    Według tradycji psychoanalitycznej funkcjonujemy w świecie społecznym dzięki zasadzie rzeczywistości. Artykuł będzie dotyczył roli wyobraźni jako siły politycznej, siły przekształcającej ramy rzeczywistości społecznej ożywianej przez historyczną modyfikację tej zasady - zasadę wydajności. Ze względu na to, że – jak pokazał to Marcuse - rozum stał się elementem dominacji, jedyną siłą emancypacyjną, zdolną przeciwstawić się codziennej rutynie i powtarzalności jest wyobraźnia. Proponujemy zatem rozwinięcie tej idei wyobraźni jako środka wyzwolenia z jednowymiarowego świata i przemiany świata społecznego w kontekście nowej ekonomii libidinalnej zarysowanej przez G.H. Marcusego w dwóch pracach: Eros i cywilizacja oraz Człowiek jednowymiarowy.
    According to the psychoanalytic tradition, we function in the social world thanks to the reality principle. The article will deal with the role of the imagination as a political force, a force transforming the framework of social reality animated by the historical modification of this principle - the performance principle. Due to the fact that - as Marcuse has shown - reason has become an element of domination, the only emancipatory force capable of opposing the daily routine and repetition is imagination. Therefore, we propose to develop this idea of imagination as a means of liberation from the one-dimensional world and transformation of the social world in the context of the new libidinal economy outlined by G.H. Marcuse in two works: Eros and Civilization and One-Dimensional Man.

    This article concerns the legitimacy of the diagnosis of McKenzie that Marcuse’s philosophy speaks of what today is called organizational performance. But the main purpose of these considerations is to answer the question of whether the proposal to create a new civilization presented by Marcuse and the theoretical attempt to reconcile the pleasure principle with the reality principle is possible. Marcuse wanted to create the vision of a new society as an alternative to the existing industrial society. To this end, he combined Marx and Freud’s perspective because he considered that only the combination of theory of the productive forces and psychoanalytical considerations would help determine the necessary conditions for the emergence of a new, non-repressive reality. Marcuse called for the project of a new principle of reality which would also include the pleasure principle. It seems, however, he did not notice that mutation forces pass into normative forces. What Marcuse expected, on one hand, has been fulfilled, on the other, however, created a lot of disadvantages which he did not foresee.
    Artykuł dotyczy słuszności diagnozy dokonanej przez McKenziego, że w filozofii Herberta Marcusego jest mowa o tym, co dzisiaj nazywa się performansem organizacyjnym. Ale głównym celem niniejszych rozważań jest znalezienie odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy propozycja stworzenia nowej cywilizacji przedstawiona przez Marcusego oraz próba teoretycznego pogodzenia zasady przyjemności z zasadą rzeczywistości jest możliwa. Marcuse przedstawia wizję nowego społeczeństwa jako alternatywę dla dotychczasowego społeczeństwa przemysłowego. Łączy on perspektywę Marksowską z Freudowską, a to dlatego, że uznał on, iż dopiero połączenie teorii sił wytwórczych i rozważań psychoanalitycznych pomoże ustalić niezbędne warunki do powstania nowej, nierepresywnej rzeczywistości. Nawoływał do stworzenia projektu nowej zasady rzeczywistości, która nie wykluczałaby zasady przyjemności. Wydaje się jednak, że nie zauważył on faktu, iż siły mutacyjne niemalże niepostrzeżenie przechodzą w siły normatywne. To, czego spodziewał się Marcuse, z jednej strony spełniło się, z drugiej zaś stworzyło szereg wątpliwości, jak i niedogodności praktycznych, których nie przewidział.

    It can be deduced that the sum total of an adviser’s personality which includes his social, moral-spiritual and economic functioning and efficacy is highly dependent upon his moral principle. In terms, therefore, of adviser’s performance in whatever field of achieving the goal, his moral principle is a potent factor that is to be reckoned with in order to explain his work attitudes and habits and the qualitative and quantitative aspects of his work performance. This study is focused on the identification of the moral principle and teaching performance of college advisers/professors, as well as the relationship of their moral principle to teaching performance. It is a correlational study that determines the significant relationship between the moral principle and the teaching performance of the engineering college advisers.

    The successful selection process of industrial robots (IRs) for today’s Cyber-Physical Systems is an important topic and there are different possibilities to solve the task. The primary task is to estimate the existing IR selection systems according to the suitability analysis and to highlight the main positive features and problematic areas. The objective of the reverse task is to carry out the sensitivity analysis of the existing robot-based manufacturing systems. The matching of these two approaches helps decision makers to develop the main principles of IR selection in today’s multidimensional and fast-changing economic world.

    It is demonstrated that (1) transport enterprises can operate on the market with a profit of zero and (2) they can finance their investments without profit. The rigid conditions of pure competition are not necessary. It is enough to adjust the different situations of incomplete competition by setting equal and homogeneous rules for accounting, founding and running enterprises well as financing. A special rule is to have no foreign trade. But these conditions are not stringent. There are many non-profit-enterprises in Austria and a lot of other countries which are operating without these conditions. The result is a new maxim for (transport) economics: Application of the principle of covering the costs and optimization of quality in spite of profit maximization! The postulate to consider the quality in transport theory and policy has the same long tradition as the postulate to applicate the principle of covering the costs. The joint application will bring more benefit for realizing welfare and an equal distribution of income and property.

    The starting point of the article is the Festival of Naked Forms which is organized by Lenka Klodova in Prague (and occasionally in other cities). The curator gave the festival a monothematic character. It concerns nudity in performance art, i.e. in a live form. The festival has been held every year since 2016. At that time, the festival presented a huge variety of performance forms, artistic means and media hybrids. The festival's documentation is the basis for research into the nude form in live art. In interpretative methodology, the naked form has been associated with forms of presenting libido and the 'principle of pleasure', as well as the visual aspect of a work of art and the role of 'gaze' in the very specific performance art work. The point of reference is both surreal art and the contemporary relationship of art to pornography. In conclusion, the subversive, challenging or political power of naked forms and their ability to make changes in culture is indicated.
    Punktem wyjścia artykułu jest Festival of Naked Forms, który jest organizowany przez Lenka Klodova w Pradze (i okazjonalnie w innych miastach). Kuratorka nadała festiwalowi charakter monotematyczny. Dotyczy on nagości w sztuce performance, a więc formie na żywo. Festiwal odbywa się co roku, od 2016. W tym czasie na festiwalu została zaprezentowana ogromna różnorodność form performance, środków artystycznych, hybryd medialnych. Dokumentacja festiwalu stanowi podstawę badań nagiej formy w sztuce na żywo. W metodologii interpretacyjnej naga forma została powiązana z formami prezentacji libido oraz 'zasady przyjemności', a także aspekt wizualności dzieła sztuki i roli 'spojrzenia' w tak specyficznym dziele jakim jest dzieło sztuki performance. Punktem odniesienia są zarówno sztuka surrealistyczna jak i po współczesne relacje sztuki wobec pornografii. W konkluzji została wskazana subwersywna, rzucająca wyzwanie czyli polityczna, siła nagich form i ich zdolność dokonania zmian w kulturze

    Artykuł dotyczy prawnych zagadnień odnoszących się do możliwości spełnienia świadczenia pieniężnego w walucie obcej, w tym w euro. Przeanalizowano w nim istotę świadczenia pieniężnego oraz jedną z zasad zobowiązań, a mianowicie zasadę walutowości. Dokonano analizy aktualnie obowiązującego stanu prawnego dotyczącego istoty zasady walutowości. W tym celu zaprezentowano zmiany legislacyjne odnoszące się do niej. Ponadto przedstawiono wybrane orzeczenia sądowe dotyczące zasady waluty i sposobu rozliczeń stron zobowiązania umownego. Wskazano także skutki zniesienia zasady walutowości dla realizacji krajowych zobowiązań pieniężnych. W artykule przeprowadzono obserwację zmian prawnych systematyzujących sposoby rozliczeń między kontrahentami. Zasygnalizowano konieczność wyeliminowania wątpliwości prawnych związanych z potencjalnym wprowadzeniem waluty euro w miejsce dotychczas obowiązującej. Artykuł ma charakter interdyscyplinarny. Zaprezentowano w nim wpływ zmian prawnych dotyczących interpretacji zasady walutowości na kształtowanie polityki biznesowej podmiotów prowadzących działalność gospodarczą.
    The article concerns the legal issues relating to the possibility to make monetary performance in a foreign currency, including that in the euros. The author analysed in it the essence of monetary performance and one of the liability principles, namely the currency principle. She carried out an analysis of the currently binding legal status concerning the essence of currency principle. With this end in view, she presented the legal amendments relating thereto. Moreover, the author presented the selected court judgements concerning the currency principle and the way of settlements of parties to the contractual liability. She also pointed out to the consequences of abrogation of the currency principle for fulfilment of domestic pecuniary obligations. In her article, the author carried out an observation of the legal amendments systematising the ways of settlements between contractors. She signalled the necessity to eliminate legal doubts connected with the potential introduction of the euro replacing the currency currently applied. The article is of the interdisciplinary nature. It presents the impact of legal amendments concerning interpretation of the currency principle on formation of the business policy implemented by the entities running their economic activity.
