzające planowanie, tj. przygotowanie strategii rozwoju, a następnie założeń i wdrażania w praktyce gospodarczej polityki rozwoju regionalnego i lokalnego.

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the ways that the top-down and the bottom-up approaches to planning can be combined in the practice of planning standards. In the first part, the paper examines the utilization of planning standards through time, while in the second part it aims to unravel the relationship between the use of planning standards and the top-down as well as the bottom-up planning approach. In the third part, the paper focuses on the limitations of bottom-up approaches, in order to demonstrate that they can only be used in a certain planning scale, leaving all other scales to top-down approaches. Last but not least, the paper proposes a framework for the use of planning standards in a combined top-down and bottom-up planning approach.

“Island synergy” is a process, in which added value is created as a result of transterritorial and trans-sectoral cooperation. The goal is to plan and implement development trends in such a way that one’s material contribution will be minimized. This method of operation is included within sustainable development strategy, where the creation of new values takes place without the unnecessary consumption of resources. It also represents a holistic approach to solving scientific problems. The authors describe the overall concept of the island synergy method and the possibility of it being applied within spatial and urban planning and management.
„Synergia wyspowa” stanowi nowe pojęcie odnoszące zjawisko synergii do odrębnych obszarów wiedzy, dyscyplin, terytoriów, znaczeń itp. To również proces, w którym wartość dodana powstaje w wyniku współpracy trans terytorialnej. Celem jest zaplanowanie i wdrożenie trendów rozwojowych w taki sposób, aby zminimalizować niezbędny wkład intelektualny lub materialny. Ta metoda działania jest zawarta w strategii zrównoważonego rozwoju, w której tworzenie nowych wartości odbywa się bez zbędnego zużycia zasobów. Reprezentuje także holistyczne podejście do rozwiązywania wielodyscyplinarnych problemów naukowych. Autor przedstawia ogólną koncepcję metody synergii wyspy i możliwości jej zastosowania w planowaniu przestrzennym i urbanistycznym oraz zarządzaniu.

Opis:
Dynamics on the market makes, that search for more effective solutions in planning the production flow. Opportunities, which open the market for companies, as new basis of cooperation, have to go hand in hand with the flexibility and ability to adapt to the requirements of the environment. The problem of scheduling production flow is more complicated, because the virtual manufacturing network create a single organizations, geographically dispersed, functioning temporarily, as a one body, to realize the effect an order. In the whole production planning and choosing the route from alternative routes should be considered still a problem of transport between the participants in the virtual network. To planning the flow production and choice of route used formalisms derived from game theory. The article presents the record of the decision problem for the production model in which the role players perform the goal functions. This functions have specific strategies and endeavour to win. The choice of strategy depends on which player starts the first game. Further work will be associated with the analysis of the impact of different combinations of strategies on the results of the game, with certain restrictions, as well as attempts to implement formalism to choose strategies in mixed strategies.

This paper presents a different perspective on the Dijkstra algorithm. In this paper algorithm will be used in the further analysis to find additional paths between nodes in the maritime sector. In many cases, the best solution for a single criterion is not sufficient. I would be the search for more effective solutions of the starting point to use for subsequent analysis or decision making by the captain of the ship. Using cutting-edge thinking mechanisms, it is possible to create a decision support system based on known Dijkstra's algorithm.

The purpose of this paper is to find a solution for route planning in a transport networks, where the costs of tracks, factor of safety and travel time are ambiguous. This approach is based on the Dempster-Shafer theory and well known Dijkstra's algorithm. In this approach important are the influencing factors of the mentioned coefficients using uncertain possibilities presented by probability intervals. Based on these intervals the quality intervals of each route can be determined. Applied decision rules can be described by the end user.

Support of planning heat treatment processes in small batch production is very complex. In the analysed case, the bottlenecks of the processes were located on heat treatment. The difficulty in planning is due to necessity of adapting available resources to changing demand requirements. In the conditions of unit production crucial role plays changeovers time, availability of resources and cost of processing. Due to NP- difficult nature of optimization a simplified method was used. It was a complex of theory of constraints and dynamic task grouping. This is one of the attempts to solve the supporting process production problem with a method enabling its practical use.

Specyficzny układ urbanistyczny z dużym udziałem terenów zieleni, oryginalne rozwiązania dotyczące kształtowania form budynków, wyrazista kolorystyka i przejrzyste rzuty mieszkań sprawiły, że Hufeisensiedlung jest jednym z najbardziej awangardowych zespołów mieszkaniowych okresu międzywojennego na świecie. Jednocześnie jest to osiedle, które do dnia dzisiejszego dobrze pełni swoją rolę i wciąż stanowi doskonałe miejsce zamieszkania.
The great housing estate Britz, called the Horseshoe Estate, was built in the years 1925-1933 in Berlin. Its designers, Bruno Taut and Martin Wagner at the helm, developed there a number of solutions that should be considered highly innovative. The specific urban structure with a large proportion of green areas, original architectural forms of buildings, contrasting colors and zoned plans of homes made Hufeisensiedlung one of the most avant-garde housing complexes in the world of the interwar period. Moreover it is estate, which until now perfectly fulfills its role and is still a great place to live.

The paper describes six methods of optimal and game theory and artificial neural network for synthesis of safe control in collision situations at sea. The application of optimal and game control algorithms to determine the own ship safe trajectory during the passing of other encountered ships in good and restricted visibility at sea is presented. The comparison of the safe ship control in collision situation: multi-step matrix non-cooperative and cooperative games, multi-stage positional non-cooperative and cooperative games have been introduced. The considerations have been illustrated with examples of computer simulation of the algorithms to determine safe of own ship trajectories in a navigational situation during passing of eight met ships.
