    Opis:
    Problem rozwoju osobowości nauczyciela akademickiego w kontekście jego działalności zawodowej staje się coraz bardziej aktualny w warunkach współczesnego społeczeństwa. Duża ilość komputerów, rozpowszechnianie nauki na odległość oraz tworzenie wirtualnych przestrzeni edukacyjnych w instytucjach oświatowych – to wszystko wymaga większej uwagi, zmusza do realizacji działań zapobiegających zanikowi bezpośredniej komunikacji studenta z wykładowcą. Dlatego nauczyciel akademicki musi być osobą wszechstronnie rozwiniętą. Integralny rozwój osobowości stanowi podstawę przygotowania nauczyciela akademickiego oraz harmonizacji wszystkich aspektów jego działalności. Konieczne jest zatem stworzenie kompleksowej charakterystyki nauczyciela akademickiego jako wykładowcy-praktyka, wykładowcy-badacza i naukowca uczelni specjalizującej się w określonej dziedzinie nauki. Gotowość do prowadzenia działalności zawodowej to swego rodzaju system charakteryzujący się odpowiednimi wskaźnikami, które w kompleksowym ujęciu pozwalają uzyskać informację o rzeczywistym poziomie pracy nauczyciela. Wskaźniki stanowiące ilościową charakterystykę osobowości odgrywają ważną rolę w porównaniu wyników działalności zawodowej katedr i innych jednostek strukturalnych uczelni. Podkreślić należy, że odpowiednie kształcenie sprzyja rozwojowi możliwości nauczyciela akademickiego.
    The problem of a higher education teacher’s personality development in the context of her/ his professional activity is becoming more and more urgent in today’s society. The considerable amount of computer aids, the extension of distance learning and the establishment of virtual educational spaces in many education institutions require the increased attention in order not to lose the live communication between students and teachers. Thus, the teacher must be a versatile personality. The integrity of personality development is the major principle of the teachers’ formation, harmonizing all aspects of their activity. Considering such circumstances, it is logical to create a complex characteristic of a teacher of higher education institution as a practitioner, a scholar and a researcher in the field of the educational institution specialization. We think that the preparedness for professional activity as a system characterized by appropriate coefficients, complex consideration of which allows obtaining reliable information about the real level of teacher’s work. The numeric characteristics of the personality component are the coefficients that play an important role in comparing the results of the functioning of the departments and other structural units of higher education institutions. Therefore, the relevant education contributes to the teacher’s potential opportunities development.

    Problematyka związana z formacją kandydatów do kapłaństwa oraz formacją permanentną kapłanów jest wciąż aktualna i zapewne nie przestanie taką być. Brak wewnętrznego zintegrowania osoby powołanej jest przyczyną kryzysów kapłańskich, które oddziaływają nie tylko na sferę duchową, ale również emocjonalno-poznawczą, relacyjną, a nawet somatyczną. Problematyka poniższego artykułu koncentruje się na niektórych przyczynach utrudniających proces integracji osobowościowej. W celu poszukiwania tych przyczyn został przedstawiony kontekst psychologicznego funkcjonowania księży, tendencje ujawniające się w postawie do badań psychologicznych w seminarium u alumnów, które wskazują na liczne dysymulacje. Nieprawidłowa (niezgodna z prawdą) percepcja siebie staje się przyczyną zachowań kompensacyjnych, które w perspektywie czasu mogą stać się przyczyną kryzysów, chorób bądź zaburzeń psychicznych.
    The issues related to the formation of candidates for the priesthood and the permanent formation of priests are still topical and probably will not cease to be so. The lack of internal integration of the person called is the cause of priestly crises, which affect not only the spiritual but also the emotional-cognitive, relational and even somatic sphere. The problems of the following article focus on some of the causes that hinder the process of personality integration. In order to search for these causes, the context of the psychological functioning of priests was presented, the tendencies revealed in the attitude to psychological examinations in the seminary in alumni, which indicate numerous dissimulations. Incorrect (inconsistent with the truth) self-perception becomes the cause of compensatory behavior, which, in time, can become the cause of crises, diseases or mental disorders.

    The concept of the European integration has been increasingly used since it became more and more valuable. This term is mainly employed in case of the process of the regular integration of countries within Europe dealing with several spheres, such as: economic, legal and political. The greatest success of the European integration is, first of all, the function of the European Union. Europe, or we should say the countries that integrate there have several objectives, which refer to the promotion of the economic and social progresses as well as strengthening of the economic cooperation, moreover, strengthening the union concept as the political creation, improving and increasing the standards of living, developing the areas of the freedom, security and justice, leading to the origination of the European citizenship and also creating one huge economic structure. The European integration has been developing increasingly and it has been successful in many spheres. There was the investigation among students carried out in order to find out the basis of the preparation and decision-making associated with the principles, directions and pace of the perspective development of the education in the field of the foundations of the enterprise in favour of the society functioning in the sphere of the European integration. The deficiencies in the range of the enterprise and the European integration were discovered on their basis. Choosing a young age group, as a target group in this case is justified by the role they play in the society, and therefore, in the process of creating the European society.

    Artykuł analizuje naturę rozwoju afektów, ich regresje i implikacje w różnych psychologicznych teoriach i podejściach współczesnej psychologii. Omówiono i opisano korzyści oraz znaczenie afektów w całej aktywności psychobiologicznej człowieka. Określono mechanizmy wpływu afektów na zachowanie i indywidualne reakcje na bodźce zewnętrzne. Afekty stają się specyficzne, ponieważ ich znaczenie i okoliczności są powiązane z pewnymi sytuacjami, reakcjami, uczuciami, gestami ciała, mimiką i słowami. Są związane z pewnymi przedmiotami i stanami Ego i mogą pełnić funkcje ochronne organizmu. Struktura psychologiczna afektów sprawia, że dany stan emocjonalny ogólnie wpływa na psychikę, a w szczególności na świadomość.
    The article examines the nature of affect development, its regression and implication in the theories of different psychological approaches of modern psychology. Benefits and comparative significance of affects for the whole psychobiological activity are presented and described. The mechanisms of affect influence on behaviour and personal reactions to external stimuli are defined. Affects become specific as their meanings and circumstances are associated with certain situations, reactions, feelings, bodily gestures, facial expressions and words. They are associated with certain objects and states of the Ego and can acquire protective functions. The affect psychological structure is such that the given emotional state influences the psyche in general, and in particular, the consciousness.
