    The article undertakes the issue of metaphysical subjectivity in the philosophy of the human person developed by Karol Wojtyła. He drew extensively upon the notion of suppositum but there is no systematic exposition of the concept in his work. The article undertakes the task of investigating the issue. First, Wojtyła’s approach to metaphysics is presented. Second, the paper sets out the philosopher’s understanding of suppositum. Finally, some further clarifications are developed, including those helping to better understand the association of the metaphysical subjectivity with the personal. Wojtyła’s concept of suppositum requires a stronger reference to a pro-personalistic notion of substance. The latter seems to be offered by an original project of Thomistic metaphysics presented by W. Norris Clarke. The last part of the paper is an attempt at demonstration of the complementarity of metaphysical ideas of these two philosophers.

    Artykuł ukazuje twórczość Adama Węgrzeckiego, który posługiwał się metodą fenomenologiczną. Jego zainteresowania naukowe były ściśle związane z antropologią. W pracy zaprezentowane zostały następujące zagadnienia: warunki kształtowania się tożsamości, właściwości osobowe, aksjologiczne filary tożsamości oraz wpływ aksjologicznego profilu podmiotu osobowego na jego tożsamość. Adam Węgrzecki, z właściwym sobie wyczuciem i odpowiedzialnością, wypracował metodę możliwie pełnego opisu fenomenologicznego, która zasługuje na przyznanie mu wysokiej kompetencji filozoficznej. Wszystkie podejmowane przez niego tematy, nawet jeśli nie dotyczyły kwestii antropologicznych, w tle zakładały pewną wizję antropologii jako nauki uprawianej za pomocą metody fenomenologicznej. 
    The article present the work of Adam Węgrzecki, who used the phenomenological method. His scientific interests were closely related to anthropology. The paper presents the following issues: conditions of identity formation, personal properties, axiological pillars of identity and the impact of the axiological profile of a personal subject on its identity. Adam Węgrzecki, with his own sense and responsibility, worked out a method of as complete a phenomenological description as possible, which deserves to be accorded high philosophical competence. All the topics he dealt with, even if they did not concern anthropological issues, assumed a certain vision of anthropology as a science based on the phenomenological method in the background.

    The issue of the subject-subject relationship, also known as the relationship of encounter or the I-Thou relationship, which has a strong presence in the humanities and Christian mysticism, is rarely addressed by psychology. This type of relationship goes beyond the psychosocial approach to personal maturity and human development at the so-called higher stages, thus falling outside the predominant lines of psychological inquiry. Consequently, this paper concerns issues that are not popular in psychology, albeit they are close to the problem of the person’s development as a subject. Drawing inspiration from cultural anthropology and intersubjective philosophy – especially Martin Buber’s philosophy of dialogue and Gabriel Marcel’s concrete philosophy – the author presents from a psychological stance the phenomenon of the subject-subject relationship and its prerequisite conditions. Adopting the perspective of personalistic psychology in its existentialist-phenomenological strands, the author indicates the place of this relationship in human personal development and highlights its crucial significance to this process.

    The author discusses the selected problems related to the vague terms and general clauses in the personal income tax laws in Poland, with particular attention given to the term of subject of taxation. The author overviews the requirements for the use of vague terms and explains the rationale behind it, which is, inter alia, the need for greater flexibility of interpretation. The author claims that the legislators do not always properly use vague terms in the tax law, and their complexity and overload can lead to dilemmas. Some recommendations on the proper use of such terms in personal income tax legislation are given.

    The article sets out to provide analyses of indefinite-personal sentences as a way of language semantics representation regarding the peculiar third-person subject. It was defined that indefinite-personal subject semantics is represented in sentences which consist of the verbal third-person singular predicate in the Present or Future Tense. It may also be represented in sentences which consist of the verbal predicate of neuter gender in the Past Tense in cases of a lack of the subject syntaxeme and are used in such functional variants as: indefinite-uncertain, indefinite-irrelevant, indefinite-incomprehensible, and indefinitelocative. They are the effect of the varieties of indefiniteness of semantics interaction with third-person semantics. This points to their personal subjects.

    Narracyjna koncepcja tożsamości, którą prezentuje Paul Ricoeur, ujmuje zdecydowanie szerszą perspektywę niż tylko perspektywa takożsamości osób w czasie rozumiana jako identyczność podmiotu x w czasie t1 i czasie t2. Koncepcja ta bowiem mówi nie tylko o byciu tym samym czy takim samym, ale również o byciu sobą. Bycie sobą to charakterystyczne jedynie dla człowieka wyzwanie rzucone czasowi, gdzie podmiot – mimo towarzyszących mu zmian – pozostaje sobą. Z myśli Ricoeura można jednak wydobyć jeszcze więcej, gdzie bycie sobą jest realizacją własnego, niepowtarzalnego etosu danego w ustanowieniu w byciu. To ustanowienie w byciu obejmuje kontekst zakorzenienia w historii, tradycji, kulturze, ale również najbardziej zindywidualizowane odniesienie do Boga.
    The narrative concept of identity presented by Paul Ricoeur places embraces a far wider perspective than the perspective of people’s identity in time alone, understood as the subject’s identity in time t1 and time t2. For Ricouer’s conception speaks not only of being the same or being exactly the same but also of being oneself. Being oneself is a challenge characteristic only of human beings, a challenge thrown down against time, by which the subject – despite the changes that accompany him or her – remains itself. Yet it is possible to take Ricoeur’s thought even further, and to say that being oneself is a realisation of a personal, unique ethos given in an enactment in being. This enactment in being includes the background of roots in history, tradition, culture and also, most of all, individualised reference to God.

    The current taxation of personal incomes is a very complex phenomenon which should be analyzed not only from the legal point of view, but also taking into account into social, cultural, economic and political and system aspects. We cannot isolate the economic sphere from the tax sphere, as income taxes directly affect the way taxpayers function, their purchasing power, they determine labor costs for entrepreneurs and thus significantly infl uence the GDP growth rate. The issues of harmonizing taxation of incomes obtained by individuals who do not act as economic operators is practically absent in scientifi c literature. The only issues that are analyzed are those related to taxation of incomes from savings, transfers, capital gains, mergers and divisions. This is so because it is required by the nature of conducting economic operations within the common market.

W wyniku dokonanej analizy lingwistycznej okazało się, że dezagentywne środki w obu językach, mimo iż są formalnie podobne, wykazują pewne istotne różnice w dziedzinie semantyki i frekwentywności.

    Podmiotowość dziecka oznacza jego prawo do budowania swojej tożsamości oraz samorealizacji, wynikającej z osobistych potrzeb i zainteresowań, a nie z woli dorosłych. Oddziaływania rodziców mogą się przyczynić do przeżywania przez dzieci własnej podmiotowości lub ją ograniczać. W artykule wskazano na wybrane uwarunkowania i możliwości rozwijania dyspozycji podmiotowych dzieci w interakcjach z rodzicami. Przedstawiono w nim także wyniki sondażu ukazujące efektywność warsztatu dla rodziców służącego rozwijaniu ich kompetencji jako partnerów dzieci w relacjach dwupodmiotowych.
    The child’s subjectivity means his right to build his own identity and self-fulfilment, based on his personal needs and interests, rather than on the will of adults. The influence of parents can contribute to or limit their children's subjectivity. The article points out selected conditions and opportunities for developing children’s personal dispositions in relations with parents. It also presents the results of a survey showing the effectiveness of a workshop for parents aimed at developing their competences as partners of children in double-subjective relationships.

    Opis:
    Subject-subject pedagogically expedient relationship of students and teachers is presented as the basis and condition for successful modern school reform. The phenomenon of “relationship” is treated by a universal, generic, original category of pedagogy which defines new, higher level of pedagogical science development. Upbringing is defined as personal-social process. The attention is focused on the modification of relations in the subject-subject upbringing relationship. Upbringing relationship is presented as a specially organized subject-subject, moral-aesthetic, pedagogically expedient interaction of all subjects of pedagogical process aiming at achieving of upbringing goal which is socially and psychologically determined by the whole system of national and universal values adopted in the society, corresponding to a certain period of its development. The levels of subject-subject upbringing relationship such as subordination, cooperation and co-creation are defined. A personal-humanistic, subject-subject paradigm of upbringing is derived on this basis; a variable multi-level concept of pedagogical education bachelors and masters of general pedagogical training is created; educational-methodical programmatic complex of general pedagogical training in the University education system is designed. It’s introduced the notion of “professional self-relationship” in the development of the notion “upbringing relationship”.
    Budowanie partnerskich relacji miedzy nauczycielami i uczniami i wynikające z nich korzyści pedagogiczne są przedstawione jako podstawa i warunek powodzenia współcześnie wdrażanej reformy szkolnictwa. Fenomen „relacji’ jest tu traktowany jako uniwersalna, ogólna i oryginalna kategoria pedagogiki, która definiuje nowy, wyższy poziom rozwoju nauki pedagogicznej. Wychowanie definiuje się jako proces osobisto-społeczny. Uwaga skupia się na modyfikacji relacji w procesie wychowania partnerskiego. Relacje w procesie wychowawczym prezentowane są jako konkretnie zorganizowany, dialog partnerski i moralno-estetyczny, pozytywnie oddziałujący na wszystkie podmioty procesu pedagogicznego zmierzające do osiągnięcia celu wychowawczego, który jest społecznie i psychologicznie zdeterminowany przez cały system wartości narodowych i uniwersalnych przyjętych w społeczeństwie na danym etapie jego rozwoju. Określono poziomy partnerskiej relacji wychowawczej, takie jak podporządkowanie, współpraca i współtworzenie. Na tej podstawie wywodzi się osobowohumanistyczny, przedmiotowy paradygmat wychowania; powstaje zmienna, wielopoziomowa koncepcja kształcenia pedagogicznego, która kształtuje absolwentów studiów o specjalności pedagogiki ogólnej. Opracowany został edukacyjnometodyczny model programowy studiów pedagogicznych w systemie edukacji uniwersyteckiej. Wprowadza się pojęcie „autorelacja zawodowa” w rozwoju pojęcia „relacja wychowawcza”.

    W artykule przedstawiono możliwość zastosowania Ricoeurowskich wzorców tożsamości osobowej: charakteru i dochowanego słowa do rozjaśnienia dialektyki bycia sobą samym oraz bycia kimś/czymś innym. W tym celu przedstawiono powiązania nowych wzorców z tradycyjnymi modelami tożsamości ujmowanymi jako bycie tym samym i bycie sobą. Ukazano zdolności bycia sobą do wykraczania poza wzorzec bycia tym samym, ujawniające się w analizach charakteru i dochowanego słowa oraz umożliwiające ukonstytuowanie „tego, który jest sobą samym”. Opisano również rolę inności, która wykraczając poza aspekty tożsamości „tego, który jest sobą samym” umożliwia konstytucję „tego, który jest sobą samym, jak i kimś/czymś innym”.
    The paper presents the possibility of applying Ricoeur’s models of personal identity: character and keeping one’s word to clarify the dialectic of being oneself and being other. For this purpose, the relations of new models to traditional patterns of identity as being the same and being self are presented. This paper demonstrates the ability of selfhood to transcend the model of sameness, as revealed in the analyses of the character and keeping one’s word, and enabling the constitution of oneself. The role of otherness which transcends the identity aspects of oneself and thus enables the constitution of oneself as another is also analysed.

    In the article an attempt is made to search for the foundations of morality in the context of education, with reference to two philosophical currents: philosophy of being (metaphysics) and philosophy of the subject. Analysis of Karol Wojtyła's texts and of his debate with Max Scheler about the teleological character of morality gives rise to a reflection on the issue of achieving moral perfection by man; perfection that is important from the point of view of pedagogy. In personalistically-oriented education the problem is not only how to define who the man is, but also who he should be, in what way he becomes morally good and what educational activities may help him in this respect. Searching for an answer to this question that is significant for education becomes also searching for the foundations of morality.

    Opis:
    W artykule przedstawiono najważniejsze zadania administratora, które powinny być realizowane aby sprostać wymaganiom RODO. Przedstawiono także wskazówki jakie należy uwzględnić w wdrażaniu wytycznych unijnego rozporządzenia. Zwrócono uwagę na problem transgranicznego przekazywania danych do państw trzecich i wyzwania jakie stoją przed administratorem w tym zakresie.
    The article presents Controller’s most important tasks, which have to be fulfilled to meet the requirements of General Data Protection Regulation. Described guidelines are recommended in the process of implementing the EU regulation. Attention is paid to the problem of cross-border data transfer to third countries and the challenges that the Controller faces in this regard.
